Great water views. Comfortable rooms. Nice front desk staff. No complimentary breakfast, but good coffee and light breakfast items are available to hotel prices. Parking anywhere near the property is assumed - and charged at $12 per night plus tax.

Excellent place to stay. We will be returning during our next visit.

It was a wonderful experience. The lady at the reception was very attentive to my requests and kindly gave me a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of a Bay. I truly enjoyed my stay — the room was clean, cool, and exceptionally well maintained, I would even say spotless. A special thank you to my housekeeper, Juliia, for the excellent care and attention. I really appreciated the thoughtful service.

Clean room, nice views nice pool. Did not know when I checked in they charge 12.50 per night to park. Not a big deal, but at least a heads up would have been nice.

The lobby, pool, fitness areas and restaurant were beautiful and well maintained. Our room, not so much. Curtains on shower and balcony looked old and were ripped and door handle had some gross gunk all over it. Went straight to the balcony when entering the room and was disappointed in seeing that. Also, the conditioner was completely empty which was uspetting since we just came from the beach and needed to wash seaweed out of our hair. Beautiful hotel and convenient location. However housekeepers need to be motr attentive

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean and with a nice layout. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The view is great.

Beds are soooo comfortable. Balcony views superb. Staff courteous and really helpful. Beautiful pool area with incredible views. Ample parking. Spa like handicapped shower. Housekeeping sweet, accommodating and efficient. With my dad's DD214 and other easy docs, membership at the American Legion 50 feet away was had a few weeks in advance. Super intracoastal views, food, and tiki service. Will be back!

Lobby is one floor up from entrance. Not a big problem but not what we are used too. Far from Tampa.

They have many spaces to sit and hang out . A bar open till 11pm with TVs on some tables and a small restaurant opened for breakfast and dinner. Very clean .

the hot tub and pool are great, unfortunately the dining room is limited and very slow, felt bad only 2 people there at a time. they do not serve lunch nor do they have the bar open during the day for the pool

I shared 2 reviews already, unfortunately not very good. So I will be brief this time. Hotel is not a Marriott. Not the same quality. It seems that management is more worried about making it look clean and nice than the comfort of the travelers. Very weird room designs with bed by the bathroom so you cannot seethe tv, and a useless couch where the bed should be. Rude staff who serve breakfast. I was literally told “what do you want? Why are you standing here?”. Well, I just wanted to order breakfast. No breakfast buffet. Everything overpriced. Location and layout of the hotel is weird. Nothing except 1 bar in the walking distance. Worst of all is a bathroom that is literally dangerous for life and totally unsafe. They add some kind of soap or alkali to the water. It made my skin itch. Also the shower is so cheap that it doesn’t move at all, and water is spraying on the floor. The terrible thing it that this soapy/alkaline water (I am sure they just don’t want to bother cleaning the water stains!) when it is sprayed on the bathroom floor makes it extremely dangerously slippery. I slipped and hit my head on the floor and spent a night in the ER!!! I had to place bath towels on the floor after that for the rest of my stay to be sure not to slip again!!! I actually tested it. Water on the floor-slippery as hell. Never ever have I experienced this in any hotel and I travel a lot. Maybe management should rather clean hard water stains than subject customer to mortal danger!

Everything about the hotel was great. More food options at the hotel restaurant would be welcome. Also continental breakfast in the morning should be offered as they are offered in almost all other lodging faciilities. Coffee and a donut can't cost the hotel that much. Any additional item to that then we pay for additional.

Adding balcony to our room was very good decision. We saw dolphins, that was amazing view.

The property was located on the inter-coastal waters in Madeira Beach. I had the magnificent blessing to have a room that overlooked the water and had a corner balcony, …balconies my on two sides. I watched the amazing sunrises on my left balcony. I was immersed in the beauty of the constantly changing skies from sunrise to sunset. The sunset over the water on the right side of my balcony. The first night was the most magnificent sunset that week. Golden hour was actually Orange hour. The sky filled with a deep orange that stayed lit up for a long time after the light drained away. That first night in property felt like crossing the finish line and winning a race. The very long hard day of travel and unexpected change of lodging once I arrived in Tampa/St. Pete, was rewarded by the magnificent sunset experience there on my corner balcony over the water. The skies were so clear that the moon was extremely bright and stars were visible every night. As for the property, I ate at the bistro with outdoor seating below my room) and enjoyed it immensely! On one amazing late afternoon,..with the sun glistening on the water like diamonds being scattered by hand… I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. But then it happened again. And again. I had wanted to experience this my whole life. And there it was! A dolphin jumping out of the water in what looked like a figure 8, over and over and over again. My heart was so full. God had blessed me with such an amazing week drinking in the natural beauty in the corner room in the 2nd floor. The few times I left the property, I easily found shops and major roads. I could go on forever. I can’t wait to go back! That I had to check out.

In town for seafood festival. Kristen was a pleasure and very informative. Enjoyed the stay and we definitely be the go to choice when visiting again.

We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The location was very close to Madeira Beach and many restaurants but was on a quiet street just off the main area.

This would have been the best local weekend we ever spent in the 2 years in Florida, until the weather man’s forecast changed on us and we were stuck in the room!

It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and is only minites away from Madeira Beach atteactions and points of interest.

The property was well kept. There was not much covered parking. All parking was first come (nothing assigned to room number) and all spots were $12.00 each auto. Also note no access to water edge without a drive.

Check in was super easy and helpful when I arrived at almost midnight. The hotel was very clean. Comfortable beds. The accessible tub made bathing super easy for my disabled daughter.

This property is very nice in a superb location.5 minutes away from the beach you can even go walking!

Really nice hotel. Rooms were immaculate, staff very efficient, large pool with separate hot tub, great views. Very close to Madera beach with loads of dining options. I paid 163.50 per night for two nights. Better rate than many lesser hotels in the area.

This hotel is amazing!! We had a balcony overlooking the water. Watching the dolphins every morning was awesome. Definitely highly recommend visiting this area and this hotel is perfect for your stay.

Our stay at Courtyard was fabulous! Very clean, convenient and quiet. The pool area was great. Very nice to walk down in the morning and get Starbucks. Loved hanging out on the balcony. Staff was very pleasant. Definitely will be back!

Walk to stores and a couple restaurants- no need to drive. Very nice pool and heated pool area - mostly protected from the wind, with both shade and sunny areas.

We were in town for a funeral and the staff was quick to respond to any requests and changes we needed. They were friendly and helpful with each interaction.

The bed was a bit harder than we expected it to be. Could have been a little bit more comfortable for us.

The staff was extremely helpful in the hotel had everything you needed, including a great view. There’s a little bar and they have a small restaurant that serves meals. Everything was great!

It was overall a good experience. The room was nice, clean, and a great view. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. Could have used a shelf near the toilet for phone or book. Starbucks breakfast wa amazing! Pool was clean and fun.

My husband is and I did a quick getaway and this was the best. Everyone was so nice especially Bryant, he definitely made our stay a wonderful experience. Thank you, we will be back soon

Parking very limited, not much in walking distance for food or entertainment and the venue across the street was very busy with a lot of smoking and drinking. Some things to consider if traveling with your family/children.

This hotel is close to beach and has other nice amenities.

The hotel had a great location. Within driving distance to all of the local beaches and restaurants. But far enough away to avoid the crowds. Pool area was great. There were people at the pool with were not guests. They were from the boats that were docked nearby.

This is a beautiful property right on a finger of land surrounded by the water and boats. Very scenic. Staff and customer service was excellent. The fruit infused water in the lobby area was a nice touch. Very nice balcony area and pool. The room was nice and beds very comfortable. There is also a spacious exercise room with several nice treadmills and elipticals and weights. Highly recommend this hotel. We had an excellent stay.

This was a great property for a quick getaway with my boyfriend. The room was clean and quiet, though did not have any view and was handicap accessible. The shower sprayed everywhere and the floor became slippery upon exiting, even though we put mats and towels down excessively. The pool was nice and not over crowded. The front desk receptionist was exceptional. We found the bartender to be a little slow and lacking in experience in drink knowledge and customer service, not a huge deal as there are plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

From the minute I walked in Bryan was so genuine with the way he welcomed us and made check in so easy! I especially happy with the pool and fire pit! Felt so relaxed and safe!

Overall the stay was good but there could be more attention paid to upkeep.

Beautiful and neat hotel right on the bay. Perfect area to see dolphins. Really neat pool area and the lobby has specials too. The front desk workers were amazing and so accomodating and helpful- especially shelly.

Beautiful place, friendly staff. The area where the tv and sofas outside near the pool area would be much nicer as a tiki bar. Not alot to do within walking distance. The cafe was too bright and dimmer lights would make it more welcoming. Overall a great stay, just a little too quiet for my liking.

The pool and spa were awesome! The hotel is clean and the staff was always friendly. The pull out couch is closer to a twin than a full, so I recommend booking 2 queens if you have a family of 4. The hotel was great in moving us. The beach is a 5 minute drive with easy parking through an app or a 25 walk. We walked to one restaurant, the rest we have driven too, but they are a quick drive. We have seen dolphins in the bay on the bridge side most evenings and mornings. The only down side was road noise when you are sitting outside, but you can’t hear it in your room with doors closed. Definitely would stay again!

For the price avg per night $250 you can find better option.

I wish the restaurant matched the hotel. We tried breakfast the first morning. The staff was really nice. They brought us our breakfast. It was not up to the level of the hotel. We couldn’t eat it. We just left.

The pool was very warm and I swam 50 laps everyday. A grocery store was near by and very convenient. The manager was very helpful for things to do or places to eat. A great pizza place near by that you could walk to. Great beaches.

We spent three nights there. Very nice hotel. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Good location. Nice views. Would stay there again.

This property is a well hidden gem. The rooms are modern. The lobby smelled great! Friendly staff the young man Brian at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. No complaints.

We loved our stay at this prefectly located Marriot. If we could have slept in the lobby, we would have..... the deck overseeing the water, the pool and jacuzzi, the comfy atmosphere.... loved every bit of it!
