First time here, but will visit again when in Niagara Falls. I don't know. I had everything I needed and more. I would recommend this Motel to anyone looking for comfort, great location, safety and reasonable accommondation! Everything including great rates.

Accessibility Heating was not sufficient

It smelled in the room. There was a very loud fan sound and there was somebody next-door, coughing nonstop.

Everything you need is with in walking distance Clean and the staff

Owner are nice and location are very close to action. We requested a microwave and the owner let us borrow one. They are very kind people, we will be back again here.

Accommodating staff, close to the attractions & to the bus stations going to Niagara Falls. Budget friendly Nothing.

That the pool didn’t open tell 12 ppl on vacation want to start there day with a swim . Rooms were cheap only perk . Dirty bathroom . But the owners are old and work hard . It is what it is u get what u pay for .

Location only The room was outdated, freezer didn't work, no microwave, no heat in the room other than a portable heater. Washcloths were on the back of the toilet. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel. Save your money.

Close to everything No coffee or tea

The geographic location is perfect for reaching anything in the centre. The place itself is really nice, bed was comfy, AC was great, the staff was so nice as well I wish people actually used the pool, but its not really a big deal

I was here last year and loved it so much that we came back this year. It is so quiet yet so close to all the fun stuff.

The pool The fact our room was super hot because the AC was not running when we got there. It took well over 24 hours to cool off so we ended up driving three hours home because it was uncomfortable to sleep even when it did cool off it still wasn’t where it should be For a stay when we arrived to check in they got our room all mixed up and because they messed up on their end ended up being an increase on what we had paid and it would’ve been well more than what we paid if I didn’t say anything overall, was not happy

Very dirty and unclean place with a small window ac and the most nasty bathroom I ever seen and I got over charged

Le carrelage de la salle de bain au sol laissait à désiré pour la propreté. La toilette n’était pas bien fixé au sol. J’ai avisé le propriétaire. Piscine agréable et personnel travaillant de longues heures pour entretenir les chambres et lieu extérieur.

The worst stay ever. Everything that could be broken was broken. Bath is moldy, A/C barely works, sheets dirty, door does not open. The price for it should be $70/night, we paid $275.

Very nice lady at check in desk. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Service was good and friendly. For the money it was ok . Had fridge and bed was very comfortable. No hair dryer, micro wave, coffee maker or cups.

Pool was nice, it was hot and the air conditioner was not able to cool the room. They closed the pool before 9pm on a Saturday.

Fantastic location. 5 minute walk to clifton hill. Check in area was not air conditioned (very humid) and had in unwelcoming scent. Room was ok not the cleanest and definitely showed its age. Also had a bit of a off scent. Would honestly not stay again. We learned our lesson. You definitely get what you pay for.

The Asian couple at the desk were friendly. The parking is decent. It fairly close to Clifton hill. Our only issues were it wasn’t very clean and the mattress was a rock. The ceiling in the room had a bunch of brown stains from leaks. They use actual keys and only give you one key. They need to update to card locks so all guest can get a card. It’s ok for a nights stay but not rushing to stay here again.

The parking is not included in this price, and costs $28 per night, i.e. a third of the price of the room. You'll find other hotels providing free parking, and there are parking in the area that are much cheaper than that. The rooms are what you'd expect for

It’s worth for a price of 80-100$ (the standard rate). I only had a problem with their washroom. The toilet bowl is fixed so close to the wall and only a thin person or a child could manage sitting on it. I m medium built and still had some inconvenience (hope you know what I mean).

Quiet and comfortable motel near Clifton Hill. Free parking. There was a fridge but no microwave, no cups in the room. There was only soap and no shampoo, so bring your own shampoo or you can get small travel-sized shampoos at the dollar store. There weren’t many channels on TV. The bed was comfortable. There is no heat/A/C - the unit is unplugged from the wall and I think there is a sign that says “do not use.” There might be some long-term residents who live here, which might make your stay a bit uncomfortable. For around the same price, I could get a motel that offers more.

The area was very accessible to the QEW, making the drive to and back very smooth. The room was clean, I would say my suite was a bit colder, until I realised there was a spafe heater haha. Good service overall.

My family and I just returned home from staying at the Olympia hotel. Fantastic experience! We will be back! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even opened the pool a little earlier so our daughter could swim. We highly recommend this Motel.

Was a perfect stay, close to downtown Falls area

This is what I would consider a real budget motel. Since I was there visiting family, I basically just slept there. The pros-The owners/staff are very friendly and accommodating and check-in was painless. The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough. Parking was free.Very short walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls.The cons- the furniture was pretty dated. There were numerous upgrades and repairs done to the room. The shower pressure and temperature were a little difficult to adjust. The TV was small and only got 5-6 stations. If you are looking for some luxury this is not the motel for you. This is a budget motel and you get what you pay for.Depending on your taste and budget, this may or may not be the place for you.

Our stay in this motel was very pleasant. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was as it is advertised. Close to the Clifton Hills and to all convenient places to go. The room was nice cleaner then what we expected. Our first two days were great temperatures, but our last two days were ok it rained. But overall it was nice stay in Olimpian Hotel

The king bed was very comfortable!

Floors were not clean, flies inside and outside the room, due to open garbage bin outside the room. Also the bathroom was pretty basic and old equipments.

Washroom are not properly cleaned.

Location is is close to the falls, receptionists is accommodating. The motel needs upgrading but good enough for a one night stay.

It’s everything you would expect from a motel. Flies in the room, beds are not great, no hooks in bathroom, but the location is great you can walk to all the tourists attractions and falls, and it has a car parking too that was very convenient. Hope this helps, enjoy Niagara!

Excellent for the price

The property was on the main street to walk to the falls. It was not suitable for letting out in mu opinion. This is because it was filthy with odds and ends of wood to make a bed. Just awful. Filthy everywhere

Comfortable stay. Walkable distance to Clifton hill and Niagara Falls. Checkin was quick and easy. Building is old and definitely needs a rewamp.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Chairs in room not so much. Check-in quick and friendly. Pool not heated but lots warm enough. Good for price.

There are loads of restaurants around the hotel which offer a range of cuisines. Owners are friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit again.

The bed was very comfortable and it is so close to the falls to be walkable but far enough away to be quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is older, but well maintained. The pool was clean and the office staff, who I assume are the owners, were very friendly and helpful. The property is conveniently located close to Clifton Hill. This is an affordable option for a stay in Niagara.

The bathroom could’ve been cleaned a bit better, but overall it was a great stay! The pool was very clean and well maintained! The lady at the front desk was amazing 10/10! Would definitely stay here again.

The best quality about the motel is the location. Walkable to Clifton Hill and all the attractions and restaurants. Bathrooms need updating and a good deep clean.

Walkable to the Falls and parking are the only good things about this motel. Seriously worn out and not very clean...which might be okay if lower priced, but with what was charged, some upgrades could be occurring.

The owners are very polite and friendly also the neighbors was very friendly Had an amazing time with my hubby and son We will go again and recommend this place for anyone to stay with reasonable prices and location to the falls in minutes Davainne and family we recommend this place

Great location, could be cleaner but was just there to sleep while enjoying the sites and the entertainment the Niagara Falls has to offer. Beds were comfortable and the price was right.

You will save on parking. All Niagara Falls entertainment is a block aways. The show water pressure is super amazing.

Location was great. Amenities okay. Wifi very slow. Neighboring tenants were from Hell.

I picked the hotel because of its location. Though the room is very basic it was satisfactory. I wish the room were warmer though, but there was a space heater in the room. Surprisingly I was not given a WiFi password.

The room was clean and the bed very comfy. Sitting area limited and chairs were adequate. Would have been nice to have a coffee maker and maybe microwave, but there was no place to plug in. No outlets handy to charge phone or plug in laptop.

This place is trash, the owners are trash, the customer service is trash, if you can do anything in your life, stay away from the olympia
