I have already filled this at once. Monika at the front desk was superb and professional, and helped me get my room for an early check-in. I went to the California restaurant in the lower floor and the staff of Carlos, Edgar, and Fernando were fabulous. Everything was great at the hotel!

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Location is adjacent to everything in Westwood, including the UCLA campus. The rooms were bright, clean and comfortable. We plan to stay there every time we visit Los Angeles.
- 3.5/5
I like the fact that they offered coffee and water in the lobby. Offered a 2 mile radius Uber. I was disappointed that they did not have a hot tub. We had to ask for a coffee maker in a room and usually that’s just standard in other hotels We had to pay for a microwave $45 because my friend has allergies and needed to bring her own food. I was surprised that there weren’t more restaurants close by.

Definitely this will be my new go to hotel when visiting our son who attends UCLA. It was a quick walk to Westwood Village(where he lives), and not far from campus. The hotel is on a ‘busier road” but you still can walk places. We felt safe. The staff were wonderful, and we were upgraded to 11th floor quieter room(not overlooking the street.) it also was our anniversary and they sent complimentary dessert up to the room with a card. Happy Hour at the hotel was great, and comp wine from 5-6. Also, the outside pool and fire pit aware was really nice to sit outside

Liked the property. It needs an update but still lovely, clean, good service and can walk to a few restaurants.
- 4/5
As a heavy coffee drinker, I need to have access to hot water and coffee at all times during the day. There are no kettles or coffee makers in the rooms, and the lobby serves free coffee for only a short period in the morning which is not convenient. The closest coffee shops are at least 15 minutes walk.
- 4/5
Missed having coffee brewer in room All else was good. Fun bar and wonderful food at hotel restaurant. Complimentary Uber rides within two miles was great! Also appreciated the amenities fee was issued as a credit to their restaurant or grab and go! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

hotel itself was great and location. My husband found my diamond hoop earring on the bed and set it on the bedside table right before we left. I called housekeeping and front desk immediately and, instead of going to room to get it, they asked me to fill out some random on-line form and never heard back. Called Front desk several times and they forwarded me to housekeeping and it never picked up. You guys owe me a $1000 earring.

Expensive , no hot water in shower , no plugs by bed, no coffee facilities in room , the “complimentary” foyer coffee wasn’t available, check in staff said due to my status I had $15 credit , I was charged fully for the two waters I had … WIFI was slow … Ton of hidden charges Very disappointed !!!

The thing that stuck me was the in house restaurant. I stayed there at the beginning and at the end of a two week stay in California. At the first stay I ate at that restaurant, even though I have low expectations of hotel restaurants. I was just too travel weary to go out. It was a delightful meal. At the end of the trip I did not even bother with looking for another restaurant. The menu is kind of a "do a few things well" thing, but with a sufficient range of choices. I would actually consider that restaurant even it not staying at that hotel.
- 5/5
Good Breakfast
- 4/5
The 1dollar room credit for snacks was a nice touch
- 5/5
Like the food quality as well as quantity in double take restaurant inside the hotel. We ordered one full meal shared by 2 of us.

A ceiling lamp in a fixture broke and damaged my computer while I was at the hotel.

Very clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, will come back on visits to LA in future
- 5/5
The hotel is in a great location. The people were friendly, easy to check in easy to check out just what you’re looking for.
- 5/5
Hotel was expensive but nice. $50.00 for self parking. Breakfast was good, just pricey.
- 5/5
Super fancy. Clientele were extra. people watching was fun.

The front desk was super sweet. Especially Emily!! I could not thank her enough for the easy check-in process. She was very welcoming.
- 2/5
Only the hotel lobby and entertainments were good.
- 4/5
Staff was super courteous
- 4/5
The staff were amazing!! Extremely helpful and thanks to the free two mile uber offered I made it to my appointment on time.
- 4/5
The Kimpton Paloma Beverly was a decent hotel, one I'd like to visit again. However, the waitress at the breakfast restaurant on the first floor was rude and insincere.
- 5/5
clean room with excellent staff
- 5/5
Beautiful venue, kind staff!

- 5/5
This hotel is wonderful. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Emily was the stand out at the front desk. Also Jacob Ja Nay and others were delightful. The hotel is clean and quiet. They have a number of perks: free uber to the mall and a room credit you can spend on snacks. Also free wine 5-6 everyday. I’ll stay here again.
- 4/5
Good room, great staff, great breakfast, the air conditioning could be little quieter at night.
- 5/5
I love how clean our room was and I love the staff they were beyond amazing!!

I accidentally booked my stay for the wrong day . I didn’t want money back . All I wanted was to be booked for the correct date and they Didn’t even bother to make a exception .
- 5/5
Room was clean, no complaints. Felt very safe.
- 5/5
Clean hotel with good breakfast
- 5/5
This is our second time staying here over the holidays. Every member of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the restaurant and bar area is very nice. I highly recommend.
- 3/5
Clean room, kind staff
- 2/5
Of our 7 nights, we had 3 nights where there was nohousekeeping service when we returned end of the day. When we followed up on phone, housekeeping personnel was super rude and blamed us for the lack of housekeeping servce (she expects us to call whenever we need service). First time i hear this in all the hotels i have stayed. Basin was stuck and certain blinds. Very disappointing considering Aria is one of the better hotels in Vegas.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel! We had a great time with our dog. I loved the lobby and the game room. The staff who assisted us was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and room service was good! Will definitely be back here!

Efficient, friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. Very comfy bed, very clean room. Completely satisfied.

Room was dated. Lots of paint/edges peeling. Hallways are very dark. Front desk not friendly.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable.

Great overall experience
- 5/5
Great place!
- 4/5
Nice place lots of hidden costs like paying a quest amenity fee each night and a hotel worker protection ordinance sur charge. Service was great people were wonderful.
- 1/5
STAY AWAY - Staff was incompetent and rude. They took $1860 ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT WITHOUT AUTHIRIZATION for a 2 night stay. I paid in full at checkin with my AMEX and charged the $150/night incidentals deposit to my debit. During my 2 night stay my debit was charged 4 separate charges totaling $1850.25 when my reservation was already paid in full. When I addressed this the staff had no answers and put me on hold for ages only for Emily to pick up and be condescending and rude to me so I took time to come back to the hotel in person to actually speak with someone. Now I am not sure how long it will take to get my refund of the overage
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms and quiet area
- 5/5
clean room and definitly staff
- 3/5
The hotel is conveniently located iand clean, though the rooms feel a little dated
- 4/5
Great hotel but the shower water pressure was bad. Restaurant food was good but is a bit odd where you have to go to a counter to order food instead of table servers.
- 5/5
The staff is nice, but they could not find our reservation until I showed them on my phone. And the extra charges are always a bit much.
- 4/5
Nice stay. Game room in the bar/restaurant was a fun-awesome touch. Parking was unbelievably expensive at $50/day. Do better Palomar!
- 5/5
Loved everything about this hotel
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, easy check in-out, safe area.
- 5/5
Very nice service and staff; spacious room; nice amenities and lobby.
- 5/5
Good room service and nice room
- 5/5
Perfect and spectacular staff!
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Excellent Valet parking services. Great job!
- 4/5
For a visit to UCLA, this hotel was perfectly situated to campus, great restaurants and all the major spots in Beverly Hills.
- 5/5
The hotel is in a great location. The room was very nice and clean.
- 5/5
Great stay near the University, did not have much time to explore the area so can’t comment on that! Will stay again!
- 5/5
Everyone there was so kind. I arrived before check-in and the person at the desk seemed genuinely distressed that she had to make me wait a little bit. It was only 15 or 20 minutes. Everything looks clean and nice. The food from the restaurant was good. It’s very safe and centrally located to everything. I will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel! Excellent staff! The free coffee in the morning, and free wine between 5-6pm, are such a nice touch! The location is also excellent!
- 4/5
Good hotel
- 4/5
$45 for a microwave delivery seems excessive.
- 4/5
Decent rooms, nice staff, felt very safe in the neighborhood.
- 5/5
Great desired interior
- 4/5
Okay stay. Hip feel to the hotel, but subpar for the money. They overcharge guests (eg, ridiculous “resort fee”, no free water in rooms). The rooms are dated and in poor condition (our door stuck, our AC was not effective and the room was too hot). The promised “Beverly Hills” view was just a view of busy Wilshire Avenue. Not a good value.
- 4/5
Nice area, felt very safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
- 4/5
The only thing I didn’t like is how much parking was
- 1/5
Not the best
- 5/5
Good customer service!

Like the games area
- 5/5
Very convenient, easy access, central location
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
Staff was friendly
- 5/5
Lovely time. Pet and family friendly.
- 3/5
Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Self parking spaces available. The pool is located in the court yard adjacent to a private house on the other side of the wall. I did not see anyone using it. There are sofa lounge area next to the pool. It was fun to checkout the bikes to ride around the area, though the helmets are all beaten up. They need to upgrade to new helmets. There was an issue with my toilet, but it got fixed quickly.
- 5/5
Lovely Torres made our stay extra special, a home away from home. Definitely coming back. She was very accommodating and helpful with giving us tips on what we can find around the neighborhood, we are coming from overseas and are in the process of moving for our daughter's education. She made it extra easier by pointing out where most things are specially Asian cooking. She is an asset to Kimpton.
- 4/5
Bathroom door was a barn type and was off the track. Pillows were a joke. They can’t be using pillows like that in a nice Parking was a challenge with a SUV The first two floors are for Valet Then almost a whole floor for Charging stations that were empty The main issue, and I understand they can’t do anything about this, is the parking garage gets lower and lower for every floor. The open spaces were on the top floor which had a clearance of 5’10 which precluded my car from entering.
- 4/5
Outrageously expensive parking for registered guests. The rooms are getting tired (wobbly lamps, chipped furniture.
- 5/5
Very accommodating with nice amenities!
- 4/5
Location and Front Desk staff were excellent! Valet, bellman (unseen) and driveway at entrance are a HUGE NEGATIVE. No assistance with bags was offered; space to leave car and checkin before parking is waaaay too small and the staff there are not well-trained in customer service. Very surprising for such a great property.
- 5/5
Great service, very nice lobby with a great restaurant. The beds are a little on the small side, but no complaints here. It was extremely quiet, and actually easy to find street parking since the hotel is located in a neighborhood. Great hotel!
- 2/5
would not recommend.
- 3/5
The staff was very helpful, although I thought it was a bit dirty and noisy at times
- 4/5
Just kind of “meh”.
- 3/5
The first two nights the 7th floor smelled horrible. It smelled like stinky socks. It got better over the next couple of days.
- 4/5
Only stayed for one night but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The only thing was there was no hot water coming out of shower. Waited for at least 5 minutes and still no hot water.
- 3/5
Room and staff were nice but for 3 nights paid a $450 incidental fee which feels pretty unreasonable.
- 4/5
Staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Good value for the area and price. Boutique and cozy vibes, dining options are consistent as well. Spacious rooms and generally well-maintained.
- 4/5
There were only pillows per bed though and those pillows were incredibly flat. While I appreciated a text from the property inquiring into how things were going, I don’t think I received the foam pillows I requested. Also I would have liked the coffee and tea service to have remained beyond 10 AM. More significantly, the billing process was not very transparent. After booking the room through a third party app, the additional amount that I had to pay at the hotel was more than I anticipated and the numerous extra fees and random charges were very confusing to track. I got the feeling I was being “nickel and dimed.” Ultimately I wasn’t confident I got the best value for my money at this property.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
I love staying here when I’m in Westwood. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. The location is convenient to get around.
- 5/5
Parking fee is crazy ,rooms r clean ,housekeeping was very nice . I just don’t like that our bathroom has no airvents so when someone uses the bathroom ,the smell can’t escape . The AC unit is very loud.we like that the hotel is close to campus
- 4/5
It’s a lovely property in a nice neighbourhood. The staff at the reception were very helpful. The room was large and nice amenities. The door of the bathroom didn’t close and that was a bit awkward. Phone calls for room service was not answered, maybe a one off miss. Overall a happy place to stay, would rate 4.5, though not 5
- 5/5
The social hour wine tasting was a great touch! They offer loaners on several items, should you forget to pack something. I’ll definitely be back!
- 4/5
We loved this location, cleanliness, safe, walkable, cool rooms! The only draw back was additional fees for items. For example, the room service had additinal fees on top of the service fee and tip. We would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
I wish there had been a tea/coffee maker in the room. Room did have a mini refrigerator, which I appreciated. I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant but the menu looked tasty.
- 5/5
Very centrally located for UCLA
- 4/5
Nice and clean but lots of extra charges that surprised me.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
The only problem was parking on arrival. The driveway was too full for me to park and they require check in before you can park. It was stressful for me to wait in line to check in, knowing that my car was blocking others arriving behind me. I wish I could park and then get a voucher to use afterwards, like other hotels where I have stayed. Otherwise, I enjoy staying here.
- 5/5
Staff was very responsive to my needs
- 5/5
Have stayed twice in this hotel with kids. Food is great, Walking distance to UCLA, very convenient.
- 5/5
This is the second time I have stayed at this property. Both times have been very pleasant. Easy checking and very nice employees. All you need in that surrounding area as far restaurants and shops just a short drive. Will stay again!
- 5/5
It was fabulous!
- 5/5
Things I loved was really warm staff and nice happy vibe of friendly travellers and staff in foyer. I loved the uber trips and bikes included in tariff. I was dropping my daughter to start UCLA and position was perfect . Things I didn’t like was that hotel took money each day as deposit in case I used the restaurants etc . This was a problem for me as I just had traveller money on my visa , I was there for 6 nights and it wiped out my spending money only to get a refund on my card a couple of days after I came home . If I had known I would have organised this differently but I was stuck by then time I was there and this was the setup. I would stay there again and would recommend .
- 5/5
This is a solid hotel with a cool vibe, convenient to UCLA, Beverly Hills, Century City and the airport. I checked in early in the morning but because I’m an IHG member wasn’t charged an extra fee. Rooms are a good size and updated with a nice desk ideal for business travelers. The resort fee covers one free Uber ride under two miles per day, which I used to take me to Rodeo Drive and Westfield Century City. Nice perk! The neighborhood is mostly residential and walkable to charming Westwood Village. Interesting dining options are nearby in Sawtelle and Persian Square. There’s also a cool cemetery with lots of celebrities (including Marilyn Monroe) just a five-minute walk away. My only complaints are the room had no closet or place to hang clothes, which was strange. The $15 daily credit towards food and drink isn’t applied automatically to your bill and has to be requested at check out it at the front desk. That seemed a little shady. The restaurant is also overpriced, but that’s LA for you!
- 5/5
Best service and clean hotel
- 5/5
Can’t ask for a better yet reasonably priced luxury hotel in the Beverly Hills neighborhood. The staff here are absolutely friendly and they keep checking on you everyday. The rooms were stark clean and the facility is spotless. My only cringe is the parking and it’s understandably congested given the space constrained wealthy neighborhood. Don’t recommend renting a car or driving one here as the parking is way expensive, instead use Uber or Waymo and you can ave yourself a lot of time and money.
- 5/5
Great experience and great location
- 5/5
Stylish, comfortable, friendly staff, close to Westwood Village, gorgeous view of the Mormon Temple, especially when it's lit up at night.
- 3/5
The hotel is nice and clean. Note that it's about a 15 minute walk from any restaurants (besides the one in the hotel) along a 6 (or 8?) lane road. They also hit you with a number of surprise fees and charge $150 *per day* for incidentals, which of course you should get back at the end...but if you're staying a few days then you'll get a massive charge on your card.
- 5/5
Absolutely love this hotel and will definitely stay here next time I’m in Los Angeles. The staff could not have been nicer, accommodations were outstanding, and I just love the feel of the hotel, it’s a boutique, hotel property, with all the bells and whistles! 5 stars!!
- 3/5
Very nice stay.
- 3/5
Front desk sent us on a long walk to dinner and everything was closed. We had to order delivery in our room and by then very late
- 5/5
Such a great dog friendly hotel, and the food is fantastic!
- 2/5
When we got there didn’t feel welcomed at all by him I didn’t catch his name but he was there in the afternoon, the worst part is that he “couldn’t “ help us but when other guest got there he helped them! Wow just wow !! Please do better ..
- 5/5
Great location for UCLA and area!
- 3/5
Double bed is a full size bed not queen like other hotels in the area. The room was tight fit for 4 adults.
- 4/5
Perfect location to walk to graduation at UCLA. Lovely one bedroom suite. Pull out sofa bed in living room very comfortable.
- 5/5
Incredible customer service at this hotel and an amazing restaurant on site.
- 1/5
Hotel is in terrible condition. The rooms are not kept-up, and clearly need tons of work. Service was poor. They clearly do not have the stuff to turn the rooms over a timely manner, as check-in was hours late since the rooms were not ready.
- 4/5
Is overwhelmed at every hour. Operations team needs to figure this out and hire more people and have guest services person who can help w items beyond check in. Appreciated high floor request but it’s noisy facing wilshire and wish that request had been honored.
- 4/5
Beware of the mandatory additional fees. Very misleading when you think you're getting a good deal.
- 5/5
Service was excellent
- 5/5
Great stay. Good service and food. Parking pricey
- 5/5
Perfect stay at Kimpton. All their locations are well above excellent. 5 stars is not enough. I forgot some items and they had them at my door step in 2 days.

- 4/5
Parking is expensive
- 5/5
Great property
- 5/5
food was great, walkable to UCLA.
- 5/5
A few minutes walk from Westwood. Restaurant downstairs is good and open late. It was a bit of a walk from UCLA (where I needed to go) but you can walk through the quiet and beautiful neighborhood so I didn’t mind.
- 5/5
Great location and very friendly, professional staff.
- 4/5
Air conditioning was loud. That was my only complaint. Otherwise great!
- 5/5
Great stay! Would stay again

- 5/5
Everything was wonderful, the staff were all extremely nice and attentive. We will definitely be back.

👍
- 4/5
The lady who checked us in was not nice at all. Not only did she not provide us information, she missed out on checking in the second room on the reservation. And did not provide any information that we heard other guests being provided. Overall, the hotel is in a nice location that is close to everywhere. The rooms were clean and the other staff were nice. The breakfast was also very good.
- 4/5
The awesome part about this hotel is that they accept pets and they are accommodating to them too. The lobby gets pretty crowded at times and the check in is slow but the rest is pretty good
- 2/5
Not clear all the charges to the room , and very expensive the restaurant. Not good .
- 4/5
A very nice experience that was detracted by scheduling mistake that occurred with expedia and hotel staff.
- 5/5
Happy atmosphere. Friendly staff. Highly recommend it.
- 5/5
Everyone was really nice at the Hotel. I was able to walk to Westwood Village nearby. The hotel’s location is also a 20-30min taxi to any of the attractions. I like how modern the decor is and how convenient it was to have a restaurant in the lobby.
- 5/5
Polite staff, great bartenders, amazing food.
- 5/5
Beautiful property. Staff was excellent! Great workout facilities
- 4/5
Terrible pillows and hidden fees that get charged with the "resort fee"
- 2/5
This property was nice for the most part it looked nice from an aesthetic perspective and for Beverly Hills they def tack on a ton of hidden charges which I’ve never experienced before. Over all it was a decent experience but will. It stay they again if u have a choice
- 1/5
I booked our stay a month in advance and when I checked in they asked me if I booked the night before. I said no, and they said well they didn’t have a room available for the 3 of us but we could have a king bed with a cot. I brought my friend on this trip and assured her this hotel was very nice. It was so embarrassing to have my guest have to sleep on a cot in an extremely cramped room that was no where near big enough for 3 people. They refused to help us that night but said they might have a room in the morning with the two beds that we originally booked. The staff also acted like this was our fault for not knowing it was parents weekend. They explained that we weren’t the only ones this has happened to and they were overbooked. When we moved into the correct room the next day, we were walked in on and then rushed out by staff. Wouldn’t ever come here again despite how wonderful my first visit was, this was such a nightmare experience. Oh and the most compensation they could give us was a $50 credit for items from the lobby.

When in room you can hear every room door open & shut. Noisy if you’re trying to sleep. I had a very early flight this morning & got no sleep because of loud doors shutting & people bumping into my door.

Great hotel! Staff was great, and everything was clean. However, the only downside is that while in a convenient location, since it is on a busy street, the drop-off area near the entrance is always congested and the valet, while great, are always juggling a lot of things. Otherwise, wonderful stay with our dog!

Gage Hobin turned us away, was very rude and incosiderate.

This was a really nice hotel for our birthday trip. Things were setup well and no real complaints. Computer system was slow but that is sort of not relevant. Big shout out to Janay for helping us navigate around town, she was a very helpful, engaged and friendly person, thanks Janay! Thank you Kimpton Hotel Palomar

The rooms was not that clean.
- 3/5
the hotel its a bit outdated, the rooms look old with a black carpet that doesn’t reflect cleanliness, the smell of the room was like it had no ventilation in a long time.

Reached out everyday to make sure our stay was going well

We loved our stay, the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was excellent

The bed was so hard that I actually woke up with sore ribs as Im a side sleeper. I asked for a bed topper and was told that they do not have them. My husband was so uncomfortable that he sept on the sofa because it was softer.

Had a great stay!

I’ve always enjoyed Kimpton hotels, but this one was worn out and not kept to their normal standards. The hallway had spilled granola on the ground the entire time of our stay, trash was left by a guest out there door and never picked up, rooms were small, an employee knocked on our door early in the morning because he thought we called the front desk. Just low standards. Not great. Won’t return.

Easy to check in and a quiet property

I didn't like I was locked inside of a dark garage the day of checkout, and after calling the front desk to let me in, I was then led to the lobby and held hostage in the lobby and told I couldn't go back up to my room to collect my items or my dog until I settled up a few incidental charges, because certain people leave the hotel before paying their bill. I was then told my charges was a little over $200, but within the same minutes, Jess the manager charged my card over $400 dollars. I felt disrespected and Jess, the manager, who continued to state that she was "the manager", and her loud mouth and her unprofessional actions were played out for everyone to see in the Lobby of the Hotel. Thank you, Kimpton Hotel

Overall good value for the area. Staff were not very friendly- we did not feel very welcome. Hotel is very clean and toiletries were luxurious. Lobby has a nice design.

Janay and Bridgett as well as the housekeeping crew Maria and the guy who brung me up my fork and towels were all AWESOME!! THEY ALL DESERVE RAISES AND A MONTH OFF WITH PAY! There was an older guy who did the valet parking who was also awesome as he and I had a nice discussion about life which helped to make my travel expertise and experience better. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality

Foul smell on the floor we were on, noisy all night. Not so great service at bar in the restaurant

Charging $3.50 for one banana was a little excessive. Actually really excessive.

Great location and facilities. Parking and resort fee are a bit excessive. Some rooms are too noisy from hotel’s boiler or AC roaring noise.
- 5/5
Check-in staff was great. Self parking was OK. No elevator access without a key from garage so I suppose you have to check-in before parking or haul your bags down the stairs. Thankfully we packed light. They do offer multiple EV chargers though which was nice to see.

Needs to be updated

The Kimpton was a very nice hotel with good food option and walkable to most areas in Westwood.
- 3/5
It’s okay. Lots of extra charges. Room chair was not comfortable.
- 5/5
I liked the complimentary coffee/tea and free uber ride withint 2 miles. Stayed for UCLA graduation so it was helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel for visiting UCLA students
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Great location for UCLA families
- 4/5
Convenient location for UCLA, but you need to be careful crossing Wilshire when walking to Westwood and campus.
- 3/5
Overpriced. The AC system was loud. No coffee maker in the room. $10 for the water bottle in the room (really?!). And the room looks tired - paint coming off the bathroom door, etc. Disappointing for an IHG property.
- 3/5
Overall, our stay was good. But for the amount of money we paid we had reported to the front desk that our shower was moldy on the ceiling and they did not resolve the issue.
- 5/5
Excellent Staff members. Hotel is very well managed.
- 4/5
Stayed here while husband at UCLA hospital. Hotel provided Uber daily as part of resort fee. Parking is expensive!

A lot of upsell and extra fees.

Pros- I asked about the temp of the pool as it was cold. The next evening it was much warmer- they listened and acted upon a request! The woman staffing the nightly drink hour was friendly and funny! We had a 15 dollar credit for self parking or lobby snacks each day. It was convenient and right off of the 405- nice! Beds were super comfy with nice sheets. Housekeeping was awesome and detailed. We were able to choose the same parking space each day (plenty of spaces available), room was super clean, the game room was super fun, many local dining options, super close to UCLA, safe and walkable area, and fridge in room. Cons- Others on Expedia complained of the shape of the rooms. It didn’t bother us, but fancier clientele may have a more critical opinion of the rooms- some peeling wallpaper, chipped bedside table, and scuff marks on the baseboards. Down comfortable had little down left in it. Pillows could be replaced- a bit flat. They left the housekeeping carts in the hallways when not in use- may be a hazard if an evacuation is needed in an emergency. I called and mentioned it to front staff one night- they moved them, but they were back the subsequent nights (I didn’t call, again) We would stay here, again. Thank you for a nice place to stay! Check out the Cat Cafe and Lounge close by! It was a great place to support a local rescue and relax with some cats and kittens.

The hotel is located a close drive to many Los Angeles area museums and walking distance to the Hammer museum and restaurants in Westwood and Persian Square. The hotel interior is stylish but with signs of wear and tear if you look closely. Things like free coffee in the lobby would be nice especially given a $51 "resort fee."
- 5/5
took care of all needs and close enough to work to walk without issues.
- 5/5
Great service and the street parking came in really handy.

Great lication

$33 guest amenity fee and $50 parking fee? Got in at 830 pm went to bed and left at 6 AM for an amenity fee? took forever to park the car and worse to get it the next day. will never stay there again
- 5/5
Great, hospitable staff.
- 5/5
Very nice staff! Best hotel assets!
- 3/5
Overpriced for limited services. No guest use laundry, limited dining hours
- 3/5
Key did not work - had to twice go downstairs to get it finally done t work. Ask for standard housekeeping and was told it was done automatically. Came back to the room in late afternoon, no one had come. The door to the bathroom did not close properly. It was a sliding door and there was a gap every time you tried to close it. And then there were fees on top of fees - this is after we prepaid via Expedia.
- 4/5
Of hotel is quiet. Didn’t like having connecting door to another room bc one morning woken up By loud talking next door. Decor doesn’t feel modern but it’s fine.
- 5/5
Convenient to whom we were visiting
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful, helpful and engaging. Our room was in great condition. We enjoyed walking to a nearby restaurants/shopping area near UCLA.
- 5/5
The staff was always so helpful from restaurant recommendations to needing a charger while sitting in the lobby. We lived the game room brilliant!
