Convenient location. Fair price for the room. Breakfast buffet was decent. Walls are paper thin. Place is kind of outdated.

Great stay
- 4.5/5
Staff was great! When we checked in the staff gave us recommendations for dining within walking distance. Then the next day the same staff member inquired about us. The rooms were clean and spacious with a comfy bed. The lobby was clean. Lots of options for the breakfast. Water pressure could have been better. You had to pay additional for parking and breakfast.

The location was great. Walking distance and close to the Wego stop. Breakfast wasn’t included.

I liked that when I made a complaint it was attended to promptly. The manager working on the 11th and 12th of June was helpful to remedy the situation the best she could. I didnt like that when we arrived the room was stinky we had to spray perfume n turn on the air conditioner for an hr. Also, I was calling the front desk at 3:30am no one answered for at least a good 30- 40mins. I didnt like that the hotel put a family with a screaming and crying Infant beside us. The screaming kept me up for over a hours. In the middle of the night. And I didnt like that when we got there the pool was way to cold to swim in we had to wait a whole day for it to heat up. Then it was nice however, we only got one day to enjoy it .

We had a wonderful stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Niagara Falls Centre St. By the Falls. My wife and kids absolutely loved the hotel and our room and its been over 3 years now that we have been staying in the hotel whenever we visit Niagara falls. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again. Highly recommended for families visiting Niagara Falls! What I dont actually like some customer smoking near the swimming entrance which is not good for non smoking person and this is the only thing my wife and kids complain about .....aside this ,our stay was enjoyable.

It was clean. It was fairly reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly. Walking distance to clifton was good. The room was clean.Air conditioning was strong. Staff called up to our room to ebsure everything was okay..(nice ) Close to magic show. Limited parking. Cable channels did not work. No view. Breakfast options were limited. Paid continental.

Great Location. Very central. Everything within walking distance. Excellent staff. Very helpful and friendly Room very dated. Shower did not work very well. No kettle, cutlery or crockery in kitchen.

The location, it was very close to Clifton hill and all the attractions, the staff were also all very friendly. It was a bit outdated but that was to be expected

General room maintenance is needed. The age of the hotel is definitely showing. Outlet covers not on properly... holes in bathroom wall where hair dryer holder would have been, patch jobs that are unsightly. The pool was great and love location.
- 5/5
staff are great
- 5/5
Very helpful staff.
- 4/5
Staff were accommodating with our need for parking having 2 special needs children & later check out, called us with a room check. Had an issue with our fridge & toilet, they promptly sent staff member to fix it. The room was clean, bed reasonably comfortable but found a large fake nail on mattress of sofa bed after pulling off sheets on last day. Pool is nice but no change rooms, bathroom is by lobby with card access. Really enjoyed the hot water & jacuzzi though! Proximity to Clifton Hill is very convenient. May consider staying again or trying out another hotel.
- 4/5
Decent area very close to Clifton Hill. Staff was wonderful. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Rooms are not soundproofed at all. Could hear cars revving engines and baby crying next door that sounded like in the same room as us. Breakfast is for a fee and not really worth what you get. Coffee comes from a premix machine and isn’t brewed.
- 2/5
The outlets didn’t work in the bathroom. The heating didn’t work in the bedroom and the beds are absolutely brutal. Not comfortable at all.
- 5/5
Had a lovely stay - the room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated us checking in early which was very much appreciated after a long day of travels. Just a heads up parking is extra.
- 5/5
The hotel was great value, parking was priced very reasonably, rooms were clean and practical, and the staff was friendly. The location right next to Clifton Hill make it a great spot for a family getaway at a decent price point.
- 4/5

- 3/5
The room was okey
- 5/5
This hotel has improved quite a bit. You used to hear everyone in the halls and from neighbouring rooms but that has changed. We were very impressed by the upgrades and the service. Over the last few years, some Niagara hotels have had poor service but never Days Inn & Suites. They have always maintained a standard of service and this trip they exceeded it. Have to mention the breakfast as well because it was amazing! We were talking about it on the drive home because it was so good! Our 4 year old and 2 year old ate for free with the purchase of our two adult breakfasts which is so rare to find.
- 5/5
I came here from cape Breton and it was really a good experience staying up here. Asian women’s working at the front desk are really helpful.
- 5/5
Nice hotel,
- 4/5
The room was good, but there was no facial tissue in the box of basin in washroom. And the iron was with lots of rust on the heating surface, which gave rust stain on my wife cloths. And booking App Expedia is not convenient to contact with any customer service.

It’s was so good , next time

It was a good experience.

2) Small sized door entrance to the bathroom, booked a king bed. If you have BMI of 40 or above you will have hard time. 3) Parking lot on hotel grounds is limited, and you have to park in adjacent lots across the road. They didn't open the parking lot behind the hotel when it could be of great convenience for its customers. 4) The room i got was one of the corner ones and closest to Ellen ave and centre Street and on weekends people are out till 1-2am, and you will hear all the noises and therefore may have disrupted sleep if you are a light sleeper. 5) fridge temp was set to "0" on the dial, doesn't refer to Celsius but rather the mode setting and so i had to turn it up and took hours to get to colder temperatures to keep my beverages cold. 6) bed was clean, no sign of bed bugs or anything like that. Had good amount of towels, tissue paper, toilet paper. 7) In-unit AC/heater worked well. But overall i would not stay here again, it's just too many inconveniences i had to compromise with and EVERYTHING is an upcharge. so pay more but still feel terrible at the end.
- 5/5
The room was not in the best shape. The paint was peeling on the walls, the bed was very uncomfortable (mattress was too hard), the shower was too small and the jacuzzi tub was not big enough for 2 people.
- 3/5
We liked the location as it was walking distance to everything we went for.
- 2/5
Beds were uncomfortable, it was loud, and the room while very clean showed significant signs of water damage. Nice to be close to Lundy’s Lane.
- 3/5
Heating unit extremely noisy in bedroom of suite
- 4/5
Well the hotel is clean but we requested late chevk out and I was approved for 1 room not the 2 rooms I rented. Theyre reasoning was too many people requested it. I would figure someone renting out more than one room should get late check out priority status i was disappointed . I will say upon checking in the staff were great.
- 5/5
The hotel staff from Receptionist to hotel Maintenance are all very well mannered!!! Very accommodating host in every way.. The weather outside was worst when we arrived but when we checked in we’re totally welcomed with warmed smile and greetings, its just wow!! A perfect for a good getaway/staycation even just for awhile. A hotel that has to have a say “welcome as a guest, leave as friends”!!
- 3/5
The hotel was clean and nice. When we check in the receptionists was friendly and accommodating. We came to Niagara to celebrate my wife's birthdays together with sister's family that aslo booked in same hotel. My sister in law checked in first and told my wife that their room has a connecting room. So when my wife go back the reception and ask if possible to change and move that connecting room. When she the filipina receptionists, the other asian lady in the reception raise her voice on my wife with hard tone and said "NO! that room was taken". My wife is not insisting to move on that room, my wife is just asking, that respone is not really appropriate for hotel receptionists. She need more training for hospitality

Clean room. Great service. Clean pool .
- 5/5
Great place - I had to move to another room due to broken heater. Staff were extremely helpful and supportive to react immediately.
- 5/5
As a college student, I found the prices very affordable. My friends and I really enjoyed our two-day stay. The swimming pool was clean, and since there weren’t many people in the hotel when we checked in, we practically had the pool to ourselves, which was a great experience. The room was in good condition and comfortable. I do wish there had been more variety in the buffet breakfast, but overall it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely come again.
- 5/5

Staff was friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. Great accommodations for the price.
- 5/5
Very good service
- 5/5
Check in was great! The staff were great as well, they were able to print a parking pass for me. The room was nice and clean, jacuzzi tub was so relaxing. The only complaint I had, (minor one), is that the coffee maker was unplugged and no way of plugging it in behind the big dresser. Ended up moving it to the night stand, problem solved. The coffee that was provided in the room is delicious!
- 5/5
The customer service at the front desk at Check out was amazing! Felt very welcomed!
- 2/5
I stayed on the 2nd floor, it was very smelly. I got to my room and it was clean. There is no option on the TV to connect personal devices. Channels on the TV were very limited. I checked in around 5pm, and I checked out at 11pm. I didn't want to stay any longer.
- 5/5
Very clean, well-outfitted room. Friendly and efficient staff. The parking, athough paid for was easily accessible. The breakfast buffet although not included was fresh and had enough selections, both hot and cold, to make it worthwhile. The room was quiet and I got a better than average sleep. Thanks!
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff were great. Very much enjoyed the jetted tub and the proximity to Clifton Hill. The only downside, the walls are very thin and the plumbing is very loud.
- 3/5

Everything was very good. Clean rooms, helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was pricey for the quality of food. Pool area has a noisy machine running constantly making conversation almost impossible. We have stayed here before and would do so again.
- 5/5
Clean hotel & room !
- 5/5
Didn’t have breakfast
- 5/5
Fast courteous staff at check in . Spotless rooms and great walkable location!
- 2/5
Wasn’t the best stay location is good it’s close to the attractions but then again there’s many hotels in the area however the pool was shutdown so we didn’t get to enjoy that room wasn’t dirt but not the cleanest also there was a huge hokey team and they were all placed on the top floor and it was constant loud noises stomping from late night to the early morning we could hardly sleep, when you have large groups like that you need to place them on the lower levels they tend to be inconsiderate and usually are accompanied by entitled parents who don’t discipline them or have any regards for anyone else .
- 5/5
Check in and check out processes were easy. Room was pretty clean but not spotless and the jacuzzi was fun, plus it was close to everything that mattered in Niagara. Good toiletries and bathroom necessities.
- 5/5
The room we stayed in was clean, it was nice overall. Definitely will stay again in the future

It was a good stay overall! The bathroom appeared to be newly renovated compared to the whole room.

- 5/5
Clean room. Great check in experience. No complaints.
- 5/5
And will definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Clean room. Big rooms. Nice jacuzzi.
- 4/5
Expect: Excellent location, a great price, and basic comfort. Do Not Expect: Luxury finishes, five-star service, or high-end dining options. Pro Tip: When booking, specifically check reviews for the exact Days Inn location you are considering (e.g., "Days Inn by Wyndham Niagara Falls - Clifton Hill Casino") as experiences can differ wildly even within the same brand.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Staff + clean room
- 4/5
The staff members I encountered were wonderful. The room was clean. Area and parking lot seemed safe enough. My only issue was how thin the walls are in the room. I could hear EVERYTHING around me. Otherwise, a great place at a great price.
- 5/5
Yes staff was very nice
- 2/5
Room was dated and smelt old
- 4/5
The room was very clean, staff all were lovely, very friendly and helpful, the cafe for breakfast was very reasonably priced, nothing fancy but very convient. Would absolutely book again, was very reasonably priced for what we got.

I booked a room and had a king bed. They upgraded me to a better room for the same price clean building unfortunately, the pool is not working. They’re redoing it all but the pool should be up and running today. They said otherwise very good building hotel clean would recommend anybody to stay here.
- 1/5
It was advertised as renovated and it was not nor were those Queen size beds. The smart tv did not work at all.
- 5/5
Staff was warm, friendly and very welcoming. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
Stay here often it is always great
- 5/5
Clean and beautiful room. Love the hotel which near to the Clifton hill. Easy to travel and parking near to the hotel.
- 5/5
Hugo checked us in. He was very friendly and courteous. He got us a great room and called.us shortly after to ensure we were happy with the room.
- 3/5
Room is dated. Noisy floor. Staff were good but will choose a quieter hotel the next time.
- 3/5
Room was clean , bathroom great . The issue was two fold. First charging $14.95 for the buffet was above the taste of the food , peameal bacon over cooked and salty, and even though you could go back as many times as you wanted the quantity does not compensate for the tastiness. Second there is a charge for parking and instead of mentioning it they hide by saying parking available. The staff were outstanding including the one in the buffet! All in all the stay was acceptable but not great!
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.

- 5/5
very nice

The check-in process was fast and easy, though we had some issues with the digital keys — they didn’t open the room at first, but the staff quickly arranged another one for us. Later in the day, the door lock of the new room got stuck again, but the team responded promptly and helped us regain access. The room was clean overall — the bed and toilet were tidy, and while the towels were a bit old, they were still clean. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, and the room felt a bit warm during the night. In the evening, the toilet backed up, making the floor wet, but maintenance arrived quickly to fix and clean everything. Breakfast was a simple buffet with limited options, but considering the low price, it was fair and acceptable. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay, with friendly staff and good service despite a few minor issues.
- 1/5
Room was fine. The blanket had hair and stains on it. Check in was terrible. I called the hotel before I booked as I was going with a group of people. We originally wanted conjoined rooms. The staff member told me the exact booking I have to book on Expedia. One would have to be a king suite with jacuzzi and the other a queen suite no jacuzzi. On the same day, both couples decided they wanted a jacuzzi in their room. So we were okay with not having a conjoined room. I called the hotel back to find out that what I was told to originally book was in two separate buildings of the hotel. I wasn’t upset at that point because I was changing but the staff member advised me wrong as to which Expedia ads to book. I explained to the staff that I want to keep the original king suite with jacuzzi and to book another one on the same floor. She said okay we can do that but you will have to pay upgrade charges for the queen room. I was okay with that and agreed. When we arrived for check in, I was now told I had to pay upgrade charges for both rooms to be on the same floor. That’s not what I was told. And the price quoted on the phone was $175 including taxes per room and they were trying to charge $204 per room. The manager that night (November 1) kept saying the same thing over and over, based on what he sees. I cut him off after the 4th time and asked him for him to call his staff member that spoke to me. They ended up waiving the fees but we had to wait 30 mins before they did that
- 4/5
Clean, quiet and spacious room.
- 4/5
The sofa bed is uncomfortable to sleep on, I can feel the metal frame support when lying down. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
- 5/5
Yes the room and staff were excellent
- 4/5
Room was mostly clean but outdated. Construction occurring all over the place in the building but no one actually working on it. Just lots of half done projects. Large gap under room door which allowed in sound. Ice machine broken, baseboards missing in some parts of the hall, carpet missing in others. Couch in room terribly uncomfortable.
- 3/5
Yes AC and heated worked great. More attention to plumbing would have made stay better.
- 4/5
Great location, pool was closed during our stay for renos
- 2/5
Air conditioning didnt work properly. House keeping entered without knocking, when changing the bedding they left the old bedding on despite us being there 4 nights. The staff otherwise were very nice and accompdating.
- 4/5
Kind and polite service
- 5/5
Staff are amazing, very kind. Hotel is very clean.
- 3/5
Hotel was having some work done which we were not made aware of.

- 5/5
Everything was great ... quick check in, spacious room, comfortable bed, clean. 3rd time staying here ... has become my go-to hotel.
- 5/5
The front desk staff were so helpful and kind and really made the stay perfect. Great location as well - easy walk to the Falls but not in the middle of all the craziness of the main strip. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit the Falls!
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful. Offered advice on activities and happy to give directions. Extra blanket arrived in minutes. Breakfast was delivered quickly. A welcome hotel. I would recommend this Days Inn.
- 3/5
Room not clean and it smells
- 5/5
This was our third time staying at this hotel, for the Niagara Marathon. Our rooms this year were so quiet, we were able to get the rest we needed. The front desk staff were great and allowed us a later checkout time after our run. The rooms are clean and spacious, and we would definitely come back again.
- 4/5

- 1/5
Room were not as good as shown in picture
- 4/5
The staff were excellent with customer service. Housekeepers did great attention to cleanliness.
- 1/5
Room was not ready at 4pm. Check in is already late but then to have to wait later then 4 is unacceptable. Bedding doesn’t fit the bed. The light doesn’t work. Light switch in the bathroom is falling apart.
- 4/5
Room was clean, location was excellent, service was good. But the noise heater kept us up the whole night.
- 3/5
No complimentary coffee in the morning.

Good service from the staff, check in and checkout are pretty fast. Room is spacious and clean
- 3/5
The room was clean but very noisy. Walls apparently are not very thick, you could hear people both in the hall and in the other rooms. Shower is a standup only, no tub except the jacuzzi.
- 1/5
Dirty room, with a dirty parmesan smell. Unclean bathroom. False advertising of rooms and pool was closed for our stay
- 3/5

So basically…first impression is the last impression….so when me and my friend entered, the lady that checked in was so so rude ….no greeting no smile and just giving us the faces, she was so rude to talk

Not good rooms
- 4/5
Entiendo que no deben cobrar estacionamiento a las personas quedandose en el hotel
- 3/5
Staff seemed tired or overworked. Rooms and hallways were clean, but our room took quite a few swipes to unlock and both the sink and tub drain were very slow
- 5/5
Great front office staff who were very helpful, well kept hotel, excellent parking facilities, great location near the falls and close to the entertainment district, would love to stay at this hotel again for a longer duration. Thank you sincerely to Days Inn by Wyndham Niagara Falls Centre St. By the Falls.
- 5/5
conveniently located just steps away from convenience stores, restaurants, and about 10 minutes walk to the falls.

Budget friendly Average Hotel
- 4/5
Commensurate with the price. Clesn room, linen and amenities.
- 3/5
There was eyelashes on the pillows, as if there were not washed after the previous guest.

Near the strip and near by stores/resto

Clean room. Good staff
- 3/5
The room was too small
- 5/5
The room is clean, every thing good,we didnt have breakfast, very small buffet and cost 15$, we go eat some where els.
- 2/5
18$ for parking a little outrageous. No notice that pool was out of order. 5 tv channels.. little out dated....
- 4/5
Big rooms
- 5/5
Great location and fair pricing. We go to this hotel every year for my son's birthday.
- 3/5
You certainly get what you pay for. It was clean but needed work as a lot of the wall paper was peeling around our room and the ceiling had weird patches. It was in what felt like a semi sketchy neighborhood, however I didn’t see anything awful or anybody who might be sketchy, it just felt like a sketchy area. Once you walk 2 blocks it felt like a fine area. So for the bang for your buck it was a totally fine hotel.
- 1/5
The room/hotel was musty. Our AC unit was not working, we had to call maintenance. The toilet handle broke, I had to fix it. The bathroom sink faucet leaked. We checked out the very next day and cancelled the rest of our stay.
- 2/5
The mattresses were very uncomfortable an old. The room smelled terrible. They need to replaced the mattresses and change the carpet and decor of the room, its outdated.

Great staff, walking distance to everything we were there for!

Clean room
- 5/5
Comfortable temperature. Didn’t have breakfast here
- 3/5
Good location
- 5/5
Great value, clean room, friendly staff. Super location without being right on the main drag. We’ve stayed at this location many times and are always pleased with it.
- 4/5
They will trick you with "parking available". Parking is available, but it's not included in your booking price. Same same situation with breakfast.
- 3/5
Room is ok.
- 5/5
It was great , the only thing I didn’t like was the staff being extremely rigid when it comes to giving another plate even though it was disposable. When it was buffet there should not have been any restrictions atleast on the plates. Otherwise rest of the things were perfect and we had a great stay there. The location was amazing and upto the mark.
- 1/5
Extremely unprofessional staff, refused to provide even the complimentary service. Extremely rude and highly unprofessional receptionist. Seemed like people were just unhappy to receive a guest at the hotel. Will never ever go back even if it is for free.
- 1/5

Breakfast was said to be included with Expedia but when we go there we were told we had to pay for it
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Staff was professional and polite
- 2/5
I could hear next doors conversation / noise from both side... even though the hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, I would not go back to stay again.

Great

So so so disappointed in this hotel. We checked in late and their parking lot was full so they directed us to a lot across and down the street from their property. So we were two 67 year olds walking at night down a poorly lit street. And they still had the audacity to charge us the $17 parking fee even though their lot has a security gate and where we parked did not. They said it had around the clock security but we certainly didn’t see anyone in the lot when we were there. They had the air conditioner on full blast which we couldn’t figure out how to regulate and that just went in and off the entire night making sleep difficult. I’m so glad that we only had to stay there the one night!
- 5/5
I stay here frequently. I will drive the extra 20 mins to stay here. Staff are polite & balanced. The staff makes your stay even better. They call the room about 30-40mins after your arrival & checkin to ensure everything is well. Perhaps some small signs could be set up to remind guests that in the early morning hours, other guests are sleeping. Lower their voices. Or stop banging on the doors for others to wake up.
- 4/5
Staff very friendly, hotel clean….great location, close to attractions
- 5/5
Yes everything was perfect. Nearby to everything
- 5/5
i recommend this property if you are planning to visit niagara falls. all the places that you need to go to are walkable. when you go out of the hotel, a few minutes walk to ripleys believe it or not, skywheel and niagara speedway. the citycruise is also walkable and inky 10-15 minutes walk to skylon tower and Table rock center. no need to bring your car to ecplore the area.
- 5/5
I didnt do much shopping but lots in close proximity and varied dining options. Staff at the front were excellent..
- 4/5
Not enough parking. Lot was full and we had park next to someone who parked very askew. Only fit cause we have a small car.,
- 5/5
Room was clean staff friendly but all ice machines were broken
- 5/5
The staff were very kind and the room was very clean
- 4/5
The room was clean. The staff was friendly and the hotel was in walking distance to all the attractions.
- 4/5
Nise place to stay. Big rooms but old. Friendly staff. Got swimming pool. Located in nice area.
- 2/5
They charge extra for parking.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly; had nice clean suite for our family of six - not fancy, but if your priority is Niagra Falls this is a great place to stay. We did not pay for the breakfast as it would have been expensive for our family.

Near to the place that the kids wants to go, though bit far walk from the falls.
- 4/5
Clean and staff were accommodating
- 4/5
The beds were comfortable, the shower was good, and the room was quiet and clean. This is good place to stay for someone on a budget.
- 5/5
Jacuzzi doesn’t work.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean large room
- 5/5
Room was very clean and quiet. Short walk to the falls. Staff were super friendly and helpful. WiFi worked great. Will stay here again.
- 2/5
Close to town was the only positive. Would look elsewhere next time.
- 3/5
no windows
- 2/5
Room could use some upgrades. The carpet was old and had a dingy smell, the wall paper was peeling a little. The bathroom tub was old. Bed and linnen was ok...the location and service was great.
- 5/5
Walking distance to attractions
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly & accommodating! Our room was clean, and the jacuzzi was a nice added touch! The breakfast buffet was delicious, plenty of options to choose from! Number one thing was how walkable it is to the falls, and Clifton Hill! Will definitely book again.
- 3/5
Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Hotel was very close to Clifton Hill and main attractions. Hotel needs some updating.
- 4/5
Nice room. Good breakfast buffet. Close to attractions.
- 5/5
Staff are very accommodating and helpful, wifi is fast, everything you need is there!!! Super nice place! Also, walkable to restaurants
- 3/5
We were given a room beside young mums and small children. We asked for another room away from the noise, and the staff was able to accommodate. The rooms were outdated and in the noisy part of town. They were clean, and sleeping was not an issue.
- 2/5
Great location but the bathroom wasn't very clean, neither were the sheets. Some of the lights did not work. Felt very low budget for what we paid. We got a jacuzzi room (which cost more) but after seeing the state of the room we decided against using it.
- 5/5
It is located at a very convenient location and most of the places are easily accessible.
- 4/5
The hotel is located in the Clifton Hill area. The Falls and other area attractions are easily walkable. Plenty of places to eat and fun stuff for the kids. I would stay at this hotel again.
- 4/5
It was quiet and convenient for clifton hill.
- 3/5
Room was ok, nothing exceptional. Definitely could have been cleaner. There was toothpaste on the wall and the door frame in the bathroom.
- 3/5
The air conditioner was extremely loud. We had to decide between sleep with noise or heat. The wifi was sporadic.
- 5/5
Definitely be looking again in the future.
- 5/5
Excellent, very professional & understanding staff. Room was excellent. Convenent location
- 3/5
Need to pull them out and replace with laminate or LVP to make it cleaner.
- 2/5
Anthropomorphic smelled like urine. Rooms were outdated. Homeless druggies hanging around.
- 3/5
I got 3 rooms and one of them smells like musty.
- 5/5
Felt safe in the evening. Rooms are adequate functionally and clean. Staff are pleasant and helpful. I was only there one night and checked in 11pm, checked out 7am so my experience is limited.
- 5/5
I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. All was grest except the room needed renovations, the carpet was really in bad shape.
- 5/5
Our room at the Days Inn and Suites was perfect. The room was clean & was within walking distance to Clifton Hill attractions. A great place to stay if you want a more affordable hotel. On site parking was only $15. per day.
- 5/5
.
- 2/5
The staff were great but the property is old and needs a serious upgrade. The air coming from the A/C unit smelled funky. The walls were quite thin, the radio did not work on the clock, wall paper was used to patch over areas and it was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
The room was clean. The staff was nice. It’s an older building but the price is good and everything was really fine and the location is awesome for visiting the main area of Niagara Falls. Very walkable. We’re glad we didn’t stay near the hotel that was close to the concert we saw at the fallsview stage. It’s only convenient for the show and nothing else.
- 5/5
The staff are all "SUPERSTARS" ... Love my stays here. They take care of you!
- 5/5
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would immediately stop what they were doing if we asked a question.
- 3/5
The staff was very nice and friendly! The room we got was very old and outdated but clean! We got a room with a king bed and jetted tub and an unfortunately small shower. Request a full shower if you can. Also encountered many house centipedes. Good for what it was, perfect location.
- 4/5
staff nice
- 3/5
The pull out sofa needs a new mattress and springs. There were lots of places nearby.

Very clean and close to everything.

Nightclub across street very loud til 2 am on weekends

My only concern is having a hard time to find parking even if you’ve paid for your own spot but overall experience is great.
- 5/5

Everything old and broken
- 5/5
Staff was very accommodating
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 3/5
Its okie average hotel the only down part parking isn’t free you need to pay $18 for night. Not like other hotel parking is free.
- 5/5
Very close walk to the Falls.
- 3/5
It was the perfect location for our stay to visit Niagara. Unfortunately our first room looked out on to a very noisy pub/nightclub and we asked to be moved as we were very tired from travelling. The next room was an upgrade and was quieter so we appreciated the staffs efforts in sorting this out for us.
- 3/5
Had to pay for parking. Rooms were good and clean
- 4/5
A value for the money. Nothing fancy but close to everything.
- 4/5
Older hotel, clean, walking distance to Clifton Hill. Our AC kept shutting off but we dealt with it, too tired to make a complaint. Good price.
- 4/5
Nice clean hotel, could use a Reno as it’s a bit outdated
- 5/5
Location to all shops were excellent
- 5/5
Comfortable
- 4/5
This was an excellent home base to be able to walk to everything we wanted to see! Comfortable room and overall pleased for the price.
- 5/5
Great and safe location
- 4/5
Property is within walking distance to the Falls.
- 4/5
The location is less than a block from Clifton Hill and Niagara attractions, including the WEGO bus. Hotel staff was attentive and welcoming. Rooms are not updated, but clean, spacious, and perfect for a family or travel group of 5+ with a sofa bed, fridge and microwave in-suite. Would reccomend and stay again.
- 4/5
Great stay, rooms could use a bit of an update.. but overall cannot complain.. quite nice staff and clean! Very short distance from Clifton hill. Will be staying again 9/10
- 4/5
I believe breakfast was freshly made but we didn't have any because we slept a little late and had plans of doing other touristy things before we left. It's about 2 short blocks from all the activities, you can see it from their parking lot and a 15 minute walk to the falls, so extremely walkable. The staff is nice and friendly.
- 5/5
Within walking distance and close to restaurants.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Noisy and older. Staff are great and pool looks awesome.
- 5/5
The staff were wonderful! Their customer service went above and beyond our expectations. After we checked in, they even followed up with a call to ensure everything was going well, which we really appreciated.

- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Very clean and close to all the attractions.
- 4/5
The staff, from the service desk to the cleaning crew was amazing and very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool. Overall, its was ok. We picked this hotel because of the great reviews and it's excellent rating. However, we were a little disappointed when we arrived. It's old, not dirty, but a little dingy old. It's not the type of place we usually go to and despite the great staff, I dont think I'd stay there again. It was a little further than most hotels close to clifton hill (a min extra maybe to walk), the neighborhood was dingy as well and there was a club nearby. We heard the music every night until 2am and couldn't sleep because of it. The price was good and parking there was cheaper than most hotels around, so it all depends on what visitors are looking for. In my case, I'll spend a bit more next time for the 5 star hotel experience.

First off I’d like to say I don’t normally do such reviews without full honesty. I have a business myself and I’d appreciate the most honest and upmost respect from my customers. My stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible. Staff upfront gave us attitude as if they didn’t wanna work the position that they’re in second once we arrived in our room it was absolutely small and seem to be not newly renovated appliances were not functional. The ventilation in the bathroom did not turn on it seemed like a prison our second night there I woke up with something crawling on me. I came to find out that it was a bedbug I bring this up to the manager‘s attention, and he did a decent job on calming us down and reassuring us, but unfortunately, it was just to shut us up. We approached him very respectfully and we didn’t want to cause attention, but this needs to be said there is bedbugs in this hotel and be cautious with your room. We went ourselves to further investigate the bed The mattress was completely torn apart under the sheets. I took pictures of the bedbug that I killed and showed the manager. He proceeded to say that he’ll further investigate in order for us to get some sort of accommodation when we came to check out we didn’t receive any accommodation and we were told that the bed was looked at and found nothing. I just like to share my experience for the others that like to book their next trip and stay here.
- 5/5
Our room was spacious with nice frig and coffee/tea maker. Also clean and upgraded. The breakfast in the lobby looked good but too expensive for us. Parking seemed safe, but, again, expensive, but no choice with that. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The pool was nice but had limited hours so check that if you want to utilize it.
- 4/5
Pool was cold but the jacuzzi tub in the room was nice. Weird small single shower in the bathroom behind the door
- 4/5
The only thing I don't like was that I park my car and not even in 20 minutes I went inside went I came out to get something from my car somebody open they door from they car and they did a bent to my from passenger door.and that's going to cost me couple hundred dollars to fix it.
- 5/5
Excellent and recommendable
- 5/5
Propery, staff etc were great. Rooms are the quality they advertise. No bugs or gross stuff. The area has gone downhill (as all of niagara strip has) but the staff did their best to keep the chaos away from customers. Affordable comfortable stay. Loved the late night snack options and many breakfast choices
