This place has everything I needed. Love the ice machine with lot of ice. Breakfast is good and fresh. Room is very clean and staff were very friendly and informative. Only thing I don’t like is have to pay for parking.

This hotel was amazing and I had no problems and the staff were amazing specially Emma and Audrina who treated me so nice and the room was clean which I really like and I will definitely stay at the hotel again

Place is new or recently remodeled. Everything was fresh and clean. Rooms include a kitchenette that we did not use. Breakfast is ordinary self-serve and got the job done.

The property was new, clean and had modern feel to it. The location was great which was next to airport and perfect distance from downtown. So it felt safe and accessible too. The breakfast timings are bit confusing, missed Monday’s breakfast as it was earlier than the weekend timing.

Only complaint was the sofa bed was uncomfortable for my son to sleep on

Also, we didn’t like the light/fan turning on automatically in the bathroom. It was loud. Plus, it turned off while each of us showered and each of us was left in the dark.

Although we were told there was an airport shuttle, the shuttle stopped running before we arrived so we had to pay for uber. We had trouble finding a phone number to call the hotel because the reservation confirmation didnt have a phone number on it and the website only had a number for reservations. When we finally arrived, we were given keys to a room that was already occupied . Although we had reserved a room with a king bed, our room had two queen beds. We had stayed at this hotel before but will probably not stay there again. Problems were a combination of factors from Hotels.com and from the hotel.

Very clean room, newly remodeled. Accommodation request were not met for us. I asked not to be my elevator and they placed me right in front of the elevator. Breakfast looks decent but poor quality. Fruit was not fresh. Staff was friendly and polite. Decent price. Unsure if we will return.

The room wasn’t very clean and outdated the. Sheets and blankets were not very comfy. Bed hard as a rock and even though I booked a week before the date and asked not to be by the stairs . The lady at the front desk put me in the room right by the stairs . Couldn’t sleep because of the people running up and down the stairs all hours . To top it off the people in the room above mine were stomping around and yelling until 3 am and the front desk did nothing about it . Will never ever stay here again .

The manager lady was terrible. She profiled me and very unprofessional and not very helpful at all.

Made a reservation 2 mo in advance, called a week ahead to confirm and found it was cancelled due to "changing systems". Rebooked by phone, showed up in person to check in and the unhelpful kid at the front desk said they had "lost all reservations" due to "changing systems" yet again and could not book us manually. We rebooked via Expedia while standing there to avoid finding a new hotel at night, but had to pay a higher rate than what we'd reserved :( Manager did get in touch and said they'd comp us one of our three nights to make up for hassle. Confirmed (supposedly) we were only charged 2 nights at checkout. After getting home, card statement showed charged for all 3 nights, contrary to the checkout statement. Then followed several weeks of phone calls and emails on my part with a lot of assurances from manager (M. Ramirez), then doubting I was actually charged 3, then after sending copies of my card statement, admitting they'd charged me 3, not the agreed 2, but that due to "changing systems" they could not manually do a refund (what?).

The room was fantastic, breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was so nice (especially Mike). Very pleasantly surprised for how quiet it was, given the proximity to 205 and the airport. I will definitely be staying here the next time I need to fly.

The hotel grounds and room were clean and very nice! The room was huge, comfy bed but the couch was pretty hard. I would 100% stay here again. The only thing that was kind of a bummer was there were no snacks or drinks available to purchase. But, there were food places close by so it wasn’t a big deal.

I stayed for 3 nights. Hotel is close to the airport and about 10 minutes drive from downtown. Freeway access is less than a mile away. Appears major renovations are being completed which may be the reason for the limited breakfast options. Hotel and rooms are very nice. My room had an almost full size fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, dishes and a small dishwasher though no pots/pans or silverware. The ice maker in the lobby didn’t work but there was an ice tray in the freezer. So while it was nice some of these amenities were provided, you couldn’t use them without bringing some stuff of your own. Plenty of parking, quiet area. Reasonably priced. I’d stay again.

Good views large clean rooms

Breakfast was an absolute joke. Day 1 they had plain bagels, waffles and syrup, and some kind of cinnamon cake thing. That’s it. I complained and the next day it had a few red delicious apples and yogurt in addition to day 1. Massive disappointment. I booked this hotel solely for the kitchenette, pool and breakfast. Expedia was amazing and tried to get some money back from the property, but the property denied me. Extremely disappointed and won’t recommend this property to anyone.

There was a woman working the front desk slightly older but pretty and sweet and she was so helpful and accommodating and great. I forgot her name but there were three of us and she was able to save us from a long night of dealing with an headache and we got some sound sleep and some good breakfast. Thank you so much I wish I remembered your name you’re the best.

I was upset about that because of invasion of privacy and it was unprofessional for them to just open my room randomly and do something. I had my valuables in the room. I let the front desk know and the lady said they should not be up there and she will tell them to do it once I was checked out which was one more day. When I got back to my hotel after that. The constructions stuff was finished which was unprofessional because I was still occupying the room. Privacy is not their priority. Never coming back to that hotel. Now I’m traumatized and scared to go to any hotel and leave the room due to that.

This hotel was really nice. There are renovations going on but the rooms are very nice. Equipped with full size fridge, cups, plates, and bowls, and a dishwasher. Mini sectional, swivel tv and the view is serene. Breakfast was grab and go but I assumed it was due to construction.

No pots and pans but we planned to eat out. Room was clean, looked updated, bed comfortable. Only drawback was noise from planes but expected with proximity to airport. Would stay at again.

Very clean hotel, there is NO pool and hasn’t been since Marriott renovated. Breakfast was sparse, waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt and apples. It worked fine.

I honestly felt really mislead and booked the room with the intent of using the kitchenette. If I would have known the kitchenette was not functional or stocked, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Furthermore, the hotel was under construction and I would often have to squeeze past workers, ladders, and caution tape in the hallways. The lobby was not open. I feel like I did not get a good value for what I paid for and was expecting.

Great hotel with a very clean, well appointed room with a kitchenette. There was some construction going on in the lobby, but aside from that, it was a very pleasant stay close to the airport. Would stay there again.

We've been staying there off and on for a few years. Unfortunately, right now they've been going under major renovation and remodeling for quite a while. This has created some inconveniences as well as no breakfast at this time.

Hotel was under construction so breakfast options were limited but the facility was impeccably clean even with ongoing construction.

Hotel room was nice and modern. Breakfast was first come first serve. All they just had was bagels and fruits, nothing filling. That was very disappointing. They're still under construction as well, so the lobby is in a bit of a mess. Free shuttle drive was nice but last call is before 11 pm.

Lakeside Suites provides an entire suite, with a kitchenette, at a very reasonable price. The staff is great -- above and beyond, really. It's also very handy to the airport.

Don’t be fooled into thinking that this is a cheap property. EVERYTHING is new and nice. Yes, it is very much under construction (Sept 2025) and you will have to deal with a bit of drama for the time being, but the property over delivered for us. The room is awesome and we can’t recommend enough. Stay here if you are flying out in the morning. They also have a shuttle.

Wry clean and updated rooms. View was excellent. However, the facility was under construction, and was unable to access gathering area porch, gym, or have a sit down continental breakfast due to the construction. It was not a huge deal, but was not advertised as being under construction.

this has been my go-to airport hotel for nearly 20 years. It's even better than it ever has been. The new rooms are kitchenettes, big Windows looking over the water, you can park and fly and I've seen security drive through here three times tonight Free shuttle. The best.

Though it is currently under some construction, the rooms and halls are clean and well maintained. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Despite being near the airport, the sound levels were extremely low inside. The lake view was a nice perk on top of everything else. I was especially impressed with Maggie on night shift: she dealt well eith my many interruptions with wonderful poise and energy!

Booked hotel based on having a kitchen and hot breakfast. Hotel was not finished remodeling. Lobby was closed. No hot bfast, warm yogurt and bad bagels in plastic wrap. “Kitchen” had no pots or pans, silverware, no utensils. No dishwasher or dish soap No kitchen towels. So couldn’t cook anything. Room was new and nice but not what I thought I paid for. No warning was given that the property was in mid remodel and advertised amenities were not available. Disappointing.

Hotel is undergoing extensive renovation so the lobby is gutted. But the room was brand new and quite comfortable. Breakfast consists of a bagel and cream cheese and yogurt during this transition.

This place is under renovation. Kitchen was almost without equipment. Breakfast is minimal etc. Management seems to have decided it is OK to book it when it is not ready. The view of the pond is very nice.

Room was very nice and newly renovated. The shower needed a little refresh and did not seem like part of the renovation but was clean. The view of the pond in the back was very nice. I had a quiet night's sleep with no issues. Bed was comfy but I do wish the sheets were a little softer. The lobby and parts of the hotel are under construction so there was only grab and go breakfast items. You cannot walk through the hotel to get to your room. You have to check in then walk outside to doors further down the building for room access. This means you have to walk back the same way for breakfast access too in the morning. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars. Hotel will be great when construction is done.

Was put in handicap room. Light malfunctioning every hour on the hour starting at 12:30 am each morning. Addressed the issue after the first night and was left unrepaired fixed or moved to an alternate room for the 2nd night.

There was a small table with coffee and tea but no trash can so old tea bags, papers and spoons were just left all over the table. I think it will be very nice when it’s finished, but not a great place to stay until then. They had a good shuttle to and from the airport.

it was a clarion hotel that was recently purchased by Marriot. so the signage was confusing. there was no lobby due to the remodel, moving through the hotel was not the best. there was no market or vending. had to walk to a 711 after check in at 11 pm. it will be a great place just not easy right now.

No water bottle, no ice, room phone wasn’t working, on the name of the breakfast they provided one apple and one muffin, in short management wasn’t ready to serve their customers. Was surprised to find the facility under construction with no Clarion signage on the building. The building said courtyard my Marriott. The entire lobby was under construction with no pool and no breakfast due to the construction. The front desk couldn’t provide a toothbrush. No amenities or snacks or drinks available for purchase either

The hotel is under full renovation and shouldnt be accepting guests right now in my opinion. There is no lobby, there is a checkin person with a makeshift desk in the front entryway. The room once we got there was upgraded and beautiful down some side entrance, but we booked it for: free breakfast, fitness center use...zero is open and its some bagged to-go breakfast. They should be charging max $50 for this stay, not regular pricing. We couldnt even find the hotel as Clarion has been taken down off the building!

When went thru Expedia there was no information that the facility was under construction and that all amenities stated were not available as: no breakfast, ice and spa. You had to enter a side door to get to your room. Very disappointed for what we paid. We use you a lot and have never had this kind of problem. We should be reimbursed.

We stayed for one night and after reading reviews we knew there would be renovation going on. The price is cheap enough for us to book, and we found the room is nice and new. We couldn't find a remote control for tv and we didn't bother to ask since it was quite late at night. I'm sure it would be a nice hotel once they are done with renovation, apparently Clarion would be taken over by Marriot. The sign says Marriott, we got confused when our GPS told us to turn. No breakfast was offered, even thought it says on reservation that bfast was included.

This place is under renovation. Its no longer Clarion hotel it has Marriot written over it now. It took us a while to find the right place. The gym, Sauna and Pool were closed, so we couldnt enjoy those eminities. Then the room itself seemed newely renovated and comfortable. As promised there was a kitchenet in a double queen room but the kitchenet had no utensils, not even a single spoon. It had a dishwasher and microwave and stove but no utensils of any kind. The breakfast included - there was no hote breakfast because kitchen is under renovation, it was grab and go. Honestly not worth 150$ a night for a 2 queen room atleast not untill the hotel is fully renovated. Please update your website expedia!

There was no mention of ongoing construction on the Expedia site. There is no lobby, and the front desk is a temporary setup in the entryway between the interior and exterior glass doors. No access to the property through inside. No pool (this was in the fine print of the listing), no exercise room, no breakfast area. Come and go breakfast was on a folding table also in between the interior and exterior doors. Visible construction, wires hanging everywhere, lobby completely demolished. The room was obviously newly renovated. Clean. But the new glass door shower still leaked water all over the floor. Inside the building outside of our room was very hot. AC in the room worked well.

There are construction materials everywhere. There is currently no lobby but I'm sure it will be fantastic when it's finished. The fan in the bathroom was motion activated and was extremely loud.

The property is being renovated and was not safe to stay - the lobby was completely gutted with equipment and drywall stacked up in it. A hotel employee was there informing guests of the issue, but until the renovation is complete I would not recommend.

Renovations are wonderful!

We picked this property for the amenities. No lobby, no pool, no spa, a sorry for inconvenience isn't enough, even though the rooms were nice and new.

Rooms are brand new, spacious and clean We did get informed construction works were taking place. However we didn’t get informed, breakfast was reduced to just a take away bag. This was a bit of an upset after a long flight.

There was major construction going on in and around the hotel. There was no pool, gym, market or food available on site all closed due to construction. This was not disclosed when we made the reservation!! The price was to high with no amenities!!!

I booked a hotel that had a pool, lobby, common spaces, and hot breakfast - I got there to a facility under construction, no amenities and an attitude from the staff about it. I couldn't just switch hotels because I had other family booked to stay there as well so we were ALL inconvenienced.

Once we got to our room all I can say is WOW. I have pictures but for some reason I cannot download them. It had an apt size refrigerator, a small 2 burner stove, microwave, small coffee pot Small love seat. All lamps and desk had plugs for charging phones, tablets As you enter the room their is a closet for hang

We were worried when we pulled into the lot because it looks like a construction zone. Once we were checked in, the room was new and very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. We slept in until 10 am which we never do. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the airport and easy to find. We will most likely stay there again when we fly back out of Portland.

A bit disappointed when I booked room no where was it disclosed the property was under going renovations until I arrived I noticed large trash dumpsters in front of property and the check in office was in the vestibule of entrance. The entire lobby was closed :/ I will say the room was very nice and clean it just sucked the entire front area was closed off i had stayed with my mom and she had complained of the smell of paint next to our room but I didn't smell anything. Wish it would've disclosed it was under renovation I would've picked a diff hotel :(

The hotel’s first floor was entirely in construction…even the lobby and the hallways. The front desk was set up on a cart right inside the outdoor entrance. There was just coffee and a very small tray of grab and go items for “breakfast,” just at the hotel front entrance. We had to walk outside in the rain to reach the coffee etc. from our room. The construction was not mentioned on the website, or I would have booked elsewhere. Our renovated room was clean and luxurious, but should have been offered at a discount rate, as this hotel should have closed to the public until the first floor renovations were complete.

Kitchenet was useless since there were no utensils or plates in the room.

When we arrived there was a sign saying “be right back” and 15 minutes later I saw the worker drive up in their car. They walked into the area surprised that my group and another were waiting. The room itself was clean but no hairdryer and the front façade in bathroom fell off almost landing on my foot. There was no hot breakfast but a toaster and saran wrapped bagels. The morning worker apologized saying others are complaining and they would tell management! I use Expedia all the time for years and years- this was a huge disappointment.
