Room was very clean and friendly staff especially the lady at the check in front desk

Very clean, very nice and professional staff, and beautiful structure and decor. However, poorly maintained - pool chemicals sat out near pool for days, most ice machines were not working due to no water, and no breakfast offered in cafe on wkend.

Check in was seamless and staff very courteous, room was clean. My only comment is that on Expedia this hotel is indicated to have free breakfast and this is t the case. Expedia should change this notation as some travelers may choose a property based on this amenity.

Upon arriving, there was not anything that I liked. No pool when stated the pool was open, no bar when stated there was one, and mold in the air vent. The hallways were so hot and muggy there has to mold there as well.

The room was nice and clean. The amenities were basic and useful. Shower pressure is very light and the fan does not get cold enough and does not constantly run. We slept very hot that night.

Bad experience at the hotel. Room was bad. I informed front desk at check out. The shower had zero water pressure, there was someone else’s hair all in the towels, the TV remote did not work, and I killed two bugs that were in the bed.

Nothing Everything paid extra for breakfast but didn't get it either day because worker didn't come to work, expected outdoor pool which was not open, tv volume was up to the max and couldn't turn down and the maintenance person was supposed to come fix both days but never showed. Was charged a deposit for both days which was not expected.

The cabinet door for the fridge was off one of the hinges. The shower had tape that looked like something had been removed from the wall and the water on the shower squeeled.

The staff members were so nice, shoutout to the man at check in, wish I got his name. The room was extremely clean, bed was comfy, property was so quiet and I slept amazing! This was the best hotel we stayed at our whole road trip by far.

The elevators were also in poor condition, with the doors forcefully slamming open and shut. While I did not expect the pool to be open in April, the condition of the pool area was unacceptable. Half of the pool was covered by a tarp, the water was brown, and the entire area appeared neglected and unsanitary. Unfortunately, this was directly visible from my patio window and created a very unpleasant view. Additionally, the second floor strongly smelled of marijuana throughout my stay.

the receptionist were great! the rooms were really pretty and so was the courtyard. we did have to request housekeeping twice i’m not sure if they were just busy but it’s okay!

My stay was excellent up until we lost power for several hours and it was very frustrating and hot this happened in the night so it was very uncomfortable but other than that I will stay there again

The staff was great. Tawana at the check-in was so friendly. Jay in Bistro was very nice too. The property was not in very good condition. The room was ok but the air conditioner was noisy and shower was in poor condition. Hallway looked dirty.

The staff were all very courteous! It is an older hotel so some things are in need of repair. There was some cracked tile in the bathroom and paint splatter that made the tile floor look dirty. The grounds outside the area we parked and entered the hotel every day was littered with cigarette butts and some trash. I let the manager know.

The room was great, the staff was great however breakfast was not ready at 7..00 am as advertised and there was no sign that they would have any food soon. We had to leave without any breakfast after waiting to leave so we could eat. ☹️

We loved our stay at this location, it was our first time and we were pleasantly surprised. I was back and forth when deciding where to stay during our time in Little Rock. I’m glad I picked this hotel. It was conveniently located to lots of delicious restaurants. I was a bit concerned about noise level since it is on a busy road and after reading reviews about that being an issue. But we requested a courtyard facing room on an upper level upon checking in and they were very accommodating. we had no issues with noisy traffic. The room was lovely, clean and well designed the furniture was in good condition and so was the bathroom. Everything was perfect for our time there. The staff seemed busy but were still always helpful. We didn’t have breakfast there but it was an option. I would say there again 100% recommend.

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a Starbucks walk up cafe and an extra charge. There is an abandoned hotel next door to the property separated by a fence. Did not notice this when we checked in last night, but did see it out our window this morning. Overall a great stay, but would be concerned about the safety in the area next door specifically in the parking lot.

Nice, clean hotel. The rooms were big with a large closet. However, the thermostat in our room did not work and it was very cold. The water pressure was also terrible. Like to he point that the water coming out of the shower head would completely stop and just drip out. Had to turn the faucet off and on a few times to get it to work again.

Parking was easy. Gary greeted us and helped with our luggage. He was so nice and so were other staff throughout. We didn’t order breakfast. Just stayed one night but it was quiet and comfortable and met our needs.

The bar was a gin and tonic drink and a select few wines. The restaurant is more of finger foods (if someone will even come take your order) We bought breakfast for 1 and they didn’t even have a breakfast selection, they told us to go make an order at the restaurant/bar and they’d put it towards the room and they’d comp it (with as much problems as they were already having, I doubted that and just went to McDs lol) For the price at least on the hotels.com app it was good but this is supposed to be a more high end hotel compared to others in area and there’s nothing really proving it besides a nice layout that probably used to be put to good use and nicely dressed front desk people. Better bets with Hilton hotels

Very Happy to say that we switched to this hotel for our second day in little rock it was very clean. The airconditioner worked well. The building well maintained and the conciege Shelby was very helpful when we forgot part ofnour toiletries. Well will be back many more times.

What was unique? G-A-R-Y. Incredible professional at check-in who personifies what everyone wants in check-in personnel. He pre-empted any questions I had and efficiently had me signed in before I could say Marriott Courtyard. What a relief to have a check in experience like this.

This property is a little difficult to get to but was close enough for us to get from I40-I30. We were traveling with small children and it was adequate for our needs. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Elevator was a little jerky as you arrived at your floor. We were on the 3rd floor. The only real objection was that the tub was painted, I guess due to renovation, and the paint was peeling off.

Easy access to great restaurants and grocery stores. Very clean rooms. Awesome staff and amenities.

The pool was very dirty. Asked them a couple times about cleaning it.

We were looking for a cheap place to overnight in the middle of a cross country trip and it gets the job done. The staff was very friendly and the main part of the room was clean. The shower backed up to the point of being ankle deep in water by the end of a shower. The pool was nice but i don’t know how often they clean it or take care of it.

The room we were given had a bad air conditioner, we did not find out till that night when it would shut off and not kick back on. We would wake up sweating to have to get up and reset the A/C. Did this 4 times the first night. Reported this to management with a promise they would change out the unit. Maintenance came by turned the temp down, watched it for a little while and never came back. A/C went off again so went down and ask what they could do, hotel was full so another promise of fixing, sadly this did not happen!! Water pressure in shower was also low.

I had a good stay. The staff was very nice and accomodating. The hotel was very clean inside and out. The pool however was dirty and the fire alarm went off twice during my week stay and no one knew how to turn it off. There was no fire either time.

The room was nice, clean, bed supper soft and comfy. Went to the lobby for a few drinks at the little bar they have. The bartener Tracy was an absolute delight! She was amazing, we talked and laughed the whole time. My experience there, even though was only for 1 night, was great. Check in was easy and checking out was easy. Front desk ladies were friendly and kind.

pool is out of order, the rooms looked clean. It's ok, and know prices have been raised all around but wouldn't stay here again for the price was charged. The receptionist was busy flirting so check in took forever. It was decently quiet.

I have booked my room and it’s confirmed when I went to check in at around 1AM in the morning rooms only one room was available and it’s not cleaned when I asked front they said it’s only room available if you want take it or else leave very bad at that moment and it cost me double outside when I booked other room in different hotel

I drivw in early on 2nd morning because of bad storms and tornadoes. Reservation was canceled and I was billed with no place to stay.

Liked: quiet, convenient for appt at Arkansas Heart Hospital early the next morning, comfy bed, large bathroom, a balcony. Disliked: Sign at front desk said to contact them if you needed ice. But the ice machine on our floor was working fine. Signage in the elevator had a couple mistakes regarding the hours of the restaurant and when breakfast is served. Needs to be updated to reflect actual hours. Overall, good stay at reasonable price, clean comfy room in a convenient location.

They Only clean rooms upon request! I figured that out after this first day after discovering my room was never cleaned when I returned to it! So I requested it to be cleaned the 2nd day only to return to only clean towels the bed was never made and sheets were never changed! I was there on business and had a five night stay not once was my bed made or sheets ever changed during the 5 night stay.

This place was extremely noisy. There were people who stayed outside in the parking lot drinking and smoking (and being loud) until at least 2am. There’s a place across the street, Eagle Suites, that is very shady. I’ll never stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend that anyone stay here.

we had changed her room three times. The first two rooms were for handicap and we did not request that. The elevator to the other floors out of order in one room the phone did not work. We had trouble with our keys, trying to get into one door.

The air conditioner made an awful noise and then at 1 am the fire alarm went off, no one said anything no one was at the front desk and it continued on and off until 3 am, the next morning they acted as if it was no big deal

I loved my stay , this was my second time and I was very pleased as the first visit. Clean quiet and convenient area. I’m definitely choosing the hotel for my next stay as you should as well . Not to mention a nice and smooth check in and check out !!

The staff was so kind. From check in to check out they were friendly and talked to me and when I needed maintenance they were on it in no time. The restaurant was really good and the food was fresh. It was a great place to stay.

I stay at this hotel every year when I'm in town for a particular conference. The hotel was nice the first year I stayed but this year it was just an okay stay. It is time for this hotel to be updated. When I initially walked in to the building there was a funny smell. Smelled like old/wet carpet. The front desk was very friendly. I only stayed one night. It was reasonably priced but is time for some upgrades.

The employees weren't friendly., the room itself was nice., but the tub in the bathroom looked nasty, like it wasn't clean good. The refrigerator and the microwave didn't work at least the. Refrigerator wasn't even getting cold. And we realized that it was too many pluggings in the search and some of them did not fit.

Good safe area to stay for the night

We did not have any hot water the night we arrived. When I tried to call the front office to tell them, no one answered. It was late enough I needed to get my kids to bed so we just took cold showers and went to bed. The next morning I let the front desk know what had happened, to which they just looked at me and offered a breakfast after a few minutes. Never an apology or anything, just looked at me like they didn’t know what to do. Very frustrating.
