Springhill Suites Dallas Plano/Frisco

Only one person working front desk and was not there, no sign saying be back or stepped away. No bell to push for service, finally found someone at the bar that went looking for clerk. Finally checked in. Only one working elevator and very crowded. Elevator would stop at a floor multiple times with no one waiting.

Pool was being services, so it was empty. Poor landscaping smelled like cat piss. Breakfast was very nice. Coffee was a bit rough. Lots of walkable places nearby.

I came with my daughters for a cheer comp at comerica. It was only about 7 minutes away. This hotel was clean, spacious rooms, and the check in process was quick. Their complimentary breakfast was nice. I will definitely be staying here again.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Only thing was walls were thin and the mattress was hard.

This hotel was very clean and was near everything, the mall, restaurants etc.. the room was nearly perfect except the beds were a bit too firm for us but the separate toilet won my heart lol. My kids loved the pool! The breakfast was very good but we did wish they had turkey options. We will be back.

Staff was not informative of rate, deposit. Just ran card . Did not greet and elevator was out of order and I just had back surgery and customer service check in person was VERY RUDE BY SAYING AT LEAST YOU ARE ON SECOND FLOOR. Was very crowded and people (guest) were all rude!

My husband and I stayed at Spring Hill suites following my surgery three weeks ago. The staff was very kind and so accommodating when we had special requests. The hotel is very clean as was our room and it was wonderful to have two separate beds and then sitting office area where we could do my medical treatments. we have stayed at this hotel several times and always come back. It’s like home away from home. it was especially important this time that it worked for our needs and it did that, in spades! Special, thanks to Josiah, Sean Paul, and Victor, but the entire staff from housekeeping to management is great. Nothing.

When tried to warm up the room from low 70s to 77-78 the heater couldn’t do it. I moved thermostat to 80 on heat mode and a little warm air came out for a few minutes, but my portable thermometer still measured 74-75. So then I grabbed the ice bucket and went to get ice on our floor (2) and it produced nada. Fortunately floor 3 ice worked.

Appearance as you walked in. It was beautiful! Very modern, updated, quiet! Everything. Room was beautiful. Large, loved that the commode was in one room, shower in another room. Had never seen that before in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Very unique. I was able to bath while my husband used the bathroom. Did not have to wait on him or him on me.

I love the room I got. It’s clean & spacious. The breakfast are delicious. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the public area is always clean and tidy. I didn’t swim but I can tell that the swimming pool is clean and very inviting. I definitely will come back to this hotel whenever I am visiting Plano again.

Springhill Suites Plano/Frisco is by far the nicest and cleanest hotel that I have stayed in by a longshot. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was great. You will be hard pressed to find anything nicer especially for the price. The rooms are really nice. We had a double queen with a studio. Sliding barn doors for both bathrooms. Things you do not normally see in a three-star hotel. You will not be disappointed.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a while. Everything was so clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was the best in a long time! So many options- waffles, packaged cereals, muffins, pastries, good eggs, sausage, seasoned potatoes, oatmeal, breads, fruit, much more! Staff very friendly and prompt! Room clean and comfortable. Safe and convenient area.

It was not far from anything you need

Everything was great only downside was that the elevators were out of service for two out of my three day stay. And we were in the 4th floor.

The elevator went out and we had to haul our wagon and all stuff all the way down FIVE flights of stairs and last night a party was going on the outside patio area until 2 am. Blasting music so loud it could be heard on the 5th floor. I complained multiple times to no avail. This is a place you want to stay if you want no rest.

It was an average hotel stay. I hate to highlight the “bad,” but our bedding had some stains, our trashcans didn’t have any liners in them, the shower’s shampoo holder that’s adhered to the wall came off while my daughter tried to pump some shampoo. And to top it off, the elevator broke. And we were staying on the fourth floor. I understand things happen, but the last straw was the elevator problem. I have a heart condition and taking the stairs was difficult.

Hate that our room wasn't serviced during our stay. Bed was never prepared, trash was never taken out and wasn't given clean towels, without having to ask.

I booked this hotel only because it had a hot tub on the photos and my kids wanted to use it. When we came to the hotel, they told us that they cemented the place where hot tub was before. You can actually see it now.

centrally located to the basketball venues we were playing at. The hotel is in a location off the highway that provides access to a plethora of restaurants.

I had a great stay. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast tasted great. Only ran into one issue with the elevator being down one night but it was fixed in the morning. Overall great stay will book this hotel again in the future!

The cleanliness and the affordable price

I enjoyed my first stay at a Springhill Suites property. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. We enjoyed the bar for a drink upon arrival from a 5 hr drive although the bartender was grouchy, however he did apologize for being rude as he was in pain. I felt bad for him. The breakfast was delish! Big variety. Although I didnt use it was nice to have a fitness center and indoor pool that others were enjoying. All was good except when coming back from dinner at 11pm the elevators were down. So my husband and I (75 yr olds) had to climb 4 flights of stairs, not fun . I asked for some discount or compensation they handed me the business card to the general manger as she wasn't there. I felt bad for this other older couple one being in walker. You'd think they'd have a freight elevator for us to use! Other than that all was good and I'd stay again.

Please be aware that your unit will be invaded by a staff without any proper communications nor notice DURING the hours of your stay. I was changing clothes and a staff named Albert just opened the door. Thank goodness I double-locked it. The manager said a few words but nothing concrete to fix the issue nor provide the credit that was promised to be given. I will raise this problem to the corporate Marriott. It is a shame. Stay away from this place altogether.

Gym looked nice and there were a lot of restaurants close by. The room was very small with the door fairly close to the bed. There was also a glass partition next to the bed that separated the “bedroom” from the office / living room. Normally fine but the glass rattled constantly while walking through room. The lobby bar seemed to never be open, and breakfast ended at 9:30. Will not stay here again.

Everything was great, staff was super kind and helpful. We were there for a softball tournament and there were tons of other families staying also. Breakfast did not open until 7am but we were able to grab breakfast and head to our early morning game!

誰が使ったものかもわからないのですぐに捨てました。 洗面所のドアがちゃんと閉まらない 締めても、勝手に開いてしまう しかも鍵も壊れてしまっている。 洗面台の排水が悪く、少し水を出しただけでもすぐに 溜まってしまい、排水するのにとてもとても時間がかかった。 トイレのドアの開閉も建て付けが良くないのかとても力が要りました。ルーム清掃担当の人はこういうのは確認しないのでしょうか？部屋自体は清潔で使いやすく、フロントデスクのスタッフも完璧なのにとても残念でした。
