This place is run down, with a strong smell of bleach. Fire alarm was removed, walls showed some type of running liquid That is now dried, signs of mold everywhere, metal lamps and metal components in room showed rust. Did checked in around 5:30 PM and checked out same day around 8:00 PM. Overall condition of hotel is very poor maintenance. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unsafe.

Location Booked the location because we had events close by and really only needed a place to sleep as we'd be gone most the day. It was affordable and the pictures make it appear very nice but that was not the case. The bathroom was falling apart, peeling floors, the smoke alarm was completely detached and missing from the wall, the floors and walls were dirty, people were stomping up and down the stairs and talking all hours of the night and you can hear all of it, the tv remote did not work and the tv kept turning off every 5 mins so we gave up trying. If you drive you have to be extremely cautious and plan ahead because chances are you will not be able to park here as the lot is constantly full. I wouldnt stay here again

I like that there's a big comfort on the beds, I like the area, I liked how they actually had smoking rooms. This place isn't what it used to be. It's the dirty the floor, will constantly be dirty so there is no chance of walking barefoot. There's barely any parking, the bathrooms are hideous, this place used to be very nice very comfortable very clean. Very much the main thing is how dirty the place is and somewhat overran by a homeless community, definitely needs new management I would say. This place was once beautiful clean and had better service. There were a little more strict back then as they should because the price was still the same maybe one day and they will return.

I have honestly never seen a property this disgusting and unsafe in my life. The moment you walk in, the filthy smell hits you so hard it feels like you’re sleeping on the streets of downtown. The entire place felt dirty, neglected, and completely unhygienic. Broken lamps, stains everywhere, and an overall unsafe atmosphere made it impossible to feel comfortable for even a second. I genuinely could not believe they charge money for a place like this. Save yourself the stress and never book this property

Weeds and smoked cigarettes smell everywhere

First room was so dirty. Plugs and smoke detector were not connected. Complained to front and they issued another room, which was worse. Bathroom was dirty and no towels. Curtains had holes. No housekeeping. Dirty hotel.

However, the experience took a major downturn when I discovered a few cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, this completely overshadowed the positives. Cleanliness is a top priority when staying at any hotel, and this issue made it difficult to feel comfortable for the remainder of my stay. While the staff and basic facilities were satisfactory, the pest problem needs urgent attention. I hope management addresses this issue, as it significantly impacts the overall guest experience.

The room was nothing like your advertisement. No room to move around,the water for the sink didn't work and when I called to let them know they said someone would be right up. No one showed up. They didn't have a elevator to get my suitcase or my disabled husband to the room and ac didn't work well and neither did the tv we will not be going back

This is an OK place to stay. It’s inexpensive, but keep in mind you only get what you pay for. The place gives off the vibe of low income people. The building needs a new paint job, their towels are stained from previous usage and the floors could use a good mopping. Their maintenance man came to check on an issue I had with the room and he was so high off of whatever, he couldn’t even stand up straight and his eyes were all watery looking. It left me with an uncomfortable feeling to even let him in my room. The staff is really nice though.

This was a very nice hotel. I actually really enjoyed the day. I was very surprised by how clean it was and how beautiful everything in the room I stayed in was I just wish I would’ve woke up in time for breakfast

The room didn't look like the photos. No batteries in the TV remote, so no TV watching, an unknown substance splattered on lamp and door, bed was on what sounded like a flimsy metal box.

ROACH MOTEL. Roach bait was left in every corner and area of the room. Live roaches were seen multiple times during my stay. Will NEVER return regardless of price. Staff was okay.

The telephone, lamp does not work, you need to go everytime in the reception and ask, room floor is so dirty that if you walk around bare foot, your feer would get black dirty. Tv remote dont work.

Burns on the bed and curtains nightstand was also broken. Pillows smelled of heavy bleach. I ended up leaving early and sleeping in my truck at my jobsite

Over priced for a very dirty place. I found hair on towels, dirt and dust practically everywhere on the floor! tub was gross, dirty sheets and pillows. I didn’t dare walk barefoot. Many Homeless people are roomed there, it was all an unpleasant experience.

This hotel didn’t meet any of my expectations and could use some improvements. It was pretty dirty, with bugs and unpleasant smells everywhere, and many amenities like the AC, microwave, and freezer weren’t working. I tried to find a better room after the first one, but unfortunately, the issues persisted. Sadly, my experience was not positive, and I feel this hotel migpersisted. I couldn’t stay in the hotel. I had to forfeit my money to leave and look for somewhere else, so I don’t get rash sleeping on that dirty bug's bed.

This hotel is rundown, and probably a biohazard. The only good thing about about this hotel was the water pressure. When we pulled up to the hotel I knew we were in for it. Shady characters hanging around outside and 4 broken down cars were parked outside. Checked in and when we got to the room it smelled like cigarette smoke, and the room is extremely small. There were stains on all the walls, the curtains had cigarette burns in them, there was hair on the sheets, remote control had grime build up on it, the lamp was missing its shade, and the bathroom was absolutely atrocious. Black mold in the corners of shower, tub was stained with dirt and grime, baseboards were falling apart. I tried to call front desk and the phone in the room didn't even work. So I walked up to the office to see if I could get a different room. They switched my room and apologized but when I got to the new room it's wasn't much better. Dirt and stains cover every inch of the walls, the microwave looked like something out of a science experiment and it didn't even work. Anything that had metal on it was rusty. There were cotton pads wrapped around the fire sprinklers and there was no smoke alarm in the room. The shower in the second room still wasn't the cleanest, but the water pressure in the shower was so strong and thank God because I felt so disgusting sleeping there. take my advice go anywhere but here. Your better off sleeping in the car.

What made it even better was how convenient the location was — just off the freeway, close to restaurants, and walking distance to nearby stores. I honestly didn’t expect it to be this clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. It was truly a beautiful stay in every way.

I had a great experience thanks to Rishi! He was very fast, consistent, and went above and beyond to work with my timing. I was even able to keep the same room with a different reservation because of his help. Since I was new to the location, I didn’t really know what to do, but Rishi guided me through everything and made the process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service — truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness!

Not terrible, but I wouldn't stay here again. The room is small. My roommate and I were tripping over each other constantly just to move around. The ice machine on the ground floor was broken. We stayed 2 nights, and when we asked for fresh towels the 2nd day, they were out. A motel was out of towels. They said they'd do a load the next morning at 9am, but we were checking out at 8am. The shower, sink, and toilet were clean, but the floor was not (bare floor, needed mopping, we kept our socks on), the lampshade was covered in a heavy layer of dust and grime, and there were old orange peels and plastic bags left in the drawers from previous guests. The shower curtain rod was not attached to the wall, it was just a tension rod, but it wasnt at proper tension and kept falling down. Overall, I never felt unsafe, the AC worked, and the bed was comfortable, but the room overall was not comfortable and I would try someplace else next time.

Felt like motel then a hotel. Quite a few people hanging out outside smoking weed, and someone urinating in the bushes. Got into the room and the top cover had a cigarette ash burned hole in it. The cherry on top were the roaches running around in the restroom and the roach poop was were in certain spots.

The room we were initially given smelled like mildew and there was standing water on the floor. I alerted the desk and we were promptly switched into another room. This was great and would have raised the rating however, rather than calling to ask, we received a loud knocking/ pounding in the door after 11pm from the desk clerk asking if we had showered due to something leaking on the floor below us. Overall, for the price, you get what you pay for. I was hoping to give some grace with the initial service but, the way in which the desk clerk BANGED on our door was completely unacceptable.

Property is not accurate with the photos listed on the website- Dirty towels lots of Dirt on curtains and around the property and of course they have the no refund policy which it makes sense so people are obligated to stay after seeing the truth .

The room I stayed in is not suitable for accommodation in its current condition. I strongly recommend repairing the damaged areas and ensuring the room is properly maintained before making it available for reservations. This was a very unpleasant experience.

stairwells smell like spoiled beer and urine. I had to wash my shoes before getting into my car. I had reservations for 2 nights. 1st night someone jiggled door handle. Cords taped in the room outlets. Smoke detectors missing with tape in its place. I refused to stay the 2nd night. No refund at all. No compensation and no apologies. I lost 1 night but my saftey and well being are so much more than refund. Going to my room all i smelled was urine, beer and drugs! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

The guest towels in the bathroom has stains on them. The ceiling fan and light in the bathroom was literally falling off and hanging by a couple of wires that was completely filled with dust. The floors have not been swept the room had a smell of mildew and cigarette, even though I requested a non-smoking room The younger gentleman at the check-in office had all my information wrong. He wanted to charge me $30 over when I paid on our hotels.com and I told him I already paid pre-pay for the room and then he saw his error. I also asked three times for a room on the first floor and then when he gave me my room keys he said oh sorry nothing on first floor only second floor. This proves to me he was not listening to the customer

Walking to our room we passed heavy smoke smell coming from other rooms, both lamps inside the room were filthy and lamp shades stained and taped, walls were dirty, blanket didn’t cover width of mattress, curtain had tape over a hole in it, woman was screaming outside at night at a man and sounded in distress, hotel staff confirmed police were called, they came and two gentlemen just outside our room stayed out in outdoor hallway talking and smoking, building across the way is a rental party hall and was thumping music, heard a woman outside our room at 2:30 am.

Tub and toilet were leaking BADLY. Hot/cold faucet was reversed. Smoke alarm was missing from bracket. There was food in the Fridge from previous customer. A/C blew damp air. Sink was plugged. TV remote didn’t work. Lots of drug use in the parking lot and on stairway.

The one and only thing this place has was a comfortable bed. However, we weren't sure if the bed blankets were clean. I know the top 2 weren't but the sheets were. The place was noisy like a dance club! Never sleep next to the stairs. I don't know what was on the floors . Oops I took off my socks . We put a blanket down just to walk on the floors! Pieces of floor missing.. and the absolute final touch was the cockroach on the dam wall. My kid video taped it for me like I needed to see it later . Barf! The parking lot was so gross and smelled. it was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! like the pictures it looks super old and super trashy. you feel nasty in the bedroom just super rotten and old.

The Hotel front desk said that no service after 6pm. We reserved a room for two nights. The room was not like the pictures at all. Looked like an attempt at a restoration. Visible signs unprofessional shower insulation. The room had two small towels. I asked for some towels and they made me feel like I was begging for was what is expected. Will never use the hotel again.

But it’s the worst part of Milpitas. Homeless and prostitution in the area. Service was terrible. They had no laundry service and there was no BBQ grill onsite which their online site says they have. And I had to have my room key rescanned every day for the 7 days I was there. Totally unacceptable. This place sucks.

I reserved a non-smoking room through Expedia and paid in full in advance. When I arrived at almost midnight, it was obvious that they had given my non-smoking room to someone else since all that they could provide was a smoking room. I informed the surly and conversational English-challenged clerk that that was unacceptable, and either provide the non-smoking room per the fully paid reservation or issue a full and immediate refund. He refused to do either. I will never patronize the Executive Inn again since there are other similarly priced local hotels that are clean, safe, and provide the type of room that the customer requested and paid for. I strongly suggest that others also patronize those establishments and not the Executive Inn.

Definitely not what the pictures online showed. Not family friendly. Property has a lot of people living there long term. It was good enough for our short trip and was a place to sleep and shower but that was all.

If you've ever read about bed bugs, they're really difficult to get rid of, they bite, and once they crawl into your luggage they spread to your home and it's really difficult to escape them after they get into your clothes and things. We immediately left. Luckily we didn't have our bags out and sitting around, and had to check them carefully. So far we have seen no signs of being infested. Thank goodness we did not stay the night. To their credit, the hotel gave us a refund, but they also didn't seem surprised at all. There was no expected horrified reaction, and they didn't ask to see pictures or videos. They didn't ask for proof. Just as soon as I said there were bed bugs, they sort of started processing the refund. I suspect that they already knew, which is why I'm leaving the review.

The a/c did not work. The room temperature remained in the upper to mid 70's to low 80's. Due to people living in the hotel, roaches were present! Also, if someone in an adjoining room are taking a shower, it caused the water-pressure to be very low which would cause the shower to shake and produced an extremely loud and abnoxious sound!

We checked in late, front desk was rude to the couple in front of us. Pretty sure there was puke on the stairs. The room smelled like bleach but we were so tired we immediately fell asleep. When we woke up we got to see how disgusting the room was. Tissue shoved in the door peephole, mold in the shower, smoke detector was missing, walls and floor were covered in dirt.

We had a room that wasnt fully sealed off from outside noise. We saw a roach in one of the rooms.. the cleaning solution was really strong from the house keeping. Area is great but this place was somehwat filthy..

Cons: outside the room cleanliness is street level. Noise of the highway is high. Staff could be a bit more friendly.

Front desk easy check in, allowed us to change night to next night - need better towels

We did not stayed in this hotel it was horrible I recuested my refund.we left this place right after we saw it I have to make other reservations at Hilton at Expedia

Dirty rusty staircases also uneven hard to walk up. The location is very noisy. I was woken up multiple times due to the noise. A freeway and busy high traffic street was the view from my room. The entire hotel is due for renovations.

Place was ok but we had a few roaches to deal with. We also had only a half a roll of toilet paper.

Staff is excellent - always accommodating requests and ensuring your time is pleasant. Great value for the price.
