It was a very nice plan to stay!

The room was very roomy. Shower was hot! Then carpet had 2 major spots where it look like a dog or cat pooped and it wasn’t clean! No excuse with today’s cleaning products that clean messes like that. The breakfast was weak. Food was not always hot. The selection was limited! Breakfast did open early because of the scholastic rowing championships at Melton Lake! Overall the hotel was very nice, staff was great. But the spots on the rug were disgusting!

Rooms were clean and after the first night, serviced promptly. No service after second night and no explanation. Disappointed by the lack of cleaning and fresh towels. Despite having two athletic teams in hotel, atmosphere was quiet and calm. The booking information should advise guests that pool is not open until after Memorial Day despite warm weather.

Hotel is great location to many things. It’s very clean and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out if staying several days. Breakfast each am is plentiful, hot and providing a large, clean seating area. The entire staff was welcoming and help.

The sweet lady (I was checking in late and exhausted so I forget her name) at the front desk really made my evening. She was so courteous and just all around pleasant to experience. Everything was GREAT

The staff were very friendly. The room was very nice. The shower had great pressure. I loved that the central unit had a fan mode so I could have the white noise. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. I loved that they had apples and bananas out to where you can get them to go. The one minute pancake maker was awesome! We will definitely book again next time we stay in Oak Ridge.

We have absolutely no complaints. The room was clean and had plenty of room for everybody, and the breakfast was wonderful. All of the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely choose to stay here again. We especially loved the 24-hour coffee bar that even included hot chocolate for the kids.

Clean room and clean hotel breakfast was good except the juice machine was broken. Otherwise it was a great stay. Delicious coffee also served all day long fresh roast.

Stayed here for one night that was fully booked. It was quiet, looked to be well maintained and the breakfast was ample. Would consider staying there again if in the area.

Short on staffing. Did not honor our reservations for 2 queen bedroom. They Upgraded us to a King with sleeper. Well they assumed 2 adults is a married couple, while in fact, we were not. Anyway, I felt bad for the lady working the desk. There was very obnoxios family group that was out of control and making noises well past midnight! So again, no staff to help shut down that type of activity. Just poorly managed facility.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Biggest room I stayed in ( maybe because it was the bottom floor). It had very high ceilings. Good breakfast selection ( breads, cereal, sausage, biscuits and gravy, French toast sticks, pancakes, fruit, yogurt,etc.). Breakfast is important to me along with cleanliness and safety when choosing a hotel. Had an issue with the toilet prior to leaving. Found out later from staff they are waiting for a part to fix it. The door was stiff and you needed a good push as well. Otherwise great stay and would stay there again.

We were in Oak Ridge, TN for an early Christmas visit with our Grandchildren and the hotel was very comfortable and convenient. We will stay there again.

There was construction during the day and could be heard loudly in my room. I found used bandaids from previous guests in the trash upon check in and beds weren’t fully made.

Good place to stay near where we needed to go. Near resturants & easy driving along the way!

One of the two beds was noisy and the mattress was bending with weight. The breakfast had several options, including healthy options. The lady in charge of the breakfast room was extremely efficient and professional. She ensured the food was plenty and was properly laid out. Staff was friendly.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Had a great breakfast every morning with something for everyone! Was close to the hospital so it was great for visiting my new granddaughter.

Adequate facilities

The Inn and rooms are very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a variety of good breakfast offerings and good coffee. The elevators, somehow, are very prompt. I do not hesitate to recommend staying here.

We came to go to the Tennessee football game ! This is the perfect place to stay close to the University but far enough away from being on campus in Knoxville! We will definitely come back to Oak Ridge & to this hotel!!!!!

Original room, with ne bed looked like it was freshly clean. The other bed, somebody had eaten on the sheet. There was dried cheese and crumbs all over the sheets. We were moved to a new room.

My issues are with the pool. It was not clean. The pump/filter only ran for only 12 hours a day. That’s fine for a residential pool. But for a hotel pool in in a city where young active people who enjoy the water come to stay for weeks at a time, not rinsing out their bathing suits after being in lake/river water. It needs to run MUCH longer, if not 24/7. Also, the return inlets had been tampered with, and when the pump did finally turn on the circulation was weak, leaving the pool still not so clean the next day. And lastly, the pool lights did not come on—the lights inside the pool—at dark. Granted, I don’t know that I’d want to see it illuminated in its nasty state—point being—the pool was disappointing. I asked an associate behind the desk about these things & she said, ‘she knows nothing about the pool, and couldn’t help.’ When I prompted her to ask someone who can she was reluctant. I told her (not that I had some Pool Police badge to flash, or even a business card, but) I am a pool professional, so if her manager gives her the okay I’m happy to help, and I’ll be at the pool until 10p. Yea. Nothin’.

This was a great stay. The hotel was very clean, the staff was so friendly and kind, the food was good, the pool was clean and fairly big, the place was calm, you were right next to the best coffee in the US (Dutch Bros Coffee, and overall inexpensive but luxurious! Thank you for this experience

The woman who runs the breakfast in the morning is amazing. So helpful and really on top of the job.

After having a NIGHTMARE with Hotels.com/Expedia I am so thankful that Brittany,Mr Ron and everyone who was on staff Friday night were able to take amazing care of us. Prior to the trip I had a Horrible experience with Hotels.com to the point where I’ll never book with them again, the phone rep and supervisor were HORRIBLE and not helpful at all when it came to my reservation luckily I was able to deal with everything directly through Holiday inn and when I say the fantastic customer service and experience that Brittany gave me over the phone, upon arrival Mr Ron and his nighttime staff was just even more fantastic!! They really made my day and made me and my family feel beyond welcomed we can’t wait to stay with them again

Bed: broken down. All mattresses should be turned (or rotated) at least 2 times a year. Pillows: too soft and retains heat. Room Temperature: AC unit does not hold the temperature. It varied about 3-4 degrees all night. Room was too hot. Bathroom: was clean. Toiletries: Please consider changing to UNSCENTED toiletries. My husband has asthma and I have COPD. Fragrances makes it difficult for my husband to breathe. Fragrances give me a coughing fit that can last 15-20 minutes and a severe headache.

Had to stay here for daughter’s rowing spring training. Adequate but nothing delightful. The rooms smelled a bit of old, stale smoke. The bedding was surprisingly nice though. It was depressing not to have a nice outdoor area to sit and hang out. AC is loud and inconsistent. Too much light from the parking lots come into the rooms at night.

Stay met my every expectation for a quiet overnight in an easily accessible site with a clean and well maintained hotel and room.

I really am beginning to think that the large hotel chains don’t like third party bookings through sites like Expedia. They tried to put us in a handicap accessible room that we did not book, but did give us in another room when asked. The room was clean, but the beds had definitely seen better days - very saggy and uncomfortable, and blow dryer only blew cold air. Only stayed one night. The staff did seem very friendly though.
