Everything was very good.

It was a little inconvenient at first, to take a shower and there was NO soap in dispenser...and they are large dispensers! And shampoo was nearly emptly. But front desk responded quickly and they were very helpful during the stay.

It’s right off a highway but very quiet. Close proximity to malls, restaurants, groceries and easy access to highways.

As soon as I walked in, I noticed the two ladies behind the desk, their demeanor was not very welcoming.

The hall carpeting was dirty. Needs updating. Really like staying at Residence inns but this is not one I will be coming back too.

Busy weekend in Chicago so my room was not ready for an early check in. With that said, everything else went very well.

I was very disappointed your website showed a photo of a hot tub but the hot tub had been removed over a year ago. I called Orbitz about a discount since they had false advertisement, and the person was so rude and not understanding. Will not book through this site again! I will be telling friends/ family as well. Horrible customer service

Photos show a hot tub and this place had the exact opposite. It was replaced with a cold pool. Multiple people came in, put their feet in the water, complained, then left. The pool was cold and the hot tub no longer exists. They also wacked me with a bizarre parking fee. I travel every week, this only occurs at the seediest of seedy hotels. That was apparent at how the bathroom had random hairs and red droplets in spots.

My family and I gave the hotel an 8/10. Why? We would have given it a 10/10 if the hot tub wasn't under construction, the continental breakfast had a better selection, and there were maxi pads in the maxi pads container in the women's bathroom on the first floor.

The property and Staff were excellent. It is in a quiet location but near to many areas for shopping and dining.

So much dust on the air conditioning vents. Had not been cleaned in a very long time.

My only issue, Im not quite sure the AC in the room was working properly or if was operator error. Set the temp to 68 but it never moved from 73. Otherwise, great hotel with great staff!

I like how comfortable and clean my room was. In the picture I assumed it was an oven in there..but i was able to make my suprise dinner work. But the breakfast did make my friend sick. But overall we enjoyed out stay

From the beginning of our stay to the end she made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The suite was dirty and outdated and reeked of smoke. I couldn't take a shower without getting a headache each time. Seriously if you value your money go elsewhere. For the price you will be greatly disappointed and disrespected by staff members. - If I could give 0 stars I would. On a positive note, Dede was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to engage with. She deserves a raise.

Our room was not ready anywhere near check in time. It was not ready 3 hours after check in time. I was unable to check in the previous day even know I was asked several times to do so. The ice maker took over 90 mins to push out the first batch and only got 3 in total in 18 hours. The room was a quiet and it was smaller than most single room at other hotels. Luckily we did not have to be at dinner early or we would have missed it.

Excellent service, good area and very clean. The only complaint is towards other guest who were very rude and a nuisance to others in the public spaces like lobby and pool. Other than that everything was excellent.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. Hard as a brick and it creaked and squeaked whenever you moved a muscle. The carpet in the suite looks like it's probably never been shampooed before, as well as the pillows on the couch. The HVAC was loud and rattled throughout the night also. All in all, it wasn't completely terrible. The hotel is kind of off to the side in this abandoned looking office plaza, my uber drivers struggled to find the entrance a few times. I was in town for a few days for the holidays and the kitchenette in the room and the Oak Brook location were convenient. I think it couldve been a little cheaper though. Just okay but wouldnt stay again because the bed was so hard and uncomfortable.

It was a great stay

Everything was clean and up-to-date. Appreciated the Tv that swiveled from sofa bed to queen bed. Disappointed with we saw no sign of, even after requesting towels at the desk, until our final day of a 5-day stay.

The rooms were very nice. The attendees in every area were very, very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast had so many items to choose from. Very impressive.We enjoyed the patio. I look forward to using the same type of facility/Marriott on the next trip.

Nice stay on a crowded weekend

A Little tricky to find the hotel. Cab from O'Hare was expensive. Try Lyft or Uber? Excellent front desk staff. Stayed one night on the front end of my trip and one night on the end of my trip. Both nights met our expectations.

I loved the suite! Having a kitchen with a full fridge and free breakfast helped save so much money! The room was quiet and comfortable with lots of space. Lots of free parking and just a couple minute drive to Oakbrook Mall. My only complaint is the hot tub and pool were hard to swim in because of all the chemicals. Everything else as great!

The property in itself was pretty decent the pool was pretty cold over chlorinated and burned my whole family's eyes. There was a proudly 15 year old girl with her breast hanging out, at around 9:30 at night my husband went to go to the lobby and was approached by a group of men that harassed him they were intoxicated and threatening threatening. At 9:45 we had a pack of all our things leave out the side door so we didn't run into these men and check out the girl at the front desk said quote I'm sorry. We have yet to receive the refund they should probably get security guards and I am absolutely appalled that this is a representation of Expedia and Marriott they should be ashamed of themselves

Recently had a 2 night stopover on business, hotel was good, rooms were large with a decent choice for the free breakfast, conveniently situated only 10 minute walk from Oakbrook Mall, would definately stay here again.

Breakfast selections were pretty good, pool was perfect for family with little kids, room was good. Check in was a little annoying as keys didnt work and asked front desk for extra bedding for kids and didnt get what we asked for.

The lady at the front desk was great, very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was surprisingly cold. The bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable! My wife and I both woke up with back and neck pain.

Rooms were over priced & out dated. The beds were horrible for real. Like all 3 of us barley slept the two nights we stayed. The ac stopped working in the 2nd room unfortunately. It was hot as hell. The walls are paper thin too. We were woke up by are neighbors alarm. The toilet was clogged in the 1st room too. There’s more but you get the point. A refund would save you a customer in the future. If not we’re done with your company. Thanks

we had a good time at the property the only thing i did not like is we did not receive wifi info and noone came around for dirty towels or trash and i know the fridge wasnt clean because someone left an old orange juice but other than that the place was nice and updated i would stay again

The entire first floor was under construction! Also I booked a room for four people and there was only one bed and no let out couch!! But the room was clean and Ken the manager did bring us a roll away and accommodated us for all of the confusion.
