What really made the experience stand out was the view. Seeing the Nashville skyline from the hotel was absolutely amazing, especially at night when the city lights were shining. The view alone made the stay feel special and was the perfect finishing touch to an already great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice hotel in downtown Nashville.

Everything was clean and the staff was helpful. I had booked a balcony room but requested months ago to be on one of the higher up floors away from as much noise as possible which they did not do. They put me on the bottom balcony floor and the noise level was still quite high. This is an issue I had last time which is why I requested it and they still didn’t follow through at all so this was disappointing!

The pool area and bar are great and so is the RTB roof top bar which is top notch and have some great drinks and bartender . I did have problems hearing the TV when the AC came on which was very loud and the hotels design can be confusing . There are like 2 hotels in one building so it can be like a maze . But over all I liked the hotel and would come back agian .

The room was very nice, but we heard everything outside. The Staff were amazing! We had the breakfast on a Tuesday at 9am and a lot of items were not available. No coffee, no bowls for cereal, spoons were not available and the jams jars were pretty much empty. Go early if you want a full selection

Not sure what cleaning agent they use but it smelt like they didn’t rinse it off. It was pungent. Smelt like a stairwell in one of the many bars on Broadway. There was also some kind of droplet of some kind that wasn’t washed off the floor. Towel guy kept taking our towels when by the pool. When we tried to get a new towel, they were out. The scent the use in the common areas was so strong it was a little eye watering and could actually taste it, albeit it was a better smell than my room.

The hotel is nice, location is great. The check in process was terrible. You had one staff handling check out on a saturday, creating long waits. There were other staff members behind the door in the roo next to the check in desk, and none bothered to come out to assist. We had 5 rooms, when the last two checked in it took them close to an hour. It is not acceptable to be short staffed at the reception desk, that is the first and lasting impression on guests

I would say AC Dowtown Nashville is the prefect hotel if you want to be have all the amenties in one. When it comes to dinner theres a nice steakhouse for you to dress up in your best outfit and have a cute birthday dinner. The pool on the 6th floor gives rooftop vibes like a resort feel with a bar. AC Dowtown has everything you need 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We had fraudulent charges on our bill and their solution was to check receipts and cameras! We had to pay $200 in incident fees when we arrived that we were not informed about a head of time. We were told they would just be put on hold until we checked out and then it would be refunded and we were not refunded! We spoke with 10 different people about my card trying to be charged for something I already paid for… who were no help and did not communicate with each other as they said they would notate the information on our profile so it wouldn’t happen again and it continued to happen 6 times! We were charged $50 something dollars for a restaurant bill when we NEVER even went to the restaurant!

Not my favorite property. I’ve stayed at many AC Marriott’s and this was by far the worst. Very noisy rooms, not much space and the valet parking was a nightmare. Took over 40 minutes to retrieve our car. Definitely not staying here again.

The rooftop bar/restaurant is so wonderful, pool is peaceful and super pretty, comfy and cozy feel to the room, loved the wood like floors too. There is a gym and plenty of places to sit outside with amazing views. The staff is friendly and helpful. This was a great location and was less expensive than the others. I was worried at first but it was amazing. Despite the Nashville noise, it was quiet in my room. I will stay here again.

The hotel was nice, the staff was ok. I was a little thrown off when I got a message from them at 6AM that my card wasn’t charged (because I was traveling and locked my card) and they’d cancel my reservation at 12pm… even though I selected pay at property. I assumed like every other stay that we could pay at the property when we got there. I called immediately and paid so that was taken care of. We selected 3pm check in because we had a restaurant reservation at 4:30 but even after having to call at 6AM we still had to wait until regular check in time at 4, and still had to pay the hotel holding fee at the counter upon check-in, so I’m not sure why they threatened to cancel our reservation if we’d still have to go through the whole check-in process at the property anyway. The bar and the food were cool. It would be nice if they had room service.

Great location - can walk to Broadway I was traveling with my 3 teen children - without notification when checking in, I received a additional $50 charge for having 3 children with me in a double queen room. I would understand if there was free breakfast provided or if any additional services were provided beyond what was included, but there was not. It was pretty unprofessional that the charge was not revealed while checking in.

The room felt very neglected. The bedspread had a stain. The bathroom and flooring did not feel clean. The room did not smell fresh and had a distinctive smell of make the previous occupant. Overall I would not chose to stay here again but rhe valet and front desk agent were professional and welcoming.

Mainly the location, is just 1 block from the museum and 3 blocks from Broadway. The room had a good size and the bed was comfortable. Loved the pillows. The cleaning service was excellent and worked everyday including Sundays. Breakfast could have been better, and the free coffee at the lobby was gone at 10am, would be better if it is available through 2pm. The entrance to the hotel is not walking friendly when you are arriving since it is through the garage and shared with 2 other hotels.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. But the real highlight was the breakfast. Absolutely delicious with a great variety of options, fresh ingredients, and perfect presentation. A special star goes to the girls who worked in the breakfast area. They were exceptional! Always smiling, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their energy and hospitality made every morning a pleasure!

The manager, the lack of cleanliness (yall left noodles on the floor in front of the elevator for quite some time…), way too expensive for no reason. This hotel is clearly just greedy, the owner should be ashamed of themselves. Not a good experience and I will never be back. I’ll be telling any and everyone that will listen how terrible this hotel is as well.

Proximity to Broadway was nice. Not a lot of walking. Spacious Rooms and clean. Desk and Bar staff were very nice and professional. We had two rooms for four nights stay costing $4200.00. The only thing complimentary at this price was one free bottle of water per guest. If you wanted additional water it was $4 per bottle or you had the option of refilling it at a water station that tasted like spigot water. Morning breakfast $18 per person and we had to ask for most things as they were out. I’ve had better breakfast at your typical comfort inn.

We waited over 20 min to pick up our car when we left. You have to wait in a garage at the hotel to get your car, which is a small area. Cars get lined up and you have to wait for the cars in front of you to leave before you can. Some of the people weren’t even there to pick their car up, so empty cars were just sitting there, blocking others from leaving. There is an app you use to request your car, so people ask that aren’t even in the valet area. Best bet if you stay here is to find a garage to park in, if you want to leave quickly and easily. This wasn’t an option for us, as I have a bad knee.

Only 1 negative. On check out day, I assume the maid staff knocked on the door at precisely 8:41 am. Knocked 3 times, waited a few seconds and opened the door!! Good thing I had that latch on door and they couldn’t get in! Did not appreciate the lapse in security and privacy in our own room! I did bring it to front desk upon our departure. Said they were sorry and would check with house keeping. Ok, no amends offered. Not acceptable house keeping entering your room!!

The place has very well located: close to the center but not in an overly noisy-crowded area. Staff where polite and super helpful. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable to stay in. The gym looked excellent, though didnt have time to check it out. Wifi was a bit slow. There was also a strange policy of clenaing rooms every 2nd day. I didnt mind, but my friend did. The entrance was a bit confusing since its multiple hotels in one and it felt like I was finding my way through a labyrinths on some nights.

I stay at AC’s often when I go out of town. This hotel was very pretty and the rooms are nice. I was very disappointed that for $450 a night they didn’t make up our room, freshen our towels or do any housekeeping at all. We got there on Thursday, by Saturday they still hadn’t made up our room so I requested that we at least get some fresh towels. Got home at 3am, still no new towels. I it wasn’t until I called down a second time and was upset that they said they would make up my room the following day. So I was there Thursday, Fri, and Saturday night without fresh towels. And quite honestly, for $450 the could make the bed too. That’s not too much to ask. Sunday night I finally had a clean room just in time for checkout when I left at 4am to return home. Not very high quality in that area.

Was told we were getting an upgrade. Ended up on the 22nd floor with no blankets on the broken Murphy bed. No towels in the shower but don’t worry if you need to wash your feet the water covering the bathroom floors might help. But make sure they clean it first. The couch would be a perfect casting couch the way it was designed and the table with chairs stacked on top made it the most un-charming room ever.

We pre booked a king size room with one king bed with a high floor for a view. At check in they told us the AC broke in our original room so they put us in a better room. This room ended up having two beds and a brick wall to look at out the window… when I went back up they couldn’t move us as they were fully booked and gave us breakfast credit and 20% off but would take a long time.

It was very difficult to park the car! The hotel registration is not on the 1st floor, it is on 6th floor. Also, the bed sheet was totally broken and they did not come to change it until 3rd day of our staying there. No bath robes, no slippers, ….

Wow!! We had an amazing time at the AC Marriott in downtown Nashville. It was very clean and welcoming. The gentleman that checked us in Thursday July 17th was a rockstar!!! The pool and bar staff were very friendly and efficient. We had the best time hanging out at the pool :)

Chair in room very bad, they replaced. Water all over floor next morning from air conditioner. They repaired. Had to have fan all day to dry up wet. Only coffee enough for one person, had to ask for and they gave it. After all this they didn’t check with us or give us any refund at all.

Elevators are quite slow and there are only two. You’ll be thinking of taking the stairs quite often. Had a few rooms issue with reservations, so multiple trips down the elevators to the front desk is arduous. Staff was friendly but understaffed

This was our first and last time we will stay at this hotel. The location was not convenient nor was the access to areas in the hotel. Registration is on the sixth floor, which is not convenient. There’s only two elevators in an 18 floor building so the wait on the elevator was very long and the elevators were very packed! When we checked in, we were not told of any of the bar, pool or lounge areas and where they were located. We did not realize they had a restaurant that served breakfast or that you could get lunch out by the pool We had no idea what the hotel offered. The room was very plain and did not feel like it was a place you could relax. It was very clean, but not comfortable. Check-in was very stressful as well.

There is a deposit of $100.0/nt even if you select pay at the property. They will run your card the night before and cancel your room if it isn’t collected. There are no dressers in the room. Thr rooftop bar is phenomenal and so is the pool. But the pool was way too busy to find a seat (it’s shared with the SpringHill and another one that I don’t remember the name of). We had a newborn and there were no cabanas available to rent and nowhere to sit, so we ended up having to forgo most of our pool plans. Our oldest was pretty disappointed. Overall, nice property, but thr pool exclusive so it doesn’t even make sense to pay that much more to stay at AC vs. the others unless you just want access to the rooftop.

Hats off to the check in staff who surprised us with our anniversary by making a wonderful gesture decorating our room.

Great location. Easy walk to Broadway. A few of the staff were a little curt at times but overall most were super helpful and nice. We would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, location great. Has 3 restaurants but no room service so you have to walk either out of hotel or down to the pool bar for food if your looking to grab lunch. Pool bar under staffed the 2 bartenders and food support staff were running around like crazy, trying to keep things going. The kitchen ran out of paper so some people never received food. The ones that ordered after the issue fixed took a hour sitting waiting on to go food. Didnt want to buy a drink, took us 35 min to pay our tab the day before in 95 degree weather, standing in line and the drinks are outrageously priced for a cup smaller than a red solo cup.

Loved the pool and amenities. Coffee in the morning on 6 was very much appreciated. Only thing I would suggest is that the staff answer the phone more promptly.

Hotel keeps charging me for random amounts, and will not give me a reason why. They keep claiming that I will be refunded, but they won’t actually do it. Also, the bathroom smelled like raw sewage.

The property was nice but I paid for a suit because I was having company come by. I arrived and the internet would not connect. I messaged the front desk and they responded promptly. The IT tech responded late in the night and then wanted to run a cable from the bedroom to the front room. He even said himself it was quite ghetto. The TV however connected in the room but I didn't want guests in my room. This ruined the whole night for us. This was whole point for paying for a suite.

We had to stay a extra day and they was very nice and helped us--DJ helped us--shoes wet and told us to use laundry . Everyone was so nice.

The front desk staff were a bit abrupt and rude when I checked in for the 3rd time after the check in time. After a bit of attitude the stuck me in the room that was identified with a noise symbol outside the door and I was able to listen to a large AC unit outside my window on a small building for 5 days.

This hotel is mostly average. Normally that would be good enough. But they pump sn aroma in the lounge/check-in area that was awful and it was so strong it gave me a headache. couldn’t relax in the lounge at all. On that issue alone I wouldn’t stay there again even for a good price.
