    The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff was friendly and made check-in quick and easy. The bed was super comfortable and I slept well each night. Location was convenient with plenty nearby. Hotel was quiet and felt safe during my stay. Breakfast and amenities were a nice bonus. Really good experience for the price and highly recommend it.

    Very nice, clean place. The kids loved the pool. If I had to list something it would be paying for parking when we already paid for a room to be there. Other than that, no complaints - that really isn't a complaint just thought it wasn't necessary when staying there.

    Hotel sits back in a quiet safe area, room was clean, pool area was nice with a large pool, hotel staff we're all wonderful especially the woman at breakfast. She was very attentive to everyone and breakfast had plenty of good hot options.

    The guy at the front desk was very confused, we stayed for 3 days and I had to request more towels. They sent me a text saying “how is your stay going?” I replied back and said “It’s going well but I really need new towels and maybe house keeping to come to my room.” Their reply was “Come downstairs and get the towels and housekeeping only comes every other day.” …… I went to get the towels but then shortly after a random man who did not have on a uniform comes to my door to bring me more towels…… super sketch. I won’t be staying here again (they also charge for parking)

    We stayed here during a severe ice storm, and when we arrived the power was out. Despite the circumstances, the front desk staff was absolutely incredible. We watched them manually check in every guest and personally walk each person to their room. Even though it took some time for the keys to be programmed, the staff remained patient, helpful, and hardworking throughout the entire process. It was clear they were doing everything possible to take care of guests under very challenging conditions. Their professionalism and dedication truly stood out and made a stressful situation much more manageable.

    The staff was pleasant . Lobby was clean , breakfast was adequate. My room was very clean . I was in room 504 very noisy from all the airplanes traffic. And I do realize you can’t control that. All the noise from the airplane’s landing and takeoff.

    It’s very hard to get to. GPS kept taking us to the airport and we circled the area for 30 mins. I called the hotel and they were unable to help me navigate and we just had to follow where other hotels were location to find this place. Otherwise it was clean. No staff up front and had to wait to check out. Breakfast was underwhelming and the eggs were not the best. But that’s hotel food for you!

    My family needed a pet friendly hotel on our was to Arkansas and this was perfect. Friendly staff and clean property!! We will definitely choose this hotel again when we travel in this area!

    Don’t book through Hotel.com. Booked a room, tried to change the date 5 days before the reservation to a date in two months because plans changed, was told by the hotel that it was up to the third party booker, contacted hotel.com and was told it was up to the actual hotel which I had already talked to. Hotel.com said they tried to get through to the hotel and got no answer. I got through after two rings. Also had trip insurance but it didn’t cover the situation. Screw hotel.com and this hotel.

    Very disappointed that the rooms we were provided were infested with Asian Beetles. Upon checking in we noticed the beetles crawling around the window and up the wall. We immediately reported the situation to the front desk and was moved to another room. Unfortunately, after moving our belongings, we soon discovered that this room had Asian Beetles as well. While seeking a resolution, I asked the front desk person who was assisting us if there was a problem with the bugs in this hotel. She was somewhat dismissive in replying, "This is the season." Unfortunately, this was Thanksgiving weekend and options were limited; so, we were forced to cohabit with the bugs. Our 1-day stay was disgusting and I'm very unhappy with the way that my wife and I were treated for seeking a room that was free from bugs.

    Bathroom has a medium size brown stuff on the floor behind the door and shower door. It irritating to behold! Attendant on duty called and came to clean it off but couldn’t. She covered it with a yellow towel for the night and apologized several times for it. We stayed 5 days, 4 nights and nothing was done. Supervisor on duty was called to our room before checking out and he apologized greatly for the error. He deposited some Hilton points to my account (which we were not interested in). Our efforts was to have whatever it is removed before checking another person into the room. Apart from the situation above, our stay was pleasant.

    Hotel was new and clean overall. The grounds were well taken care of and the parking lot was clean. The front desk staff were not very friendly overall and seemed annoyed by simple requests. The breakfast is sub-par and mostly microwaved items. The highlight of the hotel was the quietness, even though its right by the airport you were not bothered by the air traffic.

    It had a pool. I did like that, and a couple of staff members was awesome. Some could understand English. The bed was awful. It's not comfortable at all. The bathroom floor was not clean at all. Some of the staff was not friendly at all. The day I had to check out, they turned my room air off before 9 :30. Check out is not before 9:30. They charge for parking which is crazy to me. I could t eat the breakfast because it was a huge family event I guess . So it wasn't enough food.

    I stay at Home2Suites all over the country and have had great experiences. This property was a bit of a miss. The manager on site, Dianna, was very helpful is addressing our needs. The front desk evening staff, however, gave us a hard time at check in and pushed our issues back on us instead of being helpful. Very unfriendly, both on the phone and in person. It is possible she was having a bad day. In addition, the bathroom floor was not very clean and the pull out bed had food in the sheets. The pillow for that bed had food grease on it. We were able to get clean sheets right away but it was not pleasant to open the couch and find old food. Also, we called in advance to check in to see if there were grills on site and the front desk told us yes, there are grills and no charcoal needed. So of course we were excited to grill and dine in, but both grills were broken and had not been used in a very long time, as evidenced by the hornet's nest that was under one of the grills. Also, someone tried to take matter into their own hands and left nasty old charcoal in the GAS grills. So we adjusted our plan and everything worked out because the kitchens in the suites are nice. Ours was lacking utensils, can opener, etc. and the manager loaned us everything we needed. It's a shame that people steal that stuff, grow up!!! Overall, what started as a rough check in turned out okay. But this is the first time I have ever had a rough check in with Home2Suites.

    The overall stay at the property was great. The room was clean and had plenty of space. We did have to ask for a “bed in a bag” for the pullout sofa, as the room did not come with one when it is supposed to. No big deal. A downfall to the stay was the breakfast. While I know hotel breakfast is not always the best, they had paper thin bacon that broke apart instantly. The first breakfast of the stay (two nights at different times of the week as this was a halfway point in the trip) there was no meat served. Just eggs cooked a couple of different ways. A slightly better breakfast would’ve made this a definite 5 star review. If not worried about the breakfast, highly recommend. My nephew loved the pool too!

    The rooms and facility have been newly renovated. In fact, the first floor rooms and gym are currently in the final process to complete the renovation. You can smell the newness upon entering the room. Very well done from the decor to the linens! All superb, including staff! It's a Hilton! Don't expect less.

    Room was outdated, restroom door didn’t close properly, refrigerator made loud mechanical noise that woke me out of my sleep. Restroom had water damage, pool was closed for renovation, breakfast was average. Staff were polite, nothing to do around the hotel.

    The planes take off directly over this property. It’s SO LOUD. It woke me up several times even with a sound machine to block the noise. Staff asked me how my stay was and I said it was noisy. She said, “Well, why are you staying by the airport then?” My first room also had a sickly sweet smell coming from the A/C - probably a refrigerant leak. Won’t be back.

    to cover the ends of the couch. The beds were disgusting as they had used the bed skirt as our sheet !!!!!! I asked housekeeping to please make up the bed to which she replied No !!! I never thought with the Hilton name that the hotel would be so bad. Overpriced for the room to say the least!!!! I would not recommend this hotel for the price might as well stay at a Super 8 which I’m sure the beds would be made up correctly

    I stayed one night before taking a plane to Port Canaveral for a cruise. Everything was wonderful except that I was told in advance that I could take a shuttle to airport at any time. Actually, the shuttle runs from 7 AM to 11 PM. My flight left the airport at 5:45 AM. Otherwise, great hotel.

    I've stayed at this hotel and has a better experience. The front desk lady was rude when I got in at 3pm. One of the cleaning men smelled of weed. The room seemed nice enough except it was on the side of the rock quarry, so very noisy no matter what time of day. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The nights were so cold and air conditioning was loud. They were supposed to clean my room Saturday and my dental floss, the little bit from my teeth from where I flossed was still on the sink - ew! The only thing about the breakfast I liked besides being included was the Tornados and the coffee I will never ever stay here again. It certainly has gone down hill from a year ago when I stayed.

    While staff was extremely friendly, we spent our entire stay with only two towels for 4 people despite multiple requests for more towels. Also, again, despite booking a room for 4 and clearly needing the pull-out couch as a bed, there were no linens for the pull-out in the room and we had to request them and make the bed ourselves. For a hotel of this cost (over $350CDN per night) I expected better service.

    We arrived very late and there was no shuttle service from the airport so we rented a car. When we arrived there was not many parking spots left. It was very noisy all night with people making a lot of noise outside. When we got to breakfast there was plenty of food and it was good, however there was a very long line and wait. There was not many places to sit and eat.

    The maintenance of the room was subpar. Fan not working in bathroom, the main door was very difficult to shut, couldn’t lock bathroom door. Towels were not accessible without management on site. Called numerous times within 3 hours to have toilet paper brought to the room. Otherwise, beds were comfy, sheets were nice. Suite was large enough for 5 people to fit comfortably.

    The entire place felt like it could benefit from a deep clean. The bathroom in my room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned as well as it should have been after the previous guest. The soap dispenser was out. The body wash dispenser was out. The included breakfast was premade sandwiches that looked like they had been sitting out for awhile. I’m honestly not sure how it got such a high rating from others. As far as positives go, the bed was comfortable.

    For one night, this hotel was okay. Definitely not my first pick but overall my visit was pleasant. The sofa was a little uncomfortable and the refrigerator made a humming noise. Other than that I really wasn’t in the hotel enough to provide a full review of other amenities and services. The staff was prompt and friendly. They were able to answer any questions I had.

    We felt comfortable and safe. The indoor pool was heated. The kiddos loved it. The only issue - that wasn't too much of an issue - is that the blinds are on an automatic button to raise or lower. Well, it was either all the way open or completely dark. The "privacy" blind went up with the blackout blinds as one unit. We stayed on the second floor.

    It was very clean room very nice however we did not get maid service which we did ask for I asked for sheets to use on the hideaway bed never received we needed more towels and wash clothes took forever to get them and then we didn’t need them

    Very close the airport and constantly hearing takeoffs and landing ( every few minutes). Staff is not friendly. Breakfast was decent but I had better in similar hotels. Dark rooms as there was not enough lighting. Rusty shower. Not recommending specially with loud noises of airplanes.
