Reviews
The hotel is praised for its great location, close to Broadway and other downtown attractions, making it convenient for walking to various destinations. The staff is frequently commended for being friendly and helpful. However, the valet parking fee is a common complaint, with many guests finding it expensive. Noise from the street and other guests is also mentioned as an issue in some reviews.

Really enjoyed our stay! Such a beautiful hotel with lots of options beautiful views, just off the strip a couple blocks! Would totally recommend!
- 4/5
La propiedad estuvo fantástica y lo que me pareció absurdo es que no tenga parqueo el hotel y que tengas que pagar aparte y que sea tan caro
- 5/5
Great location & amenities! Room was spacious and clean too! Careful if you have trouble with stairs, the elevator was a lil wacky.
- 5/5
Great stay. The room was spacious and clean, plus we barely heard any noise from the street even though the music festival was going on outside. Couldn't hear neighboring rooms either. Pool area is also ideal the morning after a night on the town.

Great location! The signage could have been a little better but we figured it out.
- 5/5
Walking distance to Broadway. Great breakfast and felt safe Having to pay for valet when it should be included
- 4.5/5
The location was superb. A short walk to broadway and just around the corner from the Country Music Hall of fame. Everything was within reach and easily accessible. The pool area and pool bar were a great facility for gently relaxing after a night of music. The hotel offer to clean your room upon request. Being a stiff Englishman I didn't want to bother anyone so the 'on request' cleaning didn't work for me.

Second time we have stayed and were pleased

The location was great and it was wonderful to have breakfast included, rooms were comfortable yet the pillows were not

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Although we were not able to use the pool (because it rained) it was very nice.

Easy walking distance to Broadway Street. Good breakfast, decent gym, and really nice outdoor pool area.

The property was great and surprisingly quiet for it being downtown and a holiday weekend. Only thing I had a slight issue with was the $60 per night parking but our vehicle was secured and nothing is cheap anymore! Will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful hotel, perfect walkable location that was close to everything but also not in middle of chaos. Pool was pretty, breakfast had a great selection.

All good —- except for the poor lighting in the room and the heavy damp/musty smell. Too bad there was no way to open a window and let some fresh air in.

Within walking distance of where we wanted to go Very nice breakfast, beautiful pool area The piped in fragrant smell, overpowering!! I have asthma and had a difficult time being inside Also, first hotel we’ve stayed at that didn’t provide bottled water in room

We ran out of towels, and down to last square of toilet paper. I did catch someone in the hall and had them remove our garbage and recycling. The hotel itself was nice, perfect location within walking distance of Broadway. The pool was nice, just get there early for seating. We saved $200 by booking a Cabana early, and it was worth it for the entire day. I'd stay here again, just don't expect getting your room cleaned.
- 3/5
Hotel was clean as were the rooms. The pool/hot tub area was great. Just keep in mind that we were there in May and there is only sunshine over the pool deck until around 2:00PM in the afternoon. After 2:00PM, the sun goes behind the building so there is no direct sunlight for the rest of the day.

We loved the location! We had a concert at the Ascend Amphitheater which was super close. We also had bikes and it was nice to leave them with the valet, who were always so nice and helpful. Easy to get the bikes and our car in and out! Rooms were great and beds so comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful! Loved the pool and pool bar. Such a fun stay in Nashville!!! Thank you!

Location was great, the valet was very expensive but it was good just to call for the car and have it downstairs I was too expensive for the quality. I reserved a normal room, but I got a disable one because they were sold out. I asked for a pack and play a couple of days prior my arrival, but when I got to the room, I didn’t it on there. So I needed to wait almost an hour to get it. We arrived at 2am with a 1 year old baby. The breakfast was okay. I was really disappointed to see that I needed to use disposable utensils when the price of the staying was so elevated, I was hoping for something more.

Excellent location! Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was definitely a bonus.
- 3/5
Besides those inconveniences it was excellent. Beautiful room overlooking the pool. Close enough to Broadway to walk. The city scooters were great touch to get around further distances.
- 4/5
Breakfast was poor and workers in eating area didn’t seem like they were working much and we were there right at 6:30 am. Food was aweful. Doors to bathroom in suites are sliding glass and when anyone turned on light. It lit up the whole sleeping area

- 3/5
Great location within easy walking distance to lots of attractions and food options, and Uber pick-up/drop-off was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was a good size for our family, and the pool area was simple but enjoyable, our kids had a great time there. Guests should be aware that reception is on level 6 and the elevators get very busy, with long wait times during peak periods. The room was not set up for 5 guests on arrival even though this was booked in advance, we had to request extra towels and prepare the sofa bed ourselves late at night with very tired kids. The pool bar also closes quite early (5pm). The biggest downside was the pillows, which were extremely flat and uncomfortable, easily the worst hotel pillows we’ve experienced.
- 4/5
Great location Beds not the most comfortable
- 5/5
Every thing about it was very nice
- 1/5
We were changed from the hotel we had chosen to a different hotel. The room we were given was awefil ,and it was supposed to be an grade. 3 large tables in the room no bed side lighting and the icing on the cake was the bed was a Murphy Bed the most uncomportable thing I have ever slept in. Stay away from this hotel
- 5/5
Pet friendly, clean hotel, staff was very helpful my entire stay. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms are very spacious and nice, I booked 2 queens with a sofa bed for handicap accessibility and the room was perfect for 3 people and 2 pets. Also walking distance to broadway street.
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful and enjoyed all their facilities!
- 5/5
My favorite hotel! I loved everything except the expensive valet parking. But everything else was great! The breakfast was excellent and set up very well with enough stations where you never feel crowded. They have the best variety and food options I’ve seen in a hotel with breakfast included. Highly recommended! Feels like a 4 star hotel!
- 4.5/5
Excellent location- close to many downtown attractions! Beautiful decor and comfortable rooms. We traveled with two teenagers, so the trundle bed was perfect so that they didn’t need to share a bed. We loved the Roof Top Bar with live music nightly. We really loved everything- the only thing that would have been better is more towels for the room. We only had three bath towels, there were four of us in the room. We requested another but it never arrived. Minor in the grand scheme of things- truly that was the only negative.
- 5/5
Great location, great pool, nice breakfast area and roof top bar and entertainment was lovely
- 4/5
A hotel is a very nice cleanness. Friendly staff. Even all the way down to the valet and broom is great. Very clean and spacious. Love the smell of the Marriott scent that they had going on at the hotel. Things I think could help would be more of AR election. If you really don't want to go out and eat. Have maybe something like a small dining area where you can get some food inside the hotel
- 5/5
The staff was great. Room was clean and the breakfast was delicious
- 3/5
Room was Great,.Hot tub and pool.were.under renovation which was aggravating due to the fact that I called 6weeks ago to make sure the hot tub was availble for our stay due to me having back issues. The hot tub was the Main reason I booked.this hotel only to get there and kot be able to use it
- 3/5
Great location, quick walk to Broadway. Breakfast was ok but not very hot. Pool and hot tub were closed which was unfortunate and should've been communicated. Zero service to our room and we are not sure why. Overall fine enough, would stay there again.
- 5/5
The location to every thing and the security Everything was perfect
- 3/5
The swimming pool was closed for the whole of our 3 days stay, apparently we could have used another pool, but no one told us that. Lovely staff. Good selection of food for breakfast, but disappointingly served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. Not good value for money from our experience.
- 5/5
Great stay. Easy location to downtown.
- 5/5
Great location, close to public transportation, and plenty of local restaurants. The property was spacious, clean, and exactly what I needed for a short stay in St Louis.
- 4.5/5
Great location. Super helpful and friendly staff Our room had a bit of an odor Breakfast could have used a different variety. Little disappointed that waffles were only offered I. A weekend
- 5/5
The reception area was very clean and inviting. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. The room was very clean and roomy. The hotel was in a great location close to Broadway several restaurants and not loud or super crazy crowds perfect for a family . We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
- 5/5
Great staff!
- 3/5
It is not good choice
- 4.5/5
The location and staff was very helpful. Carpet needs replaced. It smelled like mildew.
- 4/5
Staff were friendly but We didn’t have maid service clean our room any of the days we were there, our room wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be time to check in, and they wouldn’t offer us a late check out.
- 5/5
Awesome location downtown Nashville. You can walk to any main attraction or bar. Great view. I didn't stay longer.
- 3.5/5
Great location Air condition unit was noisy and it did not keep the temperature constant. Did not clean the room after asking on two separate days. Breakfast ends at 9:30am
- 4.5/5
The front staff need to be more knowledgeable about the parking/valet situation. Because what actually happens is different than what they describe. The front desk couldn't answer my questions each time. According to the valets this is a constant problem.
- 5/5
Location, pleasant smell, clean, friendly N/a
- 3.5/5
way too expensive. got a price from booking.com checked and it was 300.$ more ... If you own a hotel parking should be free to patrons... that's just a greedy money grab

Clean room, great staff, excellent valet service
- 5/5
Everything was good at check-in
- 5/5
Staff was welcoming and helpful
- 3/5
The room was clean, well appointed and very nice, but who puts a frosted glass bathroom door that shines directly onto the beds whenever someone uses the bathroom while others are sleeping? Also, please don't advertise free wifi if it's so weak that you can't explore the area around you on google maps or even play games on your tablet. Staff was great, valet parking wonderful and the hotel is situated such that you have walking access to many attractions/events in the area.
- 4/5
Bria M went out of her way to help us out. Can’t say enough good things about her work ethic.
- 4/5
Room, clean and staff courteous. Continental breakfast was very poor.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Check in was very quick and easy, hotel and amenities were beautiful.
- 4/5
Room could have been cleaned better. Breakfast was ok but more options would be nice.
- 5/5
My stay was great. From arrival to departure, valet made parking easy and the staff was warm and welcoming at the Front desk. The attendants at breakfast were also very kind. I was pleased to see vegetarian options, as well.
- 5/5
Great location very spacious rooms
- 5/5
The hotel was five stars. It was wonderful . Breakfast was amazing the staff was delightful
- 5/5
I’d stay there again. We walked to everywhere downtown
- 3/5
Other than the location, this hotel doesn’t have much going for it. It’s impossible to talk to anyone at the front desk, the breakfast was awful, and the room was dimly lit and poorly cooled/heated.
- 5/5
Parking costs are insane.
- 5/5
La habitation muy limpia el personal muy amable
- 5/5
The lobby was beautiful and smelled amazing. The room was beautiful and clean. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Walkable area. Good bars/restaurants on property. Requested room to be cleaned and clean towels but the room was never serviced during our stay.
- 5/5
Everyone was so nice and great rooftop bar!
- 5/5
Recent stay was great! Perfect location for a conference I was attending but also great location to walk around downtown. Close to broadway and museums. Room was great! Perfecto appointed with living area and good size bed and bathroom. Highly recommend.

- 5/5

- 5/5
Everything was great, great location
- 1/5
There wasn’t even complementary water. We waited over an hour and 45 min at the rooftop restaurant for our food and when we went to the bar to order the bartender was drinking what appeared to be a shot of whiskey.
- 5/5
Great stay experience!
- 4/5
Room was decently clean. Odd setup...arrive in hotel on first floor, yet check in and front desk is on 6th floor. Housekeeping is not provided unless specifically requesting with front desk each day.
- 5/5
Beautiful room and located close to everything!
- 4/5
Breakfast was a little plain, but overall stay was good.
- 5/5
The room was big and comfortable and the location was great!
- 5/5
I honestly do not complete any reviews at all, but I LOVED this properly. The pool was BEAUTIFUL! The security at night and during the day is top tier. You need a keycard to get ANYWHERE and it makes me feel super safe. This hotel is a very short walk away from Bridgestone Arena and Broadway which are two very big landmarks for the area. The hotel inside is well upkeeped and maintained and the rooms were huge. ZERO COMPLAINTS.
- 4/5
Excellent location. Bed was comfy. Large rooms with a large closet. Stain on the desk in our room
- 5/5
Great facility, room was clean and updated. Only complaint would be that the bathroom door is a sliding door and wouldn’t stay shut when attempting to close for privacy.
- 3/5
Hotel was in a nice spot walking distance from Broadway. Breakfast options were limited (waffle maker broken) Hotel staff did not speak very good English. Asked if they had peanutbutter and they had to ask someone else what that was. Room was a good size but if anyone has to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom everyone is getting woken up with the light shining through the door.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Great location, pool area, and breakfast.
- 5/5
Overall great experience! Highly recommend
- 5/5
Hotel is convenient to Broadway and all of the local action. A short walk to Nissan Stadium:
- 5/5
Everything was great, except I was charged twice for the parking fee.
- 5/5
Clean, great service
- 5/5
Location
- 5/5
Had everything you need. Great rooftop. Pool and bar area outside was great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Great location close to everything but far enough away from all the late night noise on Broadway.
- 5/5
The property was near many activities, the swimming pool was great, Breakfast was fine it could of used a few more options
- 5/5
The only thing that I will complain about is
- 5/5
The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room and property were very clean. Although it was weird to have the main lobby on the 6th floor. I liked that it was in a convenient location, walkable to the Bridgestone arena and Broadway. The next time I’m in town I will most definitely be staying here again.
- 4/5
The pool and hot tub was a great attraction. I think the parking was a bit expensive.
- 5/5
Family friendly. Complimentary breakfast that was delicious.
- 4/5
Bathroom walls has spots and dust at the top of the mirror. Spots appeared like blood stain on the sheet.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel in a great location downtown. Pay the valet. Much easier than trying to park elsewhere.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great especially i love the patio didnt get a chance to get to the pool or spa but i will look forward to next time.
- 5/5
Nice facility with short walk distance to Broadway St.
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff, amazing pool.
- 4/5
The property was nice and located in a convenient location. Rooms were large and clean. My only complaint would be the street noise that could be heard on the 11th floor from the highway.
- 3/5
Parking in the Hotel is absurdly expensive. Everything else is fine.
- 4/5
It's close to Broadway st and sightseeing
- 4/5
Excellent hotel
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and a great location to do what you wanna do downtown!
- 5/5
Great stay at this property. Easily walkable to Broadway and area. Front end staff went above and beyond.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel
- 5/5
Great location for a family with teens - family friendly and plenty to do in the immediate area.
- 3/5
The bad: Thin walls - we frequently heard water from other rooms (shower, bathroom, etc.) We were there Wednesday through Saturday. They have three elevators. One was down the whole time, and another one was down about half the time. We had to wait an average of 5 minutes each time we needed to use the elevator. We had to use the stairs (from the 11th floor) three times. There were always lots of people waiting for elevators and then crowding on when they finally came. Staff often used these elevators too, with large carts. My guess is that even with three functioning elevators, you would be waiting a lot.
- 4/5
The room was comfortable and the breakfast was enjoyable for the most part. However, one downside was the lack of shampoo and body wash—both bottles were empty upon arrival. If the cleaning service had been thorough, this should have been caught during their routine checks. Attention to detail matters, and ensuring all amenities are stocked is a basic expectation.
- 4/5
10 mins walk from Broadway where most of the action is! Nice hotel with good pool vibe (bar and DJ).
- 5/5
The front desk clerk at check-in, Abbi, was polite, professional & went out of his way to make me feel welcome! Nothing like being a girl-dad is there, Abbi?!
- 1/5
Did not stay pool was closed and management didn’t want to do anything to accommodate for tha weather was over 100 degrees. We was not notified that pool was closed until we arrive at property
- 4/5
It was so hot everywhere in the hotel. Except the rooms I guess which is an okay trade off, but being in the hallways, breakfast spaces, and elevators was way too warm. The included breakfast was nice but only one day had bacon as an option, then it was gone. Our last day, checkout was 11 but we got like 4 different knocks on our door from housekeeping from them trying to get in our room but we still had 3 hours left! Overall, it was an okay stay but will try another location on our next Nash trip.
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay. Our room was super clean, nice size room, and bed was really comfortable. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The valet guys were always pleasant and helpful! I would stay here again! Great location and the taco truck across the street was so good!
- 5/5
The location is great to walk to a concert. Overnight parking is $55 + tax so is actually $63.29. I was on a lower floor; I think 6th, so you could hear the loud music from the restaurants below so expect noise until early in the morning. My preference is for beds is to be more on the firmer side and theirs was pretty soft and sunken along with the pillows. Breakfast was awesome.
- 3/5
The room was very dated and needs an upgrade. The lighting is also very poor. Bathroom had lots of dust on ceiling but was pretty clean other than that. The gym is very nice. Location is PRIME! If you're looking for something modern, don't stay here.
- 5/5
Great location, beautiful rooms
- 2/5
Stole my credit card number. Overall, a solid 2-3 star hotel. Front desk staff was kind and friendly if you could get a hold of them. They never answered when I called from the room, so I had to go down in person with any requests and were always overwhelmed. The elevators were ancient and slow and not working half the time so plan extra time to get up or down. Pool and pool bar was nice but three weeks after we got home someone has tried twice to charge my credit card from the pool bar. Why a worker wants to steal my credit card to charge things from their own bar is beyond me… tip money in their pocket? Tried to call hotel to discuss but of course they won’t pick up so beware and don’t ever leave your card at the pool bar! Pay with cash or pay each time you go up and don’t start a tab!
- 4/5
Room was comfortable! We didn’t like the parking fees.
- 5/5
Great hotel, great location only 2 blocks from Broadway. Had a big outdoor pool and nice hot tub. Breakfast was good, but the room they serve breakfast in is way too small. Also, there was only one toaster and there was always a long line.
- 3/5
It was good ! Until our check out Day and we had housekeeping knocking on our door at 830 for check out ! Checkout time is 11:00
- 5/5
Perfect location!
- 5/5
Our family stayed at this hotel over the Fourth of July holiday. It was clean and easy to access. It was an easy, short walk to Broadway and we were able to walk a short couple of blocks down to the amphitheater to watch the fireworks and drone show. It should be noted that the fireworks are NOT VISABLE from the rooftop hotel bar or hotel pool. (I wanted to note this specifically in the review because when I searched for answers, and even called the property, I was given conflicting information multiple times!) You may be able to see parts of the fireworks at the rooftop bar, but the neighboring hotel obstructs the vast majority of the view. The Fourth of July fireworks are 100% NOT VISABLE from the pool area. That said, the pool area has a wonderful vibe and often has a DJ playing and a poolside bar. The rooms were spacious and clean. This ended up being a fabulous pick for our multigenerational family trip. (We had three rooms, traveling in two cars.) Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The kids always enjoy making waffles for breakfast. The coffee was good. The hotel is conveniently located and the parking/valet service was incredibly easy to use and very fast. I was a bit worried about delayed access to my vehicle, but those valets hustle! We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are back in town.
- 5/5
Very clean and pretty
- 5/5
Everything was absolutely perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay here.
- 3/5
stayed 3 nights housekeeping didnt come once
- 4/5
Loved how centrally located it was. Very easy access to downtown. Great staff! All were very friendly and helpful! Will stay here again!
- 5/5
Love the 6th floor pool & the large lobby area with many seating options
- 5/5
Excellent loctation. Fun pool for the kids and pretty great complimentary breakfast. Freindly staff. Not sure you could ask for much more.
- 3/5
Good location
- 5/5
Great location in downtown Nashville next to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and just blocks from Broadway. Nice pool area (the pool fountain needs cleaning!) with hot tub (not in service while we were there) and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Rooftop bar was a nice touch with a view. Rooms and facilities were clean and modern and staff were friendly.
- 5/5
Loved everything, from the staff that checks you in, room phenomenal, breakfast & pool great! So close toall the fun!
- 5/5
Excellent hotel. The location is great to Broadway, the hotel staff is so nice and so are the grounds.
- 5/5
Amazing stay. Always clean and friendly service.
- 5/5
Great location and very good free breakfast. Lovely outside terrace, lounge area and rooftop bar (which unfortunately closes at 11 pm sharp!)
- 5/5
Perfect location to walk to lower Broadway or the Gulch. Great rooftop bar. If you are staying in the city don't bring a car...parking is $55/night.
- 5/5
We were very comfortable in the room and everything was nice and clean. It was a little confusing checking in but that was our fault.
- 4/5
Very convenient location. The room was clean, updated and well maintained. The pool only gets sun in the morning which is disappointing. The food by the pool was good.

Great Hotel within walking distance to Broadway!
- 5/5
We stayed here on a trip for our son’s 21st Birthday. The staff was very helpful with getting all of our rooms on the same floor. It was a quick walk to Broadway and many other popular things to see.
- 5/5
Large, comfortable & clean rooms. Perfect location right behind Country Music Hall of Fame & 2 blocks from Broadway!

Nice rooms. Check in line is very long. Advertised connecting rooms but did not provide. O fun in pool area by 4 pm daily

The breakfast area was way too small to accommodate the hotel size. The food was nearly empty at all times because of very limited staff. There was also no where to sit to eat if you could get food. The bar staff was down right rude. On one occasion the bartender was supposed to make a mimosa and realized she was out of orange juice. Despite her not being able to make the ordered drink she refused to allow me to order anything else because she poured the champagne. The girls working the bar were talking with friends and took forever to even acknowledge patrons or get drinks. The bar location is half inside and half outside, however to go outside you must walk back out to the lobby through the pool door, even if clothed and only accessing the bar. The pool area is completely shaded most of the day because of the location between the buildings. Between this and the cold temperature of the pool water, it was not enjoyable to swim. As far as cleanliness, we did not see house keeping staff for the duration of our 5 day stay.

This hotel was beautiful! The staff were very welcoming. Easy walk to Broadway. Quick and safe valet parking. Breakfast was very good, extra charge to order off the menu, buffet included. Pool area was a vibe! Would definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly and property was great. However, the elevators were VERY slow!!! The three elevators service 21 floors and took a long time to show up.
- 2/5
The pool was great! The breakfast was horrible with few choices, for the price Holiday Inn has a better breakfast. NO choices for diabetics! No zero option for soda. It is expensive, but I realize we paid for location.
- 4/5
Pool sadly shady much of afternoon, heavily attended, patrons left their litter- so sad , great location to downtown, comfy bed, breakfast busy busy may need to bust out more space for waffle makers!
- 5/5
Great place and location, a short walk to Broadway. Outstanding & helpful staff including the lobby desk, the valets and the restaurant staff. They could not have been more friendly or attentive. Signage could be better as we went past it twice before seeing the hotel and where to park.

I will definitely return here if I make another trip to Nashville & highly recommend it to anyone going there.

The only complaint is that the breakfast bar is supposed to be available until10AM at 9:30AM there was no waffle mix & I told 1 of the staff & they said they weren't refilling it along with a few other items that were out. I was very disappointed & upset because we specifically asked if there were waffles on the breakfast bar before we booked this place & they said and is Available until 10AM and this was not the case. That will go in my review.

Was on a girls trip. We repeatedly asked for more towels. There were 5 of us and they only had 3 towels and we had to repeatedly ask for more. We had to call for toilet paper. We requested housekeeping and they never came. That was ok but we finally had to bring towels from the pool so we had enough. The room also had poor lighting. On a good note pool was really nice and the location was good

Convenient and safe walking to Broadway and hall of fame and Ryman.

This is my second time staying at SpringHill Suites and I will continue to be a loyal customer. This is a hotel the just knows how to do everything RIGHT! It’s close to everything in Nashville. The customer service is amazing. The breakfast is wonderful (but don’t go right before it closes down!) I love this hotel so much!

Other that that it was fine.

The young lady at the check-in (the taller of the two) was incredibly rude. I am slightly hearing impaired and she was speaking so quietly even my friend couldn't hear her. When I asked her to repeat herself, she rolled her eyes and the rest of the conversation she talked as quiet as possible and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. If I hadn't already paid in full, I would have selected a different hotel. I only asked if we could check in a little early because we drove in from out of state and had arrived early and it was pouring outside. They didn't have a room yet, which was fine, but she was just a terrible first impression - not very welcoming. The second lady (with an accent) who actually checked us in later was very nice.

Everyone we encountered was so very nice and helpful. Starting with the valet service - excellent!

We went to Nashville for my daughter‘s 21st birthday and despite the horrible weather we had a wonderful time. Accommodations were wonderful. They did unfortunately have to close the pool and hot tub which we were looking forward to because of the rain.

Every thing is good, only AC system very close to bad and uncomfortable

Very nice hotel, surprised it’s not higher star rated. Only main complaint was one elevator was out of order our entire visit which meant a lot of waiting for elevators
- 2/5
No valet to help with storing bags while waiting for a room to be available
- 3/5
As we entered the hotel, we were excited for our stay, but upon entering our room, it smelled of "stinky feet". The carpets need cleaned. Our child found cookies left from previous gusets at the headboard of the bed. There are no real room lights, just a bunch of lamps around the room. This was the first hotel I have ever stayed in that didn't have complimentary coffee available to guests 24/7. This is also the first Mariott we have stayed in, and dont think Ill be back. The mattresses were uncomfortable and we were hardly able to sleep without tossing and turning.

Didn’t like check in being on 6th floor and not on 1st floor.

I’ve looking place . Very clean and very nice staff. The only negative was that when we arrived after traveling all day, we had to carry all our luggage up three flights of stairs due to only one out of three elevators in service. After waiting to board an elevator for 20 minutes. Myself 60 Wife mid 50’s forced to huff those stairs with all of our baggage. Almost didn’t make it. Not a fan of that.

Location, breakfast, oitdoor hot whirlpool spa.

The pool and hot tub were broke and not open. We didn’t know about that prior to showing up. The kids were disappointed. I asked for a small discount on the rate and the guy at the desk was rude about my request. We’ve stayed here before and it has a great pool area, thus why we came back.

We attended a show at the Ryman and this hotel was very convenient. Our room was spacious and included a separate seating area. There was a complimentary breakfast buffet which was excellent. The valet parking was very quick to retrieve our car even at checkout time.
