I liked how close it was to the airport. The room was run down. The bathroom floor was peeling up. When we folded out the sofa bed, the mattress was covered in sand and it was wet. It was so small and thin that it felt like we were sleeping on the metal bars.

Close to the rental car return and walking distance for food. Simple easy and affordable. Full size fridge is why we booked here. No sheets or blanket in the room for the pull out bed. We were tired so didn't go to the front desk to ask for some.

The greatest downfall about this location is that their LINENS are filled with strands of previous customers HAIR. I scorn strands of hair so to witness strands keep popping up in different areas of your sheets, pillow cases, towels and even the bath tub. The amount of hair spotted is RIDICULOUS!!!! Cleaning staff please get on this right away!!!! Or stop recycling these sheets since the hair cannot be cleansed away properly

The stay was okay. Staff was helpful and friendly. However there was mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, tub needs to be constructed or replaced due to stains. Other than that the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would stay again but definitely need to get those issues fixed.

Pool is shut down for months. Place was alright. If you have the option to choose better, do so!

It was a very safe and clean area to stay in overnight. I felt completely safe leaving my car there. There is tons of food with the Milwaukee and even more a few miles down the road.

The rooms were spacious and had full kitchen, which was definitely the best part of the stay. Bad: Other than the room size, don’t expect too much from this hotel. The breakfast was honestly one of the worst I’ve had at any hotel. They only offered yogurt, cheap muffins, coffee, instant oatmeal, and granola bars. If you just need “something” to eat, it gets the job done, but don’t expect a real breakfast. I stayed in a room with a queen bed and sofa bed, but there was no bedding prepared for the sofa bed. I had to go down myself to pick up the sheets and set it up on my own. To make things worse, the sofa bed still had the previous guest’s fake cosmetic eyelashes on it, which was pretty gross. The hotel is also very noisy because it’s right next to the highway. You can constantly hear cars and motorcycles racing outside. The evening staff wasn't particularly friendly. The morning staff seemed a bit better than the evening staff. Wi Fi was another issue. Android phones connected fine, but connecting an iPhone was frustrating and unreliable during the stay.

Stayed for a night as a crash place and was pretty good. Great size rooms and clean spaces. Highly recommend.

They could hire better people at the front desk (one guy was nice) .. pool wasn’t working and i would've changed my booking had I known that. The room was clean but do your due diligence. Quiet, couch was a pull out, great location and most importantly- safe. I’d stay again 100%.

The hotel was nice but couldn't use the pool it was not accessible. I did drive through the back and saw it was full of water. Maybe the chemicals were off.

The facilty was great! The staff was very nice. My only complaint is that the pool was closed. We would have loved to enjoy some time by the pool with the kids.

The room was OK. The bathtub was filthy. The front lady was nice breakfast. They say it’s included but only a coffee and some muffins people inside just feel so weird. I don’t think I’m ever staying there again.

We asked for a non-smoking room the room we got reeked of cigarette smell, and some sort of perfume that was coming through the vents we complained and we’re given a different room. It was a bit better but very stuffy. The area was kind of shady lots of weird stuff going on in the parking lot of people selling stolen goods. The hotel is old. The swimming pool was not working. The breakfast that they supplied was not really a breakfast. There was nothing really edible that and when we entered the area, there was a man there was such bad body odor. We were all put off and left right away would not recommend.

The breakfast was limited had to ask for yogurt! . No fruits no bread no milk. For the price we paid it was absolutely not worthy and overpriced!! I will never ever stay in this hotel again !! This was really a big mistake !! This stay you have to pay only 50/60 dollars and no more !

Stayed on the first floor, there were ants in the room. Room wasn’t very clean. Did have the amenities I needed which were kitchen and laundry service which were convenient. Staff who worked in the evening didn’t seem very friendly. I asked to use the vacuum and the cleaning lady said it was ok but the staff in the front said they don’t provide that service. I stayed for 10 days and won’t go back to that specific hotel.

The place has a awful mold odor. Parking is tragic and the suite that sleeps 6, the pull out sofas matress was ripped up and freyed. I would not put my kids on it. So i ended up giving them my bed and i slept on the fake wood floor.

The website says they have free breakfast, but in reality they only offer a coffee break with some energy bars, yogurt drinks, one type of fruit, and some muffins. Nothing else! I was extremely disappointed, because if that's the case, they should specify the type of breakfast they offer. It's the first time I've encountered this, because when they say free breakfast, they usually offer a wide variety of food, making the place more enjoyable and cozy!

I was told there was an airport shuttle, there was not. It also talks about a complimentary breakfast and then you go down there and are some packaged muffins and breakfast bars. Front desk says you have a kitchen in your room.. this is grab and go.

If you staying here for a night or two this would be great but not for a vacation to far out from everything

Someone stole my laundry, from the dyer. However the manager looked at the Vedio! And found I never removed my clothes, from the dryer and someone put wet clothes on my dry clothes , and took them. The manager did credit some money back to my account.

The rooms were okay. It was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was friendly. There are a couple nice restaurants in walking distance. I was only there for one night and left early in the morning for a flight.

For example: coffee, milk, rolls, eggs, yogurt, butter, some cheese, and/or fruits The hotel should improve this treatment of the customers and not use sweet things and coffee.

Every thing is perfect there

The rooms are spacious and complete but the hotel itself needs some maintenance- we needed the pullout couch/bed additional option - it was old and felt it could collapse at anytime but made the most of it. Would I stay there again - probably if I just need a place to rest my head at end of day. The pool was also closed as they indicated that they have been without city approval to reopen their pool months now.

Not a 5 star property but it was ok. Breakfast is actually a "grab and go". It comprised of oats packages, muffins, stuff for tea and coffee and a gew fruits (I only saw oranges but I was always late). If you're just looking a place to rest and not concerned about other amenities, this can work. No pool also.

Strike 3 was 2 big big roach made themselves at home in my room and appears the 1st and second day and we killed them both. Strike 4 my tub was FILTHY but the female manager with the salt and pepper hair was VERY nice. My bathtub was a HOT mess when I came in I told the other person at the front desk she sent a cleaner and age came with a cup of something and cloth and said its a stain and can't move. It was late and I was tired from my flight I went to the tub use my nail n scrubbed part of the wall and the scum came out the next day the manager came in my room with a scrubber and cleaning supplies and cleaned it herself. Some of the mess was stains that needs to be professionally removed ASAP but she got a lot of the dirt out that the house keeper didn't.

We did not end up checking into this hotel. Pool was out of order and has been for about 5 years, however that information was not disclosed on the amenities. Hotel front desk lady was rude but did cancel our reservation without any charge.

We loved a spacious room with ALL NEEDS! The only bad thing was that the pool was closed and we were not informed before and the children could not enjoy that.

Easy access, friendly and helpfull staff 24 hours. Next to a highway and no noise inside the entire hotel. Spacious rooms. I will not waste time searching for hotel next time I visit Miami. This is good for me. The way they treated me was excellent. Marcelo during day time and Gloria at night at the reception made a good and easy welcome and departure.

Upon arrival, everything seemed fine. The breakfast was very poor every day of our stay. Today, on our departure day, they put out fruit, unexpired cereal bars, and even yogurt. Housekeeping was terrible; the sheets and towels were never changed. We had to bring dirty ones so they could clean them. The bathroom floor was dirty and unswept. They should also remove the photo of the pool; that's why I chose it. You only gave us $250 in points, which doesn't make up for the $1,084 pay. I don't recommend it.

The Bad: Front desk staff in the evening was very rude. We had a room with 3 beds. There was no bedding for the fold out bed. We were made to feel like an inconvenience for even asking.

Hotel was booked last minute, so didn’t find the rate to be a good deal but had no choice. During my check-in, staff were not very friendly and never greeted my family while we went in/out. The breakfast was not restocked so going 30 mins before it ended meant you only get coffee if you’re lucky.

I enjoyed my stay

Had to book a last-minute hotel due to brushfire in Florida Keys. This is one of the few places that will allow six people. Nothing fancy, but very inconvenient and friendly.

This hotel is not a luxurious or modern hotel but it had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious. The staff spoke English well and were very welcoming and helpful.

The bathroom was dirty, hair all over the tub. Complained about it and nothing was done. Extremely disappointed

To make a long story short, I booked 3 rooms for a group of 5 people to stay one night while waiting for they flight back in Miami. After the submitted the rooms rate to the group they wanted to cancel to I asked for a cancellation literally few minutes after I booked and the hotel made me pay the rooms even if I cancelled. Expedia tried to help me out but the hotel did not want to cooperate. So they decided to stay. Once there they asked for one of the rooms I booked to have one with two beds instead of a queen bed. So the front person told them that they will have to pay an extra charge of $32 to have two beds instead of a queen. Unbelievable. When one of the guests argued she called the manager and the manager did not want to wave the extra charge. Instead of being accommodating the front desk lady told them they could go somewhere else if they did not like their decision. Oh wow don't you work on hospitality? She might check the definition of hospitality. Just a reminder every room was $322 which is not cheap. I'll ban this hotel from my travel list and will not recommend it to anybody. God bless you greedy people.

The room is cleaned once a week, and to receive additional towels, you will need to return all currently used towels before new ones are provided.

The hotel is very clean and the staff was amazing BUT the do NOT have breakfast they only offer some coffee and some muffins and cookies for “breakfast” and the silverware you have to ask for it and they only give you few plates and 2 cups 2 spoons for 5 people.

Poor maintenance. Couldn’t get a lightbulb replaced for 18 hours. Lousy breakfast. Terrible coffee, all food was ready to eat muffins and nutribars in plastic packaging. Hall carpet had stains on it.

Everything was okay, the room had existing damages in it (the wall had a tear in it by the window!) and the shower was really difficult to turn on and the water changed temperature a lot.

Beyond that, the property is clean, comfortable and staff is accommodating.

The hotel is celan and the staff very friendly. I only stayed for a couple of nights so I did not used the facilities. Breakfast cannot be called breakfast. It is only a snack and coffee. However it is a great choice if you are looking for a clean comfortable place to spend the night. Great for a quick business travel.

We stayed here for one night as a family of six. The room was spacious enough and had a small kitchen. Couple of things we were a bit disappointed with: 1) The kitchen didn't have anything in it so it was kind of pointless. No cups, plates, bowls, silverware, cleaning supplies. Nothing... 2) The pool was closed. Seemed like it wasn't just for cleaning. With four kids, we were expecting the pool to be open so that was a bummer.
