The room was like an apartment with a separate kitchen and lounge area. Very clean, neat and comfortable. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel, which we used every day. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of warm foods. Will definitely stay there again. On our last evening we had some wifi issues, but it was resolved quite quickly. The bed size of very small. Queen bed was so small that 2 persons could not sleep together and were forced to sleep on sofa. Both the sofa bed and actual bed had terrible mattress. Alley to my room was smelling bad. I have never had such experience with Marriot property. Will strong caution against staying at this property

We have stayed at this property for the past 5 years and have always been pleased. Unfortunately this year we had no access to the pool which is a big part of the reason we choose this property. Nowhere did it state that the pool was closed. If was a huge disappointment

For the cost,the hotel was good. The room needs a refresh. The rooms were a great size and you could enjoy a full working kitchen. the bathroom was in need of a reno. the hot water tank wasn't working great, we had to stagger hot water use. we brought that to the attention of the staff to be rectified in the future.

The location is nice. You have to have a code to get in. The staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms are very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. It's very peaceful there. Some of my concerns I expressed during checkout. The staff responded in a positive manner. The property is very outdated. It needs an upgrade badly! I can be a little bit cleaner. The kitchen sink, microwave, and outside of the fridge was dirty. The TV was on top of a table. It was very easy to knock over. The lights on each side of the bed looked like motion detector lights. The room wasn’t the cleanest. Counter tops weren’t wiped down so coffee residue remained and leftover towels remained hung up in the bathroom from previous guests.

Did not make it to breakfast. Got the 2 story unit. Outside/stairs/back units need seasonal exterior maintenance. Stink bugs kept popping up in room, not sure if been there or problem for that room. Would probably book again. Ample space. Has everything except cutting board and sheets for couch bed.

Special kudos to the male breakfast attendant, he kept everything full and would wipe down all the surfaces every 10 minutes, as well as cleaning the serving utensils. House keeping was a little lax. I had my room clean one in 7 days.

The first room was mold smell you could see water damage on the outside and inside . The second room was worse and the door was open when we went in . There was a employee going around spraying the rooms. The 3rd room was better did not smell. Staff never checked the room to see if we needed fresh towels .

The rooms were set up well for a longer stay. The pool was closed. I couldn’t reach the front desk from the phone in my room. Our ice maker did not work, but they did give me ice in the lobby.

I liked how spacious the suites were, the facilities on the site were great! Bed was clean and comfortable and dining area was nice as well! Staff were wonderful :) There was a cockroach in my bathroom that I had to dispose of, it was alive when I saw it and I had to kill it. The office chair and couch seemed dirty and I didn't really want to sit on it..

The staff was incredible, they were very accomodating and helpful. They were trying to help us with our requests. But we weren´t happy with the room - outdated, small for our group, etc. So for someone who is looking for cheap option with lots of free staff (pool, outside seating with barbecue, free breakfast - it was actually were nice-lots of fruits, cereals, everyday warm meals, different everyday, juices, teas, coffee). We didn´t like the room actually...It was small, outdated, dark and it had parking lot view.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The facilities are old and unclean, and our room had spiders, dirty windows, and a broken AC. When we requested a new room, it had the same spider problem. The place is severely overpriced for what it offers—outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. Never again, and I would not recommend it at all.

The pool was closed during our visit in July.

Our room did have a few issues— the A/C stopped working on day two, but the hotel offered to move us temporarily, and maintenance was able to fix it the next morning. A few minor things didn’t work (microwave light, TV swivel, and the WiFi was spotty at times), but nothing major. The area felt a bit sketchy at night, though we didn’t have any problems. The location itself was great—conveniently between the Grand Ole Opry and downtown Broadway, which made getting around easy. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Great hotel property felt more like an apartment complex more than anything. Everything was well maintained the pool was clean and the grounds were clean and well lit. For some reason our room had an odor that wasn’t pleasant could never figure it out. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The fridge was dented , the floors were sticky and the shower had stains on the floor of the tub . I had to go back to the front desk and tell them I could not spend anymore time in that room. This was the first time ever having to say no to a hotel room. The front desk offered me another room but was still very worn down. I was tired from travel and just gave up for the night.

The property was pet friendly, which was a key consideration for us. We rented 2 suites, 1 for us and 1 for my inlaws. When we were unpacking we found a huge spider web on the desk legs. We stayed for 4 days and asked for house keeping service when we checked in, but never received it. Outside of my inlaws room smelled strongly of pot on Sunday and Monday. The breakfast bar was very good! The front desk people were friendly and professional. The hotel was centrally located to everywhere we went with pretty short drive times.

What a much needed relaxed evening. After putting on some serious hours this week I needed a place to just relax and I came to the right place. Thanks to all!

I was locked out of my room for three hours. I missed a family function that I was in town for because I couldn’t get into my room. The battery in the door mechanism had died and by the time they got it opened, the time had passed. I had to hastily pack my things and go to another room because they couldn’t fix it. I had never experienced anything like that. They offered me water. Not a free night stay, not a coupon. Nothing. A water. Why was I not offered any form of compensation? An apology. Nothing. Just asking me to leave a review about my stay? Unacceptable. I’d like a resolution. Soon.

The area was very secure with a gated entrance. The swimming pool was very inviting. They offered a delicious breakfast. We had difficulty with our key as the door did not open every time it was used.

My stay was for business. Great stay. The breakfast is one of the best with eggs, bacon or sausage, croissant breakfast sandwich, and egg/cheese quiche, in addition to pastries and bread and oatmeal and juices. The room was a little dated but very clean and big. Location is very convenient to the highway. I had no problem going to the the Opry or downtown. Lastly the staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The room was musty upon arrival. There was pet hair everywhere including pet food. The kitchen and bathroom faucets leaked water and my bed felt as it I was sleeping on box springs.

Great Mariott Property with excellent team !! At the Nashville Airport Residence Inn

I thiught the hotel was relatively nice. For the price and the space and amenities you got with the room, id say it was excellent. It was a studio, the couch was not the most comfortable but the bed was really soft. Guest services was really nice and helpful. I had made a mistake on the booking and they quickly called me and helped me get everything situated and not have to worry/stress too much.

It's an old apartment building that's used as a reasonable priced hotel. It's close to the highway, near downtown, near Opryland and next door to Waffle House. Can't beat that!!

Check in was quick. Room was clean. Transfer to airport was prompt and easy to arrange. Only complaint is that it was noisy. You could hear people above walking. Also could hear traffic noises. It was a decent place to stay and we would stay there again.

Dead flies when I arrived and after each of the two nights I stayed. The floor and carpets were dirty. I thought I was going to get murdered at night walking around. Funny smell in the rooms. Breakfast was good. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. The place is a bed to sleep on and roof over your head. That is about it.

Check in not friendly, property is run down, walls were thin. It was more of an old motel than a Residence Inn. The refrigerator was loud, the couch torn. I stayed to be close to airport and have enjoyed Residence Inn previously.

Didn’t spend much time in the hotel but got two good nights sleep. Got our days off to a good start with coffee and a hot breakfast. All staff members were polite and helpful. We’d stay again

I love the hotel, but the staff was rude. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. They charged me an extra $60 in incidental fees and I never got it. I called the main hotel with all of the customer service there and they told me that there was no record of an incidental fee, but my bank records show otherwise I will not be staying back at this hotel and it really changed my point of view and experience on my bachelorette trip.

The air conditioning ducts in room 714 were in dire need of cleaning. Overall safe and quiet. But place could have been cleaner. Had to change rooms 2 times because of cigarette smell, third room I stayed in was tolerable.

I would never stay at this location again. There was an obscene amount of gnats/fruit flies coming from the sink. It was nasty. Next door there were roughly 10-12 teens/young adults coming and going, slamming the door, yelling, arguing, etc. This hotel needs some updating.

Room was spacious and adequately furnished. Bed was a bit soft and entryway rather neglected, but otherwise just fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area is very much NOT walkable -- few sidewalks, even along high-speed roads.

Our experience was great. The picture of the room was one with a downstairs amd upstairs, and that eas the reason i booked the room. But it was not the room that i was given. And i had to pay $10 for parking whwn i parked myself and i didn't have to pull in the gate. Other than that, it was a great stay. Very clean and staff VERY friendly.

The stay was amazing! Customer service awesome and the stay was safe. I would recommend this hotel.

Shower did not drain well. The fridge was making lound noise. The thermostat was loose on the wall. Just out dated a bit. Over not a bad experance. But not the best either.

We had no body wash for the shower, only two towels, and no sofa bed linens for a room that we reserved for 3 people

They are not what I would expect for a Marriott property. They charge for parking, there are no dressers in the rooms, and the room smelled like Marijuana when we entered.

Price and convenience are the only positives. Did not meet Marriott brand standards we have come to expect.

Had to change rooms because of odor. Bed didn’t appear to be a Queen size, more like Full size. The breakfast foods were not available for some items. Needed more towels in the room! Didn’t know about the parking charge on the bill until check out!

Also the room was clean, comfortable and shower worked just fine after a long flight. Close to the airport and parking fee at a very low price. Thanks and I would definitely recommend it! Also not too far from downtown if you’re here to party. Uber would cost around $15.

The room was very clean, so no complaints there however, when we walked in the room, the TV was on and there was no remote control to be found anywhere. The maintenance guy very quickly brought us a remote, but it wasn't fully functional. The seal in the toilet tank was corroded so the toilet ran all night. On our last night, a support in the corner of the bed broke...I swear, I was just sitting there watching tv and the corner dropped down about 2 inches. Now that we are home, I'm finding out there was a $7 tax per day parking fee. This wasn't disclosed anywhere on the hotel page and the information was not relayed to us by the front desk person.
