Check in was quick. Room appointment was nice. Spacious rooms with kitchen. Perfect for our group. Clean rooms. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast, tasty, and included. Only issue was we were given the wrong time for breakfast by the employee who checked us in so missed the window first morning. Informed them and they accommodated us. Never made it to the rooftop, but my friend did and the sunset was pretty from the pics I saw. Live music up there too. Very close to everything downtown so walking was easy. Would definitely recommend and return.

Cons: Mandatory valet parking at $60 per night is extremely expensive. The outside pool is shaded by the tall buildings and so it was cold the whole time we were there. Very difficult to enjoy it since it is not heated. Overall, it was a decent stay and I would recommend.

The breakfast was not good. The eggs were the most disgusting things I’ve ever tried. They did have gluten free bagel which I appreciate but no place to toast it separately. Most of the staff didn’t speak English that worked in cleaning or stocking the food. Calling the front desk is useless. They never pick up. I imagine bc they are super busy but they need to hire more help. We wanted our room cleaned mid week bc they don’t clean unless you call. But we could never get through. We called from outside number and they answered. Those are some minor improvements I would suggest.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Nashville. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. We had a wonderful time with our bartender Kyle the whole weekend. You can walk everywhere. Definitely will be back.

Do not buy anything from there snack store I bought 2 Diet Pepsi 16 ounce bottles they were 4:50 per bottle they charged me a room rate of 90 dollars I will be disputing that with the property and putting out a bad review if that’s not fixed I could see if I ordered room service but just walked in the little kiosk

The Residence Inn by Marriott was the perfect hotel to stay in to visit Nashville. It had a fabulous breakfast everyday and was walking distance to all downtown Nashville had to offer. It was very quiet which allowed a great night sleep. The pool and hot tub were amazing and made for a great start to the day. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!!

I am gold delete and very disappointed in the treatment. They have no special for gold delete so you have to wait with everyone else No water is given and I waited on the phone for over half an hour to try to get ended up having to bow down the front desk and wait online. Very not customer focused.

We thought the hotel was great and a great location. The only thing I would say could have been better was that you needed to schedule them to clean your room which we did at check in and no one ever came. We were able to get fresh towels though at the front desk.

My room was not cleaned for 3 days until I called and asked, which was annoying. It was noisy as well. My room Was next to storage and window out to the parking garage and an alley where they were trucks loading and unloading all day and night.

I loved the layout and all kitchen amenities. Also a beautiful view. While using the basin in the bathroom I noticed mold in in the drain (it was fixed after I called). Before leaving the next day I noticed dust around the baseboards. Housekeeping needs to do a better job. Also, I was a little shocked by the high price of valet, but I paid it. I noticed that a tip charge was added to the bill after I got home. I didn't add a tip, because the price was already too high.

It’s a good hotel in a good place. The resident part has pretty big rooms as refrigerators and microwaves. It’s right there next to everything in Nashville. It’s kind of cheap. And the staff are really nice.

Parking was $60+valet tip, which is probably pretty common in that area, but was higher than expected and should probably be more clear in the listings. The building was pretty and extremely convenient to walk to Bridgestone Arena. The valet crew and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room itself was relatively large and the real kitchen and sofa were nice to have, but the fridge/freezer made a loud tapping sort of sound all night, that was impossible to ignore or drown out. The overall condition of the room and bathroom could have used some refreshing. The bathroom tile needed mopping better, and where the wallpaper met the baseboard by the shower, there appeared to be black mold. The trash cans all needed liners. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. I don't think we had an updated room but I did think the bed was comfortable. Huge shower, dishwasher and full size fridge was nice. The TV did not get the promised HBO and we couldn't get Netflix to work, so don't bank on that. The couch will gobble up absolutely everything so take it apart before you leave!

Room was clean and spacious. I loved having the kitchen and coffee machine though we had to ask for coffee pods as they gave 2 for a 3 day stay. Staff was friendly and made sure to have us and our friends on the same floor, close to each other which was nice. Checkin was smooth, and the breakfast was great! Lots of options! Being so close to downtown was the added bonus. All in all, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

We were on the 20th floor and I wouldn’t stay on any other if we go there again. It was clean, and most importantly it was quiet. I did however have a problem with them draining the pool before the date that they posted on their website, it was one of the reasons we picked that hotel, I tried to talk to them about it and got no answer. Well, there was only one light (out of four) that worked in the room which I tried to overlook because I don't like to complain but then the toilet wouldn't flush. Truly awful. In fact, that toilet should have been replaced a long time ago. It was in rough shape. I don't know if there is anything worse than that. They had "no other rooms available" and felt that these issues only amounted to a 15% discount. Other than that...it's a pretty good location. Most places were within walking distance. It's a 10 min walk from Broadway. The breakfast was delicious, and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was new and very clean. Nice breakfast in the morning. Located within a couple of blocks to Broadway - easy walk. The downside was the elevators were very slow, don't be in a hurry to get to your room, lobby, or street level as it will be a several minute wait. I recommend not taking your vehicle if possible as the daily Valet rate seemed really high at $65/day.

I am very happy that I chose this hotel. The room was great with a kitchen and living area. And the price was comparable or better than others around the MCC. The free breakfast was good and always ready to go. If I come back to Nashville again, I will definitely stay here again.

Great location, walkable distance to broadway, room cleaning was avalible upon request and did an amazing job. The pool is tucked away and only has sun from around 10-2. Food at pool bar was amazing. Parking is resonable compared to other locations and comes with valet service.

Everything about this property was very pleasant. Excellent experience from the food. All of the employees were extremely respectful and kind. It was very convenient to walk to the concert. A very short walk away from Bridgestone arena. The hot tub was incredible, very large and very comfortable to sit in while other people were in. I will definitely return if in Nashville again.

Everything was great. Clean , cold AC, great location to be able to walk to everything. Only thing we wished was better was the elevator situation. 3 elevators (1 was out of service for a day) for a place of the size needs more elevators. We spent more time than we should waiting for an elevator. I would come back and stay again.

The hotel was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean and modern. There were 3 restaurants or bars in the hotel so it was super convenient. We were in walking distance to to Broadway and all the cool bars. We were kicated right beside the Country Music Hall of Fame museum. My favorite part was the awesome bathroom. I went with my daughter so we needed lits if space. It had double sinks and vanity mirrors as well as a huge walk in shower with a large seat, great water pressure and seperate toilet room. The only issuesvi had were check-in took far too long. There were 3 groups before me and it took a while. And the air conditioning was not doing the best. They did bring us a fan , which solved the issue. Oh and the pool was also a highlight as well as the free breakfast each morning. They had everything on the breakfast bar and you could sit out on the terrace or inside with plenty of seating. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Dinning options were fair. Elevator's were HORRIBLE. Check-in was on the 6th floor. There are 3 elevators for 2 hotels. Kind of crazy. 2 of them were down at one time during my stay. Roof top bar had amazing views, but the bartender was missing for long periods of time. Decent breakfast options. Beautiful lobby. Valet service is crazy at times, but that is to be expected. Overall, great location and property with a few issues.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We travelled from Alberta Canada and we’re so happy with the pool and the workout area and the access to breakfast and the friendly staff. We stayed at this hotel for a week and will be back again without question. This hotel was in a perfect location for Everything Nashville! Uber access was slick and we loved the restaurants on site and everything that was around it. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the beds are comfortable in the shower. It was perfect.

The swimming pool hot tub we’re both great. The room and staff was excellent. Great location to walk to Broadway. We had dinner downstairs at the Mexican restaurant. It was excellent.

We really loved staying here. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was amazing and the continental breakfast in the morning was wonderful! And it was very central. We walked everywhere and didn’t need to get Ubers except to the airport. Would come back and stay for sure.

Location was convenient for it being walkable to Broadway street.

Excellent accommodations in a very convenient location. We could easily walk to places of interest. Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking valets were efficient and our car was easy to retrieve. The rooftop bar was so beautiful at night!

Perfect place. We did have a hard time getting clean towels one day, but we grabbed them at the end of the day ourselves. Very safe place and all staff very friendly!

I was informed once I got there that the pool was out of service and was not fixed until the day I was leaving. I get there and I’m charged over 300 and some dollars extra than the price I was quoting on hotels.com. I got no compensation would never recommend this hotel again. I paid $1100 for a three night stay. I didn’t even have a fancy room.

The experience was Excellent.

We enjoyed our stay. Blake who was the manager with the rooftop bar, took care of my family and I’s bill after a mishap with the kitchen/computer glitch. Breakfast was really good. Pool area looked neat and cool, but didn’t get a chance to experience it with our busy week. Only negative thing was that there are only 3 elevators and one was out of service the entire week, so waiting for an elevator was a hassle at times but again that’s not the end of the world. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice room, good service. Housekeeping missed us one day. We were gone that entire day. Had to report refrigerator leaking, multiple times.

I made arrangements for a gift basket to be delivered and a cheese plater before we checked in to the room. Cheese plater was never delivered I had to wait 1.5 hrs when they apologized and told me it would only take 20-30 mins. The basket was for my male partner they delivered a pink arrangement. I was then charged seperately for the llatter a second time on checkout it took another 30 minutes to correct. The swimming pool is blocked by the building which means if your not out in the morning you cant tan and your lucky if you can find a chair on the weekend. Whats even better they ran out of towels to dry yourself with. The pool really can not accommodate a sold out stay. We had to sit on the cement with pur feet dangling in the water. I went to order a drink and I was asked for ID at the poolside bar. Who brings their credit card and ID to the pool. I had to go back to my room. I called the front desk to verify what time was complimentary breakfast the front desk person Lesley informed me ot was 6:30-10 on weekdays and 7:30-11 on weekends. This was wrong. Apparently there are two sides to the hotel. She gave me the hours to the side I was not staying at. She never asked which side I was calling from. I asked for late checkout after all the mistakes they said no. Needles to say the room was great but I would not stay again. Oh and you have to request your room be cleaned and have fresh towels delivered its not automatic.
