Room was a great size for our family of four. Glad there were two bathrooms. Clean room and the staff were friendly! Great location to the airport.

Best hotel experience I could have hoped for. The suite was a perfect size, clean, and comfortable. Loved having full size refrigerator with ice maker,real glasses and dishes, even a dishwasher! The sofa had a large ottoman so I could put up my feet and the TV could be turned to view from anywhere in suite. The staff were are friendly and arranged a Lyft shuttle for my early morning departure ( no cost to me). I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend to all.

Toilets were clogged. A lot of mismanagement among the staff. The breakfast person called out sick 2 hours before opening the breakfast door. There was no action taken. While people showed up, the front desk personnel rushed to serve breakfast.

The location was great for our days spent going into the Columbia River Gorge. It felt safe enough, though we did empty out the car of all belongings, just in case. The breakfast was good on the first day (Sunday morning), complete with waffle makers and other good food choices. However, on the next two mornings the waffle makers were nowhere to be seen, much to the disappointment of our kids, and the other options were Mexican inspired and therefore "too spicy" for our kids.

Their parking lot wasn’t very well lit and the parking spots were very tight. I wasn’t impressed with their complimentary breakfast, they didn’t have much to offer. Their hard boiled eggs were something you would get out of a vending machine. Took one bite and threw it away. Other than that, the place was very nice and beautiful atmosphere.

Check in was very pleasant and efficient. We had to change rooms due to a mechanical issue with the heat, but this was addressed quickly without any issues. The rooms were both VERY clean and felt inviting from the first step into the room. Breakfast options are fantastic! Every staff member we encountered were a delight and super helpful. I really appreciated the check in text after our arrival. Note: Wifi can be sketchy. You can pay extra for premium wifi, but we ended up using our phone as a hot spot.

This was an amazing stay. I did have an issue with the air conditioner, making a really loud noise, but they sent maintenance to fix the issue and compted my parking for the inconvenience. I was appreciative and I would definitely stay again.

This property is nice for families, as it has 2-room suites and small but usable kitchenettes. The location is close to the airport and drivable to much of Portland. The breakfast was well stocked and hot. There were just a few odd things. We were there three nights and no one came to check on our towels or dishes, etc. even though the sign said that they check every other day. We only had three towels for four people on our reservation. Toiletries (hair conditioner and shampoo) were empty for our entire stay. Room was clean. We were on the bottom floor and the room was very dark.

The room for handicap was comfortable, and clean. There was a lot of amenities in the room. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

I'd rate our stay a 6.5/10. There was 6 of us in 1 room and the beds were extremely small. Room was a bit dusty and dark. The a/c

Somewhat disappointing. The AC unit in our room sounded like it was built in the 1980s - loud, clunky, and turning off with a bang. There were only two dispensers in the shower, and one of them was not labeled, making it hard to determine if it was conditioner or body wash. Finally, while there were two meats on offer for breakfast, both were pork. Why not have chicken or turkey instead?

It’s been a few years since we’ve stayed at this particular location and time has a way of wearing on properties. The unit we stayed in had an air conditioning unit that was extremely loud and a fridge that was loud. We knew there were no other avaliable rooms so we knew could not do anything about it, but it was incredibly disrupted to our sleep. They also have the guy charging for parking $10 per car, which I find ridiculous as it’s just another way to upsell and make a bigger profit.

The aircon in our room is so loud, we couldn't sleep as everytime it went on we are getting awake. Everyone deserves a good night sleep especially during vacation. On our last day, when we are getting coffee the kitchen staff looks like she's having a bad day and starts throwing and dropping pots where the breakfast dining is. Definitely not something hotel guest would like to see and experience especially with kids around.

Liked the patio hangout area! The extra parking fee for vehicles was unexpected and would have appreciated a more clear notice of it.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Initially our room had a maintenance issue so they upgraded us to a king suite. No complaints!

We have stayed at this hotel several different times. This trip was not as good as before. Staff not as friendly. There was no parking available, every spot was full.

Another negative, the parking is HORRIBLE they charge 10$ and we couldn’t even find a spot, found one when someone left I had to be crammed in a tiny parking spot and I have a small hatchback I was worried someone would hit my car trying to get into theirs luckily that didn’t happen but it is something to note if you have a big car because the spots are TINY.

We love staying here or used to. The room was not cleaned well, the top of the soap pump at the sink was dirty, there was a blood stain on the closet door, stain in the corner behind the toilet. It was Father’s Day and all appliances from the breakfast were unplugged right at 10am, maybe even before. It just did not feel very welcoming this time.

I like your hotel. We spent 5 days there an for the most part it was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Pool area was not clean . The breakfast was terrible. Hot food cold, cold food hot. Cereal so old it was uneatable. Over all I would stay again just eat out for breakfast

Hotel was great, front desk staff (Pam ?) was so helpful. We just wish that the parking area felt a little more secure. Several cars had locks on the steering wheels which made us a little unsure, but we had no problems.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and shopping at Cascade station. It was easily accessible to the freeway to head to Vancouver or downtown Portland area. The hotel was clean and offered a good breakfast. The area was safe for families and those traveling alone to come and go from.

We stay here for the unique rooms with multiple beds for all the kids. Our room that was booked was not available which left 10 year olds alone in their own room.

We didn't get the full experience due to an early flight but enjoyed our night. Slept well and that is what matters.

Not as nice as the pictures on Expedia…in person the facility feels old. The pool is in a separate building. No hot tub. Although nice the front desk was not helpful and had to call to remind them about certain requests. Elevator was tiny and there was no covered entrance way to park car and drop things off. Breakfast was edible. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Wonderful spacious, sweet very clean. There was a few ants on the bathroom floor but no big deal.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I was surprised at the $10 per night parking fee. It is a surface lot not a ramp with no extra security and not in a Downtown location. It leaves the impression that you are nickle and diming us when we are already paying over $200 per night to stay there.

Everything is fine here EXCEPT they charge you $10 to park your car. Note this isn't an urban area with a parking garage or public transportation. You have to drive there and its a regular parking lot. Really a turnoff for what would be a solid place to stay. Its just a way for them to make a few bucks
