The room was nice and clean. The hotel is marketed as a La Quinta but it is also a Hawthorne Extended Stay. So you have to deal with the extended stay crowd in the lobby and the parking lot. If I wanted to be around people that live in an extended stay hotel I would stay at one. I am never staying at a La Quinta again because I dont trust how they advertise their hotels. Thank God I didnt have my family with me.
- 3/5
Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast buffet had no forks, ketchup or creamer for coffee. Called housekeeping for a few things, they never showed up.
- 4/5
Very clean and an updated room No complaints
- 4/5
The facility seemed to have recently been updated... but they weren't _quite_ done. Examples: 1. There was a 'hole' in the room where a loveseat-sized couch could have been (or a work desk and chair). But since nothing was there, it was an unused empty space, leaving no extra seating other than the bed. 2. Shelving in the bathroom was not available... not even a toilet paper holder! Aside from those oddities, everything else was very good -- excellent, even. If they finish the retrofit, then this will deserve another star.
- 4.5/5
Very clean, great area I went 4 different times to the front desk and there was not an attendant. Breakfast was not ready at 6:00 and I had a flight so I couldn’t eat breakfast.

- 4/5
There were a large number of guests who ate breakfast so they ran out of waffles and biscuits for two days.
- 4/5
Great breakfast. Very comfortable bed and room. Room faced the highway, a bit noisy until I fell asleep and traffic slowed.
- 4.5/5
the room was comfortable they had a great breakfast everything worked n/a
- 1.5/5
The cable in the room had very few channels. The lady at the front desk needs to lighten up and so does the lady that does the breakfast in the am.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good, staff was attentive and the room was a basic hotel room. We did not get a handicap room as requested and the room was basically empty. No sofa, just big open space where one should be put.
- 5/5
Everything was clean. The breakfast was good. we were close to where we needed to be. The people that worked there were very nice. It was extremely busy at breakfast, and they were on top of everything. Nothing

Loved the ease of leaving the car parked here and shuttling to the airport, but didn’t love the 40 minute wait for the shuttle to pick us up upon returning from our trip.

I have sat here and tried to come up with a positive answer, but honestly, the only two things I can think of is that the mattress was halfway decent, and the staff was friendly. For starters, if that is their idea of “remodeled” they need either help or glasses. Maybe it was remodeled 30 years ago? They had to take the fire alarm down in our room due to continuous beeping, so we had exposed wires hanging from the ceiling throughout our stay. Maintenance was supposed to stop by to repair it but never did. To top everything off, there was no trash can in the room whatsoever, and the cleaning was subpar. The rug clearly had not been vacuumed, there was smudges all over the mirror, and the shower looked like it had toothpaste on the drain, leading me to feel that nothing had been properly sanitized. It also smelled like a dead mouse by the time we checked out. Lastly, we arrived at 11:00pm after a concert and had to wait for the front desk to go to the room and make sure it was clean. The room should have long been cleaned and inspected prior to that late hour. We definitely will not be back or recommend this location to anyone else.

The price and location to the airport, free parking with a printed permit from the front desk and fast WiFi. TV didn’t have a guide and no local ABC, NBC or CBS stations just cable channels. Room was set to 75 upon arrival and felt damp, musty and extremely humid took 3 hours+ to cool room down to 67 and be comfortable. No sound isolation from outside or other rooms meaning you got the road noise of TN 155 Briley Pkwy constantly. Room was clean but felt dirty. Ice machine broken

The repetitious breakfast. It was not good at all, but the same food every day? To many dogs, felt like I was at a dog show
- 3/5
The location was close to alot of shopping and places on our itinerary. As soon, as we walked off the elevator, the most disgusting smell hit us. They didn’t change the trash because the next morning it still smelled horrible. Also, You can tell they just paint over alot of issues.

The room was almost perfect! As I was cleaning up the room. There was a dirty towel left in the shower! The next morning there was a bug crawling on the floor and it went into the under the door to the other room that was connected to my room! But over all the hotel had been upgraded in a major way!! The breakfast was okay. Nothing to drink but coffee
- 3/5
The front desk was professional and helpful. We had multiple issues with the card to access our room. Usually you will have a spare of toilet paper in the room but needed to ask for it. I requested a towel when I went to the pool, however they were in the dryer and the front desk was alone. Ended up not having a towel for the pool so we walked in wet.

Come to find out, the hotel shuttle is operated by a third party. As such, La Quinta is not displayed on the shuttle!! Pretty important information to advise customers what to look for!!! Never mentioned! Even when I kept calling asking where the shuttle was!!!! Ruined my whole night! Additionally, Hotel patrons slammed doors til midnight, talking loudly in the hall. Couldn’t sleep! Terrible experience!
- 2/5
Door card entry system went out for two days over the weekend so we had to be let into our room by staff Management told desk personnel it would be repaired Monday, but not sooner due to the weekend. What kind of management and customer service is that? Noise inside hotel from nearby highway was ridiculous. Our only reason for staying was that we were gone all day each day. Terrible customer service experience for the price being charged -$100 per night. Expedia should not list this hotel as a choice.
- 5/5
the bed was SO COMFORTABLE. Best night of sleep we’d gotten in days at that point (air and car travel for 3 days). Liked how easy it was to find parking. It felt safe. Liked how our pets were welcomed! Appreciated the breakfast coffee it was really good. If i had to nitpick, the breakfast was kind of lacking and there could’ve been more attention to it when things ran low. We were down around 7 to eat, too.

It was a real inconvenience for her when having to leave people waiting at the check in desk since she was the only person there.

Also, the back door is drilled out where there may have been a lock issue, but it has a big hole in the door. Granted it still locks, but it was a little bit unerving. I checked with staff to have my daughter picked up at the airport at 6 am in the morning. She followed their directions by calling after she secured her luggage and then going to the hotel shuttle pickup area. they told her it would be about 10 min, she waited over an hour then they said 5 min. She continued to wait and I called by this time and told her I would get up and come get her. They still had not arrived nor called her to verify. She had been on a 38 hour flight and they are only 7 min from the airport. It should not have taken so long for them to not show up.

Loved everything about this hotel, room was spotless and comfortable. Had a slight issue at breakfast..........asked if there was any butter and was given a one word abrupt answer NO, she then walked away. feeling a bit miffed I went to reception told her what happened and she said if that's what she said then there is no butter??? The next morning there was an abundance of butter??? Go figure!!!! Apart from "Buttergate" the place was spot on.

We booked another hotel nearby at a higher price. As we drove past the original property, the parking lot was full and several large tour buses were parked outside, suggesting the hotel was operating normally despite the explanation we were given. Do not book here if you expect your reservation to be honored.
- 4/5
We appreciated that the hotel was recently renovated with tasteful and modern upgrades. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was satisfactory. During our last night at the hotel, we had challenges with parking due to a large conference. But since it was our last night, it wasn't a big issue for us. Prior to that we found parking to be adequate. Overall, the hotel was a great value for a 4-night stay.

Once we arrived at the hotel they had an issue with their key card system. It took a very long time to check in almost an hour. The manager had to let people into their rooms one by one because they could not give out swipe cards due to their system issues. Room was clean bed was comfy.
- 3/5
Everything was pretty nice. Parking was close but it would have been nice to have a drive thru at front to drop off luggage then park your car. We were on the 4th floor and someone on the floor was smoking some heavy Marijuana! It smelled disgusting. The whole floor smelled and when I got in the elevator it was soo strong my 10 year old had to cover her nose. They need to enforce the no smoking in the hotel. Also the first night we had a very loud quest making so much noise at 11pm pretty sure it was the person smoking. Other than that the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and staff was nice.
- 1/5
The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was also very kind. There were holes in the drywall, cracks along baseboards, the bathroom door was gnarly at the bottom with shards of wood poking out.
- 4.5/5
Only thing I didn't like was when I was just trying to check in. It was a lengthy wait due to a person trying to check in who was having difficulty with processing their payment. So, It made us wait 20 minutes to check in. My only suggestion is just to have two people up front to make check-in smooth and quick for other guests that are waiting.
- 5/5
This place was very clean from the parking lot to the inside of the building. The room was very spacious, clean and organized. Omg and the bed sleeps so comfortably !! Yet I do recommend you bring a blanket because the covers are THIN. The breakfast is also a plus. You do have the options of hot items, cold items & different beverages. 10 out of 10 i do recommend My only complaint was the top cover on the bed was too thin.
- 5/5
The location was great!! And it was very clean, the breakfast was nice and it was all around great for the price!! Would definitely stay again. They clean every 3 days but you can request someone to come to your room earlier if needed. We were good though

Hi, good morning during my stay the power went off through the whole entire hotel power did not come back until 11 o’clock in the morning. I would like to be reimbursed for that day if possible.
- 0.5/5
To be fair to this place, the room was nicely appointed with nice sheets and a fancy bedspread. It was the service I didn't like, especially the airport shuttle. On the booking.com website it says there's an airport shuttle but it operates on demand for pickup at the terminal so you have to call. We had to wait 40 minutes for one to show up. The driver dropped us off at La Quinta but when we went to check in they told us we were at the wrong one. Apparently there are two La Quintas near the airport. Fortunately the shuttle hadn't left or else we would have had to wait an hour for the next one. When we got back on we said to the driver it was the wrong hotel and he said that happens all the time. I mean, if it happens all the time why don't they ask people which La Quinta they're going to? The shuttles to the airport only go once an hour so we had to leavel earlier than we wanted and missed breakfast.
- 4/5
Everything went as expected. The lady serving the breakfast was great! What a great attitude with the guests! We liked everything at our stay. We have no complaints.

I have spent over 20K on several rooms since April 5th. I will never ever stay at not only a LaQuinta again but all Wyndham properties. By the way my budget for hotels annually is north of 200K. Clown show at this hotel!!!!!

We checked out a day early and they said that we could contact Expedia and they would handle a refund with the hotel. Contacted Expedia they said they contacted the hotel and the hotel did not respond. Paid an extra over $100 for a night we did not stay after the front desk told us we would get a refund.

Since I arrived after midnight, I had to park around the side of the building. But it was well lit and a real person was at the front desk. The room was a nice size with a refrigerator & microwave and the bed was very comfortable . Breakfast was a bit disappointing. While the attendant was very friendly and sympathetic that no ketchup was available, she wasn’t around when I discovered the OJ was only water and the big coffee dispenser was empty. Back to my room to use the one-cupper there ( which tasted good). For the mattress alone, I’d stay there again
- 2/5
The hotel staff were extremely helpful. The rooms have been recently remodeled. The breakfast was very good and more than we expected. But the other parts of the property were very disgusting. The walls were thin, so you could hear everything around you, there was a lot of traffic in and out of the hotel at all times of the night, pretty shady people too. The hotel being next to the highway, you hear cars and trucks throughout the night.

Horrible management and front desk employee. Book elsewhere if you want to be confident you will have a room. We received a phone call over 4 hours after check in time, prior to our arrival, that our room was being cancelled due to a water leak. A second room that was booked separately for someone in our party received the same call. This forced us to last-second book a much more expensive hotel due to availability and pay for an Uber, more than doubling our intended cost. We were boarding our plane as we were told this information. The individual who called was very rude and non-supportive. Upon arrival we drove right by this hotel only to see four coach busses in the parking lot. It seems pretty obvious they overbooked the hotel and dropped our reservations since we had not arrived yet. No evidence/signs of a serious water issue that could have taken out multiple rooms that were booked separately while still being able to house a full parking lot and 4 coach busses worth of people.
- 5/5
Excellent everything, rooms, location, and a good breakfast. They had vegetables and potatoes. Best La Quinta I have ever been too.
- 4/5
The location and staff were great. However, the building itself was a bit rundown. Bedding was a bit uncomfortable.

This was a horrible experience. We only stayed 1 night and had no water in the shower the next morning. Front desk was really rude when i went to tell them. Outlets was hanging in my room. I had not 1 garbage can in the room. No ice bucket. Just horrible.

The property looked very rundown. It almost looked as if it was not open for business when I arrived. It honestly looks very scary at night on the outside. I was unable to change hotels since I had already paid but if I could have an afforded to, I would have just forfeited the money to stay elsewhere. There was water stains on the ceiling in my room and the door did not lock. I complained about it on the first night and they did not get back to me until almost the second night. I will switch to another room that was just OK. The shower door did not close all the way, so it allow water to get on the bathroom floor. The rooms are very basic. The fitness center is basically just two treadmills. Other guests were very loud in the hallways, slamming doors at two and 3 AM and letting their dog run up and down the hallway. It seemed very ghetto is also not in a great area. It is located on a dark backstreet with nothing near it to do. It was not an enjoyable place to be so I tried my best to stay out as much as possible. I hate that I wasted my money on this place. It will never stay in another one of their hotels.
- 5/5
Great location close to restaurants.

Room was spacious and fairly updated. Front desk attendant was not very friendly (seemed annoyed he had to stop talking on the phone to check me in, barely spoke to me) and the beds were very hard. Reservation was for 2 queen beds and our room had 2 full beds instead
- 5/5
Hotel is still under some construction so make sure you get a room that is fully renovated. Rooms are great; staff is great as well and everything is clean. The breakfast could be better.
- 2/5
The receptionist staff were nice enough. However, this property was not as advertised. There was ongoing construction throughout the building, including the elevator. Everything looked run down except the inside of the hotel room. To add to that, the shower drain was not working properly. We had to stand in a growing puddle with each shower. As you can imagine, that was not a great experience.
- 3/5
Hotel was supposedly recently remodeled, but it looks like it’s still mid process. There’s painters tape everywhere. There’s masking tape everywhere. There’s no wallpaper, there’s no door jams between the room and the hallway. The shower sprays water everywhere, I’m sure there will be mold problem soon. We paid close to $200 a night and we could hear all of our neighbors, through the walls and under the doors, at all times. I took lots of pictures to document it all. It’s not really close to anything so you have to Uber or drive everywhere. We won’t be staying there again.
- 5/5
The staff was all very nice. The rooms were clean. Overall nice stay.
- 1/5
The front desk girl was really sweet and nice. But once we checked in and walked into our room construction was going on at 6:30pm! So we left to eat even though we were dead tired from no sleep from travel. We couldn’t sleep until 2am because of the time difference and the alarm in the room went off at 3am! So we woke up and tried to sleep again to only be woken up at 7 am to construction again to cutting, hammering and dropping crow bars. This has been the worst hotel experience. You come to a home for peace and quiet to sleep! Why have construction happening next door to a person room??
- 1/5
We were given a room on the 5th floor. However, the walkway on the 5th floor, near the elevator, wasn’t covered with glass, allowing cold air from the freeway to seep in. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator, we could feel the cold. Moreover, the shower in our room didn’t have hot water unless we ran it for over 25 minutes. The hotel was still undergoing renovations and hadn’t finished them yet. We could see large square holes in the lobby ceiling. The parking lot was not clean and lacked proper nighttime lighting. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. We would only recommend it to others unles they fix these major issues & complete the full renovation.
- 3/5
The water in the shower was ice cold.
- 4/5
Room was just refurbished, A/C unit was very loud, Breakfast was very good
- 4/5
Clean fresh room
- 5/5
Clean and friendly.
- 3/5
Noisy NOISY bathroom fan. Hot water barely got hot. Light way too bright above sink - carpet was DIRTY - bed was uncomfortable
- 1/5
The property was fine and a.c worked
- 4/5
Myself and others jad alot of trouble checking in because wevwere tranferred from a different location due to remodeling. We were told everything was set, but upon arrival the check in personhad no knowledge of our tranfer. He couldnt get in touch with the other location, so told is we had to call expedia and get a refund and re-book at his location after we had already prepaid and no refunds. One of the customers drove over to the other location to tell them to answer their phone! It was finally straightened out and we got our room. Once in, the room was really nice and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. Impressed.
- 1/5
The property was under construction, extremely dusty and like walking through a war zone to get to the room.
- 4/5
Property was under going renovation.
- 1/5
It was so bad, we didn't stay - went down to the Hilton and it was nice! Waiting for my reimbursement!
- 2/5
Didn’t find out until I arrived that property was undergoing complete renovation. To their credit, the staff offered me free cancellation however after driving three hours and arriving at 1030PM, I was in no mood to look for another hotel room
- 4/5
This hotel was nice and clean. Only issue was they did not have enough valet parking spots available.
- 3/5
This stay, not so much: The property is going through a remodel and it would have been nice to have been informed. When I first drove up the front desk area on the street side was obstructed by construction equipment. The room I was given was on the 5th floor, 1 side of rooms is being remodeled and is open. What that meant was the heat from a hot summer day was in the floor and my room was uncomfortable from the heat. My recommendation is wait until this property is done with remodel before staying. They have one ofcthe best staffs in the area.
- 2/5
This property really should be closed during renovations. It’s a mess and given the heat wave the area was in, the air conditioning was poor at best for cooling.
- 1/5
Even though they let me cancel this horrific hotel for a refund (which I have yet to receive), I was forced to pay significantly higher rates booking a last minute hotel. I am (or used to be) a loyal LaQuinta guest, and this was a disgrace. If you have booked this hotel, RUN AND CANCEL. This is a scam. 0/10
- 2/5
Dirty carpet and gnats in room from construction
- 1/5
STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! I normally love La Quinta. But this property is an old Days Inn being remodeled as a La Quinta. They added enclosed balconies to all the rooms and that causes the AC to not work properly. Over half the hotel is under reno with jack hammers and other noise all day. The staff was very apologetic and tried to move us to another room but they ALL have the same AC issue. La Quinta would be better off closing this location intil constructuon is complete. The limited revenue is not worth the damage being done to their reputation. On the positive side, the breakfast is good and the staff is doing the best they can under the circumstances.
- 1/5
Air conditioning is not working had to find another place to stay.
- 1/5
The hotel is being remodeled and our room had no air flow it was super hot all night. Can’t say it was clean either.
- 3/5
The hotel is under construction and is in no condition to be offering rooms on certain floors, the room I was given felt like it was in the middle of a construction zone. The price charged is unreasonable for the conditions. The AC didn't work properly there was dust and the overall fell did not make me comfortable.
- 1/5
half the building was under construction. The room was somewhat unclean with stains on furniture and in bathroom. Around 7 A.M. I was woken up by construction in the room next to me.
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
This hotel was under construction and was not disclosed when I booked it. Ceilings were full of mold and falling apart and the room they sent us to was on a floor that carpets were stained and more than half the floor was under construction. It looked like an abandoned building. The room smelled of mold and the AC did not work. I asked for a full refund 5 mins after checking in and went to another hotel. I’m still waiting for my refund.
- 1/5
Room was dirty
- 1/5
At 8 pm.
- 4/5
Good food
- 1/5
Upon arrival, they advise that the hotel is under Reno and rooms does not have AC ! They did not protect us anywhere else and only offered to reimburse and we can go anyhwhere else. That is the hotel job to ebook, not the client. It was they're faut and didm't have emough ahead of time. Terrible service and level of care !
- 1/5
This property is under construction and wasn't fit for us to stay in. Since the air conditioning wasn't working we were VERY thankful for a full refund and we stayed elsewhere.
- 3/5
I paid $76 so I knew I wasn't getting the best hotel. I just didn't know it is under HEAVY construction. Most the rooms are gutted, carpets in halls are worn and covered in dust, only one rickety working elevator. Low key felt like I was in a horror film. The room itself has clean bedding though, so that was nice. No bugs. I suppose they're doing the best they can, just wouldn't go there again.
- 1/5
I read the reviews was completely turned off tired to get a refund through AID/travelguard and was denied. I will never use their service again.
- 1/5
Was doing renovations, room was gross, balcony’s were torn down, only compensation offered was for $15 but then would’ve had to check out!
- 1/5
Floors under construction was so dusty, my friends got allergies so bad.
- 1/5
Understand cons
- 2/5
No notice it was under construction. The room reeked of cigarette smoke.
- 1/5
The place was under construction, had water leaks everywhere, it was disgusting. I want a refund!!! I didn't even stay, I immediately left and booked another hotel.
- 1/5
It was under construction everywhere which was super dirty and just not the kind of vibe you want to walk into. Then we found bedbugs!!!! We got out of there asap after that. Wouldn’t recommend
- 4/5
The breakfast was good, but the hotel is under construction and there is lots of noise starting at 8 AM in the morning till 5 PM at night
- 2/5
IT WAS A TERRIBLE VISIT. WE ALWAYS STAY HERE. UNDERCONSTRUCTION IS A NEW TERM FOR DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING. NO TV! NO INTERNET! JUST A ROOM WITH BANGING VERY EARLY 8AM. IT WAS JUST AWLFUL. I HOPE WHEN WE STAY AGAIN THE CONSTRUCTION WILL BE FINISHED.
- 1/5
Walked in to a terribly hot room. They supposedly had just cleaned the room but I walked in to blood stains on the comforter and on the carpet by the beds. Elevator took us up but did not work going down so we were stuck on the 6th floor!
- 2/5
At its best, it's a 3 star property, but under renovation, it is dirty and noisy. Breakfast is weak. No fruit. My room faced Briley Parkway, an expressway. Lots of road noise.
- 2/5
Property was under construction. The elevator was not working properly. All down buttons didn’t work so you had to go up to go down. The air had a stagnant smell. There was debris everywhere around the parking lot. Will not stay again
- 5/5
Thank you very much
- 2/5
Nicole did her best to relocate us to a better room, tut the property and hallways are dirty.
- 5/5
The properties, really cool. I really love the locality.
- 5/5
Even though the girl was doing renovations, the service was friendly and supported our needs and the rooms were clean.
- 4/5
Renovation was in progress during my stay.
- 5/5
I like the breakfast
- 1/5
This property is undergoing major construction and filthy and they don't explain that when booking. Ice machine removed or not working properly, cable tv not working at all, rude staff, hallways and carpets in bad repair and we did not stay and they refused to refund our money. DO Not STAY HERE!
- 4/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Grandson burned hand on breakfast area waffle grill.
- 2/5
The entire property was water damaged. Entire floor I was on was wet and smelled moldy all down the hall. Dogs were barking, people were loud. Trash collection or something was beeping at 5am outside.
- 1/5
I have stayed at other hotels that were renovating and these have done an admirable job keeping guests and rooms being renovated in separate areas. The dust alone is hazardous to my husband who has health issues. When you are put in an area where carpet is being removed, the Oder is suffocating. I was concerned with asbestos being present when the carpet was ripped up.
- 1/5
The room we were assigned was 340. I have pictures
- 2/5
Rooms were nice, had everything we needed. Biggest issue is how i was NOT aware of the construction starting at 7 AM waking all of us up!!! A heads up would’ve been appreciated, but doesn’t help that walls are thin! Not to mention the smell of weed and cigarettes in halls lingering to the room from guests smoking on balcony areas, thought this was a smoke free hotel? We also had a conjoined door, they guests in the other room were screaming non stop (as if the echo of construction wasn't loud enough).. Bathtubs also had mold and toilets weren’t cleaned good at all, thankfully i had cleaning wipes so i could clean it before being able to use them even though i shouldn’t have to.
- 1/5
We were not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations, and were basically sleeping in a construction site. Seemed very unsafe that we were never notified and the noise of the room across from us being demolished early in the morning led to a very unpleasant stay. The hotel definitely needed renovations but they also need to inform guests of construction and times.
- 4/5
A few minor issues nothing major hotel is under construction but was okay for the most part. Staff was friendly room was clean and decent.
- 3/5
Decent and average, good for staying the night before a flight. The bathroom looked recently renovated, which was nice, but there was hair in the bathtub drain. Good for the price.
- 4/5
Friendly staff and clean room. I like the room even though it smells if smoke
- 5/5
They were renovating so no carpet outside elevator 4th floor! Old carpet inroom. The ac/heater would not turn off.
- 3/5
Kids were breaking into cars during my stay. Thankfully my car wasn’t touched.
- 1/5
If i could give zero stars, I would. this hotel has balconies off each room that over look the busy highway only about 100 yards away, and the doors to the balcony do not lock. This makes the room VERY loud; almost like i was trying to sleep on the side of the highway. When I called and asked if i could be moved to a more quiet room, or at least get some ear plugs, i was put on hold for 10 mins then hung up on. When i called and again asked, i was told no, because the rooms on the other side of the hall for every floor were being remodeled--the only rooms they had faced the highway! first time i've ever hear of a hotel that remodels half of multiple floors and multiple halls. Overall, just a bad experience and a bad nights sleep.
- 5/5
Front desk was a great help!
- 5/5
Staff were lovely and helpful.
- 2/5
Hotel wasn’t in the best condition
- 5/5
I had no dislikes about may stay and i will be returning soon. Please thank the staff for an amazing job on the housekeeping .
- 2/5
The carpet in the second floor had stains that looked like they dragged a body through the hallways.
- 1/5
Generally speaking, filthy walls, filthy surfaces everywhere. You will not want to touch ANYTHING with your actual hands. Grime every square inch. Breakfast was eggs—unseasoned, lukewarm, and so soggy they’re literally swimming in a pool of yellow liquid, dry sausage that tasted a bit old and off, and the coffee machine was broken so nobody was able to drink anything with their breakfast. I told the girl at the counter about the broken sink and she did not seem to want to make the situation right. This is the first one star rating I have ever given in my life. Congratulations.
- 5/5
Everythin in this location is excellent. I will definetly comeback.
- 4/5
Love the front desk staff!
- 3/5
The TV didnt work, the carpets are not clean
- 1/5
I've stayed at about two La Quinta Ins and I've always been really satisfied with the level of service and the cleanliness of the Hotels. I can not say the same of this location. My room had thick black dust around the molding near the ceiling, dirty stained carpet in the hallway and a green swimming pool, which kinda sums up this LA Quinta.
- 1/5
This hotel was awful. The rooms are not clean, the carpets were dirty and stained along with missing on some floors. The room smelled like smoke and food. I would not stay in this hotel again.
- 4/5
Adequate hotel. Definitely outdated, but the basics (bed, shower, etc) did what they needed to do. Signs posted about upcoming renovations.
- 2/5
The room carpet was terrible and dirty but the staff kindly exchanged the room to a better one. Breakfast was decent.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
Hotel stank of stale cigarettes and was in bad need of maintenance. Our toilet ran loudly all night. Halls looked like the perfect place to film an murder movie
- 3/5
Great location as far as convenience. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Nice pet options. . But badly needs updating. Carpets look filthy, tub faucets leaked in our 3 rooms so odds are more...Just overall poor condition. Airport shuttle slow pick up.at times... esp evenings.
- 3/5
The remodeling mode.
- 4/5
Saved a dollar and settled. Pool was not useable. Our hallway had no carpet.
- 2/5
They didn’t have enough clean towels Their pantry sold out of water to buy for several days I found out the hard way why my tv didn’t turn on because they didn’t tell me I had to turn on the switch on the wall I don’t recommend staying here they are also in the process of updating cause the carpet looked like something from the 70’s
- 1/5
Dirty
- 4/5
The property was clean and quiet.
- 3/5
Good
- 1/5
There were bedbugs in the beds. There was no way we were spending a night in that hotel
- 3/5
The property definitely needs to be updated. The carpets are quite stained and need to be replaced. It would be nice if there was a wall put up on the freeway side to dampen the noise of traffic as it is very loud. Especially in the early morning. I was woken up around 5:30 every morning…no sleeping in!!
- 4/5
Service was great. Issues with the toilet flushing. Called for a plunger responded right away. Even after the clog it was cleared it would clog right back up for no reason
- 1/5
Horrible for a la quinta property. Hall had half carpet missing. Room damage, stains, noise from freeway, bed was horrible
- 5/5
Loved the one night stay
- 4/5
Staff was great and helpful. We were on the 4th floor and the hall way looked like it was under construction, carpet pulled up. The hair dryer in our room had previously been removed from the wall , found it in the storage closet. Room was great other than that. Television needs to have instructions posted
- 1/5
I don’t know how the health department hasn’t shut this down yet… there’s crackhead hookers out front and it reeks. The floor we were supposed to stay on didn’t even have carpet in half of the hallway. There were so many stains everywhere it was revolting. When I asked to talk to a manager they said I could wait until the morning. We checked in a little after 5pm. I booked through Expedia where the reviews weren’t awful but when I looked up the location on google the reviews were very bad. The pictures they used to advertise were probably at least 10-15 years old. Honestly we just felt very unsafe. The room wasn’t too bad once you got out of the hallway but there were still stains and a very concerning musty stench. (We were staying in a non smoking room) if you’re thinking about staying here and enjoy living just don’t. If the crowd doesn’t take you out I’m sure you’ll contract some kind of disease.
- 5/5
Why the negative reviews?? My room was super clean and had a good free hot breakfast
- 3/5
We will not be back
- 3/5
The floor was in bad shape. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
- 1/5
Beware….This was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in! Pool was green, hotel was dirty. Elevator was scary, didn’t know when or if it was going to come to your floor or get to the floor you needed once in it. Carpet was filthy. Greeted on the forth floor with crying kids, seemed like people lived there. half the floor had carpet ripped out in hallway, looked like war torn country hotel. No ice machines. vending machines had to use a card no cash. Bed and bathroom seemed clean, but again carpet filthy in rooms, windows not cleaned throughout. Pay the extra $30 to stay at newer La Quinta, down the road, or for that matter anywhere else!
- 4/5
Staff is helpful and friendly
- 1/5
Very nasty
- 5/5
It’s all good. We enjoy the breakfast and coffee. The only thing that is a little different is the facility is very ear a busy highway that is noisy. It didn’t keep us awake so it will. It stop us from saying again.
- 3/5
The shuttle that picked me up at the airport was unable to open the sliding door requiring us to climb thru the passenger seat and proceed to the back. I was informed this has been happening off and on. REALLY!!!! The bathtub/shower could not be completely turned off. A continuous stream continued Water waste!! It is not clear there are 2 Wyndham airport hotels. Very frustrating. Other passengers expressed the same concern as well as the shuttle drivers. When I called to get the shuttle at the airport I was given the downtown Wyndham. I was then informed they didn't have (obviously either) number at the airport Wyndam to provide me!!! The rug in my room felt "sticky" when I walked on it. Needs some upgrade.
- 5/5
We liked the local and access to Uber. Ride sharing for trips to Vanderbilt Hospital for surgery.
- 5/5
As you enter in the hotel lobby it's clean and nice, the staff is welcoming and helpful. As you go up to your room, hallway carpeting has it's wear and bleach mark. and entering one's room it's nice and clean and the air conditioner does work like it should and bed is comfortable. Due to the age of the hotel the wear is showing in the room sink and bathtub which I thought was dirt and it's not it's the fading of the material of the sink and tub. And I am glad they do not allow smoking inside the hotel which is also a plus for us.
- 5/5
👍
- 3/5
VERY low toilets with no handrail that made it difficult for us seniors to easily get up Disappointed in lack of healthy breakfast choices. 1st morning - instant oatmeal. All cold cereal was of the sugary type. No yogurt, scrambled eggs. Typical carb choices. 2nd morning - boiled eggs, no instant oatmeal. Same sugar cereals and yogurt was kids ‘Trix’. Same carb choices.
- 2/5
The hotel is very old and rundown it smells musty, and looks very dirty. Not at all like a La Quinta more along the standards of a red roof or comfort.
- 1/5
Bed bugs!!! . Dirty carpet
- 2/5
Hotel needs a major upgrade. 2nd floor carpet in hallway was torn and had bleach stains on it. The room had a broken dresser and torn/worn out carpet.
- 3/5
I booked through Expedia, however, It was not known that the pool was out of service, there were many areas that were being fixed. Our a/c unit needed servicing because it froze, but it left a wet spot of the carpet where I stepped on a few times because I did not see it since the carpet are already dark and not in the best conditions. The staff were amazing. Everyone I had an encounter with were super friendly and helpful. No ice machine in our floor but there was a sign that said there was. I felt blinded by both Expedia and the actual hotel.
