I thought it was clean and pleasant. Along with fact it had no fridge or microwave. It also did not have a dresser to put our clothes in. It had no table or chairs. It was just a room with two beds and a bathroom.

Location, it was chosen based on the events I was attending in the local area. Also it has a parking lot that is free. Toilet was running the entire time. Lights were weird in the room and not very bright. No closet, only two small dressers. ((Night stands) Bed was weak. Blanket was cheap. It was something you’d get in jail. Sheets had burn holes. No smoking but people were smoking on my floor. I could smell it almost every time I stepped out. Also I had to get 4 room keys for a two day stay? Kinda annoying when you get to your room and have to go back downstairs and get a new key. No microwave no water or coffee maker or fridge / no safe.

Absolutely nothing. It was the trashiest and most beat up hotel I’ve been in. I did NOT stay overnight there Nothing about it matched the photos on your website. I recommend that you delist it from Booking.com so that no one else has to waste time and money like I did. They had armed guards in the lobby and did not even have ice

It was quiet in the night The room did not have any fridge, microwave, or closet. The walls in the room were dirty, the floors weren't mopped in the days I stayed there, and my towels were changed .

Parking Customer service was horrible. The lady at the front desk was lacking in customer service skills. Check in was at 2p and my unit wasn’t ready even after I arrived later at 5. This place was a scam.

It's in a lousy location in the middle of a bunch of auto body shops, but walk a few blocks and neighborhood is cool... Good access to subway station. Men's shelter on lower floor that they don't mention - leads to bunch of awkward rules and questions from staff and the lobby is uncomfortable. Rooms have no tables, no chairs, no sheets - just a ratty blanket. About the worst hotel I ever stayed in.
