Easy quick check in & out. Parking was east, however there was a $10 parking fee. Room was clean, bed super comfy and quiet. Great breakfast.

I did not have a good experience here. We called the front desk and asked if our room could be cleaned during our 3 day stay and they said no problem. The room was never cleaned. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The pros of staying here for us was the size of the jacuzzi bath and breakfast selection. The property on the outside is well maintained as well. We will not be staying here again.

I like that the property is on a nice boulevard and next to a gas station but the parking lot is very small and street parking also gets packed so there is not always parking available and you have to pay 20 dollars? The parking situation is very bad

We had a good stay overall. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and we appreciated the housekeeping service. However, we had an issue with the breakfast options. As vegetarians, we were hoping for suitable alternatives, but the management was unwilling to accommodate our request and refused to provide any vegetarian options. This was very disappointing and negatively affected our experience.

The first room I was sent to was a free “upgrade” it was outdated smelled like mold and had trash in it still so I moved and got moved to a very nice room #308 ask for that room..

One of the best hotels I have stayed in in a long time One of my regular hotels very clean and very respectable staff. And a nice warm hearty breakfast in the morning

- We arrived at the hotel and found spiders, bugs, and cobwebs in the corners of the room. As soon as we checked in, I contacted the hotel to let them know that the room was not clean, but I never received any response.

I believe the manager checked us in, he was so gracious. Room was spacious and really clean. The next day as I was getting ready, the blow dryer in the room was not working properly, the maintenance guy was at my room within 5 minutes. Replaced it with a new one and i was back to getting ready.

What's up with charging $10 for parking. I've stayed at this hotel for the last 5 years and never paid for parking. Was told it was due to others bringing in more cars than allowed. Well! Give one car pass for each room. Tell hotel patrons if you park a car without a pass, you will be towed. Don't penalize you patrons that have one car.

The hotel manager ordered a taxi for us. Unfortunately I haven't asked what it will cost. At the end we figured out, that he ordered a private taxi, which charged us $85.- for a 20min drive. ? The day before we paid with a yellow cab $35.- for the same distance.......

Amazing place and location

Cleaning staff friendly. Rooms stuffy - got problems with sinuses and throat as a result. Pool was not a pool but a jacuzzi. Disappointing compared with other hotels of similar description in the area.

The breakfast was lacking. They started charging $10 for parking on March 11, but I told him it still shows free online so be waived it.

Room was clean, was stocked up with enough towels, and we had the whirlpool, which was wonderful and had a lot of nearby shops and food. Which made it. Nice to just go get a snack or a drink real quick.

So the rooms are clean but aren’t like the pictures advertised. Bed was comfy as well as the pillows. Someone was smoking weed at times and it came in our room somehow. There was no hot water in the morning so we called front desk and they said they are working on it and to check out at 12:30. Okay so I lay down a little longer for hot water to get fixed but housekeeping keeps knocking saying check out time ughhh don’t they communicate. So I’m disturbed so much that I leave at 12 with no shower cause hot water not fixed but front desk doesn’t even call to update us or apologize. I know things happen but communication is the best to do. Will not come here again just didn’t feel the vibe and no hot water turned me off.

As an older person traveling alone, I was a little apprehensive about safety because I wasn’t familiar with the area. The staff was fabulous and couldn’t have been more pleasant or helpful. The hotel rooms and grounds were immaculately clean. And I felt very safe walking around the area (I didn’t have a car) . This place was a true gem and I would gladly stay here again

We stayed in a King room. It was very spacious and incredibly clean! It had a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. Though we didn't use it, we looked at the hot tub and it was much larger than last we have seen. There was ample parking. The area was safe and quiet. We will be staying here again.

The room smelled horrible like a litter box and the breakfast room only had enough room for may 10 people. The windows do not lock at all and the stopper is so far back someone can stick their full arm through. There is no privacy can hear absolutely everything and the gap under the adjoing rooms door was 3 inches and they tried to use a couch to block it.

The room's smelled like smoke, the bathrooms were out of body wash, and I am not sure how you have a beach view unless you are standing on the roof of the motel. Breakfast area is small and can only accommodate 20 people. If you have kids going to breakfast, you might want to take their order, because there is no way you're gonna all fit in there. The pool is in front of the hotel by the road. So you get to listen to traffic while you are in the pool. I was honestly embarrassed to take my family there with all the great reviews. We won't be going back

The rooms are clean and usually enjoy our stay but the last couple times what has stood out the most it the Front Desk Lady, her name is Mayra( hope I spelled correctly) she is super fiendly, efficient, helpful, attentive and truly provide excellent customer service. I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews about the cleanliness of the rooms. I had thought I might stay additional nights but have changed my mind.

Room was clean. TV was hard to operate because there was no guide to the channels.

The staff were courteous, and the room was generally fine, but this is an older three story motel and our "upgraded room" had some kind of renovation of the floor. The carpet was removed, and some kind of lino that had separated from its bonding that attached it the floor resulting in a bubble. Also expediate cited it as a VIP room, no charge for parking. There is no charge for parking in a open lot in front of the motel. Also, could not get the in room coffee maker to operate, but no problem, coffee in the lobby.

Close to some good restaurants. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Toiletries were very good. Kleenex could be nicer.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The hotel offers free parking on the premises, but it is limited. The front desk and cleaning staff were professional and pleasant. The hotel location is just minutes away from restaurants and shopping. The hotel offers a free breakfast which by the way was the only complaint I had. They offer pre-made omelets every morning and they were tasteless. The only improvement is to adjust the breakfast. Otherwise, my stay was terrific!.

This was not a hotel, this a motel. The room smelled terrible. I had someone knock violently at our door a couple of times . Felt very unsafe and had to leave within 2 hours of being there.

The television in the room was not functional, and unfortunately, I encountered spiders, with one falling on me while I slept. The property experienced some noise from traffic on Artesia Boulevard. While the staff was very pleasant and the continental breakfast was excellent, the presence of the spiders and the street noise detracted from what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean, quiet, well equipped with fridge, microwave and really comfortable. The breakfast was such a great surprise. It was the best we’ve ever had from a hotel. It was really good!

I had ants in my room and they where not able to make room keys so everytime I left the room I had to have the front desk employee unlock my room for me.

Stayed there this past weekend visiting family.Friday we checked in somebody in the room next to ours was smoking pot.It was stinking up our room.Saturday 10:30 pm same room somebody was fighting and screaming. Had to call the police and they were kicked out.Also druggies hanging out in front of a room. Didn't feel very safe spoke to the manager for a partial refund and he refused. Would not recommend this don't know why it was on Expedia at all.

Hotel room was fine but the air conditioner was so loud I could not sleep.It was very hot outside so we had to use it.Also, the pool was a jacuzzi and crowded. We were disappointed.

Rooms were fairly clean and somewhat renovated. We experienced significant noise from guests in the floor above resulting in significant loos of sleep. Took two hours from 2-4 AM for hotel employee to stop the loud party, music, loud talking, spurred by my promise to call police if they did not. It is unpleasant to smell open use of marijuana on premises, despite its legality in CA. Breakfast is soso. I will not stay there again.

I called and stop by the front desk for 3 days to ask for the safety box to be fixed and I was ignored, they said there was report from the previous day. The isolation between rooms is very poor, I could hear EVERYTHING in the next room. It has a very bad experience, I don´t recommend it and I would never go back.

So far the best hotel ive stayed at! The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast served every morning was hat and delicious and there were soo mamy food options! The jetted tub was definitely the best way to spend time in my room:) next time im in LA i know where ill be staying ;) thank you Best Western Redondo!!

Front desk people lack good customer service. The workers in the breakfast area had better customer service than them! Our restroom was full of ants and when I notified them they didn’t care. Was my first time and will be my last taking my family there!

The staff were not very friendly. I was there with my children and we had a noise complaint against us at 8pm. Then all through the night we were woken up with people banging on walls and floors at 3am. The water pressure was awful in the toilet and shower. The furniture was dirty and dusty.

No water pressure, toilet’s are so small they belong in an elementary school. I needed to purchase a toilet seat riser to use it for our 4 day stay. The breakfast provided is nothing to write home about. Staff not very responsive, limited English. The bed was comfortable.

We stayed here Fri. Dec. 6 after Jingle Ball at the Intuit Dome in room 218 - woke up 4AM to use the bathroom and there was a brown roach running across the floor and over half a dozen smaller black ones on the floor and in the tub. Killed them, we figured the bathroom had an issue, closed the bathroom door, since we were exhausted, tried to get some sleep bef 11AM check out. My friend went to use the bathroom around 6AM & there’s a full on infestation - roaches crawling all over the bedroom walls and some even falling down onto our stuff, there was even a roach IN the bed! We hurried to get our things & leave - let me name and number for the manager, never received a callback, zero effort was made to make amends for that nightmare of a night. Strongly suggest staying elsewhere if you’re visiting the area - this hotel has a roach infestation but offers free breakfast, so enough said!

Definitely an affordable option. My fiancé’s car was at the Nissan dealer in Gardena where he recently bought his care and we didn’t want to drive back to the Inland empire. Love that it’s super clean and near public transit. The breakfast was a REAL hot breakfast not some grab-and-go. I would stay here even for Anime Expo too next year.

My first room was dirty upon arrival. The guests above me on night 2 were noisy all night. The last night I was moved to the top floor. Much better but almost no hot water the entire time.

The property is clean and a bit bare bones, but room is updated enough and safe. I got the jacuzzi suite and the water was hot enough to fill and keep hot.. I always hate the darn small pillows these hotels have but they were puffy enough..

The let out bed mattress was soiled with a redish spot. It looked like dried blood. We had to let our 8yrs grandson sleep on the couch without letting the bed out. The night desk person didn't offer another room and stated it was nothing he could do. I asked for extra bedding and place the badding over the couch cushions. The manager did over a reduced rate and stated he would get to the bottom of the soiled mattress. He apologized for his employee's behavior and not handling the issue better.

This Hitel has friendly staff and our room is clean. The breakfast in the morning is good however for the rest of our stay the same hot food is offered, small omelette, sausage and potatoes.

The 8.2 rating was misleading, the best way to describe the room was of someone who hadn’t washed their hair for a week or two, that’s what it smelled like to me. I think it was the 3 little spiders that took us over the edge, we didn’t sleep well at all. A good night rest is certainly worth $60.00 more at a decent hotel.

We checked in right at check in time and our room wasn’t ready. The guy at the desk gave me our room keys and didn’t say it wasn’t ready, he just said let’s hope it’s ready. So my husband and I unloaded and when we got to our room they were still cleaning it. We ended up waited outside of our room with all our things since we had already made the trip with all our belongings to the 2nd floor. We were able to finally check in 45 minutes later. We settled into our room then decided to use the hot tub inside the room about a hour later we noticed water dripping from the ceiling into our hot tub. We let the guy know at the desk and he said they didn’t have anymore jacuzzi rooms available but he can check us in to another room with a discounted price. That’s great and all but it was so unfortunate because my husband and I went there to relax in a jacuzzi room and ended up waiting for our room to then having to move rooms. It just wasn’t a pleasant relaxing stay like we had hoped.

It's an OK hotel, nice and clean behind a Mall, if you are interested on shopping, it's great. I was there for a business trip but I lived around there in the past so I was already familiar with the area and just for 2 nights it worked perfectly for me, I asked for a quiet room and the staff have been very nice, the room was clean and quiet, breakfast and parking included, not too expensive, so far, for my experience, I was fully satisfied.

Management and staff exceeded expectations, and loved the lit up parking lot. I appreciate the location. We will aim to come back.

The room is small and smell bad in the room . The price is higher but no swimming pool . The price should be lower than their standard

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed and room were great. Breakfast was wonderfully fresh. Absolutely would stay again.
