I checked out I told the front desk attendant, and it seems he didn't care about. Showed him the picture and he told that they been spraying. No apologies or any other explanation. He said his was going to talk to his boss.

Quiet Hair on floor ants, dirty towels, staff wouldn't answer phone when needed
- 2/5
Area felt unsafe. Sheets weren’t fully clean. But great spot for just a quick one nighter
- 2/5
My stay was definitely not as expected. The room i had looked absolutely nothing like the rooms in the pics. The shower was not well maintained. The shower faucet was really hard to turn on/off. The shower curtain had stains. The toilet seat shifted side to side. The caulking in the shower was horrible. The light switches were in odd locations. The towels were small, thin and cheap. The wash cloths had stains. The room furniture was really old and looked like something that would have been purchased at a second hand store. The tv required 2 remotes to operate it. The lighting in the room was horrible. The latch to lock the door was broken. The desk light was cheap. The light bulbs in the light fixtures were horrible. The parking lot was small and too tight for anything other than a small compact car. I wish I took pics to post here to validate every one of the concerns i listed. I just wanted to get out of there as soon as I could. However, the person working at the reception desk the night i checked in was very friendly, professional and very nice to me.

I saw a roach by the fridge on the floor.
- 2.5/5
This hotel wasn’t bad looking, the room was clean BUT there is a big BUT here, I would NEVER stay here again. There were so many roaches I couldn’t sleep throughout the night. Don’t book unless you wanna sleep with bugs
- 5/5
Good place
- 2.5/5
There was roaches in the bathroom
- 0.5/5
Location for my activity of the day There were cockroaches on the floor coming from under the small refrigerator.
- 3/5
The manager was easy to communicate with, the bed was comfortable and the fridge and microwave worked well. Most of what they promise is a lie. There is no coffee maker, the WiFi was terrible and they just made excuses. It’s on a busy street with no real way to drown out the sound of the traffic and generally speaking the room was not as clean as it should have been. The floor was so dirty our feet were black just from walking on the linoleum floors.
- 1/5
What I liked was the location, it was very closed from the freeway. The bathroom’s towels were old, the bathtub was old and stained.
- 4/5
Don't like the location.

Worst experience. We came into town and got to the hotel around 10pm. Received our keys no problem. This was a family trip, so my mom had a room, and we had our own room. I walked in w my mom to her room while my husband was getting our bags out of the car. Upon opening the door, there was a roach crawling across the wall. The linens had black stains, the floors had stains and our room smelled of urine. I will tell you that it was bad enough we wouldn't walk on carpet without shoes. We were exhausted, as like i said, we didn't get to the hotel until around 10pm. Because of that we decided to sleep on it. That night, I killed 3 roaches in our room, my mom another roach in hers. We weren't willing to stay. We notified the hotel manager. I can guarantee you he knows the condition of the rooms. While he asked if we wanted another room, based on the sanitation issues in both our rooms, we knew this wouldn't change in any rooms. He stated since we booked w Expedia, we would complain to them and he would go about the refund process. We were willing to pay for the first night, as we did stay. However, he has not answered Expedia's request for refund. Of course!! So, my goal here, is if i help even one person to NOT choose this hotel, I'll be satisfied w that. The pictures taken are NOT a true reflection of the property and rooms. This person has gotten away w our money, please don't fall for it yourself.

Cleanliness was not as great. The water in bathroom was brown when turning on the shower. Yuck. Not staying here again. It was looking for a place near wedding venue I attended, should of chosen somewhere else.
- 2/5
On the bright side the area is convenient. There is a shopping area close by with places to eat. We had breakfast next door and it was cheap and filling. Also this Inn is a short drive to a beautiful Arboretum which is worth checking out.
- 2/5
Three towels were dirty! A water of bottle was left behind in the mini-fridge which was left dirty! Stains on sheets and pillows! Thankfully I had my own pillow and sheets with me.
- 3/5
coffee! no cups, whole place looks like it needs renovation, the bed is long past useful life. If you need a pit stop in a not so great area, this is your low cost stop. I would not use it again.
- 4/5
A quiet Oasis with amazing staff, who are taking their job very seriously and are providing everything to make the guests feel comfortable and at home. Spacious rooms with proper furnishings.
- 5/5
Everything as smooth and reasonable as one would assume and paid for. Great !
- 5/5
Peaceful! And relaxing experience!
- 2/5
hand wash floor drain clogged.
- 4/5
The hotel is a small hotel centrally located in an area close to the freeway and stores. The room had a refrigerator and small microwave. There was plenty of space in the room to move around. There was some trash and food on the floor in the bathroom and sink area. The room did not have enough towels. Housekeeping did bring some after we checked in. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect not too thin not too thick. The staff was helpful and nice. And you could not hear the noise of the construction from the building next-door.
- 1/5
Strong cigarettes smell for a non-smoking room. Too many flies.
- 5/5
It was all perfect. The gentlemen that takes care of the front i didnt get his name but he works weekends is what he said as i recall. Very sweet. I felt very welcomed. I had just got off work as i was working the fair. I walked in he greeted me gave me my room key. Fast and friendly staff. I will definitely be booking here again when im in town.
- 5/5
Room was great, slept good, lady in front desk was really nice!
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful! So helpful and friendly!
- 5/5
Very great customer service and clean rooms property very well taken care of all staf extremely courteous prices reasonable
- 3/5
Parking was difficult. Room lacked many amenities including a chair. Old, old, old.
- 4/5
Nice and clean not bad
- 1/5
A pipe burst in the ceiling over the sink and flooded the floor/wet/ruined my clothes. They didn't even offer a refund for my stay and say this has happened before. The toilet had dried/crusted poop on the seat and the microwave was dirty. The shower water didn't get hot at all, probably because the pipe was leaking, so I had to take a luke warm shower. The refrigerator had someones bowl in it full of water...and was filthy with some mystery residue/substance all inside of it and on the outside.
- 5/5
However front desk guy (should have tired waiting for me) was so nice to me.
- 3/5
The only good thing u could check anytime. But from there that’s it
- 5/5
Very comfortable and quiet place
- 1/5
racist business that discriminates against people of color and families
- 4/5
Rooms are nice and affordable. We stay here at least 3 times per month
- 5/5

- 3/5

- 5/5
It was good
- 4/5
It was jus okay nothing to brag about wouldn’t stay again
- 4/5
Good location. Friendly staff. Room was outdated and the shower head was not working properly
- 3/5
I paid way too much for this simple motel and I would not stay here again. The free breakfast was bagels and Costco bought rolls with coffee. The beds were comfortable though. I was traveling with my two adult children and they gave us room 220 that has both a King bed and a Queen bed. My 20 year old daughter and I slept in the King bed while my 23 year old son slept alone in the Queen. We stayed for two nights and it was adequate as we were visiting various family members in the area.
- 5/5
There was at times a smell of smoking sigars coming through the walls, as if it were penetrating from another room.
- 1/5
No one at the main office to check out.. very angry guy at main office when first arived there received with a bad agresive and very frustrating "what do you want" and no parking had to park in the street.
- 1/5
Rude workers, dirty sheets, lack of care for customers
- 5/5
Plenty of parking and clean. Facilities appeared well kept.
- 3/5
It’s a place to sleep. Basic accommodation. No carpeting, but clean. Internet slow loading, but once loaded worked fine. Directv, no guide. Very basic breakfast.
- 5/5
I liked the quick check in process. I liked the convenience of the room and parking.
- 2/5
I went to get the free breakfast that was supposed to be served at 7, only to find the doors locked and the lobby dark!
- 3/5
Room was nice. Breakfast- had to knock on the front desk door, as was locked when breakfast should have been available. Breakfast was three apples, a couple tangerines. Consider this as NO breakfast. Dog next door, even though site specifically states "no pets." Room had missing smoke detector, wired for, but none existent (code violation?). Price was right but will probably look for another motel next trip.
- 4/5
I thought it was a reasonable place for the price.
- 2/5
parking lot spaces are for kiddie cars. the morning "attendant" just shouted from the back room, "just leave the key." as I was trying to check out. the walls are thin even for a hotel. very dated. food in fridge from previous guests.
- 4/5
Room was clean, spacious any cheery. Lobby was clean. Breakfast was adequate.
- 3/5
We booked a non smoking room and it still smell like smoke. The pictures on hotel.com look a lot different than what it actually is. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 4/5
The room was simple. Ok for just a night. Nice location of hotel, right by stores and restaurants. Not a lot of parking at all. But we got lucky. Lights in bathroom are no good for makeup. No closets to hang clothes. It served its purpose.
- 3/5
Friendly staff. Not too many parking spots, they serve breakfast from 7:00am to 9, noisy A/C.
- 2/5
Really bad
- 4/5
Good price, clean room and in a convenient area.
- 4/5
This chain is one of our favorites. Americas Best Value Inn Pasadena/Arcadia has very friendly and professional front desk staff! The room was comfortable and even had a coffee maker to make a fresh hot pot!
- 3/5
Location - this was convenient for me and relatively inexpensive. I also appreciated the large number of available channels on the cable tv (as I just crashed the one night I stayed). The bed was comfortable.
- 2/5
Towels and bathroom were dirty
- 2/5
influenced this negative survey
- 2/5
Didn’t like the condition and the rate was too high. $79 maybe Ok.
- 5/5
This is a good property, rooms are clean, beds are not too bad. Staff were very nice, even when I checked in late at night. Very good place to stay.
- 5/5
Very clean, nice location , easy access to the fwy, excelente parking soeces etc
- 5/5
everything was good . made my stay here very easy and peaceful . staff was amazing and was very informative.
- 4/5
Clean rooms and friendly management! Stayed here NY Eve for the Rose Parade. For out of towners wanting to do the same, this was a great value for the event!
- 1/5
Didnt like that i couldnt check in late since front office was closed
- 4/5
clean but there is only one staff and kind of not so friendly.
- 4/5
What I liked about this property was that it is easily accessible from the 210 Freeway in both directions. It is close to many restaurants and food places. The area is not that bad either. The rooms are big and the television channel line up is also very good.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Great hotel, right on Colorado Blvd. Hotel manager, gave us directions to the train station and helped defray parking expenses.
- 5/5
Great Stay right where I wanted to be too.
- 5/5
I liked the friendly staff and that there were extra stuff in the room (e.g. blow dryer, coffee maker ( it could've been cleaner, iron and iron board).
- 3/5
Well at first everything looked OK but when I open the drawer of the side of the bed was trash and candies and also I was looking for a plug to charge my phone and I found one behind the bed and under the bed were trash so I'm giving this review so you know you should keep an eye on cleaning.
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Good view of the moutains depending where your room is. I like that they have a small fridge in the room. It doesn't appear to be all that clean though. There was also some dust around the fridge area. Overall, I would go again.
- 4/5
Basic motel, quiet, safe. Staff is polite and helpful. Decent place to stay, particularly given the price.
- 1/5
The desk clerk was not welcoming, nor was he even friendly. When we went down to breakfast the next day, the door was locked. The room was clean, I guess, but very dated and had a weird smell. We would not book it again or recommend it to anybody for any price! Ugh!
- 3/5
Not sure I would stay here again. Management was sarcastic versus informative.
- 3/5
Clean, pleasant room, easy check-in and check-out.
- 3/5
the person who checked us wasn't very pleasant.
- 2/5
The owner told me check out time STARTS at 11am. The next day as I’m getting dressed after getting out of the shower a man basically barges into my room at 11:05am. There wasn’t a knock, a phone call.... NOTHING. It was as if I was a hardened criminal that needed to be removed immediately. I didn’t have clothes on so I quickly rushed to the door to close it and explain to the man that I needed to atleast put on my clothes before leaving. Needless to say this was my 3rd time using this place over the past few years and it’s certainly my last.
- 4/5
good rooms, inexpensive stay. I would recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
I hate writing, but the night clerk was awesome
- 5/5
Great place! Will stay there again!!!
- 5/5
Staff is awesome they go out of there way to make u happy and comfortable. Rooms are always clean. Hotel is quiet. Great parking
- 3/5
Need more and brighter lights in room, bathroom and at sink for shaving.
- 5/5
It was a wonderful stay. Hotel service was great! This hotel was clean and not too far from downtown. I would stay here again. It was affordable aswell.
- 1/5
I arrived at the hotel around 3 AM or so, no one was at the window. There was no phone number on the sign or the window. So I went back to my car which i had to park on the street because there were no parking spaces within the hotel lots. I pulled up my receipt from my phone & called the attendant who opens the door for me finds my reservation which was prepaid. The first thing out of his mouth was check out time is 11 am which to me was rude he should of been asking if I would like a late check out if you ask me. The tub was very tiny and had pubic hairs in it there was no toilet paper in the rest room so i had to use tissue from the box. There was no hot water to wash out the tub or soak. And that was all I had time for was a bath because I was leaving from LAX and had to leave that motel by 5AM to head out to meet my plane. I would appreciate a complimentary stay at one of your best value inn for future use please. Because that was a waste of $120.00 dollars
- 2/5
Looks they are washing bed sheets with no soap, or sheets are too old :((
- 3/5
Very basic. Clean. Sleep shower watch tv checkout. Simple
- 2/5
Sheets were dirty
- 3/5
good last minute stay. running water, heating a/c and decent cable. the lighting is weird if that’s something you care about. they have a microwave and a mini fridge, iron and blow dryer. also a coffee maker. no lotion.
- 2/5
I've stayed at this hotel before, but this time I really noticed the problems with it. When I stayed in 112, it seemed mostly OK, though a bit dated. Room 110 put me over to never wanting to stay here again. The comforter was ripped and worn. The pillows were stained yellow and smelled. And the box spring has rust stains on it. If I owned a hotel, this would not be acceptable to me. I would want to have it nice so that I got good reviews. I tried taking photos, but had trouble uploading, so I'm not sure it worked.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty!!
- 4/5
We stayed here for the Rose Bowl game 2018. Rooms were very clean and staff was very attentive.
- 5/5
Cool service- dude at the front was really nice
- 1/5
Blood stains on blanket sheet. Enough said.
- 2/5
Continental breakfast is a packaged jelly Danish you can get from a corner store for $0.75. The best thing is they do provide a microwave and coffee maker for hot water or coffee in the room if you ever need them.
