The hotel is in a great location near the airport with reliable shuttle services. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable.

For purchase snacks are crazy Expensive ($5 a snicker Bar). You get $20 voucher for breakfast which is ok.

All areas were exceptionally clean. Check in & out was quick and easy. My room was quiet throughout my stay. I’m a return customer for these reasons.

Rooms were great. I booked 3 rooms. The wheelchair accessible room was nice and clean, BUT it needed to have a clock with an alarm. It is an essential item for an older person.

Close to San Francisco International airport, great airport shuttle service , room was clean, comfortable, staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Airport shuttle was available at 3am to take me for a very short ride to the airport for my 5:15 am flight.

Check in and check out was easy. Not to mention that it is walking distance to In-N-Out Burger. Which is helpful for those flying in late.

This hotel was very cute. The bar, games, and pool really elevated our experience. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was great. Having the airport shuttle was also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a lovely quiet place out the back (the firepit area) to sit and relax. The gym was good, plenty of equipment for an airport hotel. I didn't need to eat there, but I could see there was some food, although limited. The airport shuttle worked well.

Very easy to get to hotel from airport with free shuttle bus. I was surprised how quiet the hotel was. Very comfortable and easy going.

Bed was comfortable and shower was strong. Ate at the Westin across the street which was ok since we had brought our rental car back the night before our flight. I chose this hotel because I thought it was close to the airport. Just a heads up that it's a $30 Uber ride each way. We didn't use the shuttle because they started at 4 AM and we had to be there by then.

Check in was easy. We only stayed one night due to flying out the next day so hotel was convenient to the airport and shuttle service was a breeze

It was very clean and so close to the airport and the staff was friendly and check in was quick. We will stay again next time we are in the area. I will note that the freeway noise was pretty loud at night but I was tired and had my white noise machine so it was fine for us, but if you're sensitive to noise you may want to request a room that doesn't face the freeway.

Perfect location if you need to be close to the airport. Had to walk across the parking lot to the Westin for dinner. Which wasn't bad just wish they had a better food option at the hotel. Room was clean and spacious no microwave in room small fridge in the bathroom area. Which was odd to me. Otherwise served its purpose for the one night we stayed.

It was nice that I was able to use the larger pool at the linked hotel just a few feet away from Aloft. Abd that the Aloft desk clerk was the one who told me about that amenity being shareable.

Excellent place for overnight stay near the airport with a free airport shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. Hotel is new hip & the rooms are relatively spacious with good views of the airport. Walkable to Bayside Park for plane spotting & to New England lobster market& eatery.

Property is clean and overall staff is great with some nice amenities. Unfortunately, the parking is always a disaster. Never find parking at any given day. The only downfall of the room is that there is no good lighting!

Rude, cold, aloof staff. The entire aesthetic and atmosphere of the hotel is a giant failure. The lobby is a schizophrenic disaster of loud music and horrible patterns with a poorly executed attempt to feel “fun” (it was not fun). The hallways, rooms, and overall design choice of the interior is truly abysmal. Terrible. Ugly. Horrible hotel. $50/night surprise car park fee. NEVER AGAIN!

The “modern” aspect of the hotel actually made it feel uninviting to me. But I must admit that all this is perhaps a matter of taste.

Upon check in (7:45pm on 1/6/2026), the gentleman at the front desk was polite and professional. He validated my parking ticket, and provided a new ticket to exit the lot the following morning when I departed. The next day upon exit (1/7/26 at 3AM), the ticket would not open the parking gate. I pressed the button to report the issue to the front desk. I was told to back out of the parking exit lane and return to the front desk to pay for parking. I did so despite needing to leave to get to the airport for an early flight. WHen I returned to the front desk to explain what I was told the prior evening at checkin, the woman responded very rudely that "There were no notes on the account" and I would be charged despite having been an overnight guest. Which is fine, however she proceeded to move very slowly to ring me up for parking, and barely saying anything and when she did, was not in a welcoming or polite tone. The entire reason for my stay was to be near the airport for a very early flight. This inconvenience added about 20 minutes to my already tight schedule. I don't have an issue paying for parking. I do have an issue with poor customer service, and a lack of awareness for someone's time (I made it clear that I had to get to the airport.

It was a good experience. The room was good, all of the staff were great and very helpful with information. The Transport was excellent..on time and very helpful. The hamburger was okay....but we were thankful to get it with our late check in. It was fun to see all the families and children playing in the lobby.

Convenient location but literally charged nearly $50 for guests to parking overnight…not long term airport parking. We were just staying for NYE. Then, we had to ask about five times for our child’s pack and play or crib to be delivered to the room. We called in advance, but it was not in the room when we arrived, before we left for the night we asked again a couple of times over phone. They said they would deliver, it did not arrive for another hour. When we got back to the room, it was finally there, but the hassle and uncertainty of whether or not they had it was just unfortunate. They also do not have a full breakfast at the bar area. They do have an entire bar but no breakfast? Our kids were really hungry, so we had to go to the West End across the way for a Starbucks. All in all I would stay if it was a short term airport deal but to stay a night on New Year’s Eve and not receive parking benefits and the flakiness about the crib and not providing breakfast or any other amenities, just mediocre.

We stayed for a night due to our flight cancelation. The free shuttle showed up on time from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The breakfast is included but you have to choose from the available options to be prepared. It is not a continental option.

Great Hotel! not the experience I had with other airport hotels, this hotel is clean staff is amazing shuttle to the airport run at all hours (to and from the airport) if you have a car you can drop it off at the airport after you check in (they give you 2 hrs validation for the parking so you have time to settle in)and ride in the shuttle back to save the $48 for parking. The rooms/beds are very comfortable and clean, and there is a generous-sized working surface if you are using a computer. Airport shuttle was completely dependable (an important consideration for me). I like the low-key, almost monochrome minimalist decor--I find it very restful. This is a place meant for getting good sleep and not much else. Very little food is available at Aloft, but there is a full restaurant at the Westin Hotel just across the parking lot.

Overall, it was a good stay; friendly staff, clean, quiet, and conveniently located near SFO with a free airport shuttle. The only drawback was the noise from planes taking off, which was a bit disruptive at first, but I eventually fell asleep.

Walking into this hotel after a long drive from Tahoe was like walking into a mosh pit at a really loud, blinking disco. Music BLARING, bright, flashing lights behind the check-in desk, definitely not inviting or restful. Apathetic, diffident staff. That said, I generally love Alofts. Our room was fine, clean and modern. A minimalistic number of towels, coffee, cups, etc. There are no extras provided in the quest of creating any feel of luxury. Just the basics. Since it was only $117 a night, that was okay. There was a lot of noise from the airport, big jets taking off. You could hear the thrust, but it did fade away pretty quickly after liftoff. I’m used to airplane noise, so it didn’t bother me, but it might someone else. And there was a lot of airplane action going on. Overall, a fine stay, but I’d say the entry atmosphere could be toned down and more relaxing, and the staff could be more hospitable. I felt assaulted by light and noise, and it wasn’t a great first impression. I hear it’s called “the Aloft vibe” but at this Aloft, it was way far over the top. I haven’t experienced the assaulted feeling at any other Aloft I’ve ever stayed in. Like I said, all in all, once we got out of the lobby, it was a fine stay.

We arrived in the evening just for a quick bite (spicy buffalo wings)and sleeping (comfortable mattress.We always bring our own pillows(flatter). :)

Another airport shuttle told us that the Aloft shuttle would be there. (There's no sign at the airport indicating this.) The person who checked us in was quick but rude. The hotel room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice that complimentary coffee was available and the shuttle arrived on time to take us back to the airport.

I wish the shuttle driver was more helpful while loading the bags into the vehicle. They expect us to carry it that high but some of us may have physical limitations and would be nice if they lend a hand. They took $5 tip too but didn’t help much. Not sure if this is something you can help with but would make our stay much less painful: Rest of the services and staff were good and helpful. Thanks

The person at reception on 11/15/2025 was very unreasonable. My dad was checking in coming from outside the country. It was midnight and after 18 hr flight was very exhausted. My dad did not have a credit card with him (for incidentals ) just a debit card, the front desk agent did not want to accept it or any other form of card, he did no work with me and made this PAID stay very stressful after a long day traveling.

I really enjoyed my stay at Aloft SFO. I got held over and needed a hotel near the airport for my new flight to Japan the next morning. Abraham at the front desk was really helpful in assisting me in mailing back home some excess lugage I had packed. It was really stylish with a pool, a pool table and a bar with good food that fit my vegan diet. The bartenders were really cool and kind. It was a short walk to the bay where I was able to watch the planes at SFO taking off with a nice nature path along the bay. The room was large and stylish too and surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the airport. It was also really affordable. I would definitely stay there again and recommend Aloft SFO if you're in the area.

No feather pillows only horrible polyester ones which cause me allergies (polyester fluff and foam are not nonallergenic as they claim). Overcharged for parking:parked one night charged for two! Staff was nice, gym was good. Some noise from airport. Blackout shades are very good.

I had the occasion to stay overnight due to a flight connection at SFO - Aloft was my choice and it was a good one. Great shuttle bus service too and from the hotel/airport, large, clean rooms and no more than 15 mins from the hotel. Stay here without hesitation !

The gym has two peloton bikes, which is a big plus. There’s a pool table in the lobby and a lounge that serves drinks and appetizers. There is a “millennial” vibe that doesn’t suit me perfectly, but I don’t mind it. The mattress and pillows are excellent. I slept like a bucket of snow. They will request a $20 hourly fee to check in early, and the self serve à la carte breakfast is not for me.. i’d rather walk across the parking lot to the Westin and grab something from Starbucks. Overall, it’s a restful place ask for a room close to the elevator because the hallways are a quarter mile long.

The hotel is fine overall — clean, comfortable, and convenient if you need to be near the airport. The staff was polite and check-in was quick. However, the Wi-Fi was terrible — barely usable for emails, let alone streaming or work calls — which was really disappointing for a hotel at this price point. Also, there was no oatmeal available at breakfast, which is a pretty basic option that I expected. It’s an okay place for one night, but I’d probably look elsewhere next time if I need to get work done.

Our reservations were in shambles because of a missed flight in Frankfurt but they were kind enough to move them without a penalty. That was a huge help to us and cemented our position as avid fans of Alorf

The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect for traveling. The shuttle was reliable and the bar food was excellent. The only inconvenience was ordering or buying food and having to wait at the front desk to pay. I would definitely stay there again!

The ceiling in our room look like it needed some maintenance. As for location, it was a bit noises being so close to the airport. After paying for the amenities, we were disappointed when the pool was not usable because they was a private kids swim school occupying the whole area!

It was just one night afternoon one night at the airport catch up on sleep after three days of traveling. I highly recommend right remove the land around that neighborhood because they are mode right now. Take good care and stay healthy, stay safe and good luck in your travels!

Solid airport hotel offering just a little bit more in the way of hotel stay experience. Nice pool, outdoor seating area, and bar with food offerings. Responsive though not exuberant front desk. Book it. You'll get a good night's sleep here.

I arrived at 1 pm and with plenty of available rooms. The hotel requested a $20 additional fee for early check in. I have traveled all over the world and whenever they have rooms ready they happily let you check in early.

that's personal preference. The bathroom and the shower were great. Everything was clean. The front desk was friendly and welcoming. There were a lot of planes taking off nearby.

We were coming in from a week in Sonoma with a super early flight the next day and opted to stay at Aloft since we knew the chain and they had a shuttle we could use. The hotel is spotless and everything in the room was well appointed. We had stayed at other Alofts before and the vibe here was the same laid back but upscale vibe that we had come to appreciate. It was super relaxing...wish they had more food in their cafe but we walked over to the Westin which was a super short walk and ate. Bed was super comfortable and hotel was quiet. Shuttle was right there on time and trip was amazing!

For a Marriot this place isn't so hospitable we were very early but not obnoxiously so. Rather than just say our room wasn't ready...we were asked to pay extra for early check in so we went for lunch and check in two hours later at check in time. I was shocked actually. I won't stay at a Marriott again. Also...one water in the room for three people? Also they profess it to be soundproof...it is not. Out of breakfast options....

Clean and convenient, shuttle to SFO!

Great location - close to the airport and right off the highway. Super convenient shuttle that runs every 15 mins. If you have early morning flight like we did, just give yourself some extra time because we had a shuttle at 3:30am and it was almost full! Room was spacious, clean, and had everything that you might need.

You could hear the airplanes take off, but it wasn't so bad that we couldn't fall asleep after a long day of adventures. Our room faced the airport so it was probably even a little louder than on the other side of the hotel. The hotel is very modern and clean. It was recently renovated or new. The room had a ton of space for our bags (4 of us in our family). The price was under $200 for the night so not too bad compared to other hotels in the area

A-Loft San Francisco was very nice, clean, quiet and convenient to the airport and BART. Plus there are tons of restaurants and there were a lots of shops near by as well!

Nice and clean. Lobby was inviting and the games were fun. Very limited food options so needed to drive but enjoyed nearby Burlingame. Understand that it is an airport property but we definitely heard each and every plane departure. Have stayed in similar places with better noise reduction. Not a deal breaker; would stay again

Very convenient and well built for airport stays

Staff were so kind. We were a large family group and they kept our rooms close together. Best ever help and they cared.

Comfy beds , clean room, good shower and nice dark blinds. You can hear the airplanes taking off but didn’t bother me. Not much available in the way of bar food choices so if you arrive and need dinner, you can also make your way across to the other big hotel that has a full dining room . All in all, a great stay close to the airport for the price .

Systems were down, waited in line for about 30 minutes but the staff was very apologetic and helpful. Stayed in a sister hotel. Room was nice.

This hotel is a great little spot near the airport. It is excellent airport transportation, being at airport parking area, clean attractive rooms good service. You mostly don't hear the airplanes, although there's no way to completely mask the roar, but flights pretty much shut down at night so it isn't an issue.

Airport hotel with limited services. Nothing to write home about. The $48 per night parking fee is total rip-off. Thats about double what they charged in 2020.

We only stayed one night. Location is great. Hotel was clean. Room was a good size and clean. We didn’t have breakfast or utilise the bar.

I would go back. The design of the rooms provide space and privacy at the same time
