Just your basic hotel….nothing special. Visiting family so nice place to put our head down at night and sleep.

Very nice and helpful staff, the only thing I noticed was the room got hot on and off when we were there so not sure if the air conditioning wasn’t working well, other than that we would strongly recommend.

My husband said the Orange Juice tasted medicinal. Not the worst place we have ever been but not the best either. Seems like most hotels today are trying to cut cost by cutting quality.

The first was room was very dusty and dirty, was moved to a different room and the new room was better but there was hair in the sheets in the new room and when using the air conditioner it had a very odd smell. Requested late checkout and that was not recorded from the prior person so we got multiple knocks on our door from housekeeping with them asking us to leave, then the front desk called also saying we were needing to checkout despite requesting late checkout. I will not be using this hotel ever again. However the lady who checked us in and checked us out was very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible.

The hotel was nice. The food was good. The room was great. I loved that I got the bottom floor! The problem was I couldn’t sleep every night. I was there except for the last two I ended up staying around five nights. It might’ve been four nights can’t remember, regardless I extended my stay but was unable to sleep every night due to whoever was in the rooms above me had children, and it sounded as if they were having a gymnastics class all night long. The music was blaring, and the thumping on the floors was unbearable. I was told that I was not the only one who complained. I will say they did give me a 10% discount for the last two nights. The only reason I would stay again is because of the positive parts. Everything else was great. It was just the people staying at the same time I stayed. They need to have rules and set them and be firm with them. I have children and grandchildren and I’m lenient on some things, but this was ridiculous.!!!! The staff was extremely supportive and amazing. They were put in a very difficult situation and I believe they were very respectful on both ends.

Every time I visit Tennessee I always stay here one of the best hotels best experience best breakfast There’s a pool for the summer. That exercise room rooms are very comfortable. Always stay at least two or three times a year.

The room was clean, but small. Some renovations have been completed. Breakfast is only served until 9, even in the weekend with somewhat limited options. It met our needs and is fine for an overnight stay.

Very good stay, rooms clean, the room I had was very spacious, a good place to stop for the night. Very close to shopping and restaurants.

No hot water for shower, best we could get was lukewarm water. We found bugs crawling on the floor near the bed. The breakfast had very few items and that too felt stale.

The hotel is old and needs some work. The room was small and dark. There were silverfishes in the bathtub. The fridge made so much noise, we had to shut it down. Breakfast was not ready at 7:30 am. And the selection was mediocre. However, the staff was very nice and helpful.

Room smelled like urine. Was worse smelling turning on the ac. We dealt with it due to being so tired. Next morning I went to get coffee and some breakfast. One of the staff (short lady with Bob haircut) was talking to another gentleman that also worked there. She said something funny, and I giggled. She in turn accused me of making fun of her. I didn’t even say anything. The gentleman stood up for me, and said “no she didn’t” and “why would she do that”. It ruined my morning, and when my morning gets ruined, it carries over to the rest of the day. First and only rudeness in all of Tennessee!

We were in a nonsmoking room and the room reeked of smoke, thank god the window opened!!! We stayed for 2 nights and could not stand the smell of the room. The first room because of the air conditioner was leaking water every where and the tv did not work

It was great for one night stay. The hotel caters to construction worker that are around there between either electricians or working at the factories down there.

Property satisfied my needs for a few day stay in the area.

We've only been here a few hours but I can tell we will get a great night's sleep already. It's quiet, off of the main drag and well insulated. We want to take a walk and explore the area.

Walked in the lobby area and it smelled clean, check in was super easy. Allowed me to check in a couple hours early. Room was big and beds were comfortable. Only issue was, when you walk in the room it’s hot may need to leave the air on. I plan on staying again. Great stay

Parking lot was in rough shape and several people hanging around often outside was undesirable. Perhaps construction workers living there for the week and others from around the area too? Multiple people parking parallel the curb made it difficult to maneuver.

from the time i checked in until i checked out ,my stay was excellent...the staff is friendly and the room was clean and there is nothing to complain about.i enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning and coffee available all day........thats why i gave it a 5 star...i will be returning again in the future.....

Probably the two key factors that led me to this hotel were relatively low price and acceptance of pets. This is a good solid choice for the area, the breakfast was better than expected. When staying for several days room service is not provided unless specifically requested. The staff were all very pleasant. Overall there is no reason to avoid, just be aware this is not the "Ritz." Yes, I would readily stay here again.

Room had clearly been smoked in- we went immediately to ask to switch rooms, the desk clerk claimed she “didn’t know how” to do that, and told us to open the window. The entire place was really rough, with patched, puttied, cobbled together areas.

Stayed here before and that's why I booked again.Booked a king suite but they put me in a regular double room they did not even offer to put me in the room I booked and yes there was a price difference, also the bathroom was not very clean very noisy seems like people were coming and going late into the night also the breakfast this time was very poor don't know if I will ever stay again.

Property is in poor maintenance. Room AC made a horrible vibrating noise while running. Tub handle came off in my hand. Front desk clerk was rude when checking out.

Room was HUGE however the sofa was ratty and torn with holes in it, the chairs in the room were stained and in very bad shape. Room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking room. It was very clean but very shabby and run down furniture. If they kept the furnishings up it would have been an amazing room.

Get better contractors to do the updates. The painting was terrible. The elevator was disgusting with dirt near the door openings.

Hotel claims to be remodeled. Breakfast was very good. Cleanliness of room was lacking. Bug clump of dirt in bathroom corner. Bathtub was not cleaned properly there was soap scum stain in bottom. The bathroom sink in the hall was not connnected. Water was pouring on floor I put it together as best I could. This will need maintenance ASAP!

It was decent. Room was fine, heater made awful rattling noise all night and i swear I will never understand putting the HVAC units right under a window with curtains so they can blow open the entire time. Seems the dumbest design ever. Good location and price though.

Yes, it's an older property that has been upgraded somewhat. Fresh paint, new floor covering, new beds. I was staying in a pet room so it did stink even though there was a tile and laminate floor. I did have to clean the air conditioner filters soon as I got there. When I took a bath I noticed that the toilet bowl was filthy just under the rim. They had a decent breakfast which included sausage, egg product, biscuits, gravy and waffles.

The front desk person that worked from 3PM to 11PM remembered us and was super nice. Just would like to say a special thanks to all the staff for their hospitality and courtesy. Thanks again for all you do to make our stay nice.

The hotel smell so bad, they had put some kind of fume agnation in the air system. The smell was soooo strong, I was not able to breathe, had severe headache, my throat burned. My clothing smell horrible. When asked the clerk she stated that it to cover the smell and they have to do it once a month I was there 4 night it every night

In the area for a family event so knew we’d just be sleeping there, but found the Quality Inn of Oak Ridge to be a great hotel (at any price)! Complementary breakfast was very good! Great variety and hot foods included. Good biscuits and gravy! Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I’d stay again!

The staff was very friendly. The shower would not drain and there was a slight gas smell in the bathroom. The walls are very thin. The room was cozy though. It was clean.

The rooms were mediocre and not real roomy but ok. However, the a/c seemed to be an issue for the property in general. While we were downstairs asking about the a/c not working well another guest was there for the same reason. Thank goodness the windows open because we were advised that we could open our window. It was a cool night so it worked but seemed to be an ongoing issue that this property should resolve.

Property is in a sketchy neighborhood, is run down and dirty. Appeared acceptable from reviews, but was gross. Not easy to get to. Do not trcommend.

This reconditioned, renovated hotel could still use another facelift and thorough cleaning The bathroom was very small. It was pretty clean, but there was an odor in the room that was of smoking and chemicals. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were pathetic. We were on a family emergency, or we would have moved out.

Price is WAY too high for the quality…. The room was clean, however I did find a few stray hairs but nothing too crazy. The room we were placed in was the loudest room in the whole building as we could hear the hotel washer and dryer constantly along with the broken alarm clock that wouldn’t stop beeping. The main mirror outside the bathroom was just a few door slams away from falling plum off the wall!! And lastly there was a huge gap at the bottom of several doors large enough to stick a phone trough or hand and that did not make me feel comfortable at all!!

Overall, a clean, comfortable room at a great price. One other plus for this hotel was its location. It was pet friendly, so I had my dog along, and it is right at the edge of a residential neighborhood that was great for a dog walk. If I visit my friends who live near Oak Ridge again, I will definitely stay here.

The breakfast cereal choice is only Raisin Bran and Fruit loops. THere is yoghurt, only one kind. And the cooked eggs were cold( by 8 am) even tho they are in a covered - so called heated container.

The first room we got had a chair with a huge urine looking stain. the 2nd room had a stream of water coming from the AC. The 3rd room was fine except the tub did not drain while taking a shower and the frame around the mirror was falling off. The woman at the front desk was very very helpful and understanding.

Desk staff friendly, efficient, and helpful. I was very disappointed you service was scheduled for three days after check in, because we stayed four days. Our room had two towels, two wash clothes, roll and half tissue to last until service… three days. I received more towels and clean bed sheets from desk clerk in the evening. I changed bed covers myself after two days. Trash over flowed, I changed trash basket myself. Bought more tissue paper myself.

Room/bathroom wasn't clean. Upholstered chair and floor was filthy. I think the sheets had been changed but after the fact not real confident of that. We will not be staying here again. On previous stays there weren't any issues.

Bathroom counter and sink right when walk into room. Coffee pot on same counter. Heat/AC would not turn off, so had unplug. No TV guide for channels.

The room was clean & comfortable. The bathroom tub was stained (?rust stain). Water pressure was great. Neither the microwave nor the refrigerator worked. The microwave wouldn’t even come on & the refrigerator did not cool at all. There due to weather & very grateful for a place to stay near my work.

Room was ok. The hallway had a very strong air freshener that was very over powering. Also the entry/exit doors at the end of the hallways didnt work with room key. They were held open by rocks 24/7 so anyone could have walked into hotel at anytime. There was a dead rat in the landscape rocks right by the parking lot entry door. I will not stay here again

Outside covered in litter, a big dead rat by the side door, parking lot was sticky, pool uncovered and green. Room was relatively clean but maintenance was lacking- Tub didn't drain, towel hook falling off the wall, paint on things like light bulbs and tub, I could go on...

There were multiple things broken or in disrepair in the room. the frame around the mirror was loose and in danger of falling off, the toilet was loose and rattled, shook every time I used it, the shear curtains were in sheds, stains on the sheets light out above the sink. This was room 105.

The hotel was adequate for one night's stay and in a convenient location. Beds were comfortable, and the room seemed clean. BUT the heat/AC unit in the room was incredibly noisy, cycling on and off all night with groans and whines as it wound up to speed each time. I will give kudos to the lady taking care of the breakfast area in the morning. We came down to eat near the end of their service time, and she made sure there was fresh juice for us. Breakfast choices were good, and (great surprise!) they had real half & half for the coffee and not just artificial creamer.

The Hotel access cards stop working. Have stayed here many times for 1-2 wks. per trip. Our cards stop working every 2-3 days. Get new cards, walk to room and they don't work. If they do, only 2-3 days and stop again. PITA going to room with no access.

Woke up to the entire room flooded from the refrigerator and the front desks response was “we won’t charge you any damage fees.” I checked in at 9:30pm after driving 13 hours. I did not even use the refrigerator. Just terrible.

It was a great place to stay for our Vols trip! The price was fair, and we were within distance of many excursions. Will come back again!

The property was generally clean though the floors in the room could have used a mopping. The orange juice in the continental breakfast was almost pure water. Someone told me the apple juice was the same.

Giving this hotel one star is unfair because it should get zero. The room was dirty with urine on the floor and on the toilet seat. I brought the manager who cleaned it and apologized and said that some of the cleaning crew are older family members of the owners who do not see very well. The soap dish had not been cleaned and had a used piece of soap in it. The bed had not been fully made. Outside my room in the hallway there were people who were obviously drunk and yelling late in the evening. The parking lot did not appear like a safe place for anyone with several men who were not guests loitering in cars and just "hanging out" there for hours. Dirty and unsafe. All this for $202 for one night. Just unacceptable.
