The room was clean, but there was no door on the bathroom that was super wired. Also the only light switch was in the bed frame across from the door. The parking spots were super small.

The location was close to where I needed to be and that’s about it. I rarely write reviews, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I booked this property through Booking.com with a confirmed check-in time of 3:00 PM. I arrived at 5:30 PM expecting to drop my bags, shower, and head to an event, only to be told my room was not ready. The manager said I would need to wait at least another hour, with an estimated check-in closer to 7:00 PM. Another guest arrived while I was there and was told the exact same thing, so this was clearly a recurring issue. Being asked to wait hours past the confirmed check-in time is unacceptable. The manager offered to waive the $40 deposit, but that did not make up for the inconvenience. I was already considering finding another place, but I was pressed for time and had to stay. When I finally got into the room, I had to immediately leave for my event. When I returned around 1:00 AM, my key no longer worked. I had to search for the manager to let me into the room, and I was told the battery in the door lock had died and would be fixed in the morning. This meant I was essentially stuck in my room for the rest of the night. To make matters worse, I woke up to a roach crawling near my head. That was the final straw. I checked out immediately. Between the extremely delayed check-in, the non-functioning room key, and the cleanliness issues, this stay was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone and am currently seeking a refund.

Super cool stay

Location was perfect Manager was doing the best he could with available resources Small bed. 10 or more flies in room. Floors looked clean but sticky. Shoes, feet and slippers were BLACK within minutes of being in room.

we had a pee stain on our bed sheets cigarettes burns as well, with mold on the shower curtains and bath floor. The towels were never switched they never cleaned or changed anything at all.

Staff was amazing upon check-in, room was clean & quiet

Beside the police having to come out last night, it was a scary place to stay. One of the rooms blasted music all night long. People were extremely loud outside all hours of the night. I basically didn’t get any sleep for two nights straight. This is not a hotel for people looking for a place to stay for a night or two.

I really like that the rooms appear to look like mini apartments i don't like the rooms on bottom floor near lobby office area seem to be old and there is no pool water in pool this area needs a pool .

Property is well secure well lit at night very quiet slept well clean in the room front desk does check room upon exit to return deposit.

I would have liked to dispose of my trash and not leave it for the cleaning service. They have two small trash cans outside that were filled.

The front desk person was very helpful on combining my separate days on hotel booking and supplying us with room amenities.

We stayed here for a music festival, really easy check in and check out. Would come again

The hotel was a non smoking hotel and signs were posted everywhere but upon entrance to the room it smelled like cigarette smoke like someone had just been there smoking in the room! The guy in the room next to us which happen to be the host of the hotel and the door was open and it seems that he had been smoking. There were stains on the sheets. The shower pressure was horrible. The hotel just seemed old! To top off the whole stay when I walked in to check in, they were 2 ladies waiting as well to check in and they said they had been waiting for 10 minutes for a host to come and check them in and nothing. So I tried calling the number that was there to get someone to come check us in but no answer so about after 5 mins of us all waiting finally someone came. Just very poor experience and will not be staying at this hotel when visiting Moreno Valley.

The staff was friendly and easy transaction however we needed mie towels and pillows. When I called office I was told they don’t offer room service 🙄 overall very quiet place and cleaned!

Our room did not have towels in the restroom, the telephone was not working in our room, and the lady providing customer service was not friendly. When going to request towels the lady from customer service said that maybe the room was not cleaned before assigning us the room and when the maid delivered the towels she knocked on the door, as we were going to open the door, she decided to use her key card without making any announcement of her planning to use her key card for the room.

Convenient location. Pleasant staff but tired property. My room's smoke alarm was removed. On day 1 the water was shut off due to a plumbing problem.

Just horrible the attendant couldn't fine my reservation me and my wife had to sleep in my car because all the neighboring hotels had no vacancy.

Bed was harder then the cement floor. Not even the Econo Lodge has beds a bad as this place. I literally had to have my boyfriend help me out of the bed so I could use the restroom. I couldn’t even move cause I thought my back was gonna crack in half. Left early in the morning to La Quinta so I could recoup my body because my back is all messed up just from the Regancys horrible beds. Not cool management not cool!!!

Dingy looking. Furniture was old and outdated by many years.. Bed was like a pile of rocks. Linen was old looking and towels like sand paper. It was.noisy....24 hour gas statuon outside my window, right by freeway. Managers wete rude and they charged more than I was quoted. I will not book througjh Expedia ever again.. Shame on you!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay there. It was comfortable and quiet. Wish their continental breakfast included more food other than just coffee, orange juice, and danishes. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We didnt even get there. There was a problem with the payment, and the woman was RUDE on the phone. I was on my way to CA when she called, she would not help me over the phone and canceled my reservation right there. Also should mention that there was nothing wrong on my end.

I didn't receive credit for my 2nd night.i asked for no room housekeeping but gave them my towels and never received any towels at all.brunch for the first day was never told to me that it was over at 9 am

The room was clean but after the first day I was uncomfortable in the setting. A loud discussion was carried out with the front desk clerk and a man late at night, in the hallway. The facility, overall, had a uneasy feeling.

Older but we'll maintained property that struck me as being very well eun and staffed. Very nice and large room, but quite sparsely furnished. Very convenient location for me, but in a somewhat sketchy part of town. My only really negative comment is about the carwash next door. Not the hotel's fault, but I sleep with the window open... Every time it would activate, it sounded like a jet engine spooling up. My window was, unfortunately, directly above it.

Close to freeway and gas station and grocery stores and close to my family and it was nice and comfortable.. thank you

Overall horrible experience, pillows had electrical current on them, towels paper thin were like sandpaper and bad fowl smell in lobby at check in thunderous noise all night from A/C unit

Beware when booking. This place is disgusting. Stains on bed, pillows, and blood on the door. We were booked for 2 nights, and after the first night when we tired to get a refund they would not let us. Absolutely would never stay here again. Dirtiest hotel I have ever been to .

There was a big hair in our shower. The neighborhood was not ideal. Couldn't return to our hotel room in the evening as there were close to 15 police cars outside but no idea what happened as it was sectioned off. Tried to ask the receptionist for any suggestions for a nice restaurant in the area - Denny's was the answer. Comforter was pulled up on bed but wasn't made neatly.

Also Breakfast unsatisfactory. There was no milk, cereal,eggs, Braed and no proper place for eat. People waiting long due to small area. During check-in no coffee and juice available for welcome. No Bill copy provided.

The room was clean and well kept, I had to get the remote at check in which is not a normal thing I’ve ever had to do. The bed was not a very comfy bed and the contentental breakfast was mostly sugar, no cereal or anything remotely health besides a little fruit. , I’ve spent less for a room before and gotten a lot more for it. The place isn’t bad but I won’t go back and stay there again

A noise from a truck parked near the hotel kept us awake all night. The breakfast was a joke: a pot of bad coffee and some cheap danishes...

The condition off room it’s very poor it was a hole in the restroom door the carpet very dory a lot of spots on the carpet the towels very old and whit spots I asked that housekeeping for more towels vcs it was only one in the bathroom she only gives me one more

1. No complimentary breakfast. Only artificial orange flavor drink, coffee, plastic rapped pastry. 2. Air conditioner is so noise and kept us up all night. 3. Wafer blanket. No extra blanket, No extra pillows. 4. No lotion, no hair conditioner. Very old toilet. Very small scratchy old towels. 5. We saw probable prostitution going on there. We didn't feel safe and we even had paranormal experience in that hotel. 6. The inkeeperer and his wife were not wear professionally. 7. The pool area didn't keep clean. We will never going back or, recommend anyone staying in the hotel.

Could do with coffee in room and upstairs ice machine! Also would have liked a deadbolt on door as did not feel entirely safe there.

It’s not the fanciest place ever but it was useful. Moreno was too cold and the heater wasn’t working :( other than that, it was okay.

Other than that, It was a great stay

TV did not work. After waiting for over 15 min. for someone to fix it. The person spent 20 min. and finally got it to work. The person left. While we were watching the TV would stop and after a couple min. begin again. This went on all night until we turned the TV off.

My stay was ok. I Hated that the light and TV were on a timer. The lights being on a timer was ok, but the TV was a different situation. I would be watching something good, interesting and the TV would cut off automatically. I would have to search for the remote in the dark. I would have to aim the remote directly at the sensor light for it to cut on. This was very ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not the Worst but the carpets were disgusting and surely not cleaned in the last 2 years or more. The free "breakfast" consisted of a year old looking bun still in plastic wrap and Sunny D. The coffee pot too gross to look at.

I'm on a business trip here had 3 meetings to go to the first night was miserable stink like chemicals from cleaning and they have me right next to a car wash exit could not sleep at all the first night ended up staying on the couch of one of the employees that was down in the valley so the second night didn't go back to the hotel too tired to call and deal with anything after 3 6 hour meetings who'd want to deal with anything when I talk to the hotel staff the next day they made it like I was lying and blew me off really rude just like the day one when I got there horrible do not recommend this hotel

They had good coffee and continental breakfast. There were plenty of outlets to charge your phones, tablets, etc.

This was a trip to go to a meeting for a military reunion group we belong to. It was close to the base easy access and a good price.

Area wasn't the greatest. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the sheets were stained and had small holes in it. I was fine with everything else

nearly run down area, bathroom door had obvious punched in hole...I'm sure they do their best with what they have...and may assume, for good reason, im sure, that you may steal the remote control...being all of these things the case, the room did it's job, gave me a cheap place to sleep after each night of a music festival, and I don't regret staying there

Overall it was great. The only thing was the towel shortage. They only seem to have 1 set per room and if you had gone hiking and wanted to clean up before going out again, there were no towels! They were all in the wash. But other than that, the room was comfortable, Dennys and Coco with in walking distance as well as other shopping.

It was a last min stay. It was cool they was nice and the room was clean. They do need to upgrade the tv there basic channels are not all that basic. But over all stay was good.

Directly off freeway, easy access. Room was clean with frig. and micro. Owners were pleasant. Not far from shopping.
