The breakfast was very good, appreciated choices, quality of food. Location of property great, being at a Oakbrook Mall. The furniture could use updating, a little dated for such a nice hotel.

The lobby area was clean. The pool was nice but almost hot tub temperatures. Conveniently located near a mall with lots of things for my father-in-law to do with the kids while we attended a wedding.

Umm they need to fix the bath tub in room 554. Door was stuck also for the same door
- 3/5
The property is in a good location - right across from the high end shopping mall. But the room I stayed in was not clean when I checked in and I had to ask for another room. The interior of the rooms are old and need a major upgrade. I understand some rooms went through the upgrades but many have not - there were carpet stains and the furniture was very dated. The bathroom door in the two rooms I was in did not close properly which was weird. There was chipped paint on the walls and the doors. The common areas like the lounge were updated so that was nice to see.

My room was clean, it was outdated but they are working on that part and renovating the hotel. The room we stayed in must have been over the party room. There was really loud music playing during the night but we were so tired we just went to sleep, but that was a nuance!

I need a whole update on the rooms. The paper wall was already peeling throughout the whole property and restroom.
- 5/5
Everything was fantastic! Everyone was friendly, and the place was spotless. There were plenty of things within walking distance, and the city was just a 25-minute Uber ride away. We did encounter an issue with the restroom, but after maintenance arrived, there was still some leaking, but it was manageable. if in the area again will definitely be booking at the Double Tree again.
- 2/5
The rooms was outdated and the bathroom shower water didn’t work properly and toilet was leaking water. Would not recommend this hotel
- 3.5/5
Needed some maintenance painting, etc. wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom. Paint above the shower was peeling off.

Not as up to date as i imagined. Poor lighting in the room. No mini fridge in the room.
- 4/5
Breakfast was ok, hotel was quiet, parking was convenient, the restaurant hours were extremely limited. We arrived shortly before check in and the bar did not open until 30 minutes after check in started than closed at 10, we had an event and could not make it back in time for a night cap.

The decor of building and amenities are nice. The main issue was the comforter. It was extremely old. The stuffing was clumped and hard inside. When we requested a new one, the replacement was the same. It was weird because the rest of the bedding was good, pillows nice, sheets clean and white, soft. We expect consistency and a level of care from this hotel chain. Seems like an easy thing to fix. We also had to ask twice for the issue to be addressed, and staff was not at all attentive or concerned about the quality.
- 3/5
Some of the walls in the hall on my 4th floor seemed to have plaster and no paint. I was told by front desk they were in middle of remodeling the rooms, but when I stayed at the same hotel more than a year ago I was told the same thing. I had to request a fridge when I checked in which took approximately 3 hours. Thankfully, I didn’t have any issues with staff or breakfast. I give the hotel a plus for free parking. I did however was looking forward to having breakfast in my room and was told by I would have to pay extra due to breakfast being buffet style.
- 4/5
Everything was clean. No fridge in the room and there was paint peeling off the ceiling shower. Such a simple fix. Would take an hour to repair and the room would be back available by the end of the day.
- 5/5
Easy and free parking. Staff was great.
- 2/5
Noisy. Slow elevator. Reserved a double bed room but forced to take a king bed room without refund of the price difference.

The room I paid for was not available so they placed me in another room which wasn’t accommodating for the amount of people that was with me. The room had many issues the shower was broken the water wouldn’t drain in the tub . Just a horrible experience
- 2/5
Staff was wonderful but the property very run down & noisy renovations in progress. There was no mention of renovation work on booking website or hotel website . Very large 7 story property with lower level conference & event center with only 3 elevators to accommodate all guest & each was limit 5 passengers . We stayed 8 days & on most days there was an elevator out of service. A couple of days 2 elevators out of service & we ended up taking stairs from 6th floor, stairs didn’t even route us to lobby. One day there was no hot water due to boiler breaking down & no communication about the situation to the hotel guests. All unacceptable.

The suite was great for me and my husband who goes to bed much earlier than me. The bed was very comfortable. However, some of the finishes in the suite definitely needed attention, i.e. scratched wood trim and was a bit dated. But, the real issue was the water pressure, it was terrible and we had to shower under just a stream. Wasn’t what I was expecting from DoubleTree. We were only there for one night so we managed, but if it had been any longer I would have asked to be moved.
- 5/5

- 2/5
The property was in significant disrepair. It is a large property with many guests, and only one elevator was working throughout the weekend. This made the utilization of the elevators nearly impossible. The room's heat was overactive, with the room extremely hot even after setting the wall units to 60 degrees. The shower barely put water out during use with most water coming out of the tub faucet.
- 4/5
The property is nice and right across the street from the Oak Brook mall. The property is a little outdated and the area we stayed at had some construction/remodeling happening but

Was very clean, a lot of parking, continental breakfast. There’s a cafe, bar, and they give out water and cookies at check in/ out!

Our 2 complaints were peeling paint in bathroom and peeling wallpaper in hallways. The biggest issue is we had no hot water on Saturday 3/21. Was very disappointed in our stay with the exception of the staff we had to deal with.

I had to switch rooms because my tub would not drain and the check in system broke down so I had to wait 30+ minutes to be checked in when I was the only guest in line.
- 3/5
hotel was aesthetically pleasing, but the limited elevators were frustrating. The kitchen being closed for food in the afternoon, evening, and late evening was annoying as well. Travelers should have been notified that the kitchen was going to be closed for the rest of the day after breakfast. The phones didn't work and there was no room service.
- 3/5
Too noisy during day and night time!

No hot water at 10:00am on a Sunday. And a motion sensor light switch in the room that had a mind of its own. Other than that, lots of parking, delicious welcome gift, very clean, friendly staff…

We booked a King Size bed room and they gave us a room with two double beds because they ran out of king size rooms.
- 3/5
The room was in great condition, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed building rapport and having conversations with the two bartenders during the evening hours at the DoubleTree. I told myself I’ll definitely schedule another stay there, but next time I’ll come when it’s not during a holiday.

The hotel is outdated. The room was cold (even when the thermostat was at 78), the ceiling in the bathroom was pealing, the TV was old. The hotel had the potential to be a really good hotel, but it needs some work.

The smell in the hallway. And the loudest from workers and other guest
- 3.5/5
Wouldve appreciated a fridge for food. Also disappointed there were no cookies available.
- 1/5
Constant Noise: There was construction in the hallways every morning. Furthermore, other guests played loud music on personal speakers in the lobby as late as 3:00 AM without regard for others. Safety & Environment: The facility constantly smelled of marijuana, with people smoking right outside the entrance. The situation escalated to the point where the police had to be called due to noise complaints. Lack of Oversight: While the front desk staff was very nice and helpful, they seemed unable to regulate guest behavior or enforce basic house rules. The property needs better security or stricter policies regarding parties and noise. The Silver Lining: The staff members themselves were professional and kind when I approached them for assistance, but they simply didn't have the support needed to maintain a quiet, professional environment. Verdict: I will not be returning. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and security.

From the second we walked into Hilton Double Tree it felt Good! We were welcomed with a smile and such friendly service, Your Breakfast staff was Beyond Amazing, We Loved it here and I will tell everyone There is a crack between the glass doors in your pool room, so there was a cold breeze, and the hot tub jets don't work, so the hot tub was probably 105 having one of my own, it was So Hot, But everything else was Amazing.
- 5/5
We selected the Doubletree to stay after a nearby family Christmas party to avoid a late drive home to Michigan. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the registry staff was very helpful, and our room had a view of downtown Chicago. It was quiet and easy to get to the highway in the morning. Will stay again!
- 5/5
The hotel was nice

Alex at reception was so nice and accommodating, my husband and I checked in very late at night and Alex welcomed us warmly and allowed us a late check out. I couldn't speak highly enough of her.
- 5/5
Facilities were clean. The front desk person was very welcoming and helped us get a room based on our needs for this stay.

THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, ROOMS COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS. THAT WE PAID HAD TO PAY FOR BREAKFAST, WHEN WE ARE PAYING ALL THAT MONEY FOR THE ROOMS,WE MIGHT ASWELL HAVE BREAKFAST FREE. LIKE FREE AS TO WHERE WE DONT HAVE TO PAY FOR IT WHEN WE BOOKING ROOMS. SHOULD ALREADY BE INCLUDED.

The bathrooms had the low toilets, not good for seniors . The bathroom ceiling was peeling , wallpaper in the hallways was coming down.
- 5/5
Robin at front desk was amazing Amenities were excellent
- 3/5
Musty smell in the room. Toilet would run on and off, no fridge.
- 1/5
Room was so hot we couldn't sleep. Told front desk engineer came up and said it should cool down and left.
- 3/5
Staff was excellent. Bed was comfortable. My issue is bathroom. Shower head had duct tape to “ slow” leak. It just caused a spray of water all over. Knob for water was loose , so it was difficult to turn water on or off. Presume both issues were existing for a while.
- 3/5
The hotel lobby area is very beautiful. The common hallway to our room left a lot to be desired, partially repaired drywall, stained carpets. As for the room, it could use some updating. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were extremely small for the king bed and flattened very easily. The one thing they did for me was promptly bring a refrigerator to my room to keep my medication cold.
- 5/5
The breakfast choices are ordinary. Its good continental breakfast choices, the staff are great, but the rooms needs serious updating . shower/tub slow drains. Foyer is very welcoming. If you missed the first shift of housekeeping, they will not comeback even if you asked them to come back a little later. The location is very accessible.

The person who checked us in was excellent. We had come from another hotel that was filthy and had bugs in the bathroom. She was so attentive to our needs and made sure that this hotel was going to be better. She She definitely made our night. She even contacted us the next day to make sure everything was great.
- 5/5
Did not eat breakfast just nice clean room quiet And very attentive staff
- 1/5
We booked this hotel because of a wedding we were going to. When you walk in it looks pretty nice and updated but it’s very deceiving because once you go into the elevator, the whole experience changes. The elevators sound like they’re not even gonna make it up and down to get you to your floor. Once you get in the room, it is so beat up and dated our bathroom had cracked tile, peeling wallpaper, peeling paint on the ceiling, no vent in the bathroom, paint was chipped all over the doors. The furniture was very beat up. The carpet was gross and stained. It was so disgusting. There was also a huge issue with the air conditioning, not working. The hallways felt like they were 90 degrees. The room was so hot and the ac would not turn on. Went downstairs to see if we could swap rooms or if there was an issue. She stated the ac will not turn on because of the time of year. She said she could turn the unit completely off or let it blow room temp air. I appreciated her honesty because I will not sleep in a room that’s almost 80 degrees. Others in the wedding party had same issue and ended up leaving. She was kind enough to let us immediately check out with no charge and apologized. Seems like the ac thing has been an issue due to reviews every from 4 months ago. Would not recommend staying here. Do not waste your time or money.
- 4/5
Staff at check in were extremely pleasant
- 4/5
Convenient for the convention I was attending. The elevators were not all working, and the doors close in a couple of seconds after opening.
- 3/5
Location Bar and bartender was nice The rooms are outdated. Phones don’t work to call hotel or to call down to front desk. Being told you have a balcony is misleading when the door is locked to go on the balcony. The room I got at first I couldn’t see out of the window.
- 1/5
I was so disappointed about service. Because bathrooms are so bad in whole three days I couldn’t take a shower because bathrooms tubs were so clogged and moving so much and also bathroom sink also clogged. So much disappointment that. I complained I texted and calls and I complained about that the cleaning lady. No one listen to me. Never ever stayed in hotel again.

My room was really cold. And the water was also cold. I should have gotten my money back from this stay.
- 3/5
We paid a lot of money for 3 ppl to stay 2 nights. There were only 2 shower towels (which we didn't realize until it was too late to call anyone) and there was a flood outside our door that was leaking into our room. I told the front desk person this when we checked out and said it was not cool to have to wear shoes at all times in our room. She seemed more concerned with calling someone to fix the problem than acknowledging my complaint. The rates got jacked because of it being marathon weekend; if it weren't for feeling robbed to stay in a room with wet carpet & no microwave/fridge, this would be a good place to stay. I expected better from the "Hilton" name besides great parking. The location was good for us...but the overall hotel experience was lackluster. The attached photo is the 1-2 inches of standing water outside our door.
- 4/5
Hotel was older than nice for its age, there was some renovations being done so we didn’t have a microwave or a refrigerator in the room, but they brought a refrigerator to us. The staff was excellent and kind and helpful. There was some dirt and trash in our room when we arrived, but they removed it quickly. Beds are pretty good!
- 5/5
Yes it was easy to find and navigate.
- 3/5
Staff was nice and friendly. Location was good close to Oak Brook Center. Condition of hotel shows signs of neglect in rooms and in the lobby. There was tape holding down carpet in the lobby. Scotch tape holding together wallpaper in my room. Tub/Shower plastic was peeling off, tiles broken, etc. Comforter was slightly stained. Not a great look. Fine for me staying one night I guess.
- 5/5
It’s was ok. Could use more cleaning and better mattress.
- 3/5
Hotel in need of repair but friendly staff. Breakfast was horrible and need up an upgrade.

The hotel is in terrible condition. Everything in broken, old, or stained. Things haven’t been updated in this hotel likely for the last 20 years.

The next thing I would like to mention is the delicious breakfast that's supplied every morning there. Two out of the last four times that I spent the weekend there I've gotten the breakfast and have been greatly satisfied each time. 3rd & final thing is the room itself. The bed is extremely comfortable & balcony is amazing. Perfect for sitting outside in this weather. Shout out to the cleaning crew. Rooms are always super clean!!
- 5/5
The mall in right across the street so very convenient. There’s so many restaurants near by and different activities to do!
- 5/5
Very nice space and location. I slept well in the room.
- 5/5
Worked out nice — comfortable. Could use some decor updating.
- 5/5
It's a wonderful hotel with great rooms and amenities. But the best part of the hotel is the staff!! Denise at check in and Ana the bartender are extremely personable, upbeat, and are the cherry on top when it comes to the all around experience. I go to this hotel for staycations. I could pick cheaper hotels, I could pick downtown hotels. But neither would measure up. The free warm delicious cookies get me in the door, the balcony and cozy bed accommodate my needs; it's the staff that makes me a repeat staycationer. 10 out of 10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up!! Denise, Ana
- 3/5
The service and overall condition of the hotel were disappointing.
- 3/5
Good staff - room had quite a few stains on floor and chair. Everything is worn down.
- 5/5
Bathroom needs updating. Sink faucet wasn't secure, shower curtain was torn in places, bathroom vent was filthy. Other than that, everything was fine.
- 4/5
The rooms were old and the ac didnt work that well
- 4/5
Hotel staff was efficient and friendly. The hotel was very full during our stay and mostly things ran smoothly. Our only disappointment was breakfast. We were told to “take any table.” After that, no one came to serve us coffee or water or make it clear that we could eat at the buffet. Basically waiters took care of everyone around us. Finally we left.
- 1/5
The floors in the room were not vacuumed and if they were, were poorly done, the toilet seat was yellow and peeling along with tub and the wallpaper in the bathroom. The room had a balcony with a glass door so dirty you couldn’t even see out of it and the bedding appeared to have wet spots but was just the fabric severely worn. Not to mention whoever was in the room next to me had music blasting all night until the early morning. (3am) Overall very disappointed in the condition of the room, especially for the rate per night resulted in me checking out early.

Reception is terrible... even though i'm a gold member, this is the wrost Hilton hotel i met...
- 5/5
Had great time
- 3/5
The property is in a great location. The rooms are a bit outdated. There was no microwave or refrigerator. There were also no USB ports to charge mobile devices and there were not many wall outlets to plug other devices such as a laptop. I initially booked a king room but when I checked in, I was asked if I would take a room with 2 double beds. After one night, I wanted to go back to the king because I needed the space but nothing was available and no one reached out to let me know when one did become available. So overall, not a horrible stay, but not the best either. I would only consider staying at this hotel if they update the rooms.
- 2/5
The staff at front desk were nice and very accommodating. The shuttle was convenient. The hallways were very hot and humid and the carpet was dirty and musty smelling. The bathroom was old and looked dirty - toilet seat was ancient. An update is very overdue!!!

I booked this stay with expectations of a suite (that got cancelled and wasn't explained to me as to why) when I checked in. The substitute room lacked other amenities that I was expecting and have received as per standard at other establishments (microwave, refrigerator and etc.). Also, even though advertised there was no room service available. When odering food there were multiple items that were scratched off of the menu. It is for these reasons that I will not be staying at any other Double Tree establishments primarily based on this recent experience and will be sure to advise others that I know of the same.

Bed had brown stains on it, booked on a floor with young kids who banged on doors and kicked the doors. Spa was out of service. Pool was so dirty it was cloudy and you couldn’t see the floor of it. Only great thing was the bar service during Happy Hour from Jaime. Although the nachos had cheese wiz on them and it was cold. The chips were also stale. Jaime did an amazing and even took the horrible food off our bill. He was also very knowledgeable or tequila and made great recommendations.

My only concern was this is an older property and is in need of upgrades to their rooms. Otherwise I found the property clean and staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
- 4/5
The hotel was comfortable and staff was courteous and helpful.
- 5/5
I stayed at a sister property recently and this one was definitely an upgrade!
- 5/5
Great location and clean hotel
- 2/5
It was fine but the place is heavily outdated. Old tvs, elevators are all old and creepy honestly alittle scary too. Room and decor looks old and dusty
- 5/5
Easy to access the hotel. Close to everything that i needed
- 5/5
I was here for a convention and it was nice
- 1/5
The hotel is very very out dated… my phone wouldn’t work I had to call a 800 to get the WiFi to work the staff was really nice but I willl never stay there again
- 3/5
On the not so positive side, the front desk team was not the best. No smiles, welcome, or friendly demeanor upon our arrival. In addition, they had zero help regarding straightening out the duplicate charges I had to my account. Lastly, the property itself is definitely in need of a face lift to justify going rate.
- 3/5
Pretty basic outdated room. Front desk staff was great but that's really all I enjoyed. Our room was dirty, cold, and was missing basic things like towels and a bath stopper. It's an okay hotel for the price, nothing special.
- 3/5
The hotel has been in place for decades and some areas show that heritage. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall accommodations are clean, and comfortable...but... The renovations that are underway, are certainly needed. Some minor issues like chipped finishes and worn carpeting are minimal, but standing water in the second floor hallway and aging facilities were more concerning.
- 3/5
Had to request on a few occasions replacement of bath towels. Alarm clock wasn't functioning, until i had to personally go to front desk to request replacement. Construction noise level disturbance. Room thermostat not user friendly.
- 5/5
comfortable stay
- 2/5
Basically, the place was filthy. I know there was construction in one wing but you could barely see out our windows, the patio was extremely hard to open and close, we did not get room service one day, and there were two events held Friday and Saturday and guests kept us up until 3:00 AM. No management of this hotel, period.

I have booked a suite room that is different from the pictures. Old style. No smart TV
- 5/5
Love it here!
- 5/5
Always a great stay and those amazing cookies
- 3/5
The pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. The mattress was squeaky. The bathtub was not flush to the floor so the actual plastic tub was bouncing as I stepped in and out of it. It's the weirdest thing.
- 2/5
The property is older and could use some renovations. My bathroom toilet seat was very old and cracked. The walls and furniture were peeling and ceiling had a crack. The elevators could also use an upgrade too.
- 3/5
The room was fine, but the hotel is old and in need of updating. The carpet smelled in areas and was stained and old. The hot water was nonexistent in the morning so we learned to shower at night. Great location and nice staff. Also basic channels like ABC and NBC didn’t work.

Great location to good places to eat and shopping. Rooms could use an update, especially the bathrooms and air units. 3 elevators that are a bit squeaky and shaky. But the lobby is fantastic. Parking was great. Bar was nice.
- 4/5
The customer service was great. The rooms were basic but clean. The toilet sits low and the seat needs to be replaced because it looked worn and old. Otherwise, it was a decent stay for my overnight trip.
- 4/5
The room next to me was unoccupied, yet something was buzzing in the room every 5 minutes. VERY annoying. Bathroom wasn't in the best shape. Shower head was at about 4 foot tall, which is difficult for a 6 foot tall person.

Nice
- 3/5
Nice place but the entire time our room was 82° with the thermostat turned all the way down to 60°. We asked the front desk to help and nothing was done about it the first time. Several hours later, I went back to them and asked if anyone had been able to come by the room. She immediately radioed the engineer and he never came by. We had to crack the windows open which was a relief. Other than this the toilet was janky and it barely flushed
- 3/5
The problems was getting the front desk people to answer the phone! Had to leave from 3rd floor and go downstairs twice because they don't answer the phone.

Great building/Bad Customer Service
- 1/5
I missed this trip and reached out to the hotel about it but 2 days later, I still have no response.
- 2/5
I had to request a refrigerator when that used to be part of room amenities. I spoke to receptionist named Anna who wrote down my complaint’s and said she would give to manager. She assured me Hilton was in the process of remolding but I told her when I was at the same location several years ago I was told the same thing about remodeling when I had a complaint about the bathroom ceiling peeling and sagging then. It’s disappointing to pay any amount of my hard earned money and stay in terrible conditions.
- 5/5
the room didn’t have a refrigerator
- 4/5
Certain areas with paint peeling, mainly in bathroom. No refrigerator or microwave and the ice machine on my floor was broke.
- 2/5
We were woke up @7:45 with very loud noises that lasted for a good 25min. When I reported it to the front desk, they said "oh yeah, we have construction going on" and no apology given!
- 1/5
Under construction and very loud, pool out of commision
- 4/5
Overall stay was good hotels nice/clean. Only thing that sucked hallways and my kids rooms wreaked of weed from peolle smoking throughout bldg even in elevator. I personally dont care but some do little respects for others would be nice.Rooms are small beds are small (double). Went with wife and kids. Queen size shouud be minimum i think in all hotels. Pool was closed kinda disappointing since we have kids and didnt say pool was closed when reserved. The plus side excellent for shopping food amd restaurants are all within couple miles.

I thought it was very sweet to get a cookie and bottle of water upon arrival.
- 3/5
The main lobby is absolutely beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every way. However, the rooms definitely could use some TCL especially for the price I’m paying per night. I booked a suite for 2 nights. The WiFi kept disconnecting whenever I went into the bedroom area. The bathroom is in desperate need of a makeover. Even if they just got rid of the chipping paint, and got new shower curtains, that would make an improvement on the appearance.
- 3/5
You may want to spend some time educating your Front Desk people on customer service. When I checked in, the individual was rather impatient with me. When I checked out, I asked for a paper bill. The individual never asked how my stay was nor thanked me for staying with you. Considering the hotel choices in the area, I would assume you want your employees to be attentive, respectful, courteous, and enthusiastic when greeting guests.
- 3/5
The room had a heating problem
- 2/5
There was no hot water when we woke up so we had to take cold showers. When we told management, all they said was “thanks for your feedback”. There was a large hole in the ceiling where it looked like there had been water damage that was never properly repaired. The heat didn’t function properly and the room went from being extremely hot to freezing throughout the night.
- 2/5
This hotel had mold the rooms are small no refrigerator or microwaves in rooms the ice machines didn't work and the food was not good
- 2/5
The lobby was impressive(beautifully decorated) and the staff was exemplary. Then we went to the room, it looked like the Bates Hotel. The bathroom was outdated but looked like there was an attempt at renovation. The vanity was scratched to hell. I wondered if it was an attempt at a distressed effect. The dresser was broken, the amenities were outdated. There is near 1" gap under the door and a cold breeze blew through the room. In truth, I have to take the blame because I lacked to do my due diligence and vet the reservation. BTW I paid for breakfast in advance and it was wonderful... . l . The lobby
- 1/5
The rooms were very run down with peeling paint and walllpaper. Dated and only one trash can in the whole room, cold air blowing thru window with poor seal. Outdated and inefficient heating system. Stayed three nights , beds not remade, towels not replaced or trash emptied. No coffee until we requested second day.very disappointed and would not return. I'm a Hilton honors member and it wasn't up to standards at all. No pool available as advertised.

I genuinely never leave reviews, but I am so sad that I stayed here. The showers did not work, so I literally had to wait until my stay was over for a hot shower. When I told management that my shower wasn’t working, they sent maintenance to try and fix it, which he could not do. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience or tried to compensate for it. No one EVER came to clean our room, so I had to ask a random staff member to take my garbage. We had to ask for a refrigerator even though one was supposed to come with the room. I think there was a wedding this weekend, so it was also very loud throughout the night. It was overall the most disappointing stay I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend anyone to stay there.
- 2/5
We requested another room because the guest next room was so loud. In the new room, Furnishings were broken, and broken tiles in bathroom.
- 3/5
Everything was great, but there were a couple of front desk people who weren't very nice. It's sad that the bar/restaurant does not open earlier. I had no hair dryer or clock in my room. I think the front desk would have a couple extra things in the office. My room was not cleaned once.
- 5/5
Excellent! Comfortable, quiet, clean, beautiful views (corner suite). Great blackout drapes, comfortable bed, well-built soundproof hotel. Staff very helpful, polite, professional and friendly. Parking great (free parking lot) Great hotel!
- 1/5
I only stayed there because I had a work party and it was close to that location. I had zero body soap in the shower. The rooms are outdated. The walls are very thin. The TV remote did not work.

Great place to stay

Very outdated! Heat broken in one of the rooms! Changed rooms twice! Bad stench!
- 1/5
Very dirty and outdated. Pool was being repaired -no access. Staff not friendly. Cable kept going in and out. No microwave or mini fridge in room.

The property is ver run down
- 4/5
Overall stay was pleasant. Only concern was the ceiling showed signs of leak from room above (stayed on 5th floor). Coworker stayed on 7th floor and said his room was good. The 5th floor looked nice compared to what others have said about hotel floors in other reviews. Lobby was decorated nicely for the holidays. Was hoping to check out the restaurant for breakfast but didn't have enough time before my meeting. Would stay here again.
- 1/5
We requested a king room and were given a room with two twin beds instead. For reference in the attached photo I am 5'2 135lbs, there is no way this is a queen bed. There was no hot water for our entire stay (3 days/nights) and we had to leave and go to a new hotel so we could shower. The front desk supervisor was useless. After reading reviews later found out the hot water issue has been going on for years.

Great!
