The bed sagged in the middle. You had to set on the very edge of the bed or you fell back into it. The pool was nice. Nobody was there so we had it to ourselves.

I had to change rooms twice. The second room was slightly better..There was large amounts of black mold in the bathroom walls/ceilings. The room smelled damp and unpleasant scent. I had to call the outside line to reach the desk staff because they were absent from the desk in the evening. The kitchen staff was noted to wipe his nose while in the presence of the food. Last but not least everyone doesn't eat pork

Location was in a nice neighborhood. Very close to shopping and restaurants. This is simply a spot to rest after a long day of travel. I did not have the breakfast.

My only complaint is that the front desk was always empty when i went to it and had to wait for an employee to show up.

The staff was great. I requested a room at the end of the hall. They had it ready for me. The beds were extremely hard. I woke up several times because my hip was hurting. Also the remote must not have been the one for that room and I was unable to get the CC on the TV. HOWEVER for the most part everything was ok for the $$.

Breakfast was ready and on time my family enjoyed having something ready to eat.

I was charged for an extra night. One of my rooms wasn’t reserved although my Expedia reservation was for 2 rooms. Not good service. Will not stay there again.

Good breakfast - had to eat it in the room because of having dogs. But good that you are pet friendly and the room on the ground floor with a little lawn near the swimming pool outside was perfect.! We lost something in the room - a large box of vitamins - which no one found. I don't know whose fault that was. It might have been ours, but we know out was there.

The stuff were great. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order. Had a sign to use the ice machine on the 1st floor. You get the ice machine on the 1st floor it was out of order and had a sign to use the ice machine on the 2nd floor.

The tv remote needed new batteries We needed an extra comforter for my daughter and never received one as well as extra sheets for the crib.

In need of updating, pool was closed, breakfast was lacking, fitness room very sparse. It was clean though.

Also, I left my cell phone charger in the room. I wasn't able to return to the hotel until 4 days after I checked out. Of course, the charger was not in their lost and found. It's no doubt in the possession of the housekeeper who cleaned the room. So, thanks for that.

The night clerk tried to charge me twice. The halls were loud and busy well past 1 am. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall. The pool was closed. At breakfast the coffee was so watered down you could see the bottom of your cup. The maintenance man kept mean mugging everyone. The morning clerk at checkout was the only positive experience I had at this hotel.

The hotel was clean. The pool was closed for maintenance, but no one told us. It was the major attraction for my children when I made the reservation, so they were terribly disappointed. I suggested to the desk clerk that that information ought to have been put on their website, and he told me that they were forbidden to do so. And three times out of five when I needed to go to the reception desk, no one was there, including when I needed to check out. And there is no way to ask someone to come. Staff was friendly when they could be found.

Nothing. The pool had been shut down by the health department. I asked for a partial refund considering we only booked this place because it has a pool. They took $50 off for two nights. I noticed on any regular night their rooms are $60-80 at most. They jacked up the price to $200/night because of an event in town. This hotel wouldn't be worth that much even when their pool is in service. Everything is outdated. The rooms don't feel clean. The carpet is grimy. Paint is chipping off the wall in the bathroom. Staff is not very friendly. Toilets are damn near on the ground they're so low. How on earth can they possibly justify charging what they did? I will never again stay here.

Staff was friendly. Supplied coffee and water often in lobby. Size of room was nice. Bed isn’t great but very nice location and nice shower head.

The pool was a bit sub-par (old). The rooms where clean. The breakfast was not good, (eggs were gross) and the coffee was terrible... very weak. The front desk attendant was very curtious and kind.

Very disappointing, I brought my grandchildren to enjoy the pool again I was disappointed.

The room smelled. The toilet seat was loose. The fire alarm went off . People were smoking pot in their room. The pool did not work. No one was ever at the front desk. People lived at the hotel for $284 for 2 night was the worse hotel I ever stayed at.

Started out with room already open to just anyone, didn’t feel safe entering the first time. They checked, and apologized. Then Closed caption on TV wouldn’t work, after they tried as well. Found toilet was not flushing, unable to resolve. Moved to another room, key fob didn’t work. Finally able to get to bed after moving everything over. Bed was very comfortable. No new issue after that except closed caption on new room didn’t work either.

The TV had 57 channels; only 4 worked. There was food left in the refrigerator. The hallway had a mildew smell. This will be the last time I stay here.

The bed felt like I was sleeping on the ground. It was very hard and uncomfortable. I guess I’ll headboard was against the elevator. Every 10 minutes our head would vibrate and you can hear the noise so clearly. I didn’t get any sleep.

There was trash left in our room from the last guest and cleaning supplies left in our window . And we weren’t asked once during our stay if anything was needed to be refilled

The room and facility was bit worn and needs a facelift. I loved the fact they had makeup wipes by the sink since I had forgotten mine, that was a little thing but huge to me. The deep tub was fantastic and the room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was good and the young woman who worked breakfast was fantastic, she was helpful and very sweet to everyone. The front desk guy in the late day for check in was also super helpful. We needed a room change because my husband cant walk far and he accommodated no problems.

Entrance is nice, however breakfast area is at the entrance, too small and every time the door opened, very limited options, without decaf coffee or hot water. Room was too small with two twin beds. Bathtub is old and rusty, carpet verde dirty. Tv only shows a few channels, no connection for any apps or streaming, definitely nothing for kids. Pool area super dirty, no access to towels. Elevator very dirty, no signal for each floor number. What we thought was going to be a small luxury experience ended up with a bad taste.

I wouldn't dare eat at this hotel, when the night before we had to be moved to another room because of roaches.

Staff was nice but the rooms were not clean. Had to get a second room because the mattress and sheets in first room were very dirty. Overall cleanliness in both rooms was very low. Lobby was nice though.

Breakfast was fresh, they have a waffle iron. Eggs tasted a little powedery, but rest of breakfast was good.

Breakfast was the best part of the day and meeting the food manager. The rest of the stay was terrible. I will never stay there again or probably seriously look at rooms at Quality Inns. The hotel was filthy! Our room could not have been cleaned at all. There was gravel all over the floor. Fingernail clippings one the floor. Dirt on the bedspreads. The curtains and valance were coated with dirt and stains. The bathroom had a coating on dried muddy water on it from a dirty mop and muddy foot prints on the tub. We had clean towels and I hope it was clean sheets. The pool was broken.the whole hotel smells musty. Just skip this place.

Also, it had the strangest bathtub fixture I'd ever seen. You could only change the water temperature if you turned the water off, and then turned the handle. Very weird.

The property is located in an area close to almost anything that may need. The room and beds are not new, but still clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very nice and complete, although I didn’t care much for the people working in the kitchen.

After a horrendous experience at a different hotel and driving for 14 hours, arriving here was refreshing as it was 100% accurate with the online listing. The hostess Ariel was extremely welcoming and was actually at the front desk though we arrived after 10pm. She let us choose the room that was most convenient for us. The lobby is massive and tidy. The room was VERY AFFORDABLE! This is our first time at a Quality Inn but it will certainly not be our last. This is the way ALL hotels should be. We have another long drive in the morning and this was exactly what we needed to decompress and rejuvenate ourselves for the last trek of our journey back to Pennsylvania. 100/100 would recommend staying here, top notch service all around!

The hotel is as clean as it could be given its age. The first night the fire alarm went off from midnight to 12:30, but they did give us a credit of $20. But that morning I woke up to a flooded bathroom, from a leak in the ceiling. I had to move to a new room, which they thankfully accommodated. When I got to the room for the second night, the cable wasn’t working, so the maintenance man had to come fix that.They gave me a credit of less than 10% for all that inconvenience. I asked to speak to a manager at eight in the morning, but they told me she was not in yet and that they had sent her a text a while ago about another issue and she had not responded yet. So there was no one on site that could help me with my concern.

The rooms were bot very clean nor the pool area. Breakfast disnt even start until after 7 a.m no laundry soap in vending machines. Ice machine barley worked and they made you pay a 250 deposit when you arrive and no where does it say so.

This was our fourth consecutive year there, there has not been any improvement, considering the economy and all its a fair value for us

understand. 2- The pillows on the bed were very small like for a twin bed not a king bed, not very comfortable. 3- The shower did not have any grab bars to hang onto getting in and out. I asked for a walk in shower and got a bathtub shower combination.

The hotel was more updated than expected. Could have used an extra blanket as it was January and necessary. We could have called for one. Breakfast options were fine although limited.

All staff very nice, pleasant, and welcoming Inside lobby was decorated very nice for the holidays, not too much just enough. Very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was really good and had a nice variety of things to eat and drink, great for families traveling. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed there 3 weeks total and every week it was something. 1 was asked for room service didn't get it. 2 was getting room service but not cleaning the room just replacing towels. 3 stealing my one my brand new denim work shirts. When I told one of the staff about it he said he would look into it he never told the day shift manager. When I talk to the manager she said there wasn't any she could do. Except email the owner. Never heard another word about it. Guess that what you get for over 600.00 a week.

Wasnt too bad of a stay. Next to a pizza place for convenience. Bed was a little firm for my liking. Staff was great, though, and it was a pretty clean room. Im not a frequent hotel booker so take my review with some risk when booking.

The staff was wonderful, and the sheets were very soft, and the beds were super comfortable. However, the room was so damp that you didn’t want to walk barefoot on the carpet. The pool was closed, the computers were missing, I guess they had been stolen, so it was pretty rundown. still when you’re really only there for the night and you need a comfortable bed to sleep and it worked just fine.

My stay was cut short - for the time that I was there everything went well, but I lost the value of 2 nights of overnight stay because of an issue that required me to leave. Unfortunately I was told that I could not obtain any refund of any amount for the stays that I could not use.

Suppose to be pet friendly room but pet able to get under bed. Booked a queen bed but felt it was a double. Bathroom floor was sticky and poor water pressure in the shower.

My Family reunion was schedule for Peoria this year. To make things easier for my grandmother we booked a room at the hotel with family and scheduled her roof repair. When we arrived we were refused a room because we live locally. I explained the situation to the front desk clerk as we had prepaid on Expedia. They still refused to give us a room stating it was the owner ‘s policy. When I asked to speak with the owner they said they could not give me that information and I could call the manager Monday. I will never book here again and if my 10 rooms reserved by our family had not already checked in they would have left as well.
