Comfortable, relaxing, and quiet.

The room I stayed in was very large, clean, and maintained very well. However, I would have liked more trash baskets. I also wish they would offer a complimentary breakfast. The staff was very kind and efficient.

Overall, a great stay. Staff was friendly, and it seemed safe. The wall thermostat was not controlling the room temperature, we learned. Need to use the control on the wall unit. Room odor was a bit off at first. Comfy bed. Good array of TV channels.

Breakfast is very bad , not worth for money.

Felt like a very safe area of town. Hotel and surrounding areas were well kept. Room was clean, quiet and fairly spacious. Bed was firm and comfortable. A/C worked wonderfully. Staff were quick and efficient. Close to plenty of eating options. Plan to stay again next month when we have to be back in Little Rock.

The staff was friendly, personable, helpful and knowledgeable. If the breakfast had not been enclosed in my booking, I wouldn't pay for it. I thought that maybe it would be a little more than what they had to choose from. The bathroom toilets were outdated. Nice and clean just child height.

Staff were great but room furniture, specifically sofa and pillows, were dirty. No one came to clean our room or simply refresh towels during our stay, so we had to go downstairs and get our own. Our previous stay a couple years ago was great however, which is why we came back, but I don’t think I’ll be returning unfortunately.

Great place to stay staff is wonderful

It’s a great hotel, we always stay there when we go to LR. Andy little issue was a lot of water came out of the shower every time we used it. Other than that it was great as always

Not enough handicap parking and no one to enforce non handicap parking Large truck in handicap parking with no plackard. Was told there was no security to enforce rules. No security was scary in this mixed area.

Didn’t stay and pay for breakfast.

The queen size mattresses were uncomfortable. It’s probably time to replace them. Also, the microwave in the room has a rotating plate that was too large and prevented the rotator from turning. Needs correct size plate replaced to prevent breakage or just replace entire microwave.

Nice outdoor seating area. Cushions were stained though. We had 11 people in four rooms. Our room didn’t have enough k-cups so we asked for more and were told they were out till the next truck. How does a hotel run out of coffee? Second room the coffee maker was broke, took till that night to get it replaced. Third and fourth rooms weren’t ready at 6:30pm. They wanted adjoining rooms because of the kids. They were put on the fourth floor across from each other. So instead of have rooms next to each other they had to check on the kids across the hall. The pillows were terrible. The pool was cold even for the kids. We ended up eating breakfast offsite because the price was ridiculous. This was our second stay at a Hilton Garden Inn. The first one was in Shreveport and was bad as well. We enjoy staying at Hilton, we’re rewards members. But will never visit a Garden Inn again.

The refrigerator was exceptionally loud when it cycled on. There wasn’t any lotion in the dispenser. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Plenty of handicapped parking and several spots as close to the entrance as possible. Room very clean, plenty of towels, plenty of hot water 🙂

The bed and pillows were the worst I ever experienced in a Hilton ever. Hurt our back and neck every night we stayed there. We even left early on the last day. The female bartender argued with a customer telling him if he could do a better job to get behind the bar then. Her mixed drinks made me and my fiance sick the night we tried them.Other staff was great and hotel was very clean. Maintenance was very responsive and polite.

Friendly staff

Overall property and staff were nice and room was clean. One issue we encountered was when we arrived, the front desk attendant stated we had continental/hot breakfast included in our stay but the next day when we went down to eat, we were told that wasn’t true and we needed to pay $15/ per person to eat. This information would have been good to note at the beginning of our stay but stay was decent nonetheless.

Excellent place to stay very clean

The location was close to what we traveled for. Free continental breakfast was false. We were asked to pay $15 for a bowl of oatmeal and an apple. This charge is ridiculous! To pay $15 for breakfast, we could go get a real breakfast! Kids running up and down the halls all night was also ridiculous! We called the front desk and asked to have someone look into the issues but nothing was done. I am a Hilton Honors member. Nothing at this location provided any benefit to being a member! We had to pay $3 for a tiny bottle of water in the room.

Very difficult to resolve a dispute and contact anyone regarding customer issues.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was not included in the room price at this location. I stayed at another Hilton Garden Inn in the Little Rock area in the same sized room for the same cost about a month before this trip, and breakfast was included in my room price at that location.

We sat at the bar & had great conversation with bartender. Can't remember her name but we had the topic of cruises to talk about. She worked on the 8th when we stayed. No Free breakfast

The breakfast was great, however I was told it came with the booking and it did not. This is the second time this has happened to me and that was a little disappointing. The breakfast is not included with your stay and it is confusing online to get the breakfast added to the room. Like I stated above, this is the second time this has happened, even through I asked the receptionist at the front desk when I booked in and she said it was. It should be complimentary, I'm just saying.

Our stay was friendly and nice. Checked in late about 7pm. Initially got a room at the end of the hallway next to the stairwell. Didn’t feel comfortable or safe. Asked gentleman at the front desk for a change of room and without hesitation he did the switch. He was understanding. Breakfast buffet $15 and is worth it. All the staff was friendly, polite and nice.

We have stayed here many times over the last year. The staff is friendly and it is clean and quiet. Breakfast is not included but microwave and refrigerator in room helpful. I don't like their coffee maker only being Keur eg. but it's only my preference. Would stay here again.

Had a good stay; grest hotel for the money

The place was beautiful but i was interrupted in my sleep with a call saying my dog was barking when she was actually sound asleep. Then after the call all i could hear was the dog that was actually barking most of the night and i could no longer sleep. But the place was nice. Check in lady wasnt as pleasant as the check out lady.

This is our favorite hotel in the Little Rock area. Staff is always friendly. Property is clean and well maintained.

Fire alarm went off for an hour in the middle of the night. We were told that was no danger but it still was not stopped. We asked for the night to be refunded and were told no. We stayed 3 nights total and the indoor pool was ice cold. Staff were kind and friendly but the alarm was ridiculous.

Would have been nice to know some of the amenities like the pool were down.

It was a disaster from the moment I walked in. The pool was down which was the whole reason we selected this pool. The person to check us in kept muttering under her breathe and then took out her frustrations on me when the system wasnt working. Snapping at me like it was my fault and I was an inconvenience to her. I was scared to even ask a question. The outside smoking area was a hazard with boards just laying around.

. Hilton should install some taller commodes- those are like child height and I'm only 5' tall!! A hotel as big as Hilton should be able to fix this problem!! Mostly for the rates that are being charged also!. Also why do you not give AARP discounts either?? Just curious as to why- when i asked the lady she said since it went thru 3rd party she could not help me. Ok then!!

The bathroom counter and in the room I was in room 226 looks like it’s about to fall off the wall so I was very concerned there. Upon trying to check in I stood at the counter it was like hello hello hello, took a while for me to get the attendance attention. In order to get her attention I had to call the phone number for the hotel when it rang she came running out the back somewhere

The staff was very friendly and very polite. We went there after our wedding and had a very pleasant night.

We really enjoyed our stay in the comfort of the hotel , bed was so comfy and walking my dog was a breeze he enjoyed himself got so much attention from guest and staff all positive vibes really enjoyed myself, will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Staff was AMAZING for our whole stay. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had what we needed. They were personable. Room and Facility was nice and clean. The price was fair.

One negative was that the lobby really needed vacuuming, so at first I wasn’t sure what to expect our room to look like. Our room was very clean and lived up to its 9.6 exceptional rating! Another negative was the awkward shaped cart for carrying luggage in and out. They need to supply the guests with a flat cart that is easier to use and it is able to carry more items. I definitely would recommend staying at this hotel.

Loved the security sitting out front during our 1am check in. Makes you feel better about leaving your vehicle in the middle of a city.

Had to request room be cleaned and clean towels. They didnt plan to do these unless we requested it. Its a Hilton... expected this would be an automatic service. Generally the room was nice, and quiet. Not updated for usb or smart tvs. No in room safe....

Nice hotel and helpful staff, but luggage carts are terrible. Things fall off the triangle-shaped carts and through the holes. Also, a bit of an overcharge for a minimalist breakfast.

This is our favorite place to stay in Little Rock. Always clean, friendly staff and quiet. We spend a lot of nights in LR and this is our number one pick!

After checking in we realize there was no TV remote. Call downstair and was told it was supposed to be in front of TV, it was not. We were told someone would bring one up to the room, but that did not happen. As we were leaving for our event, I spoke to the clerk in person, and he thought the matter had been taken care of, but it had not. He said he would find us a remote control. On our arrival back from our event I asked the new clerk and she gave us a TV remote. Also the bottom hanger on the bathroom door fell off when trying to hang a towel.

It smelled great when we entered the hotel.Room was spacoius, loved the bathroom shower for us elderly people. Couch could be replaced very worn with holes. I wouldnt sit on it. Also AC vent needed cleaned where you sleep in the bed.

When I spoke to the front desk about the issue they told me that management wanted to save money, so they don't run the heater in the indoor pool in the summer time - we were supposed to stay Friday and Saturday night (swimming until check out on Sunday morning) but we left before 10am Saturday looking for places that we could go play in warm water & she ended up with a sun burn - which was the entire point of paying for a hotel with an indoor pool to begin with!

Great room and hotel was updated, clean and staff was friendly. Check-in was quick and the staff was very accommodating. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room didn’t work well and was also hot in the area where we had breakfast. Also, breakfast was supposed to be available at 6:00am but wasn’t ready at 6:15 when we got there.

We spent one night as a family at this hotel. Very clean and spacious king suite. Hot breakfast was good. Very friendly staff and they allowed us to hang at the lounge till we finished the eclipse viewing after our checkout.

Oh I didn’t mention there was a Costco and TJ Maxx 8min away.
