We booked for the pool and it was closed and had been closed for awhile. You would think they would update the site. It smelled like mildew the room was gross and the elevators took 10-15 min. It was so bad we didn't even stay the night Update the website The rooms, the smell, and the time for elevator. Broken glass all through the garage

The worst feature was that the old, tired facility is undergoing a major repair/renovation, about which we were not informed. We, and other arrivals, found that we could not pull up to a porte cochere and enter the lobby. Instead, we were met by a construction site and orange fencing. There were no signs. There was no greeter to apologize for and explain the confusing puzzle of where to check in, unload baggage, park. When we did make it to the front desk, the receptionist was apologetic and helpful. The warm chocolate chip cookies he offered, together with clear instructions regarding parking and baggage handling, were received with gratitude. As to the room, it is hoped that the renovation will replace the stained carpets fatigued matresses and battered case goods. We loved the view and would stay here again when the update is complete.

What a terrible hotel, especially for the price I paid. The entire place is extremely outdated, trash all over the ground outside and as others have mentioned, parking is an absolute mess. Despite my disappointment about the entire place, I wasn't planning on leaving a review until I woke up the next morning and had no hot water. So yeah, $200 a night and I got to start my day with an ice cold shower. I mentioned it to the front desk upon checkout. Barely even got an apology. There are so many other places to stay nearby and absolutely no reason to stay here. They should honestly be charging $80 a night for the quality they provided. I really can't believe Hilton is willing to put their name on this dump. It certainly has me questioning whether I will ever stay at another Hilton owned property again. Thank God I only stayed one night. You have been warned...
- 1/5
Parking was terrible. You had to go through a very scary alley with poor directions. Garage was very dark. Had to switch elevators to get to room. Had no internet access so I attempted to call front desk. (Phone doesn't work). Went to desk and they told me I had not fully been checked in. Wall paper literally peeling off bathroom walls. Decided to venture out to dine with spouse. Unable to use front exit of building due to construction. I was told there was a pathway to get around this however it was about 1 foot wide and impossible to get a wheelchair through. No way a disabled person could navigate the back entrance. So, ate at the onsite restaurant which was big mistake. There were people at only 2 other tables. 30 minutes to get drinks, (was told they only had one glass). Ordered 3 items, one never came. Finally got ticket however it belonged to someone else. There was a Manager sitting close by so I spoke with him about the issues. Never heard anything back from him. Was staying on 14th floor and had to go to 6th floor to get ice due to the machine being broken down. Although the website shows photos of pool, it had been permanently closed. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. (Every elevator ride had extremely unhappy guests onboard). Will NEVER stay at a Doubletree hotel again!
- 2/5
Very outdated and it's under renovation it looks like. Parking is a nightmare and you have to pay for it! Floor fans everywhere I assume was due to water leaks. Pool not available. Bartender and waitstaff were very nice and the food was decent.

Nice and welcoming staff . Filthy hotel.

Great service, clean room, gorgeous view. Thank you!

I stayed at the Doubletree for a VFW convention. I checked in Thursday, May 28 and checked out Sunday, May 31. Thursday night there was no hot water and it wasn’t fixed until Friday evening. I was also charged $108 that a meal that someone else charged to my room in the restaurant. I asked the front desk how was someone able to just charge food to my room and they said they must have written the wrong room number down. That shows me that this hotel does not verify that a person stays in the room before they charge something to that room.
- 0.5/5
Not a dang thing Everything the front was under construction, wget inside fans everywhere drying out the carpet, ceiling has caved in. Then no hot water through out the entire hotel
- 5/5
The staff was incredibly helpful and so happy to help. My husband is mobility impaired and they went out of their way to make sure he was accommodated. The pool was not open as they don't fill it til after Memorial Day. We spent 5 days there without swimming so that wasn't ideal.
- 5/5
The hotel was amazing!!!!
- 1/5
No pool as advertised, run down dirty common areas, not a double tree experience at all
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay the room was clean the hotel staff were king and helpful but the was no microwave in the room so I couldn't warm up my food
- 5/5
Awesome stay but its under construction and its a mess getting in and out! Finding the hotel and parking wouldn’t recommend until they done with that
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, construction and elevator setup was odd
- 5/5
Our room.was very clean and comfortable. Had a beautiful view of the city. The staff was friendly.
- 1/5
I would not stay here again. It looks nothing like the pictures. Our towels were never replaced even though cleaning service would take them so we would have to ask for more every day of our stay. The shower was gross and had an awful odor. We asked for two water bottled for the coffee machine and we were told they were supposed to be in the room already- they were not, so we asked how we could go about getting the ones that were supposed to come in the room. We could purchase in the gift shop. The place was really run down and not what we would have hoped. This is likely our last stay with a Hilton or even wanting to keep our Hilton honors. The TV was also non- working. No service available on every channel.
- 2/5
My bathroom had no hot water. The carpet was badly stained. Really disappointed considering the cost I paid for a top floor balcony.

wonderful stay. beautiful city view. all staff were all helpful and cheerful, at any hour.

Ideal location, clean rooms and friendly staff.
- 3/5
Hotel was just ok. It was a Saturday, they were short staffed on an event night, and we sat in the lobby with approximately 50 other guests because no rooms were available at check-in even though we arrived several hours after the check-in time started. Apparently, they were running late on getting rooms cleaned, that being said our room had trash on the floor and in the trash cans, the soap on the bathroom counter had been used by the previous occupants, and we didn't have a bathmat. It also took the hot water 15 minutes to heat to a tolerable temperature. You could definitely tell it had been "speed-cleaned."

Construction nightmare blocking entire front of hotel, rude front desk person, unhelpful
- 3/5
If you like cold showers this is the place! Couldn’t get water to warm up. Also front desk was not very helpful. One gentleman tried his best but the others were not knowledgeable or willing to help. Just said “I don’t know”. Construction was going on so it wasn’t as nice a stay as I had hoped. Room was small.

It was in a beautiful area of the city. The restaurant was great. It was clean. It was difficult to call the property. I had trouble finding the entrance because of construction around the entrance. I did finally figure it out. There needs to be an anti-slip mat in the bathtub. I couldn’t take a shower because the bathtub was so slick. The balcony chairs should be replaced with a bar-height stool so you can sit and enjoy the view. They have them in Condos in Florida.

Perfect location, great staff and facility and yummy cookies!
- 3/5
This place needs a deep clean and a renovation. It was “clean” but old and dusty.
- 4/5
We did not have breakfast there, the room was poorly cleaned the bathroom towel shelf was dusty, the carpet was dated and the bedding on the bed was not up to par the comforter had a stain. I'm glad I had disposable linen. The towels however appeared to be new. The staff was very professional and nice, this made up for a lot of the flaws sited in the hotel
- 3/5
Hotel was great, very nice. However after the concert we had attended, we arrived back at our room to find no hot water for a shower. Nasty. Other than no hot water, the facility was very nice.
- 3/5
The staff is extremely friendly the hotel itself is in need of a major overhaul
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel over looking the river . So close to many attractions and restaurants downtown. Rooms are nice and spacious.
- 3/5
The property itself was decent but I’ve stayed at better Doubletree properties. It was an inconvenience that early check in was not an available for us even after calling ahead especially since we flew in for a wedding that started 90 mins after check in. The shuttle service from the airport was nice and the shuttle driver Mr. Robert was amazing. The hot water in our room didn’t work the first night we were there and there was no shower gel in the dispenser. They also ran out of cookies which is one of the main perks of staying at DT. Otherwise, the stay was decent but I’ll definitely look for a different property if I visit Little Rock again.
- 3/5
Didnt eat breakfast, dinner was served cold the night i got there.
- 2/5
Staff were super friendly and helpful, property is in need of renovation, furniture, walls, doors, carpeting. Hot water needed to be run for 10 minutes to get hot!
- 4/5

- 5/5
We had a great stay as a family of 3. Our room was clean and quiet.
- 4/5
The location was convenient, but overall the hotel could use a refresh. My shower handle didn’t work properly and the water would not get very hot.
- 5/5
But the hotel I booked last-minute downtown pleasantly surprised me. Top floor, room with a balcony — already a nice bonus. Yes, the building needs some renovation (I’m sure management is working on it), but the real magic is in the people who work there. ✨ As someone with 20 years of experience in hospitality, I can say — the team here was truly outstanding. Tim at the front desk did everything to make me feel at home: quickly answering all questions, helping with front desk calls, and giving advice on city routes. Bellman Roberto took care of all the little things that make a stay special — from the shuttle to helping with any request. A special thank you to Francesco and Jessica from Guest Relations. They communicated with me via messages, answered every single question, met all my needs, and made sure my stay at the hotel was comfortable and easy. 💌 I didn’t get a chance to meet the housekeeping staff in person, but their work was very noticeable. I really appreciated the effort of the housekeeper who prepared the room for me — everything was spotless and welcoming. 🧹✨ The shuttle drove me wherever I needed for free — which is especially nice in a city of 200,000 people. And you know what? Even if the hotel isn’t brand new and there are things to improve, when the staff is professional and friendly, it makes the entire experience truly special. Thank you
- 3/5
This property is in a great location, convenient to so many things in Little Rock. Sadly, that was all it has going. We found the staff to be less than professional, unwelcoming, and not knowledgeable. Our room was clean and the bedding comfortable but the overall look was tired with ill-patched wall paper in the bathroom and a large stain on the carpet. There were several other little things such as a missing lightbulb in a lamp and the tissue box was empty that clearly shows that no care is taken to ensure guests' comfort.
- 1/5
It was totally disgusting- I would never stay there again. Black mold growing in the bathroom. Rugs were stained.
- 5/5
Shops were fairly close; did not use internet.
- 5/5
Great hotel i love the area everything is walking distance and the room was great
- 2/5
No hot water in our room. It got lukewarm at best. Ice machines are removed from multiple floors. No mini-fridges in the room. The property is really showing its age.
- 2/5
Took an hour to park vehicle due to an event being hosted on site. When finally approaching parking deck entrance an attendant lectured me on not pulling up close enough. No hello, sorry about parking , or any pleasantry. Just a lecture. The room was not clean at all. Back of the bathroom door very dirty. Neighboring room played loud music all night long. Went to lobby to purchase some drinks and snacks and the lady at the desk was very unprofessional. Was on phone during whole transaction. Never greeted me and seemed like I was bothering her. After check out realized we were charged $15.00 for two bottles of water that were in our room.
- 1/5
Was put in the wrong room No correction was made or compensation
- 2/5
The check-in process was great, very efficient, Rhonda at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was standard, no complaints there. The issue is that no one could get a late check out. We were there for the Little Rock marathon event. We traveled from out of state. A one hour late checkout would’ve been so helpful but was told that the manager would not let any person get a late check out because housekeeping needs all of the rooms empty by 11. Logistically this does not make any sense.
- 4/5
Great stay. Clean room. A bit worn of a room but comfortable stay and great view. Parking garage a little hard to get to. Staff nice. Overall good stay.
- 4/5
The room was clean but it was a lot of older renderings in the room we stayed in
- 4/5
Everything was good
- 4/5
It was okay the water didn’t get hot so they had to move us to another room
- 4/5
The only things I really didn’t like were the $100 security deposit we had to pay without any warning that we’d have to before we drove over 5 hours to get there and had already paid for the room and parking (we got it back but a warning would have been nice), and, when housekeeping cleaned our room, they took our dirty towels/rags but never brought clean ones for us to use that night.
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms with a great few of the Ricerwalk Bridge! I would stay again!
- 5/5
Clean room, very professional and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Quite room. Great hospitality
- 3/5
The room was okay, despite being an upgraded executive suite. The hotel had a musty smell.. Things were falling apart or broken, but the staff were all very kind and friendly.
- 3/5
The hotel is well worn. There were lots of items in disrepair in our room, including: missing vent grate in the bathroom; loose shower rod mount, loose lotion dispenser on wall; broken hot water faucet; empty shower gel dispenser, broken toilet seat (although still functional).
- 4/5
Clean room, key wouldn’t work from the garage to the hotel, no refrigerator in room.
- 1/5
Hotel steals $50 security deposits be careful!!
- 3/5
The location is nice but the building is in desperate need of remodel. There is an odor in the whole hotel, the carpet is very dirty and the rooms leave something to be desired. Disappointment from an Hilton property. Our room was very small but the view was great.
- 5/5
It was great
- 3/5
Friendly staff, outdated rooms
- 1/5
No hot water, ice machine broken and housekeeping knocked on our door to clean at 8am, why?? Especially the morning after one should have believed the guest went to bed very late due to New Year's Eve being the night before.
- 1/5
My room was dirty snack bags drawer dirty towels under the sink
- 5/5
Staff and valet was very helpful and understanding about additional services and guest
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 5/5
Bar staff was fantastic. I loved being able to walk to the bars.
- 5/5
We love the location and the polite staff. Everything was clean and efficient.
- 4/5
Other than that, the stay was great. Great view. Courteous friendly staff.
- 3/5
The hotel is outdated and due to its current state they shouldn’t charge what other Hilton-DoubleTree’s charge. They don’t have smart TV’s, they don’t have streaming apps, they don’t have movie channels, just basic cable. The breakfast is an absolute waste, $16.99 for a continental breakfast is insane…and it doesn’t provide juice. The walls are paper thin and with the wind blowing the door continuously shook. I pay more so I expect more, $377 for 2 nights with 10 year old amenities, that’s comical.
- 5/5
Great staff at check in!
- 4/5
The parking was convenient. Rooms were clean and well stocked. The carpet was well worn but it is high traffic in a hotel.
- 5/5
The staff was exceptionally welcoming. My check-in process was quick and easy.
- 3/5
Bathroom wallpaper had seen better days.
- 1/5
The man at the front desk was beyond dismissive and rude while I was checking in. Gave me an attitude for asking questions about the hotel and check in.
- 3/5
Customer service was awesome. The front desk clerk was very courteous and helpful! I do think that the room was not what was depicted in the photos when I booked. There was no couch or roomy sitting area. I also think it would be a huge convenience to have a microwave inside the room. I had to go from the 14th floor to the lobby just to warm my food up. And the ice machine on our floor was out of order. The only great thing about the room was the balcony and the view.
- 1/5
Something else.
- 5/5
Helpful and pleasant staff. Clean room. Safe and secure
- 3/5
The room was clean but I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t a microwave in the room so if I wanted to warm my food up in the middle of the night I would have to go all the way down to the lobby and then there wasn’t a refrigerator to put my drinks in to stay cold and then I had to go down to the next floor just to get some ice and then the breakfast cost to much for it to not have a variety of food paid $17 and they serve the same thing as a hotel with free breakfast ridiculous
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable 😌
- 5/5
Great all around place!
- 3/5
Unsure on the breakfast stayed one night. Ypon arrival it smelled bad through out tge hotel smelled like sewage. T.V didnt work had to go downstairs to let the front desk know. I wouldnt go back to this hotel.
- 5/5
Everything was great with exception of parking due to area events utilizing the garage
- 2/5
The room was tiny and the TV did not work. My wife and I were taking a weekend away for a doctor's appointment. We live 2 hours away from Little Rock. We both ended up getting sick with bad cold-like symptoms, so rather than staying the second night, we decided we'd better try to make it home just in case things go downhill. We tried to cancel our second night, but the hotel said they could not cancel or refund us if we did not stay our second night. We had to leave. One last thing the breakfast was pathetic, but the servers were great. This is an expensive Hotel with a lot of fluff but no real stuff.
- 4/5
Convenient free breakfast. Building was old, but beds were clean and staff excellent.

The reservation was for a wrong night not the one I requested.

The restaurant opened at 5pm and we went to a show next door and we thought we would be able to get food afterwards and the guy said he was finishing serving food ???But if we wanted drinks /alcohol we could get it all night long. Jessica at the front desk was VERY NICE !
- 5/5
The room was very well maintained. We were able to text the concierge for any needs such as towels and the response was very prompt. The cookies were delicious but I would skip the restaurant. Food was a little undercooked for my liking. The bar and the bartender was great and attentive. Great conversation was had at that bar. Will be coming back.

- 5/5
The stay was nice and room was clean. We had issues with scanning to get to the room but that was quickly fixed. We used the messaging system (text) to try and request items, as instructed. However, we never got a response
- 5/5
Front desk staff was great. Hotel needs an update
- 5/5
Great overall
- 4/5
Parking area was safe and roomy but cost $15 per night. Gentleman who checked us in was friendly and courteous. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was showing signs of wear but all was functional. Nice view of the city.
- 3/5
Balcony door wouldn't lock
- 5/5
Our room was clean and the staff was friendly only stayed one night but overall no complaints
- 5/5
Great stay

Yes workplace met my needs
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful
- 5/5
Clean, spacious, comfortable room and a great view of the Arkansas River.
- 4/5
Facility was just fine, when I got there with reservation Doubletree has no record of me. Not sure if it was a hotel issue or an Expedia issue but it took a out an hour of sitting in the lobby while they got it sorted out
- 4/5
Sehr gute Lage, schöbe Zimmer

Worst excuse for a hotel ever. We were there for a play, there were people there for comicon , and football... there was no services open, no food, no bar... nothing.
- 5/5
Check in staff was great. Property is a bit tired. Tub did not drain properly. Very small room with no refrigerator. Okay for a quick one night stay. Great view of the river from our room.
- 1/5
Rooms are misleading, balcony nasty and only gave us two face towels per day, after different events and being hot we like to freshen up. Overall stay I would not recommend.
- 5/5
The room, property, and staff were wonderful. The parking attendants were horrible. We were screamed at and refused parking even though the front desk let them know we were arriving. Absolutely awful treatment by parking attendants
- 1/5
I forgot my shoes in the room and haven’t heard from the manager how can I get back my shoes
- 5/5
Great access to the city from this location. I will book this hotel again when I comeback
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
We sat at the bar, ordered food that was delicious and our bartender was awesome
- 3/5
I slept soundly, the hotel room was quiet and peaceful. However, I did not have a hot or even warm shower my entire stay. The sink water did get hot, but the shower water was COLD EVERY NIGHT! The vents were filled with dust and wall ornaments were obviously not cleaned in a LONG time. The hotel could do with a renovation to correct some of the outdated and overly used furnishings.
- 4/5
The staff was exceptional! Very friendly. Very helpful. Very welcoming. The poor woman at breakfast was handling serving, cooking and clearing tables. That was not fair to her. There was no selection in the area for snacks/drinks/water purchase.
- 1/5
I have stayed at many Hilton properties over the years, but my recent stay at this DoubleTree was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The entire room was extremely dirty upon arrival — dust and grime on surfaces, stained carpets, and an overall musty smell. The bathroom was especially unacceptable, with visible mold in the shower. Housekeeping clearly had not done a thorough cleaning, and it made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. I brought these issues to the staff’s attention, but the response was dismissive and no real effort was made to address the problems. For a “4 star” hotel I expected Hilton’s standard of cleanliness and service, but this property fell far below. I will not be returning to this location and I would advise other travelers to look elsewhere.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Satisfied all my needs.
- 5/5
Spectacular!
- 2/5
Almost none of the power outlet worked. Phone, lights and clock were not working and the power outlet behind the night stand was so old and covered with dust that every time I wiggle or touch the power code to see it works, it made a small sparks. It’s dangerous. The AC works well but so old and so loud which kept waking us whole night. No refrigerator, no gift shop that you can get water etc. Location is the only great thing about this hotel.
- 5/5
I would visit here again.
- 5/5
Great price for such a nice hotel.
- 2/5
I hate providing this type of review, but this property needs some serious TLC. The staff was great, but our hotel room it had mold in the main room and in the bathroom, which had been an issue before, because it looked like they had tried to paint over it. The HVAC either had freezing cold, hot, or off as an option.
- 5/5
Great location within walking distance from a variety of things to do.
- 3/5
Staff was great. Property is dated. Air conditioning did not work well in room.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Clean and safe.
- 5/5
They were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome like I had been there before. It was located next to where my appointment was.
- 5/5
Great location
- 2/5
no hot water. no refrigerator
- 4/5
Landry at the front desk is amazing! Keep it up you made our stay wonderful
- 2/5
Lady at check in was not friendly. Did not give us a pass for the parking garage (didn't know we needed one) and couldn't get out the next day. Hotel was not kept up. Chipped paint all over, shower faucet broken, shower curtain broken. Room and hotel overall looked and felt dirty. I stayed here 10 years ago and it was very nice. They have let it go downhill and I will not be back.
- 5/5
Clean establishment. Friendly staff.
- 1/5
The room was run down, dirty, stained and had mold in bathroom. The lobby floor and elevator were also dirty and in need of repair. The food was not edible.

For the price we paid, this hotel is run down and not nice. Everything is old and worn out. Needs a massive upgrade. My room was on the same floor as the pool and had a door with a key sensor out to the pool. One day after walking in the heat/humidity I decided to go to the pool to cool off quickly. I grabbed my key card and towel and exited my door to the pool. There was a locked (or should I say zip tied) gate outside to the pool area and so I was stuck and couldn't get to the pool area. No biggy...I tried to reenter my room so I could go the long way around and found that my key card didn't work in the second door to my room. So, I was stuck. I had to climb a fence to get over into the pool area and back to my room. It was a massive safety issue and a little scary. And, the pool wasn't even nice. Dirty, deck paint peeling, pool furniture in disrepair....nasty.
- 4/5
It was a decent hotel, rooms are kind of dated but great location.
- 5/5
Love staying at the Doubletree
- 5/5
Loved it
- 4/5
We checked in around 5 PM room was still not available as they had over 200 checkouts that day. We went to the restaurant you could tell that they were overwhelmed and understaffed, but still a good meal overall great day.

The staff was great, it was our first time staying at this Hilton and first time staying in downtown Little Rock. The staff was helpful and accommodating, from check in to check out. Pleasant experience, very nice hotel and affordable.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 4/5
I was on the 11th floor, loved the view and the quietness, will stay again.

The location on the river is fantastic! Overall, it was a nice stay but the hotel needs some work. Room keys didn’t work on multiple occasions, one of which had us locked outside at night and required a walk to the opposite side of the building to get back in. We also had to change rooms because a simple toilet lever issue could not be resolved quickly. Staff was a mixed bag - some great, some sub par. Relatively good value for the money. We would probably stay there again, even with the hiccups.

Rooms are in need of major repair and updating. Hotel is dirty.
- 3/5
The staff was pleasant. The hotel was clean for the most part. It could be better, especially for a downtown higher end hotel. Parking was good but a little confusing. Overall I would give it 3.5/5

Excellent service

We’ve ask multiple times to have our room cleaned and no one came to service our room. Their customer service is horrible. The lady who answered the phone was rude each time I called to have someone clean it was 5pm and no one came to clean, but she said they are still around. Look somewhere else.

Nice place. Nice people. Usual service.
- 4/5
It’s a hotel that employs a lot of amazing people. The staff was the best. The front desk staff, especially Rhonda and Landry, the cooks and the drivers. We never saw any bellmen to help with luggage. I really needed help since I only have one good arm. But they need to upgrade this hotel. Doors scuffed, a lot of chipped paint, baseboards peeling.

This was a horrible experience. The front guest lady name Jessica has horrible customer service. Don’t work in the tourism industry if you don’t want to deal with people. I will never stay at this hotel again..

I'm not trying to be picky, but I just feel like these were all valid things that I noticed with this supposed to be a more elite hotel chain in a more elite area..like if I was paying for a super 8 obviously I wouldnt care as much that my room didn't have a simple mini-fridge, or every floor didn't have an ice machine or the that hallway carpet needs attention, ect. But all that made our stay feel "Mid" - or Sub-par..

This was a beautiful hotel to stay in. The staff were super helpful and the room had a wonderful view! Will definitely be back!

AC unit did not work

We booked it because it was close to the theater which was convenient.

Close to everything

The entire staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Staff nice- But for this being part of the Hilton I expected nicer room accommodations. Coffe pot in the room only accessible water was bathroom sink or tub- no microwave, no place to store refrigerated food.
- 2/5
Compared to other hotels this is very outdated. The only thing nice is the lobby
- 3/5
There was a 30 minute wait to just check in. We had to stand in a line while 2 staff members tried to check in at least 100 people. Cleanliness of the room was sketchy, especially the bathroom.
- 4/5
The receptionist, while admitting it was her first day, checked us in but didn’t actually give us our keys nor tell us which room we were in. We had to ask her for that after she said “You’re all checked in. Have a great night” and turned to walk away. Bless her heart, she must have just been overwhelmed. We actually giggled about it. Not the hotels fault, but we were woken at 6:00 am by the room next door getting into a physical altercation. They were fighting so fiercely that our wall and bed shook during the scuffle. We called the front desk to ask for security, but no one ever came upstairs. The fighting and yelling continued off and on for almost two hours. In the hotel room and the hallway/elevator corridors. That single experience was awful enough that we won’t go back. The only reason we like this hotel is because of the location and the balcony option.

Rusted heater in room. Zero amenities outside of being next to the event center. Carpet was gross. $300 for a room without providing parking, breakfast, fridge in room. Definitely worse Hilton I’ve ever stayed in. Oh and fix the scary elevators.

We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping did not come to our room at all

This property was not what I thought it was going to be. My room was TINY. It was so loud in the hallways, bathroom was old and the staff was not super friendly. Left my ipad in my room and had to go back and they were not super friendly when I needed to get back in the room to get it.
- 3/5
The night we were there we had someone we didn’t know try to open our door. He had been assigned to our room and given a key from the front desk. To say it was a bit unnerving would be an understatement! I called the desk and they confirmed what had happened. Also, I’m a bit on the shorter stature side at 5’1”. The peephole was way too tall for me to use.

We always stay here when attending shows at Robinson. Very convenient. But they do need to fix their ice machines. Should not have to travel six floors to find a working ice machine!

There was mold on the ceiling of the shower.

Slow check-in, slow food service, parking ripoff

Great location and service. The hotel shuttle service was terrific and Lois and Larry are great drivers. The room was comfy but the hotel is tired. Updates help but all our room furniture was scuffed and worn. Same in the bathroom vanity

Perfect location for what we were there for.

Excellent. I will always try to snag the presidential suite when I’m in Little Rock.

I enjoyed it. Was like home! Cookies at check in were delicious!

The exterior was not safe and one of my colleagues stumbled over some metal that was broken off above ground. She fell and incurred extensive damage to the point of broken skin, bruises and bleeding. When the staff was made aware they acted nonchalantly and ignored the accident until the friends insisted on them getting some ice for the swelling and to cover the area up so no one else should incur a fall. The place was just not clean. The ice machine was broken and we had stains, ripped curtains, scratched up furniture and spots on the carpet.
- 5/5
The security guard at the parking garage during my stay was very rude and very unhelpful.

Close to convention center. Furniture was old, bath drain was rusted and old. Hallways were super cold. Was there for a conference, would not stay there again.
- 3/5
Overall it was a decent hotel. Wish the bar and restaurant had more options and quicker service.

The sheets are dingy and make you itch. There is a smoke smell in the hallways and rooms. I never leave hotel reviews, but this is probably the worst hotel (room wise) I have ever purchased. I will no longer stay at Hilton and will be writing the corporate office to request a refund. If you have a high standard don't stay here.

The room I had on the 4th floor had two doors (one to the hallway and the rear door to the pool deck) I walked out the rear door one time and later found old nasty cigarette butts on the floor of my room. Later I realized the butts came from the pool deck where they had washed back toward the door threshold in the rain. I KNOW the housekeepers must be aware of this but they obviously do not address it as part of their daily "cleaning" (see photo of threshold attached) Also, for once I needed a USB charge port which you can typically find everywhere in hotels but it was the 2nd day before I finally found a single... one (1) port... on the tiny alarm clock. It gave me the impression that the furniture in this hotel is the same since its build in 1995 (USB came out in 1996)...Is that even possible? Not worthy of the Hilton Brand.

Location is great for walking downtown. The room itself was very small. No room for a chair other than the desk chair up against a built-in desk. There was no room to open suitcases except on the bed. I have stayed at this hotel in the past with a larger room. But I won't book one of these small rooms again.
