We found this hotel to be the best stay for Nashville. Only 8 min walk from Broadway ( close enough to walk but far enough from the noise) and only 5 min walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame. The breakfast selection was the best I have ever seen, and the free coffee and ICE COFFEE all day is an added bonus! Pool was also very clean, and the maids were great! 10/10 would stay here again

Went for a quick two night stay to enjoy a few fine dining restaurants and the Shiners show prior to heading to nascar race. The hotel was in a perfect area, just far enough from the Broadway crowds and noise but close enough to walk there. The hotel was well kept and you felt safe. The front entrance was locked at 8 pm and you used your room key to enter as well as the elevator to your floor. The breakfast offered day had an array of choices that were fresh and would fulfill any guests preferences. The rooms were updated and comfortable.

There were so many breakfast options it is wonderful and the pool was nice and relaxing! The shower leaked a bit, but nothing some towels couldn't handle. I would recommend this hotel!

The breakfast buffet was a little bias in the sense it was MUCH better on the weekend than during the week.I feel for the price of the room parking should have been included,it was $42.00 a day for parking. The rooms were nice but a bit small. The staff was very good .Beds were very comfortable. I tried to break a $100.00 bill at the front desk and they had no change available, pretty sad for a major tourist destination. Love Hiltons but would stay at another one in Nashville not here.

Everyone was super friendly and the place was clean. The check in was a bit confusing as the check in areal looked more like a coffee/snack shop? They were also running two check in hotels/extended stays out of a single building. The overall price was a bit expensive...almost $400 with parking.

Our rooms were on separate floors. My room 225 the window was completely blocked by a fake greenery screen as it opened to the pool. Room was very dark! The water pressure in the bathroom was awful! We called maintenance twice and nothing happened. The shower would only trickle. Your body was touching the faucets and wall to get water on your body. The sink was very slow trickle as well, a person had to run their thumb on toothbrush to rinse paste off. I would not recommend this room to anyone. We were never asked if we wanted another room, as a matter of fact front desk has been aware of the concerns for some time “you aren’t the first to say the pressure is not great” Would love to come back to Nashville, but couldn’t be guaranteed we would not get the same room Connie McMullen

Parking was easy and I like that it’s private. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast buffet is amazing! It had a little bit of everything. The location is very convenient for walking everywhere you needed to go.

The gate when leaving the hotel after checkout, requires a pass key to leave, garage machine requested us to pay over $100 for parking which was already paid on our bill for the hotel stay had to call the number and get somebody to let us out and explain to them. We had already paid for parking, but we also had a teenage driver with us in a second vehicle, which was already paid also but required him to pay at the garage to leave at checkout!

Room was clean, staff were helpful. Enjoyed my two night stay. Our room faced the street so you could hear people on the pedal taverns but other than that street noise wasn’t bad. I liked how the doors were locked after a certain hour so only people staying at the hotel could get in with their room key.

Breakfast was very good, many choices from yogurt, fruit, eggs, waffles, everything looked fresh. The stuff was friendly, and the parking was safe and easy to park.

Breakfast had plenty of options and was fresh. Rooms were clean. The only true complaint we had was there always seemed to be a rough looking group outside the main doors and it reeked of weed.

There was no safe. I was on a business trip and needed to lock up my laptop and tablet when I was out of the room. And the refrigerator was noisy. I had to unplug it at night. The garage could use better signage. I thought is was a service entrance.

We love that the hotel is close enough to walk to Broadway yet far enough away in a quiet area. The rooms are clean, staff is helpful, and the breakfast has a great variety. We’ve stayed here twice, and will stay here again when in Nashville.

Location was fantastic, all major city attractions within walking distance , staff helpful and friendly , comfortable and clean. Secure hotel. Parking is safe and easy. Parking is expensive but is within competitive rates of other hotels in the area, and it is city centre so can be expected.... No kettle in room- however the foyer has loads of free tea, coffee and water which just means you have to pop down in the lift and take it back up to your room so its not a massive issue really.

There were an estimated 75 young people in the lobby checking in on Friday evening. We had a hard time even getting in the building, lobby was overtaken. It was very loud into very late/early hours.

Clean property. Felt safe. Walk to Downtown reasonable. Hotels closer to Downtown but for the price savings and reasonable self parking its was worth walking two more short blocks. Rooms don't have drawer space or closets so you have to live out of your suitcase. Room to store suitcase under bed. Would stay there again if price is right.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a minimalist style hotel, no closets, hang clothes on hangers or leave in suitcase. Breakfast had great variety, good coffee any time of day. Beds were very comfortable. Safe area. We didn’t have a car, Lyft picked us up right out front.

Great stay! Very convenient to broadway and Bridgestone Arena. Parking is secure (metal gate prevents random people from wandering in) and conveniently located underground with an elevator to the hotel. Just park in the garage and take your ticket to the desk on check-in (ticket booth is just beyond the metal door that opens automatically when you drive up). Room was clean, staff was great, breakfast buffet + coffee area is huge with plenty of choices, and there’s a great donut shop next door. The only minor downsides are no microwave, firm bed (not my personal preference), and no closet space - just a small rack and some hooks on the wall. Overall, a nice location and good value compared to surrounding hotels.

Our room was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was within walking distance of Bridgestone Arena, which was PERFECT!

I enjoyed my stay. It was clean and the staff was nice. The only downside is that no housekeeper came to clean the room and no one made us aware that no housekeeper was coming. Also, being an award member I have never not received a bag with a snack and a bottle of water until this stay. Also, all of their snack sale items are $4, no matter how small it is (highway robbery). Outside of those two things, it was a good stay and a great location.

My absolute favorite hotel to stay at in Nashville! Not only are the rooms and lobby spotless, the breakfast and snack choices are amazing and the staff is unbelievably courteous and attentive but they truly go above and beyond every single moment to make you feel welcome.

The room was amazingly clean. When uou get off the elevator on the 1st floor the main floor there was TRU EMPLOYEE GREATING YOU THERE THAT WAS AWESOMENESS. THE BREAKFAST WAS SO WONDERFUL THEY HAD EVERYONE THAT YOU CAN IMAGINE. THEY HAD GREAT STORE TOO. WE PARK UNDER THE HOTEL IN THE GARAGE. THE STAFFF WAS AMAZING AND WONDERFUL AND BLESSED. Everytime we used the elevator was a 5 minute wait minimum. I don’t know if it was the settings or not working properly . Then there is no access to the stairs going up so you are forced to wait for the elevators . Very frustrating and not worth staying there

Overall a good property. Staff was friendly, check in was quick, location is walking distance to Broadway, we were offered free water and snacks, room was clean etc. Personally I wasn’t a fan of the room having hardwood floors, but that’s just me. The lobby had plenty of amenities and almost had a hostel type vibe to it.

Nicest, most conscientious manger I've encountered in 30+ years of traveling. It seems he is either at the front desk or somewhere in the lobby area 24/7.

I've stayed here several times. The breakfast is as expected for a free breakfast but they do have a larger variety of foods than most other hotels. They also have a couple of pool tables and shuffleboard table in the lobby which is nice.

But what really made this stay memorable was amazing staff member Sara—she was very attentive, courteous, and helpful. She always has a smile on her face and makes us feel like valued guests.

For a family trip this was unacceptable. The manager was useless and attempted to shift the blame onto me. I reached out to hotels.com and they attempted to call the front desk. I watched the manager tell lady behind the counter “tell them I’m not available” Very disappointed in how our situation was handled. They also charged us $40/car/night.

Hotel and staff were great. Staff checked in via text at least once a day. Parking garage is on the small side but it’s enclosed and has a security gate so it’s worth it.

The front desk employees were extremely welcoming and friendly. We were able to get a check in earlier than was guaranteed. The rooms were small but had the things that one would need. I liked the bath products that were in the room. There are no dressers or drawers in the rooms but instead open spaces and cubby holes. It had a refrigerator a desk and a chair and the bed and a good size TV mounted on the wall. The shower water pressure and temperature were consistent and decent. And the room was clean. Housekeeping was good at giving you whatever you requested. The breakfast in the morning that is included had a large variety of items including hot and cold items coffees and teas and chocolate milk available. It also had juices and yogurt. You can make your own waffle or push a button and a machine would make you a couple of Pancakes. They also had lots of condiments. Bagels and English muffins were available to be toasted. There was something for everybody. Overall it was a nice quiet stay and a clean Hotel and it was in decent walking distance to everywhere you would want to go downtown without being in the middle of the busy areas. If and when I come back to Nashville I would consider staying here again.

Great location close to all music row fun, but surprisingly quiet. Excessively simple decor was fresh and kept space from feeling claustrophobic. Comfortable beds. No long waits for elevators. Breakfast was excellent! Well stocked and great hot varieties. Fun pancake making machine too! Even had chocolate milk! Will make this our new Nash place to stay.

Loved this hotel! Perfect for family of five and our dog. Close to the action of Broadway but easy to avoid the craziness that happens at night. Easy parking garage right next door. The entire family RAVED about the breakfast in the morning!

Everything was good but the air quit working. We only stayed one night because we were there for a concert. Other than that, it was all good.

Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfy. Room was on the backside of the hotel and we heard tons of sirens through the night but other than that it was very quiet. Elevators took forever to get to the 10th floor. Parking was covered and not a bad price.

The location is excellent and an easy walk to Broadway. Parking was expensive, which was the only downside, but that seems to be the norm downtown. We had a great stay!

The property was in a great location, far enough not to hear the noise of Broadway but very walkable. They have a great breakfast included with the stay that was a lifesaver and money saver. They also have tons of snacks and drinks available for purchase. We always felt safe walking back and forth in the area. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Nashville.

We loved the pool tables downstairs and the accommodating staff. Everything was in walkable distance so no need to uber!

Cons: Every single floor maid/worker we met stated that they did not speak English. My perception was that they were told to say this to avoid the guest. I actually heard some speaking English in the elevators. The street side was quite noisy until after 11 pm. The hotel allowed Uber/Lift drivers to park outside the front door often making it hard to get around them safely when leaving the parking area.

Tru by Hilton was in a very convenient location for experiencing Nashville. Seems like you are about a half a mile walk from everything, which is convenient. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Parking was located in a covered parking deck which also was convenient. Lobby was very nice and offered billiards and shuffleboard. Complimentary breakfast was great and hard to find in most other Nashville hotels.

Tru by Hilton is a 10-minute walk from Broadway, making it a perfect spot to stay for a weekend trip in Nashville. The hotel and room were very nice. I do wish there was a dresser to store my items. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The underground parking was easy to manage and took you right to your floor with secure access. You had to scan your room key in order to access floors which made us feel very safe. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The staff were amazing and always helpful. Room was clean and the bathroom was stocked. Would recommend to anyone going to a concert at Bridgestone or wanting to stay downtown

We’ve never stayed at a Tru by Hilton before, but I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel! Breakfast was hot and so many choices, afternoon snacks and drinks in the lobby, clean rooms…highly recommend!

The property is located at walking distance from the main attraction, Broadway. But it’s far enough to where you don’t get affected by anything that happens around you.

Would definitely stay here.

The front doors are only accessible with a room key after hours. It’s just one block from the ice arena and walkable to everything. Everything felt modern and clean. Would recommend!

great breakfast

It was ok. The location is good to walk to Broadway. The rooms are very small, but it was just 2 of us so it was doable. Rooms were clean. Bed was so flat and not very comfy. There were 3 pillows, all terrible. Husband went to ask for more pillows and they acted confused about what a pillow was. We went to Walmart and bought 2 pillows otherwise we were not going to be able to sleep. Had the breakfast one morning and it was ok. I’d stay again if the price is right, otherwise I’d probably pick somewhere else.

Front desk 10 stars, location awesome, safe parking, pet friendly (small designated relief area, 5th floor parking area). Unfortunately, negatives outweigh the possibility of a return. There is a small spot in front of hotel to check in. For a fee, there is secure parking, elevator to each floor (be prepared for a long wait in the AM). No fancy decor, very straightforward rooms, no perks. Walking distance to Broadway, lots of homeless. They are on every corner, but do not harrass.

We went to a concert at Bridgestone Arena. It is a short walk from hotel. Parking garage below the hotel is safe and convenient. Complimentary breakfast included with a variety of items.

Overall it was a great stay! The hotel is very close to Broadway and Bridgestone Arena, with plenty of food options nearby. The rooms themselves were nice but a little basic but it’s not like we were in them long at all! The free breakfast was DELICIOUS and actually a huge pro for staying here. We would consider coming back!!

Excellent place to stay, walking distance to downtown, excellent breakfast and great place with kids to play pool, foosball, and shuffleboard when they can’t be downtown at night. Would stay here again!

Oh, there's no closet space or drawers. They could have used the space under the bed for drawers but did not. They have cute knobs on the walls to hang clothes and a bar above the refrigerator with hangars.

We stay here every time. Close to downtown and great breakfast
