Reviews
The hotel is praised for its beautiful property, friendly staff, and cleanliness. However, there are complaints about parking being far from the hotel and some issues with room availability and communication among staff.

Everyone working at the front desk was more than helpful over the multiple days I stayed. I will for sure stay here again next time I go to chicago.

I liked location. Unfortunately reception has been pretty bad. I was not given room though I booked it thru Expedia Stays and paid full room rent in advance. I was turned away in the mid night when I reported to check in.

Very family friendly, super clean, beautiful property. Pool is amazing it’s huge!

Large property that makes you feel secluded. Huge indoor pool that’s great for kids and a great lounge area to hang out.
- 5/5
Very nice place. Unfortunately the pool had been rented out the night we were there, so we weren't able to try it out. Enjoyed the nearby central park

Amazing time will be back again

The hotel is so great! The pool on a Saturday night at 9pm is a mess - towels everywhere, toys, trash, etc. Also saw someone pour a packet of bubbles or salts in the hot tub.

Property was nice and clean, I was under the impression that the property was going to be bad based on some bad reviews, but what a surprise, excelente place to stay, clean and the staff excellent service.
- 4/5
Be aware, this property allows pets and places pets in with the general population. On the third night of a three-night stay, we returned to our room to find a barking dog next door. When we complained, the night manager said the offending guest had the right to stay there even with a barking dog. Although she eventually moved the dog to a different location, it took a lot of effort on our part to get her to act. If the hotel wants to accomodate pet owners, it should have a policy that pet owners are given rooms in one part of the hotel away from non-pet guests.

My trip/stay was work related. I booked a certain room and was given a different one; not the end of the world, but the room had water in it from the heavy rain that day. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They moved me to a different room but the air conditioning didn’t work, which was inconvenient due the weather being pretty warm at that time. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was pretty quiet.

We attended a wedding at The Lodge. Staff at every interaction was helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place outside of the city about a 25min to an hour drive (depending on traffic of course) to the city, clean, safe and quite property that's well maintained. We had our dog with us and the green spaces were great for him. Only one thing that was a lil off, the fridge in the room had a 2 hr run time that was bitton activated.......

Great friendly staff! Beautiful property and surroundings! Great for nature walks with beautiful scenery! My kiddos loved the pool and hot tub :D We found the room somewhat dirty with dust clusters and nail clippings, and the hallways smelled weird (my kiddos named them Goat hallways). Our shower also did not drain property. It is a beautiful property but needs a bit more care, including the pool (it had broken missing tiles). Despite the few issues described, it is a great place to stay and we probably would come back. Something else to highlight is the proximity to great restaurants with tons of choices!

The room was clean, adequate storage. The grounds are lovely. Had to call about the TV. Was unplugged. Refrigerator didn't work after I brought back half my steak...wasted. Interesting pillows...have never encountered a pillow that heavy but adequate number. Mattress could have been a little firmer. Comode/shower room very tight.
- 3.5/5
The dinner in the bar restaurant was not worthy of a Hyatt hotel. Had sirloin skewer: all sauce, fatty, hardly vegies…terrible
- 3/5
It was recently updated, very comfortable, quiet. Staff was very polite and kind. The parking is weirdly like a few minutes walk down the road. It’s not far, but I didn’t like walking it in the dark. There were street lights but, it’s in the middle of nowhere. You snake back to it. It’s also a larger property and I felt like I had to do excessive walking to get to my room. The restaurant said open till 10:00 pm. I called at 9:30 to get food to go, they told me the kitchen was closed. So then why do they say 10:00? I thought I was calling ahead. Won’t be back to this one, probably just avoid Hyatts.

The property is beautiful and has walking paths that we really enjoyed. There is also outdoor seating and a dome with seating if it’s chilly out. The restaurant has big picture windows to enjoy the view and the breakfast was included in our room fee. We did not know this until the second morning because the restaurant is so out of the way, we didn’t see it the first morning and when we decided to look for it the second morning, the included breakfast was a nice surprise. The food was good but like any holiday or Drury inn hot breakfast. The setting makes it. The room was recently renovated and we slept well. The only minor complaint was that some of the surfaces seemed to have spots or not look fully wiped down. No major stains or issues though. Be prepared for a lot of walking. The parking lot is not close and the rooms are pretty spread out. There is a valet to park but it does cost money. This is not ideal if you are not able bodied, especially with luggage. We were on the third floor and had to walk to elevators further away due to construction.

Our stay was just ok. We had an issue with the loud toilet. Also, the nightlight in the bathroom should be able to be turned off. The bathroom would be better suited with a sliding door, instead of swinging door. It felt cramped inside the washroom. Also, a luggage stand would have helped. The water pressure at the sink faucets were low.
- 5/5
They were upgrading resort rooms, but it never disrupted our stay. The pool, spa and hot tubs are beautiful and well maintained and clean. I do wish they had a few more lounge chairs (they are hard to come by). Our only negative experience was at the Hearth Lounge. Brenda, our server wasn’t attentive. She rarely checked on us or refill our drinks or cocktails. The other server (Darren?) helped us out when Brenda would hide somewhere. Darren had a great personality, and we wish he had been our server.

Unhappy about the hot tub. It had a weird film present on top within the bubbles. Looked like dirt, or grime. Room was pretty clean, some minor noted stains on curtains. The carpeting was recently replaced which I had a big problem with and left reviews on it our last visit here. It really is a great place but could use some more upgrades including the food.
- 1/5
A conference ending the day that we arrived with no visibility that it was happening- leading to the hotel being very full unexpectedly, with individuals I would have otherwise not sought out. The on-site restaurant for breakfast was so poorly operated that I questioned everyone’s critical thinking abilities. The on-site evening, dining restaurant my husband rated the chicken Parmesan top three worst he’s ever eaten. The pool, while beautiful, was so poorly designed or designed by someone who doesn’t use their legs. It was the most dangerous pool I’ve ever encountered. It was so slippery. I watched numerous children fall as well as adults. Without any management oversight in this pool area, it was overrun by adolescent children, not being minded by their parents. Overall, the stay was less than desirable, considering the daily rate to stay at this place. I would not return here unless I absolutely had to.
- 4/5
I love staying at this hotel for the ambience and the quietness of the surrounding area. The lake/pond and walking trails make the lodge feel miles & miles away from the highway.

Absolutely yes clean room, staff was great so was the bar and breakfast.

Yes, staff is extremely helpful. Welcomed our pets and exceeded our expectations.
- 4/5
The hotel itself is nestled in a kind of a neat outdoorsy area with a lake and a walking trail. I’m sure it looks beautiful during the summer, but during the early spring it looked quite drab. My daughter loved the place. The gathering area near the bar/restaurant was such a cute little place, we ate our takeout dessert there. She wants to come back with her siblings and I’ll definitely try the hotel again.
- 4/5
The room was great, The amentias not so much the steam room was not steaming enough and the sauna never gets hot enough.. I've been there multiple times before in the past the sauna never gets hot, the steam room it was my first time that it was not working.

my wife and I had an amazing stay here the staff and rooms were great! only reason why i gave 4 stars not 5 is that we had requested through the booking to have a crib and a lake facing room to which the facility did not reply but the crib was supplied once we got there and asked, but overall great place staff and vibe and would highly recommend
- 4/5
The area and scenery was very nice and quiet. The room was a bit small and I thought the balcony would have been bigger than a small countertop. Not knowing patrons with dogs would be occupying the same hotel however I see why my allergies flared up.
- 5/5
Wonderful accommodations! Staff excellent, professional, helpful and made stay that much better.
- 4/5
Very well put together establishment. The amenities were immaculate. The rooms are on the small side and the balcony was almost like it wasn’t there. Pleasant stay not so sure about occupying rooms that dogs may have been in. Maybe that’s why my allergies flared up. Wonder how the facility may clean these rooms? The scenery however kept me calm while all the smaller kids were riding on the luggage carrier. The staff at the bar was very friendly and the music that plays across the speaker system is nice. Love the piano.

Visiting the Hyatt several times for family fun staycations has became a tradition almost! I love the amenities. I love the cleanliness. Do not know the persons name who checked us in but super super nice! Some things that were very disappointing was travelling and paying for a room strictly for amenities. When those amenities are not up to part. It is very frustrating. Through the door it was not clear that the 2nd floor was under construction. Getting on the elevator with bags to be on the 3rd floor to turn back around and see the sign that the elevator won’t work to go to 2nd floor. To Walking up to the 2nd floor ….to travel through dust and bare floor construction zone was shocking. To get down to the pool and the jets did not work with a room temp tub vs hot tub was disappointing. Also, Last visit there was a tub in the room. This time. The stand up shower I liked but is definitely definitely a risk. Even with the doors shut water still spills on to the floor. Making it a skating rink.
- 4/5
Stayed on a Sunday with family wasnt too busy. room was clean beds were comfortable TV in room was biggest ive seen in a hotel room. Pool was huge and was at perfect temperature. - 3/5
The rooms are spacious but feel a bit dated. The hotel grounds are pleasant, though some areas appear outdated. The pool is an amazing if you’re going with kid. Restaurants are nice and free parking is a plus.
- 1/5
Unfortunately this hotel has gone downhill fast. The pool area was unkept - no towels - broken furniture around the pool. The breakfast restaurant staff was unfriendly, the food was cold and completely overpriced. When we sat down for breakfast 3/4 of the empty tables had dirty plates and left over food on them. The menu in the bar area has been decreased to very minimal items and to get a burger was $18. We went to a wonderful restaurant just a mile away and had a much better meal for the same price. It is unfortunate that the Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook has gone down hill as we have enjoyed staying there in the past - so much potential and now we will not stay there again.
- 1/5
Despite looking appealing in photos, the actual experience was disappointing from the start. Parking requires guests to park across the street and walk to the hotel, which is especially unpleasant in cold weather. The room was poorly maintained. The bedspread and pillows had visible stains and black spots, the ceiling showed an unfinished repair, and the bathroom showerhead had mold and white crusty buildup. Nearly every area of the bathroom showed signs of dirt or neglect, making the room feel unsanitary and rundown. The sauna was also unacceptable. It was in poor condition and clearly not cleaned regularly. There was visible hair from previous guests, even though I used it early in the morning. I attempted to contact the front desk several times without success. Due to these conditions, I left and stayed at another hotel. The next day, I spoke with Josh, the night manager, who apologized and stated I would not be charged. The following day, he reversed this and said management would charge me for one night, claiming he never specified which days would not be charged. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not stay at this property again and would advise others to avoid it.

- 5/5
My new fav hotel. Great friendly staff!!
- 3/5
We came for the pool; it was very nice and clean. Floor is slippery because of the tiles but that is a given near a pool that it's going to be wet. I did not like that the staff was clueless when I asked a simple question (where can i get ear plugs from was the question), and I got lost trying to find the lobby bc the first floor is out for construction. Luckily the construction guy was standing there to give me directions on how to get to the lobby from C level. There should be a marked sign showing the correct elevators to use and where they are located to get to the lobby, not just a NO sign over the 1 button in the elevator saying 1st floor is inaccessible. Not helpful at all when you are traveling with kids who need mom to carry everything and make sure, they are keeping up the pace. Parking was 3 blocks away which is weird but ok whatever. There isn't a "sundries" shop for forgotten things like toothbrush whatever, and if you are forgetful (we all are sometimes) you have to physically go to Walgreens for whatever you need and parking isn't on site unless you valet which we did not. I would stay here again for the kids to swim though.
- 5/5
We loved our room and the convenience of the hotel. The pool and amenities were great!
- 3/5
The room and staff were great as always. However, we arrived on a Friday and the pool and hot tub were FILLED with children. No way could we do lap swims or even enjoy the hot tub. (Is is safe for small children to be in a hot tub?) Many were poorly behaved in a public space. Is there some way of finding out if there are parties for children planned or some way of avoiding this in the future. [email protected]

We had reservations for the prancers pub. They booked a private party near the fire so no one could sit there. We came for a Christmas vibe but that is not what we got. Private parties should be booked away from the Christmas themed bar during the holidays. Last year we loved it this year not so much.
- 4/5
Room was very nice and staff was helpful. Good food and drink. Major problem was the parking and a walk to the parking lot that I didn't expect. Left on a snowy Sunday morning. Got stuck on ice, hit the gas and struck a vehicle behind me. I reported it to the front desk and wound up paying the vehicle owner $2,800 in damages. Wound up being a very expensive weekend.

Overall the hotel was beautiful I see why people get married here. From the ponds to the pools and the beautiful scenery. It was very quiet which I love at a hotel. I’m coming back and for a longer stay next time! Thank you hyatt
- 5/5
Everything was great second time staying here and would definitely stay here again. So low key and relaxing.
- 4/5
The heat needs to be able to turn on. It’s October and only the air can be turned on.
- 4/5
Hotel is very nice
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Beautiful and quiet environment. Will book another trip there. Thank you !!! It’s was a beautiful birthday at HYATT❤️

Good
- 5/5
Beside the spider webs and dust on the ceilings, the room was pretty clean. Only other issue was the faucet on the bathroom sink leaks when on high pressure.
- 5/5
The setting and grounds of this hotel are really beautiful. Lots of places throughout the hotel to work/ visit/ chill. We were there for 2 weeks (w a small dog) and it was comfortable & easy to manage. Lots of shopping & restaurants nearby.
- 2/5
The room was very dirty, there were splats of dirt on the curtains and on the walls. The desk was dirty with scuffs and visible residue. There was a q-tip left on the floor from a previous tenant, the bathroom door had visible residue on the outside above the door handle. There was a dirty gap between where the carpet meets the wall. The bed was the only clean aspect of the room. The staff was very nice but I did not have time to complain about the cleanliness issue.
- 2/5
Finally, on the last day, we could take showers because only boiling water was coming out of the shower and the cold faucet
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Love this hotel and will definitely be back
- 1/5
We got there to find out they overbooked and had no room for us, even after i called the morning of to confirm. They didn’t bother calling us to tell us, so we were stranded with no room at night. Had to drive to another town and stay elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel and will never book with them again.
- 1/5
They did put us up at another Hyatt property about 5 miles away and offered to have us come back to their property the next night. We didn't want to have to move again so we stayed at the new Hyatt both nights. The original hotel did pay for the first night but it was disappointing to arrive after traveling all day and find out they did not have a room for us.
- 5/5
Love how quiet it is!
- 3/5
I enjoyed the grounds and thought they were beautiful.
- 5/5
Great Hotel
- 3/5
The actual facilities seem untouched since the McDonalds days. The railing are worn, the tiles are missing grout. The property needs a major refresh. The service was kind but not luxury. More akin to the breakfast buffet at a Days Inn.
- 3/5
Towels doesn’t smell good. Coffee that they provide to the guest no good and when they clean they didn’t put more the 1st time
- 3/5
Checked in at night, front desk tried to charge $275 then dropped it to $127 and then dropped the deposit to $50 which made more sense since we paid more than $500 for the hotel within itself. Overall the hotel was nice, clean, cheap vending machines, beautiful bathroom but make sure breakfast is included in your stay or you will be charged more. Other than that close to the Oakbrook mall, restaurants etc
- 4/5
Nice place food was great just need some upgrades on the rooms no microwave in rooms and basic rooms
- 5/5
Pool was large with a large hot tub. The hot tub could have been a little warmer.
- 5/5
Love this place!

Got some time away for my birthday. Was perfect! Was able to unwind and rest. Spa was great, pool and hot tub were wonderful, albeit a bit crowded Monday morning of a holiday weekend. Loved the walking trails and will definitely be back. Perfect oaisis not far from the city.
- 5/5
Very beautiful surroundings
- 5/5
Wonderful pool area, the entrance of the Lodge was beautiful and it smelled fresh and inviting. The staff was friendly and the food was good. We will definitely be back.
- 5/5
Pool & whirlpool was nice. Near oak brook mall
- 5/5
Phenomenal property with an classy vibe.
- 5/5
Service was great, the guys at the front desk were amazing, the shuttle guys was very friendly and warm. Definitely coming back
- 5/5
If you are looking for a nice relaxing get away, Hyatt Lodge in Oakbrook is the spot for you.
- 5/5
5⭐️ The property is stunning, with beautifully maintained landscaping. The lobby is spotless and welcoming, with a pleasant scent. Rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the open balcony adds a nice touch. Bonus points for the smart TV! The only downside is that water isn’t complimentary, and for the price, breakfast should really be included. Overall, a beautiful hotel with excellent cleanliness and serene natural surroundings.
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet. Bed was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking is a bit of a way away from hotel but adequate. The whole facility has been kept in excellent shape. My only suggestion is to improve the breakfast experience by adding wait staff who takes your order and serves the table. It now feels like you are ordering food at an airport food court. But beyond that this is an excellent choice for a stay near Chicago.
- 5/5
The property was amazing, quaint, with a luxury feel. I do not want to stay anyone else in Oakbrook
- 5/5
Went to Chicago to visit my kids. Amazing stay at Oak Brook Lodge. Super friendly staff. Brought my dog and he loved it too!
- 4/5
This is a decent hotel for the cost. They are located very close to my client so it made it easy for me. Just kind of an odd setup. You have to park quite far from the front door so you are actually walking through the restaurant to get to your hotel room if you want a shorter route. The hotel needs an update for sure.
- 4/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 5/5
The spa area in this hotel is fantastic they have a steam room, a sauna and a huge pool and huge hot tub under a sky view window!! Staff always very friendly. Rooms always clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The walking trails and scenic areas are a plus! Also have a full restaurant and full bar on a lakeside view.

1. I ordered a $100+ arrangement from a local florist to be waiting in our room to surprise my wife when we checked in. It wasn’t here. I went to front desk and asked about it and young man I spoke with knew nothing about it. I stepped away and called florist who confirmed delivery that morning. Came back to tell same desk clerk and saw flowers on a shelf directly behind him where they’d been sitting for 5 hours, undelivered to our room. Very disappointed. 2. Check in person offered us a bottle of champagne which we gladly agreed to, then he quickly switched the offer to $50 in the bar. We are not bar people but would have enjoyed a glass or two in our room. Disappointed.
- 4/5
Walking from the parking lot to the building is not the cleanest.
- 5/5
The staff is so friendly, and the property is very clean. I would recommend staying here.
- 4/5
They should consider having continental breakfast for the guests! Some of the rooms needs updating, I really like the resort feel and the peace and quiet!
- 5/5
Love this Hotel. I will be back! 🤓
- 4/5
Hyatt Oak Brook was a pleasant stay. I was traveling with my boomer mother and 12yo son. We enjoyed the huge pool and breakfast. The property is sort of isolated but plenty of food options not too far. I would definitely stay again
- 4/5
Great safe area
- 5/5
Excellent location
- 5/5
Beautiful, clean, and quiet. Will def be back if the price is right.
- 4/5
Everything was wonderful, the pool was great. Only bad thing was i specifically looked for a place with a hot tub and it was under maintenance so that was a bummer.
- 5/5
This was the best hotel! It was super pretty and the room was amazing especially the shower ! I was nervous when i saw some bad reviews but don't listen to them! The restaurant is good too
- 5/5
Marco and the front desk team were awesome.
- 5/5
I had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful and peaceful, with great ambience. Our room was a great size and the staff were amicable. One aspect of the room I found unpleasant was the settings of the mini fridge because they only run for 2 hour periods at a time. Any leftovers risk spoilage if not manually and continuously set to chill, which is highly inconvenient, especially when storing food overnight.
- 5/5
Beautiful setting.
- 5/5
Very clean, people very friendly and very nice looking hotel
- 3/5
Not the Hyatt experience we usually get or expect. Wanted a refund at checkout but was told they couldn’t since it was done thru Expedia.
- 5/5
Great. Place to stay. Cozy and relaxing
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Loved the waterfront area... very quiet and peaceful. Good breakfast with a view. Great amenities in the hotel as well. Enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, serene
- 5/5
The restaurant and bar area should be open past 10pm. Waitress was in a rush to get us in and out and was vocal about it. Overall nice time.
- 5/5
Great location
- 2/5
Kingrooms dont have a tub! Too Much Plastic cups , glasses coffee cups and krup style coffee maker! You take away personal shampoo bottles but everything else is Plastic silverware cups bags for room service is ok? Makes no sense! Also no maps are guven of the Hotel so be prepared to get lost! Overall not happy with this property will not return!plastic Shampoo bottles

Nice hotel for relaxing and vibing!!!
- 1/5
Terrible noise! Went on for hours. When I called the front desk- “ said they can’t come and check all night**
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. Clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Kind, friendly and helpful staff
- 5/5
Really nice.
- 5/5
Super close to Oakbrook mall which is why we come and visit. We stay overnight and have two days of shopping. Rooms and bathroom were super clean. Easy good stay.
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Peaceful
- 3/5
No real suites… these rooms are old dorm rooms from McDonalds University….
- 5/5
This is a hidden gem and great for business meetings !
- 5/5
The convention center was away from the hotel. So the kids and everyone else didn't have to quiet down while we were having our family reunion. Very nice establishment.
- 5/5
Loved being on the lake with the Swans. Nice and relaxing area. Apparently, it is very kid friendly.
- 5/5
Our stay went pretty smooth. Staff was great and helpful. We came to celebrate my husbands birthday and really enjoyed ourselves.
- 5/5
Love this place , we always stay here when traveling up to Chicago
- 4/5
Nice hotel attached to a corporate campus. Looooong walk to your room but there were carts available for your luggage.
- 5/5
It was a great hotel but their parking was awfully far from my room
- 4/5
Self parking lot far away.
- 5/5
This place is simply the best
- 5/5
Nice and quiet place. Pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean. The pool is huge.
- 5/5
Peaceful surroundings yet close to countless restaurants and Oak brook Mall. Highly recommend stopping at York Tavern for a burger and brew. In an old house about two minutes away from the Lodge!
- 5/5
Property was like going on a retreat.
- 4/5
Older place but in great shape. Nice clean rooms and comfy beds. Great pool and locker room was clean with nice sauna. Very cool lobby/bar area. Great staff. Other than some if the early afternoon kitchen staff could have been friendlier.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
I will definitely be back
- 5/5
Amazing , quiet & close to nature , love the vibe .
- 5/5
Staff, atmosphere..Quiet..
- 5/5
Very good place to relax and unwind.
- 5/5
My wife and I went here for a little mini vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The tv was very large and had excellent picture quality. The lake view is magnificent! There were 3 hot tubs, so plenty of room for everyone even during peak hours! My only complaint is the parking lot was a little far from the lobby, so I probably wouldn’t stay here during the extreme cold weather months.
- 3/5
The reason I downgraded our stay was the parking situation. The parking I felt was to far away.
- 4/5
Area of of improvement include room, carpeting, and small maintenance items that I ran across doing our stay. Also, what’s really needed is a water bottle refill station. There are ice machines and vending machines on every floor, but I didn’t find a drinking fountain or filtered water dispensers available.
- 3/5
Parking lot under construction messing amd challenging to get to main entrance. Front desk staff pleasant and very helpful. Inner building lacked clear instruction to locate pool, sauna steam room. Rooms were excellent bed super comfy. Disappointed in breakfast i miss understood i thought set up was brunch. Overall ok nearby Oak Brook mall and fine eatry. Review other spa like lodges before locking into this location. Happy travels....

Excellent customer service
- 4/5
Beautiful property
- 5/5
Awesome place
- 5/5
Excellent hotel, premises and amenities. Their gym was so much better than many of the big commercial gyms. Excellent cleaning service. Excellent forest area surrounding the hotel. Only downsides are: 1. Hotel is a bit far from shopping and dining, and one needs to take a taxi to go anywhere. 2. too many events happening daily.
- 5/5
Beautiful park like setting complemented by the gorgeous prairie style architecture by Dirk Lohan.
- 5/5
Everything about this place is a vibe!! Nice clean rooms, and nice big clean pool, the outdoor space is amazing.
- 5/5
I loved this place. Great staff. Clean rooms. Beautiful grounds.
- 3/5
Nice areas but hoyel was old and not clean
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Frequently stay here, always consistent and enjoy the property. Staff are always accommodating and friendly.
- 3/5
Hello, this place was exceptionally nice on the outside but left much to be desired on the inside. Please update torn and severely worn furniture at the $250/night price point. Also rooms could benefit from a deep clean i.e dirty corners, dirty & torn carpeting throughout property. Thanks for the stay
