    The next day, the bartender was tremendous and very attendant. I would say that if you are looking for a convenient hotel, choose this, but if you like being treated really well, like a five star hotel should treat customers choosing a different location. Will do your justice.

    Room was comfortable and had hairdryer, fridge etc .. Room was quiet. Only issue was that we requested a sofa bed to be made up and that did not happen. Next day when the room was services the sofa bed was ignored. They need to improve on following through requests. Pool area nice with live music. Gym was well provisioned.

    Enough equipment in the “in house gym” to keep you “half-fit” despite the high social energy of Nashville. Restaurant quality and staffing were awesome. All in all…now after 4 visits last 3 years..our go-to hotel in Nashville. Enjoy your stay.

    Would I stay here again?… well the room was so lovely! But the lack of breakfast and the small pool area, and not so helpful staff on the last day… probably not , and it’s expensive … But the live music around the pool was fun, and it is decorated beautifully… circumstances maybe were a lot to do with my experience.

    Location was perfect, staff was great, restaurant food was good. The blackout curtains in our room wouldn’t close all the way. The bathroom barn-style doors didn’t close all the way or offer enough privacy. And the private pool party for Dustin Lynch all day during CMAFest was a major distraction for guests who wanted to, but couldn’t use the pool at all that day and evening.

    We booked two rooms to be adjoining 6 months in advance, they were not. Although we were told Housekeeping would only clean our rooms when we asked them to, they were knocking on the door every morning of our four day stay at 9am. Since this was a 21st Birthday visit to Nashville we were taking in all that Broadway had to offer- we weren’t even human yet at 9am.

    We had an excellent stay at the hotel from the moment we checked in. The staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our visit, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our trip even more enjoyable. One of the best parts was the convenient location near the Nashville strip, making it easy to explore restaurants, entertainment, and attractions without having to travel far. The Nashville strip was walking distance. Overall, perfect location made this a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again

    We had a few ups and Downs. I had to move rooms because of no AC. 2nd night someone had to come in to make us have hot water in a completely different room. This room was very dusty though. Like behind the phone and the only reason why I noticed is because something dropped.

    Water supply pipe broke under my sink the first night and the desk clerk asked me if I wanted a new room??? Found that odd. Had to move everything from the half flooded room to a new room while walking around the maintenance worker cleaning up the water. Was given a $100 credit that I could only use in the restaurant at the hotel. Did try it and the food was average and way overpriced (this would explain why the restaurant was very slow). Disappointing.

    My wife, our friends, and I stayed for a long weekend, and it was fantastic. The Hotel is beautiful and clean, and a short walk from Broadway. Having a Starbucks and a bar in the lobby is tremendously convenient. The pool was great with a full bar and late hours. When I come back to Nashville, I will stay here again.

    Disappointed there was no lobby coffee. Only options for second cup was to sit down and pay at JW Grill or Starbucks. I would’ve appreciated an option to buy a banana, apple, yogurt, granola bar, etc. to go at the little lobby store. Again only Starbucks or sit in restaurant option. Not cheap. Needed quarters for laundry. Only manager at reception had “the bank”, and they were in a meeting. Sent to Starbucks by hotel staff, they said “no”. Sent to the restaurant and they were not happy that the hotel keeps sending people to them for change. Fins, the rooftop pool bar also does not have change but an employee had personal change in his bag. Fins staff was fantastic everyday. The food and drinks were amazing! Pool area-amazing! JW Grill day staff was rude. Hotel lobby was underwhelming. Starbucks staff had zero personality. Hotel housekeeping was great! Location to Broadway was great!

    Resort fee feels a bit excessive - appreciate these things are common now but use of the pool etc should be part of room fee. Valet parking system was very efficient but very expensive - so ensure you factor the additional costs into the price of the room when you book.     The hotel was nice and mostly clean. They definitly hadnt cleaned under the couch in our room, but everthing else seemed clean. Bathroom door is just a sliding barn type door that does not lock and has a small gap on each side so hopefully you are comfortable with whoever you are sharing your room with. No free breakfast with room. Had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs that was just ok at best for the price. Parking was $65:00 per night to use the valet service here. Not very many good alternatives for parking unless you want to park a couple of blocks away.

    No coffee in rooms. We asked to have our coffee pods filled and they told us all 5 days that coffee was on its way to our room. It never arrived! Staff lied straight to us! Upon check out the clerk had her huge purse all dumped out all over the counter. Tacky! Beautiful hotel just very bad service. Sat in yhe bar 15min and did not get waited on. Will not stay there again!

    Excellent location next to conference center and all downtown. Room was incredibly spacious. The staff was attentive and friendly.     Carpet in the room was stained. Pool side lounge was very nice and open. The staff was exceptionally nice a helpful. Be prepared to pay around $200 for parking for a 3 day stay.

    The JWB restaurant was very good. Carmela who worked in the restaurant was wonderful! She gave my daughter some wonderful advice. The waitress did forget to turn in our order. We waited an exceptionally long time for our order. Loved the fruit water in the lobby. Did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking. The parking lot was very sketchy. I ended up paying $150 for valet parking to some very unfriendly valet staff.

    very cool and clean room, 1 free drink at the bar was nice, the Fins bartender was alone and didnt even say hello or ask what we might want for at least 10 mins...not busy. Wasnt made aware of all the access points needed to use rhe key bracelet like the lobby bathroom and even elevator. I still havent received my receipt...its been 2 days The valet parking charged us 104.?? and was told 65.00 but we've left the area so cant go back Very frustrating. 5 to10 days for the incidental charges to be processed before reimbursement. Which I understand is standard. We were really not there long enough to actually enjoy

    The beds are so comfy and the decor throughout the whole place is really cool. Feels like you’re at the beach just without sand. Valet is a great service but kind of pricey it says $65 but it ends up charging your card 75 $and I wish there was a breakfast buffet or a small breakfast for free for how much you pay. I think you should be able to at least get a bite to eat in the morning.

    Check in was very easy. Staff was very friendly and held our bags till our rooms were ready. Went to breakfast in the hotel and although service was very slow, the waitress was attentive and the food was delicious. When we went to check in I was given a room upgrade since 2 out of 3 of our rooms were ready. Highly recommend this place to stay. Also, we were given free margaritas!!!

    Location Downstairs bar was understaffed and overpriced and not serving food at night after the game we attended at Bridgestone.we had two drinks and it was 60 dollars with tip. We only paid in cash because the pen didn’t work to write on the tab to charge to the room and the bartenders did not come back to pick it up or bring a working pen. I must note that there were only a couple of other people sitting at the bar at that time and it was 10:20 pm on a Thursday night following a predators game…

    Expected more. It's a beautiful property. We chose it because we love Buffet and have always enjoyed Margeritaville properties. But unfortunately, there were no extra sheets and blankets. The sofa bed broke, the bathroom door doesnt close all the way, and no room service, just fyi . But the most surprising thing was , there was no pet relief area for this nice hotel that takes pets up to seventy pounds. That just seemed odd. Fail to use theirs which seemed even more peculiar. But its beautiful. And a great location!

    This is a wonderful and convenient option for a stay in Nashville. The facilities are clean, staff are accommodating and friendly, and the on site restaurants are very good.     Beautifully decorated, clean, exceptionally welcoming staff from valet to check in to concierge through out. Our room, a standard king, was as comfortable as it could possibly be. Paying a small amount extra compared to other resorts near by was worth every penny. We would stay again and again. No place in evening for a dessert or coffee. Starbucks in lobby wonderful but does close early. JWB on site fabulous, but some spot less like bar would be perfect

    Dinner in the restaurant was very good and easy to get a table fairly quickly. We asked for a table outside for three adults to get a drink and appetizer and were told we could not sit in the outdoor area and order food. We noticed several people eating outside and asked our indoor waitress and she said the hostess was a temp worker and was mistaken. She apologized and said she would let the hostess know for future guests. Definitely confused and frustrated at the time about this situation.

Unfortunately, due to the weather, the hotel was overbooked and resulted in a long check in process and no room for awhile at 6:45 at night with a child.     We arrived about 90 minutes early for our check-in and they wouldn't let us check-in early even though the rooms were ready unless we wanted to pay $50 per room. I understand companies have policies, but if the room is already ready and they aren't going out of their way to accomodate I have never had a hotel enforce that charge. They literally got the keys to the room and set them aside and when I came back to check-in later they grabbed the ones from when I tried to first check-in and gave me those same rooms. I asked to talk to a manager and the manager wouldn't budge on it (though they did offer to give me the drink coupons early so I could wait in the bar - though I had my 17 year old with me so not sure how that would have worked). The fact they wouldn't or couldn't empower their staff to be customer first was a let down to me. I wouldn't stay at one of these Margaritaville hotels again after my experience here. The rooms were ok (some stains and what not), nothing terrible but nothing outstanding. I value customer service above all though and when they want to charge me extra for something that literally costs them nothing extra to provide, I was pretty frustrated. I wouldn't recommend.

    The room was really cold even with the heat on. The shower water took some time to heat up. we could hear the brewery am down the street all night and the rooms are connected by a thin door so you can hear people next door.     The hotel was great but I dont think there was a need for an additional $25 a day resort fee. The hotel was already over priced! The valet parking was very quick! The room was very clean and spacious! Our only complaint would be the water temperature in the shower did not get warm enough and the open shower. The little half glass wall lets the cold air in while showering. We enjoyed chatting with the bar staff at JWB's! Overall it was a nice experience.

    When our room was clean it was obvious we needed wash cloths but there were none left in our room. Then we requested wash cloths the next day when we got in and it took 3 hrs for them to be brought up to room. We found them the next morning laying outside of our door.     The hotel was ok but I paid about $800 for one night. $550 for the room. $25 destination fee, $150 to check in early and paid $100 security deposit when I checked in. I thought I would got it back but instead the day after they took $200 out of my account which was the check in early. Money for everything, So not worth it!

    Room 1017…What can I say? For the price of this room I would have thought the couch and rug wouldn’t have looked stained up like furniture in a daycare. The toilet was loose. The sink drained slow. The vanity was loose. The bathroom floor had some kind of dried gunk on it that made it look dirty. Caulk was missing in the shower which is resulting in black growth. Having bars on site were nice but just as pricy as the strip. Had to change seats at Fins because a strong vomit like smell was wafting in the air which is usually from something dirty like a drain or drink station. Great service all over the property though. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The hotel is a great concept but maintenance seems to be lacking.

    Perfect location - short walk to broadway - I can’t say anything bad about the hotel but - as in a lot of places - they need to see where the wear and tear is happening before the guests do. The pool area needs a bit of help to keep up to the standards that this bras is all about. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the housekeeping, bar, front desk and property maintenance were so friendly and nice! Well done

    Nice property, but definitely room for improvement. Lobby restaurant had terrible service on multiple occasions. The day passes around the Fins pool crowded it out for hotel, guests, and the music did not suit the demographic of the hotel guests. Rooms were nice, however, and the location was great. We could walk to everything.

    Property was fine, the best part was the convenience of the area. The staff was absolutely terrible. Very rude front desk from check in to during the day to at night. We were even swore at by an employee. Every person we encountered was extremely unpleasant. Our bartender in the main floor bar was nice, however the upstairs at the pool bar everyone seemed to be inconvenienced and annoyed when you went up to order. The pool was also very cloudy and gross. Tried calling after our stay to get my receipt as it was never emailed like they said they would and I wanted to see what my extra charges were and when I did finally get ahold of someone they were just as rude as the front desk. Still waiting for a call back from a supervisor which I’m sure won’t happen. If you are looking for a friendly atmosphere and a place you want to know what your money is going towards this is not the place.

    Unfortunately we like to watch sports and our tv was not working. We reported it 3 times to the front desk staff who each time assured us it would be fixed. When we checked out it still was not working. We tried to report it by phone but as im sure you are aware the phone system was down all weekend.

    Pool was full of kids from a sports tournament. Pool also was very cloudy and didn’t feel clean. Staff was not friendly at all. Not impressed that room service was extremely difficult and front desk couldn’t even locate a spoon for us. The free margarita was about the worst I’ve ever had. So sweet.

    Some of the staff members were not very nice. But then some were super nice. The staff that worked at the desk on saturday night were rude. The lady at the bar that was cutting oranges rather than enquiring as to whether anyone wanted a drink, was rude. Then after she was approached and was asked to pour a drink it seemed like she didnt like her job. Someone banged on our door at 9am to clean the room the 1st morning. We declined and then they never returned so we had ro call for someone. I dont know what to say orher than some ppl had food customer service but many did not. Hotel is clean. Pool is nice. Best food was at the pool. Would go back to Nashville but would not stay at Margaritaville.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville. The room itself was beautiful and the staff was incredibly friendly and kind, which made us feel welcome right away. However, our experience was affected by a few issues. The blinds in our room were broken, and despite calling to have them fixed, we were told it couldn’t be done. This meant our blinds had to stay open for the entire four days, which was frustrating since we were overlooking the pool. It felt like we had no privacy with everyone able to see in, and us looking out at all the activity constantly. Additionally, while the pool area was in a great location, there weren’t enough lounge chairs to accommodate the number of guests, which made it difficult to enjoy.

    Rooms were very nice and quite large. Bathroom was bright and shower pressure was good. Our only complaint was that if you weren’t out of your room when they came around in the morning for housekeeping, they would not come back. We had to call and ask. And on those days, they did not empty our trash bins, which were all full. Also, they did not replenish the facial cleansing wipes, even after I asked if we could get more the next day. Staff was good, though, and pool was really nice.
