Dirty, broken vanity doors hanging off, paint peeling everywhere, no security lock on the door. Totally unacceptable. Not at all as pictured.

Nothing hotel is dirty, very disgusting. This was the nastiest hotel we have ever stayed in. One room looked like it hadn't been cleaned the shower was really gross with dirt and hair. The beds were stained with who knows what. 3 rooms and non were close together and we booked at the same time and requested them to be together. The guy at counter said it was because they had so many weekly people staying. Air conditioning barely worked in another one of the rooms. This place is disgusting I highly recommend paying more and staying somewhere else. We will never stay in this hotel again.

The room was terribly outdated . Needed deep cleaning , remodeling and PAINTING. You could see outside under the door . I placed a towel across the bottom of the door to keep the critters out . This was probably the worst accommodations I’ve experienced . I have stayed all over the world . No complaints about the employees . They were friendly . We were very disappointed with the hotel . Will not be back .

I rented this room for two nights and I stayed one night. The lock was busted off the door. One of the beds had urine stains on it and was not clean. I will not stay here again!

Room had a horrible smell and needed some deep cleaning. You could see in the windows of some other units and it looked like they were maybe working on them. The light switches were half hanging on the wall, our curtains were barely being held up by one screw on each end of the rod.

It was in horrible condition. The toilet was filthy and disgusting. They had not swept the bathroom floor. There was mold all over in the shower. I did not even dare use it. The TV did not work. There were holes all over in the walls. The AC barely worked. I will never stay there again. I highly recommend paying a little bit more and going somewhere else

The property is in disrepair. The room had a terrible odor. No maid service if you only stay 2 days. If Days Inn Corporation knew what this property looked like I believe they would have thier name removed from it.

The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are dated but are spacious and clean. A comfortable place to stay on a budget.

If all Wyndham hotels were like that, I would never stay in any place of this company. After two nights I moved to DoubleTree just across the road. It is slightly expensive but at least, clean, silent and more comfortable.

A little outdated but fairly clean. Front desk very friendly which helps. Location is what made it feel a little unsafe. Overall not a bad experience. Value for the price made up for what it lacked.

The room was not clean and there was food crumbs on the floor from a previous occupant. Bugs in the bathroom and the room smelled badly of cigarettes. At nearly 100 dollars after tax this is a rip off, I would not stay here again.

didn't do the breakfast, they had plenty of hot water and water pressure, plus location was good for me. There was a stale smell when the heat came on other then that everything was good

The room needed updated, there was a hole in the wall, there was duct tape on the shower knob and there was a roach in the bathroom.

Room was in fair condition, furniture needs replaced, bathroom look like it had been kicked in. Tv only had 1 channel.

Trash cans were too small and really was not offered a breakfast. Very quiet though.

We really loved the location - right across the parking lot was a Shoney's, liquor store, convenience store, and Dutch Bros coffee! There is a mall nearby and all kinds of dining options so we didn't have to leave - you can DoorDash anything! I loved it so much I stayed an extra night to take my sister to Dollywood's Smoky Mountain Christmas because this is a convenient and easy drive down the interstate to exit 407. But best of all were the staff at the hotel. They were all so kind and if we needed anything they were quick to action. Our favorite was Alesa at the front desk. She was very very busy on our arrival date but she remained friendly and did her best to take care of everyone and she made us feel so welcome. We are returning soon!

This was one of the nastiest places we have ever stayed and unsafe also wall behind dresser wires out of the whole and smoke alarm pulled out of the wall with beeping non stop noise bed and door was aweful!! Not worth the price for sure not a happy person right now bad bad bad☹️☹️☹️

Well I had two rooms and one of them look like maybe the police raided the room the door had been kicked in the safe lock was removed from the door broken off of it and is a hole behind the door with a handle hit the wall sticky carpets in both rooms toilet paper rack missing hardly any water coming out of the broken shower heads very poorly maintained paid over $300 for two rooms should not have paid more than $50 per room would never recommend this place to anyone don't even know how Travelocity has it on their list

The room smelled terrible, which turned out to be because the air conditioner was leaking condensation on the carpet and producing whatever mold and bacteria. It was not pleasant to be in the room for any amount of time. Check in took forever because the clerk was inexperienced and flustered by the basic tasks involved in check in. The room keys worked at first but stopped working after the first day. The bedding was a least clean and the shower had hot water. It was an overall unpleasant experience and I would discourage anyone from staying here.

Only thing we didn't like: bathroom door wouldn't shut. Almost like the frame had expanded? Door wouldn't close. But room was roomy and clean. Staff VERY nice

There was a mouse in the breakfast counter and my room was not cleaned in 5 days.

Took over 10 minutes for the water to become warm ish so I could shower. Almost gave up and took a cold shower. It still was only kinda warm ish. Outlets didn’t all work either. Neither did the phone.

The room was old, and dirty. Bathroom TP holder broke off the wall, stopper missing on tub. ac so loud you could not hear each other talking. Check in, I stood at desk about 10 mins before front desk person showed up, was threatened that if I smoked in the room, nonsmoker, or messed up the sheets I would be assessed 250 dollars for each after I left. I did not like the tone or the threat when I intended to be respectful as always. I should have known the sign on the front desk We Do Not Rent to Locals says everything one needs to know. A drifter, working girl type of hotel. Worst experience I have ever had and I have been all over the world. Save your money and book somewhere else. As a side note the Outback Steakhouse next door was just as bad. I left there before even ordering due to filth.

Staff was very nice upon check in and accommodating. Overall great front desk! However, the room I was given had all the bed sheets striped all the towels in the bathtub and the trash can full. I believe they must have forgotten to clean the room.

The place had a broken chair and blinds didn’t work so light came in the room. Wasn’t the cleanest. The front attendant was no where to be found in the am when we tried to check out. They showed up late. We had to wait a while.

asked for a ground floor room--none available, hard for my wife to make it up stairs--first room had a water leak in ceiling, second room , no chairs,no toilet paper hanger, torn out of wall, just a hardship to carry luggage up and down--beds were ok, no trash can in room--Motel needs a LOT of work!! I stayed for a week in this place. But throughout the period, the room service didn’t come at all. The trash wasn’t removed. The room wasn’t really cleaned properly. They could have used the vacuum cleaner to clean the floor a little better. Room had a mold smell when I entered the room. Could have maintained well. The bed was comfortable and spacious. Room was spacious and well furnished as well.

Easy access to rooms, quiet, and plenty of places to eat

The hotel was inexpensive, so I was not expecting a lot. The room was clean and the area was quiet. The continental breakfast has room to improve.

Locals that live within 50 miles cannot rent rooms. Clerk said it was because “they tear up the rooms”. Smelled bad. Not clean.

I stayed at this property once before and slept with the lights on for fear of cockroaches crawling all over me in my sleep. It was very dirty, rundown, half the lightbulbs didn't work, and there was mold in the shower, as well as a terrible paint/caulk job, and there was a large gap under the room door to the outside more than an inch tall to let light, bugs, and who knows what else inside. The breakfast was a couple of bars and juice/coffee. Very sad. So I booked again, not realizing it was the same hotel. As soon as I figured it out I called to cancel, they barely took my name and then hung up quickly. I assumed it was taken care of and I booked a different hotel. I just returned and found the expedia feedback form in my inbox asking how my stay was. That was odd. I checked and realized I'd never been refunded the money. I spoke with expedia who said they would speak with the hotel and the hotel refused to refund the money or do anything about it. I never showed up or checked into the hotel as I thought it was cancelled. Someone didn't follow through on this and now I'm charged for 2 full nights at a hotel I never set foot in. I'm very disappointed by how this has been handled.

This property is unkempt and in bad repair and the management is not paying attention. I will not be staying here again. It is a shame for this. Property to be in this level of disrepair and filth and uncleanliness. On the upside, there was plenty of towels soap in the shower was clean, except for the hair on the walls.

The fan to the bathroom vent wall filthy, and the sheets were clean ... But there was a.cigarette burn on our sheets. Then the "Continental breakfast" was granola bars and coffee. Please don't be deceptive and falsely represent your hotel online and disgrace the Wyndham brand. Please invest in your. property and repair it or close it.

Non smoking room has definitely been smoked in.

Room was a dog room . Al good but I have allergies. Was promised a refund. I’ll see how that goes. Front person was very helpful.

The staff were very friendly upon check-in. Room was OK, just very worn. The advertisement for the property list "Included Breakfast" Breakfast consisted of an individually wrapped "Nutri-Grain Bar" that's it! They had about 20 of them on a tray - NOTHING else! There was coffee and some juice.

Carpet was soaking wet, mold under sink. Carpet falling away from under sink.

The room we was given when we entered had not been cleaned, apparently several as when we went back to the front they stated several people before us had complained about rooms not being clean.

Expedia overbooked was no room available at 3:30 at night it’s unacceptable very disappointed from Expedia service

The breakfast was not good. Weak coffee and only a few packaged items to eat. There was no hot water all weekend.

When we arrived, they did not have a room that was reserved and tried to give us a room without same accommodations i. e.: no king bed. When we questioned the check- in clerk he suggested that we go to Hampton Inn, next door.

This place is old, dirty, and nasty. I will never stay again. Looks like we chose the worst option in the area. It smells, it’s dirty, kleenex and cigarette butts behind the nightstand, floors stained. Thankfully was just a quick overnight stay. Choose anywhere but here if you’re staying in the area.

The room was exactly as advertised. Only real downside was a dog the barked often in a room near mine.

The place was fine - bargain for the money - perfectly servicable sleeping box. The long term guests were a bit scummy and walking out to see a bum sleeping on a couch is not the best thing - clean out the trash and you'd have a nice place and very nice staff

Overall it was okay. The room was clean as were the beds and linens. The beds were actually comfortable. The pillows were horrible-completely worn-out and you had to sleep on 3 to get an elevation of your head. Paint was peeling in the bathroom on the wall as well as some of the trim. The bathroom door on the inside was very dirty under the door handle. The water pressure was great in the shower and the water plenty hot. No bugs! The room was okay, but definitely needs updating and not look like it is worn out everywhere, but if you need a bed and a bath, and these other things don't bother you-it was clean and the beds comfortable. We would not choose to stay there again.

Maintenance was lacking. The room door had a large gap on the bottom where maybe rubber molding was torn off and I was on the first floor so critters could enter. I stuffed a towel in there. One of two bathroom lightbulbs was out. The faucet dripped. The sheets were clean. Floors felt dirty. Chipped paint on bathroom door. Mold on showerhead and bathroom walls. TV turned on with remote, but not off, you had to unplug it(explains why it was unplugged when I arrived). Also the complimentary breakfast wasn't really breakfast. It was juice and a muffin or nutrigrain bar.

The breakfast offered was a joke At 189$ for the night it was the biggest disappointment I ever had when staying in Oak Ridge The owner showed all his clients tremendous contempt with the condition of this property I do not recommend that anyone stay here in the future

Average but clean. Price is good for a place to rest your head for late check in/early leave. They advertise breakfast but all they had was coffee and a nutritional bar.

It was close to shopping and food but there was no breakfast when we went at 830 am. The shower was leaking. Toilet paper roll was taped to the wall with scotch tape multiple holes in the wall. Bed was decent.

Bugs on walls, bugs in bathroom, gnats under the comforter, smelled, unkept rooms, bathroom mold, door frame to bathroom was exposed, shower head unfinished….staff was nice though.

My biggest complaints are wifi never works here, I stayed in 2022 and the reason given was wifi was down. Now 2023 the same excuse. The rooms arent cleaned nearly as well as they should be, you can be charged for smoking but walking into a room that has a linger smoke smell that you could potentially be blamed for doesnt sit right with me. Again, housekeep8ng needs to move furniture and clean behind them, intereting things are hiding behind furniture which is sad to say. Its affordable but dont expect much else.

I paid for a place to sleep and I could not sleep due to the bleach. the pillow was completely stained - gross.....the blankets had holes in them. The first room I was shown had a horrible mildew/ mold smell. I needed a place to sleep and had no other options -----

No pool. Room smelled so bad we asked to move. There were dirty towels I. The bathroom of the second room. The the breakfast was 3 old bagels and some old granola bars. Do not stay at this hotel.

Had to call a phone number to get someone to check us in. Multiple keys malfunctioned, the person be hind the counter had to let us in with a master key each time we wanted to get into our room. Room was absolutely disgusting, unclean, saw a few bugs, shower would not stop running, toilet was not cleaned. Would have left but unfortunately we booked though travelocity and were stuck. Never again with Days Inn, Wyndham, or travelocity.

We rented on Expedia bc we had plumbing issues and needed a local place for 2 days. When we arrived,Frt desk lady got my ID and immediately handed it back. "We don't take locals! Gotta be 50 miles or more away!" I explained the situation and asked if I could speak with someone to explain and she just repeated what she first said! I walked out. "No Refunds" listed on their website! DO NOT STAY THERE! Very rude/unconcerned. Just started looking at her phone!

Didn’t sleep well due to other guests living full time at the location

My room was nice but my daughters room we had problems. Her hairdryer did not work and we asked for cleaning that never got done and bathtub had a slow drain
