    Room was clean, nice size. Value was great. Close to hospitals. Very nice at front desk. Strong smell of weed in the hallways, gave me an instant headache. Had to put towels at door and line with paper towels to keep smell from seeping in.

    It was a great location-close to Baptist Hospital. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. A good place to stay for the price. I would choose it again. Only complaint was they were out of paper towels.

    Overall you get what you expect from a cheap hotel at $60. However, you get a full kitchen with your room. Most seemed renovated in my room, but the bathroom was not and a bit disappointing. Regardless this is a good cheap long stay room close to most major hospitals in Little Rock

    The halls felt dirty. The elevator was rough looking. I was scared to walk barefoot in my room and when i did i got in the shower and proved why i was scared. They attempted to upgrade the shower with some paint. It was poorly done. The paint was all over things it shouldnt have been in the tub.

    The pictures DO NOT represent the property. The bathroom had spackle falling off the wall. The tub was stained with some yellow substance. When I brought this to the attention of staff they were unhelpful and told me they don’t have any supervisors on shift for the whole weekend?!? Then offered to move my room. I was shown the 2 other rooms which has the same stains and dilapidated walls. I had to rebook at the hotel across the street and they attempted to no give me my refund for the additional nights until I reported them to corporate and hotels.com. DONT GO THERE

    the first room I was in the dishwasher was broken. in both rooms the shower was filthy. just stained yellow and there were pubes in it. the room smelled awful as well as the hallways. I had to check out early because i just couldn’t stay there it was nasty

    Nice clean room . Didn't have a remote for the TV staff was friendly and gave me a replacement remote .. staff was very nice and talkative while getting my reservation handle . Be aduves there's a $50 deposit that is asked for when you are done getting booked it it's a no cash credit or bank card . The website doesn't mention it but over all it's a nice place that book . How long it takes for the $50 is based on your bank I was told

    Very nice room. At the rate we paid, housekeeping was every 3-4 days between trash pickup and other small things. Towels and bed items replaced weekly. The kitchenette is invaluable to help cut down on the need to go out and pay ridiculous prices at restaurants. The fridge is 3/4 regular size which is great. There's no ice machine but each fridge has an ice tray. Very limited kitchenware but sufficient for the average person to get by. No breakfast at all and the coffee available is less than desirable. Best to buy instant and make in the room. They have a decent little convenience area with a good selection of snacks and food. They also have larger kitchen items like crockpots and blenders for rent I'm assuming. The laundry is reliable and somewhat affordable. About $6 to wash and dry. Security is not great, but we don't feel unsafe. All of the doors that we used that require a card worked reliably. Overall, it's one of the best "you get what you pay for" hotels I've ever stayed in and I have no complaints based on the rate and condition of the hotel. :D

    The room was relatively clean but the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. There were no towels, no water pressure in the shower, the key card needed re-coded after the second day, some plant near the front door smelled so bad I was grateful for a back door, maintenance was happening all over, and I don't think any employee I spoke with spoke English as a primary language.

    Have stayed around 10 nights in a month time frame, and 8 of the 10 days, I went to get coffee at the lobby and it has been empty. When you turn the corner to let the desk clerk know she is sitting with both headphones in head down and watching TV on her phone. Decided that I’d just start making my own coffee since she was unreliable only to find that the room coffee maker is mildewed and disgusting. The fridge also wasn’t cooling in my room causing my food to go bad, but I brought the issue up with the evening desk clerk I was told the maintenance guy wasn’t available and was also off the next day so there would be no swapping it out or repairing it. Shower drains very slowly and starts to fill up if you are in it for longer than 2 minutes. If you literally only need a place to sleep then it should work for you. But if you need it to actually function as a suite where you can prepare foods and live during extended work trips you can find better. I guess you get what you pay for. Or in this case, don’t get what you pay for.

    The bathroom was not completely cleaned or restocked properly. There was an opened and use soap bar on the sink that someone tried to over with the wrapper. The shower was dirty with small hair and soap on the walls. The towels given in the room had long tangled hair in them.

    Our room was clean- but there were dirty dishes in the cupboards. Quiet, large room with plenty of room if you are staying for multiple days or weeks. Close to the medical center. No frills- no breakfast , no ice machine. I would stay again in the right circumstances.

    We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times before, but this most recent experience was completely unacceptable. When we arrived, we were told there was a booking issue despite having a confirmed reservation. The staff offered a $20 credit for a future stay as compensation. While not ideal, we accepted it and tried to be understanding. However, things quickly went downhill. When entering our room, there was a foul smell. We were only there for about 45 minutes before heading out for the day. When we returned, the smell still there. my 9-year-old daughter discovered a wad of toilet paper with feces on it under the kitchen counter, which was the source of the odor. We immediately contacted the front desk. Later, they called back to say no one was available to clean it. I had to go downstairs to speak with someone in person, and they simply gave me a card and told me to file a formal complaint and ask for a refund. To make things worse, the toilet in our room ran loudly all night, making it very difficult to sleep. At checkout, she mentioned she had inspected the room before we arrived and made comments that suggested she didn’t believe our account—essentially implying we could have caused the issue ourselves, which was deeply offensive. We have photo and video evidence of everything. Sadly we will not be returning. Traveling with children, we expected basic cleanliness and professionalism. We got neither!

    Couldn’t get any rest due to a disturbance next door to my room, I called down stairs a few times to report the issue but nothing was done about it, it was by far the worst stay I’ve experienced while staying at Main Stay Suites.     This hotel has a "no firearm on premises" policy that was not listed in their Hotels.com details. When discovered they would not cancel the reservation and charged me for the full stay that I couldn't legally use since I travel with a firearm. Their excuse was I had booked with Hotels.com, but Hotels.com app would not allow me to cancel reservation on day of check-in.

    There was a very strong must odor in the linens, pillows to be specific. The pictures show carpet but they actually do not have carpet. The hot water did not work in the kitchen sink and barely worked in the shower. Due to the room NOT accommodating my work needs I had to book another property at the last minute. Don’t waste your time or money here.

    The hotel is very close to Baptist Health Medical Center and Arkansas Heart Hospital. The owners were renovating the facility, but the noise wasn't a problem. The rooms were super nice and comfortable. It is ideal to stay for a long term or more than one day. It is budget-friendly.

    I walked in, saw the roaches and that the property wasn’t as pictured in my opinion, and walked out after realizing just how bad it was. Even with the smell, I gave it a shot but everything in me said to leave and I did. The front desk agent tried to make me happy and was very kind but I mean another room wouldn’t change the smell nor the bug issue. They refused to give me a refund despite the clearly misleading booking experience. I cannot describe how terrible the smell was short of to say that I never got used to it. There is no way the renovation will fix the bug issue. Maybe a renovation with a wrecking ball but like that’s it. The ac was also either off or not working in the room. The floor was new but the chair, kitchen, and just the condition of everything tells me it is not just a facelift that needs to happen to fix this place. I felt like if I turned the lights off, the roaches would battle the bed bugs for territory over my sleeping self (if I could sleep). I’ve stayed in some gross places but this is by far the worst. Avoid. At all costs. I paid for a whole new reservation after calling around to other hotels at 2 am. That’s how much of a hard nope this place is. It’s cheap but I’ve stayed at nice, cheap places.

    The property was not as clean as I would expect of a hotel, but it wasn't horrible. We had no issue staying there. A young lady was there during the two evenings of our stay and on the morning of checkout. I believe her name was Keethri (?). She was delightful! And very helpful. Our room was wheelchair accessible, including the shower, and it had more space than any ADA-accessible room we've ever stayed in.

    The whole stay was horrible. I booked a 2 queen bed suite. When I got there and checked in they downgraded me to a double bed room. They also charged me $25 for something I’m not even sure what for. I kept asking the man what it was for and he said they charge everyone. Then he charged me another $75.00. I get to the room and there are lights just hanging out of the fixtures even the lights in the fridge were hanging down. There were cockroaches and the floors were sticky. We only had 2 towels for 3 people for 2 days. When we tried to ask for more towels they wouldn’t give us any. The heat index was at 105° and the air condition would stop working for long periods of time. The trim was coming off the counters and cabinets. I honestly don’t know how this hotel is open for business. I’m very disappointed in my stay. And can’t believe I spent $300 on that hotel. I was in town for a concert and live 5 hours away. If it were up to me I would have left early Saturday night and not stayed a whole other night in that hotel. But the rest of my party was not able to stay awake to drive all the way home. The absolute worst and most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

    Do not stay at this hotel, its awful. The front door which is supposed to be locked after ten is left wide open. The place is dirty, bugs and trash everywhere. The staff is a joke, they don't care and can't do anything. There were no pillows on the bed, no tv remote and they didnt have one, no kitchen items and they could've provide any. It was just horrible.

    No attendant was at the desk. Note taped to desk said be back later. Another guest stated they had been gone 3 hours. We had two sick and very tired babies so we unfortunately had to go find another hotel

    This place is not a good place honestly it’s like a half way house. We checked in which the lobby don’t look bad but after that the nightmare begins. We went to the elevator and there was bags of trash in it. We were also being followed. As we walked down the hall I honestly think the smell of pot was so bad that we were getting a contact high. We open the room door thinking let’s just get in our room and stay locked in we open our door and the TV was on in the room lock was broken on the door the smell was awful and there was people coming in and out like buying drugs or prostitution it feel so uncomfortable that we loaded up and left I didn’t even stop at the lobby to complain I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t even want to start a fight or argument because I Felt unsafe and my four month old didn’t need to be there. Please do not book this hotel.

    Very poor experience. Two cop cars in front of bldg upon arrival, man talking to prostitute in lobby, staff unable to locate reservation, unclean room, dilapidated couch & mattress, and nonstop noise from adjacent areas all night.

    Drug dealing activity. Random people knocking on my door every night around 2am. Key card kept being de-magnatized. Front desk was mostly unattended m. I was suppose to have Queen bed but I was a full bed. I had to go to Walmart to buy wash cloths because they did not have any. This has no comforts of home. No pots and pans, silverware, toiletries, hair dryer. Lots of activity like a crack house

    Great location and a really nice room. Definitely need to spray for bugs. Roaches were in the bathroom. Unhappy that there was no breakfast provided until after 7 am. Not even a cup of coffee.

    Made reservations over a week in advance. The first room I was given the door didn’t latch. The second room I was given actually had someone staying in it. And the third room I was given the lock didn’t work so I couldn’t get in the room. So at 12:30 am I was scrambling to find a place to stay because there were no rooms available at this place. The staff was not pleasant through any of this. And not once were they apologetic. It was not a great experience.

    This was one of the worst places i ever stayed at. I requested 2 beds they said they didn't have it but it was not close to being sold out then i was never told there was a 100 dollar hold on my card. The room was nasty no room service had to bring the dirty bath towels down to get new ones then to top it off there was roaches in the room. Just bad place

    This was one of the worst places i walked into.. checked in at 5:09, checked out at 5:27.. cops everywhere, dirty and trash everywhere, room was filthy and had not been cleaned in years, food all over the room, urine all over the toilet and floor, mirrors have never been cleaned.. clothes and tissue under pull out couch, no sheets and mattress was dusgusting.. do not walk into this place.. we checked out and booked another hotel..

    When I arrived old cars in parking lot and one up on blocks. Nobody at front desk and about 10 minutes later someone showed up. They were friendly and normal check in. It was hot and smelled in hall and elevator and trash all over the floor. Room was kinda clean, but AC seemed to keep it humid in room. Cable tv was out part of the evening. The general impression was there was maintenance and housekeeping issues.

    I stayed at this hotel about 6 years ago, and it was very nice. Well 6 years later it was very run down. Black mold in the tub. Carpet pulled up half way down the hall. Bathroom sink had no way to let the water out, lamp by the bed didn't work, and overhead light on the bed was out. Clientele looks a little sketchy. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

    We left within 5 minutes of arriving and found another hotel. It was filthy. Cigarette butts in hallway. Trash piled up outside around trash cans. The fridge in our room had food in it. People loitering by the front doors. I did not feel safe there with my children.

    Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in 30 years. Blood all over the mattress when we opened the sofa bad. Then they didn’t have pillows, sheets, or blankets for it. A used bar of soap was in the shower, so had it been cleaned?! The front desk guy was incredibly rude and had no cart to carry my luggage. The hallways were filled with smoke-smell and the floors were filthy. They advertise a full kitchen, but there were no dishes or even a spoon!

    It smelled really bad in the rooms where it’s a non smoking room and I started getting lightheaded and I kept finding cigarettes buds around the bed in a non smoking room and when I talked to the manager he said he can’t do anything for me so we decided that we should just leave and find somewhere else to stay where we can feel more comfortable.

    The staff was nice enough during check-in and checking out. The hotel seemed clean and all upon arriving. After checking in and going to our room, when we stepped out of the elevator we noticed a distinct smell. Someone had been smoking weed and it was all in the corridor. Our room slightly smelled of weed. We had to go back to the front desk to get a remote for the tv. The elevator quit working and we had to take the stairs. Despite notices all over the place about quiet times, there was loud talking, laughter, and squeals in the corridor all night long. I will not be back to this particular hotel. The week before I stayed at another location for this chain and instantly regretted booking a room at this location.

    Lobby wasn't locked in the middle of the night, went out a couple times for a smoke, and it states lobby locked, but it was open. Front desk person socializing with a guests for a long period of time, with the small lobby it was difficult to maneuver around the guest.
