When she overheard my 8-year-old mention how much he wanted a room on the top floor, she 'worked her magic' to make it happen. It was a small gesture that meant the world to us; my son has told everyone—including his neurologist—about the 'magic lady' who moved his room. She brought so much light to a difficult day, and we are so grateful for her compassion.

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, cozy, comfortable, and the perfect place for a little R&R, a business trip, a solo trip, a couples trip or staycation… whatever the reason for your stay is…they have you covered! I have raved about this time and time again, and I will NEVER stop raving about it..you have EVERY amenity you could possibly need in the room. You could literally spend an entire weekend here and not have to leave if you didn’t want to because you’ve got a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker right there in your room. The rooms and bathrooms are ALWAYS clean, I mean just immaculate. You’re close to everything you would likely want to do in the Frisco area. But the pièce de résistance is truly the staff. I will die on this hill…the staff make the experience, the hotel keeps the business. I go because I feel safe here and I love the area. But I keep coming back because you WILL NOT find a more outstanding lineup of staff members. They are warm, accommodating, and make you feel seen and remembered. I know I’ll be warmly greeted, treated with care and kindness, and if I need anything within their ability to accommodate, they will take care of me. All I can say is you’re in good hands, great company, and up for one darn good stay each and every time you book here! Book now!

Perfect temperature and water pressure. Breakfast was above board. Mm y favorite - oatmeal, wasn't instant. The hotel is close to our venue, WOGA. There are many different restaurants to choose from.

Everything was awesome and clean, everybody in the lobby was helpful and friendly. Only thing I would change for sure was the loud AC, it sounded like a jet was going to take off and then the noise would go and come back, I’m a really lite sleeper and it kept me awake all night but didn’t feel like going and changing rooms

While the property is decent, we had a bad experience with the staff/management. We booked a king suite with a sofa bed via Expedia for two nights but when we arrived at night, we found that we were given a standard King room when we open the door. We went back to ask the front desk guy, who answered that we were downgraded due to overbooking. He offered to give us some Bonvoy points. Next morning, we went back and managed to speak to an assistant manager, who at the time promised to switch us to a King Suite when the room is cleaned and delivered on the Bonvoy points promised. However, when we returned after lunch we were told that no suite was available and there were no promises made!! It was repeatedly said that room type booked through a third party website is not guaranteed. The assistant manager was nowhere to be found. No compensation was offered for the 2nd day downgrade. Finally when I wrote to the hotel manager to complain about the situation. The manager very politely told me that it was the policy that 3rd party booking gets lower priority and no compensation was possible. Over my repeated objections, the manager said that I was already compensated. I read a lot of big words but it was essentially stonewalling. I really did not care that much about the compensation but the attitude really bothered me. Not to mention I am a Bonvoy Gold Member. Just beware!

The room was so clean and it even smelled great! The a/c was already running so it was not hot and stuffy. The staff was extremely courteous. Excellent area also. We were very pleased. I still can’t believe how clean the room smelled!

Amenities: The rooms are full equipped with every amenity you need. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and even cups. Bathroom: The bathrooms are ALWAYS clean, and the showers are amazing! They also provide the Alice + Co Brand Lavender & Eucalyptus shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which created the most luxurious shower experience ever. Room/Comfort: I love the King Suite because it has a sofa/sofa bed, and a tv in both the bedroom portion and the “living room” sections of the room. Location: PERFECT LOCATION! There’s not a store, restaurant, or activity you need that’s not within 2-5 miles of this hotel! (Stonebriar Mall, Frisco Star, PGA, etc). Staff: I can’t say enough about the staff! They will always get a shout out in my reviews because they make the experience possible, and are the literal cherry on top. But a SPECIAL shoutout will always go to Nature..she is the epitome of hospitality and she is everything! In my humble opinion…she could stand to be promoted to general manager. BOOK HERE NOW!

The staff is one of my favorite things about this hotel. They are warm, accommodating, and even remember their regulars and any special requests you might have when you stay! When I arrived for my stay yesterday, Maytra knew exactly who I was, asked how I had been, and made me feel not like a guest but as if I were home. To add to the experience, the rooms are immaculate and ready with all necessary amenities for convenience (microwave and fridge), the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are always clean, and the hotel could not be more perfectly located in terms of surrounding attractions, activities, and restaurants! Superb hotel, superb staff, and superb experiences each and every time! LOVE IT HERE!

Since the first time I stayed here it was my favorite after the excellence I experienced the first time. All staff was nice the first time front desk all the way to House keeping to the greeters and workers at breakfast etc...Second time was just as wonderful and coming here to stay would be a treat to myself to get away have a peace of mind and so many places I liked frequenting was near by. It was perfect spot. I must say my last visit was extremely disappointing. When I got off elevators immediately smelled sewer or poop all the way down the hall the whole floor smelled like sewer. Im not sure what was going on but house keeping was on the floor as well but seems nobody sprayed because the scent lasted on til the night hours when I left room a couple hours after checking in. It lingered a bit into my room as well. Upon checkin I also asked about late checkout and was told to wait til morning to ask about it. Later that night I had some business documents to print in which the printer had note on it. I was told it was broken but note said see front desk. So in the mist of asking about printer since in was later I asked again about late check out. Well it was a different front desk person and different shift and he told me the same thing to come back in morning. Morning came & went down for breakfast & asked front desk and he told me too many people had already requested when I asked so he could not. It felt VERY disappointing and average customer service and upsetting.

This is our 3rd stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites Plano/Frisco. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very nice and clean. I would highly recommend this Fairfield Inn.

There was a nasty smell much like a messed up drain or something. You could smell it in the hallways too. Although the bathroom was spotless but it stunk really bad. Especially the commode. When we asked the staff to come fix it, he outrightly denied.

She is kind, she makes guests feel at home, and embodies all things good about the Hospitality Industry. Plenty of restaurants to choose from...Sam's and Walmart are also very near by and several other shopping options including Stonebriar Mall less than 1 mile away :) Everything was perfect!

Wry conveniently close to anything you want. We were staying due to my son having a procedure at the children’s hospital. Staff was friendly and the room, hotel was very clean. Will be staying here again.

I had an amazing stay here, as always! I had a very difficult week, and this was the silver lining at the end of the storm. I had the most amazing staycation, and got some much needed rest and relaxation. I will NEVER skip a staycation at this Fairfield!

It was clean. We were not greeted when we came in. Felt like we disturb their play time. Group in a corner talking. If they knew they have problems with the dryer, they should fix not tell customers to use the hotel next door.

The room was clean, bathroom came with wall mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so it was very convenient. They don’t have wall mount hand wash and lotion. They also don’t have room services, we came back from out game in the afternoon and the room was not serviced. That’s the only downside to it. The place is quiet and it’s next to tollway in nice area. The local McDonald is very clean, coming from Shreveport not used to seen clean McDonald. There’s plenty of nice local restaurants to go eat as well.

Convenient location. Clean property with courteous staff. The way the AC is set the room gets hot then cold all night. Fan cannot be set to run continuously so the AC noise wakes you up each time it starts up. Worst sleep I’ve had in long time.

The staff are not very attentive to keeping things stocked and cleaned. You shouldn’t have an employee playing with their phone and getting something to drink while customers are waiting in line (as one example). The food is the standard fare you find in hotels of this level in the domestic American market. It’s nothing special, but I did think the coffee was good. I would certainly stay here again if the price were right.

Moved to a room on opposite side late at night. Some improvements but still sneezing, tingling sensation on skin and migraine. I used to frequent this hotel in 2022/2023. It has definitely declined in quality. I wish i had read the Yelp reviews before booking. Manager has shown no sympathy.

Probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! More high-end decor, extremely clean, breakfast had lots of choices. Quick elevators, hallways were quiet. The price was excellent. I will most definitely book here again when I am back in the area!

The window shade was wonderful as we were able to see out and not feel trapped or boxed in, but we also had privacy. The large shower was beautiful and felt luxurious!

Second time to stay here because it is like a new hotel and there rooms have a tub. I hate showers, so I always look for hotels tgat have a bathtub.

Bed was comfortable and room was spotless. Charging my phone was a challenge. There was not an outlet on the nightstand.

Almost $200 for one night and our room didn't even have a couch. The bathroom smelled like sewer and wouldn't flush until after a few tries then the room door wouldnt shut all the way. We didnt find out until we came back from the first time we left our room. It had to be forced shut. Breakfast was not very good either.

Staff was awesome! CLEANLINESS: The room was exceptionally clean, and I LOVED that they had cleaned the remotes and put them in sealed bags that had verbiage on them confirming they had been cleaned. I also LOVED that the couch appeared to have been cleaned and vacuumed (as I saw vacuum lines on the upholstery). This made me feel safer knowing that staff had gone through such lengths to ensure cleanliness and sanitation. BED/BATHROOM: The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing, and the bathroom was perfectly stocked with towels! AMENITIES: There was a microwave in the room! Now, I know this should be and is the standard at most hotels now days. However; one of the supposed “high end” hotels in the Plano/frisco area that I frequented for getaways, (who just lost me to this Fairfield) does not have microwaves in all rooms, and it’s a huge inconvenience for the money spent to stay there. So Fairfield DEFINITELY got big points with this! Breakfast is complementary (and yummy!!), and they have a great assortment of snacks and drinks downstairs for guests to purchase, which is super convenient! LOCATION: This property is perfectly located near a plethora of restaurants, Stonebriar Mall (about 1/4 mile down Preston), and just a short drive to the Frisco Star (Sam Rayburn to DNT or up Preston and left on Warren). I will ABSOLUTELY be booking another stay here soon!

This hotel was a last minute decision for me and I am so glad I picked it. It is SUPER clean, new and smells nice inside. The ONLY thing I wish it had was glasses instead of plastic cups for my evening glass of wine. I really don't like drinking wine out of a plastic cup and they don't have a bar or anything. (sounds like first world problems, I know) But literally that is the only negative thing about it. Great location, nice staff, and again, VERY clean.

Hands down one of our favorite hotels! We travel all year long for baseball and softball tournaments. Upon arrival- the staff was so fun and welcoming, and their kindness didn't stop all weekend. The whole building was very clean from the lobby to the halls, elevator, room and gym.

I was a relaxing stay

This was just for a night since our power had gone out during the recent storms. It was a nice room, big bed, very cool (temp wise) and nice big bathroom and shower. TV had the channel for the Mavs game. It couldn't have gone better. And the free breakfast was a major plus! Not to mention the free snickerdoodles on my way in which were fire.

Our stay was awesome from check-in to check-out! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful- the frint desk staff, the ladies in the breakfast area, and the housekeeping staff. We were always told hello or goodbye when arriving or leaving. Breakfast was delicious and had several options. The room was clean and comfortable. We'll be staying there again!

This hotel almost made it to my perfect list, which I don’t give out very often! One thing truly was wrong about my stay was they didn’t have any options to charge your phone by the bed. I hope in 2024 they at least put outlets by the bed for you to be able to charge your phone because mostly everybody has million devices and, everyone in my room had at least two devices that they needed to charge but we had to go to other areas of the room to charge them only other thing I was on FaceTime with my daughter and she made a very concerning face so I asked her what was wrong and the staff in the Food area said something rude to her!!! we went downstairs for breakfast. 1520 minutes before they were officially supposed to be closed and they ran out of waffles and the staff said it in a rude way it is unplugged because there’s no more waffle batter called downstairs and asked them. How did they already run out of food and it wasn’t even supposed to be closed yet they stated they had a big party due to a football game or something I just feel like they should have prepared for the extra people, or at least not have been rude about why it was unplugged because we were under the impression that we still had at least 1520 minutes to get something to eat honestly other than that I love this hotel I would stay again and again !!! 9/10!!!

Everything was wonderful, except for we got stranded by the shuttle at the mall. Took the shuttle there, and was told to call for a return. Called,.and no driver available to get us. Had to waste money on a Lyft driver
