Ok, room is nice, lobby is not nice, and is in a run-down part of town. The breakfast is better than normal.
- 2/5
No breakfast, booked a king bed, got a queen. Appears to be more of a place for permanent residents rather than a hotel

The room was clean. The person at the reception was very friendly and supported us at all times. More fruit was needed at lunch. Some of the sausages were overcooked and hard, others looked raw

Inside, the room was cleaner than some motels I’ve stayed in, but for a hotel I expected a bit more. The window shades and lampshades were noticeably dirty and stained. The mattress had stains as well, though it did have a clean mattress topper, clean sheets, and clean pillows, which helped. The door locks in my room were loose and didn’t latch securely, and there was an open hole with exposed wires where a smoke detector used to be. There *is* a sprinkler system, but the missing detector was still concerning. The staff were very nice and helpful overall, though there were a few moments of miscommunication. Even so, they did their best to assist whenever needed. On the positive side, the breakfast in the morning was good — pretty much what you’d expect from a Best Western‑style setup. Overall, the stay was okay for a last‑minute budget option, but I’m not sure I’d choose this hotel again unless improvements are made.

Not as described. Had to change rooms 3 times. Not clean. Hotel is neglected and needed updates.
- 3/5
It’s difficult to recommend staying here. Upon walking in, the room had a strong, musty smell and the curtains were visibly dirty. To make matters worse, the heater unit didn't work at all, leaving the room quite cold. Basic cleanliness and maintenance are completely neglected here.
- 1/5
I am unsure of where these photos were taken. The building and rooms were run down. Our first room smelled like urine and sweat. They moved us. The second room smelled like smoke with a hint of body odor but it was bad enough that the front desk staff sprayed cleaner and gave us a can of lysol to spray. And the topping of it was that our shower was broken. The knob to adjust temp would not move so cold showers it was as the added surprise

It was perfect for me. I came in late at night for work and after a quick breakfast, left early. It was clean and safe yet affordable for a quick night. Breakfast was basic, but had waffles, eggs and a meat. Just right for what I needed.

The receptionist lady was unwelcoming, rude, easily irritated. When asked quest responded with impatient/harsh tone of voice. Room was clean, parking feels safe with the security guard in place. There was no breakfast place in the hotel. If there was, the lady on the desk didn't say.

The pictures online do not properly represent how it looks in person. It is very NOT updated or kept up well. Air system in room was broken and the room smelled like cigarettes and urine.
- 2/5
The room was not at all as pictured. The bed skirt was torn. The curtain linings were quite soiled. The shower didn't work, and one of the soap containers had become detached from the wall. There was dirt on the carpet and the tub had hair in it. The one thing positive I will say is that the sheets were clean and soft, and the bed was super comfortable.

Great stay
- 1/5
After reading reviews and seeing people that weren't staying there hanging out in the parking lot I didn't feel like it was a safe space for my family so we stayed elsewhere.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
The breakfast was good. The gym was limited and a staff member had to let us in. The room was filthy.
- 3/5
Room was clean the property itself is outdated and could use remodeling. Staff was friendly and nice.
- 2/5
Have is a room on the 1st floor. The laminate floor was buckled and lifting up. Looked like a trip hazard, so we asked for a different room. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor. The bedspread had spots on it and the carpet was dirty. I didn't like walking on it in bare feet. The hallways and elevator smelled of people smoking weed. We left our window open to air it out. On a post note the breakfast was good.
- 1/5
Need to remodel , installing not good, upstairs room stay more people walking around room all night , 😩😩😩😩😩

Everything was great
- 1/5
The entire property is run down, not well maintained, sketchy and it even felt harmful to my health to stay there.
- 2/5
The staff were all super nice and helpful. The hotel itself is really run down. Everything- the bathtub, the sink counter, the walls- they all had scrapes and pieces missing. The window unit had a green blinking light that blinked constantly, all night! I went out and came home around 11 pm. I was trying to use my keycard to get in the side door. Didn’t need it. It didn’t close and lock. I was very close to just leaving and going somewhere else and just lose the money. The hallways weren’t noisy so I stayed. I would not stay here again. Pay the extra $50 and go somewhere else. It’s more expensive but it’s worth it.
- 1/5
Dirty room
- 3/5
No hot water but front desk lady was nice
- 1/5
Room smelled like cat pee, it was extremely loud through the whole hotel. The shower was all busted up and it didnt drain. Hallways were extremely nasty, the look like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Little to no parking outside at all.
- 1/5
The front desk lady got really upset because o rang the bell I waited like 7 minutes to check in and she was outside smoking after me ringing the bell afew times she was really ipaet and gave me a room with a broken bed and dirty room
- 3/5
The room was in poor condition, there was a hole punched in the bathroom door. Most of the electrical sockets in the room wouldn’t hold a plug. The carpet in from of the desk was sticky on my socks. They were painting in the hotel and as we got into the elevator my friend touched the wall, fresh paint, no sign.
- 5/5
The staff Rodge, was really nice and accommodating to me! The breakfast was really hot and good! My room was very spacious and clean! And oh, not to mention that they had my favorite tv channel on their cable tv!
- 1/5
No good service,no good food and there was no heat in room I requested to fix but no one showed up.
- 1/5
The front desk guys, had a strong Indian accent that it was really hard to understand him that we spent the night with out heater. The girl from room services knock the door @ 8am. when we were sleeping still. The breakfast cold, the cook guy watching everyone from the kitchen door, like leave already so i can clean and go home! Not a good experience for the prices.

This hotel is in terrible shape. The walls are paper thin. We could hear every footfall in the room above us. The ac/heater was difficult to control and very noisy. We had no maid service in the 3 nights we were there. The floors feel dirty. The bathtub was peeling and there was any way to stop the sink or the tub. Probably the second to worst or worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Will not return no matter how convenient the location was for our stay in Renton,

Smells and to many others tings

room is dirty have some smell

I will stay again love it ...
- 3/5
We didn't get the room we booked. I paid extra for suite. Do we get difference in chatge back?
- 1/5
Poorly maintained. The elevator was worn and noisy. The room had not been vacuumed thoroughly (food that had been dropped was still visible), it smelled of smoke, the tub was peeling, and the room heater did not work.
- 3/5
The hotel is shabby and there was X rated graffiti on the bathroom wall in our room. The breakfast was ok. Slightly soggy hash browns, eggs and sausage, bagels and bread for toast. On the plus side the beds were fairly comfortable and it was quiet.

Room was comfortable, older but clean. Sink was an issue did not drain well, and no hest or air condition, breakfast is a deal but needs to be different every other day or so, staying longer than 3 days breakfast sucks eating the same thing. I was 5 day stay and will not do again, hotel is rough condition all around staff was great
- 2/5
Terrible front desk service and the building smelled like cigarettes and was full of shady people .
- 5/5
Good stay
- 1/5
Didn’t eat it because it didn’t look fresh.
- 1/5
The hotel at first look isnt bad looking but once you dig deeper and settle in thats when things start to get interesting. On the way to my room going down the hallway everything is banged up, doors, walls. And everything in betwee . Once to my room the tub glaze was chipping off, pee in the toilet, black looking mold in the bathroom, a leaky tub we got to hear drip all night, broken vent fan, heat in the room didnt work, no cable in the room, and the orange juice in the vending machine is 410 and it stole my money for the juice and 275 for a 50cent bag of chips. This place is sketchy at b est to the point i was worried about my car right outside my room. Needless to say we didnt find much rest and relaxing here.
- 5/5
Courteous front desk.
- 5/5
The front desk lady was amazing and sweet 5 stars !!!
- 3/5
Bedside lamp had no bulb. My son’s room had no TV in the bedroom. The check-in staff was wonderful, but the person we spoke to to get linens for the pullout sofa was downright rude. None of the wall outlets would hold a charging cord, it’s like they’re all spaced too close together. It was really weird. But for the price, it was OK.
- 5/5
Great staff and very great location
- 3/5
The property is in transition with renovations and has a lot of signs stating things are closed or unavailable. The staff was semi rude during checkout time. The doors to the rooms automatically lock you out like 15 minutes before checkout. I had to get a staff member to check me in and then another staff member came to our door knocking five minutes after 11:00 am threatening to charge us for another day if we're not out by 12:00. We checked out at 11:15 am. The lo
- 3/5
The woman at the front desk was out of her mind and caused a scene that lasted 30 minutes. She should be fired. She lied and said she was giving us a nice room but the room had holes in the walls, bite marks on the wood in the room and a tub with peeling paint. A disgrace. The breakfast woman was the highlight of the stay. She was wonderful.

The staff were all very nice. Breakfast was same every day but good.

Really “dated” halls, elevator, and rooms. The lobby was OK. The receptionist was the best part of this stay.

- 1/5
Room was clean, carpets soaked from earlier carpet cleaning, strong odor of chemicals and the tv doesn’t work. Let’s not forget no courtesy phone in room. Outlets blown by bed.
- 4/5
Very good breakfast with hot eggs and juices. Room needed attention. Paint coming off in the bathroom. It was ok for the price and close to the airport.

It was kind of dirty!

This wasn't a very good experience at all. I got there and they found my reservation but couldn't figure out how to assign me a room. They claimed it was because I got such a good price on Expedia that the system wouldn't allow them to give me a room. The person at the desk did not seem knowledgeable at all. They had to get a supervisor twice to get it to work. I was told I would have a room on the 2nd floor but it was the 3rd. I have a bad ankle that was really hurting so asked if there was an entrance by the elevator and was told "no" and I had to use the main entrance. Later I found an entrance no more than 10 feet from the elevator. The room was freezing (about 62 degrees when we got in to it) and wasn't all that clean. There was a hair in the bath tub and garbage near the can. There was furniture from other rooms in the hallways, the location seemed slightly run down, the buttons on the elevator didn't light up and felt rickety, one of the dryers in the laundry room was out, the ice machine on the main floor was out, there was a sign that the cable/internet might be out at the front desk (it wasn't but that many issues is a bad look). They didn't even give us a 2nd key until we came back and asked (with 2 adult guests). They told me they didn't have channels that they did so I made plans to go to a sports bar to watch the game when I didn't need to and just wanted to relax. The food was lackluster in the morning. No biscuits and gravy that was shown, cold.
- 5/5
.did i mention the one in a million amazing breakfast........ thank you guys for everything.
- 1/5
As soon as we pulled in there is a tweaker with a busted up camper next to the property. Room had a weird smell and was muggy since the AC did not work. Multiple gashes in the ceiling door and walls. Shower spit out cold water constantly and the tub was backed up. Told front desk about it and nothing was done. I will not be back
- 1/5
So smelly and dirty
- 1/5
Noise from room above. Traffic noise. Ñoisy refigerator.. No room service. Dirty curtains..

Beds were hard, not very sound proof, especially if the traffic
- 1/5
The black out curtain was filthy. Blood stained. The carpet was sticky. The water controller in the bath tub was broken and not working. We asked to have it fixed or move us to another room and neither was done. Upholstered chairs in the dining room were filthy. Dog poop all over the grounds. A goup of people, kids and dogs gathered right outside our window and was argueing and cursing. Didn't feel safe at all.
- 1/5
They changed the fee I have never paid a deposit now today they want more money even after I booked with Expedia
- 5/5
Property is convenient to return to the airport although it’s a bit beat up!
- 3/5
It's reasonably clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
Definitely will NOT return to this hotel or any other Clarion brand hotel.
- 4/5
The staff and cleanliness was great but the property is a little beat up!
- 1/5
Smells to bad and the property is to all and to noisy
- 1/5
Clerk was on the phone complaining about a customer while I was trying to check in. Once in room, we found a toenail sitting on the pad of paper along with the hotel pen. Then tucked in the closet corner was someone’s spandex bodysuit. Carpet was so dirty my feet stuck to it and left black footprints in the shower (enter flip flops). One a positive, this hotel had some of the nicest towels I have had at a hotel
- 3/5
The price was reasonable. And the location was convenient. However it is a bit dated and in need of repair.
- 2/5
The bathroom floor was dirty the sink you could see the accumulation of dirt the room was smoke free and smelled like cigarettes the air conditioning definitely didn't work it's better to pay a little more if you can really look for another I recommend it
- 3/5
I stayed in a king suite- so the extra space was nice, but the fixtures and physical part of the building is not up to par. The surface in the bathtub was peeling off in multiple places, the sink faucet was loose and shaky, the dresser had a drawer that rolled out and had to be held with duct tape, the night latch was cracked and shaky, the mattress cover had yellow stains. I reported it to the front desk, who was very nice, but maintenance didn't show up during my stay. They do serve breakfast, (self-make waffles, eggs, hashbrowns, eggs, cereal, yogurt, breads, bagels, muffins, juices, teas, coffees, apple, orange). This was very convenient. They also have a laundry room, also convenient. This hotel caters to pets as well, so quite a bit of cats and dogs; but I do believe the have pet & non-pet rooms. Overall, factoring in everything, stay was ok (3/5). I'm not a fussy person or too particular, but I don't think I'd choose to stay here again because there are other options that offer the same conveniences with better quality for similar prices. I don't think I'd recommend to anyone either, unless if they have a pet, then I think it's a good option.
- 5/5
Great services, people is great!!
- 3/5
This was a rough property.
- 1/5
Was the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. The lady at the front was rude after we talked to them how we were not ok with our room. The room smelled of dog urine so bad. Even air freshener wasn ’t helping. We have stayed in plenty of “pet friendly” hotels and never have had one smell so much of urine. All to be told “what do you expect with a pet friendly hotel”. Also was told to “use our brain” when asked a question about our room. At no point were we offered any kind of help or resolution. We will never spend money with clarion again. Nor would I ever recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. I’ve never been treated so poorly by someone in “customer service”
- 2/5
The property need to be renovated because everything is old and without paint (tub) the carpet stink and the carpet on the halls is very old
- 3/5
The air conditioner doesn't work.

It was a nice stay
- 1/5
The place was in complete disrepair, ice machines didn't work, my refrigerator was not plugged in and I didn't realize it until I was getting ready to eat my salad that was spoiled. The chair in my room was comfortable but so stained I took a towel to place on it before I sat down. Carpet thin, bed too soft, my back is awful at this point. I could go on and on, I had do not disturbe but maid banged on my door one hour before offical check out. Disgusted. I don't give bad reviews but this sucked.
- 2/5
Very run down. Every place you look, it’s less than desirable. That is not a workout room. After seeing the place, you don’t want to eat the continental breakfast.
- 4/5
Very nice helpful staff. Clean and reasonably priced. But in need of updating; specifically the tub, sink, drapes, carpet, and closet door were all old and dingy
- 3/5
That property is way outdated. I would say it was on the edge for me to accept it as a week stay. Room cleaning is Monday and Friday. Same is related to towels change. Paint is old, door handles barely hold. It was an ongoing repair during our stay which was noisy. And I almost fall from my chair watching how these contractors work. I was LOL.
- 5/5
Bed comfort
- 1/5
This property was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at I mean filthy would never stay here are tell anyone to stay here
- 2/5
Thr room was adequate but the tub needs resurfacing. The property was not well maintained. Marks all over the window sill and bathroom door. Dirty bed skirt. Business center out of order. Breakfast was not well manned, as food was gone with over an hour left for the meal. Onevroom key given for 2 people.
- 1/5
Does not say it’s under construction on site total misrepresentation The smoke smell was horrible when asked for refund was refused. Never again
- 4/5
I reserved a room for 2 adults and the room was large, has a separate living room area and nice king bed. Very nice. Two pull out sofas in the living room.
- 1/5
We arrived at this hotel shortly before three and was approached by a woman going outside saying I can’t check you till after three very rudely and then I walked away. That was just the introduction to our check-in that check in there was a lineup we were asked to provide all our identification, not just one in the room. We were then told that we had to pay extra for the room, even though we had booked for everyone in the room and was told that she would reduce it from 80 to 40 even though the group ahead of me just got charged extra as well and they were only charged 40 not 80. I’m not sure what is occurring here, but I was not impressed. Our room was old. The plugs were not working, and the tub was stained and needed some work. I would never stay here again.
- 2/5
Was able to check in early which was great, but always numerous shady people in and about the property, constantly smelled strongly of weed, fire alarm went off multiple times during our three day stay - we were told someone was smoking in their room every time. When asked about coffee by front desk they were rude and said “I’ll make it when I get to it,” and when asked about when we could come back and get some was told “leave me alone and let me do my job.” Horrible experience. Will never go back.
- 3/5
Don’t care for new management. Chaotic
- 1/5
Not good
- 1/5
New owners at hotel need to shut down and repair things not working, includes tv, phones, elevator, ice machine. Also major cosmetic work needed. We didn’t stay.
- 2/5
We arrived after 8pm to find the room not ready, An hour later we got in the room. The remote was not working and the staff did not answer the phone to get it taken care of. Windows at the end of the Hall standing open felt unsafe. The bathtub was delaminating so can not be cleaned thoroughly. The AM staff was surely. The grounds were untended. Too much money for the quality of the facility.
- 1/5
We checked in and went up to our room. Upon entering there was really bad smell. Hard to describe other than a paint/chemical smell. It was not very pleasant. Gave me a headache. Husband went to the bathroom and the toilet was dirty. There was an explosion. Hard to miss, there was excrement plastered in the bowl. Thats a big no for me. Went downstairs to ask for another room, and the fire alarm went off. We went outside and waited for 30 mins at 1 in the morning. Waited for the firefighters to check out the hotel and make sure there was no fire. Came to find out, the alarm was pulled by who knows who. Was helped by the office manager, who made us wait while she inspected the room as if we were not telling the truth. I showed her a picture of the toilet. New room smelled better but the bathtub seemed to be peeling. Was never offered a discount for mishap. Would never book here again. Felt dirty and the need to bleach myself when i got home. Complete disaster.
- 1/5
We got in thinking there was a restaurant and bar as advertised… NOPE! ATM not working, business center down, Ice machine down… got into our room to BLOOD AND FECES ON THE BED! Pictures show this. Staff was great and fixed it but there were no other rooms anywhere due to a concert and other things going on in the city. The hotel was just NASTY. Even after they changed the bedding and mattress pad we got our own blankets to sleep on and under. I can’t believe that Choice hotels would be ok with this! We spoke to HOTELS.com the next day and the manager told them because we stayed we couldn’t get a refund or discount. The staff on the other hand was embarrassed and ready to refund everything. They kept the bedding in a bag to show the manager and housekeeper!! GROSS! They had a guest who also kept pulling the fire alarm so that was a great inconvenience for the whole hotel at night! If you like your money and not to be lied to and treated like you don’t matter… DO NOT STAY HERE! Obviously the manager cares more about money than making up for a biohazard! I’ll be sending these pics to the corporate team and health department today as well! Someone needs to let them know this isn’t alright. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Walk away from this listing!
- 2/5
Building needs a major remodel. Lots of structural damages. Pretty run down. I slept on the hide a bed and the mattress was terrible. It smells like chemicals in the room. I’m guessing cleaning supplies. Bathroom is tiny and the tub is shedding paint.
- 1/5
Run down and very poorly maintained
- 1/5
Things were broken, bed was dirty, drawer was missing, tv was super small and outdated. Fire sprinklers were hanging off ceiling, no body wash in room. No usb ports in room. Hotel smelled bad. Checking in took like half an hour.
- 1/5
This hotel was so nasty. The carpets were sticky, our socks were black after walking around. Everything was so dusty and just not clean at all.
- 3/5
I went out into the hall near our room, and immediately smelled skunk (pretty sure it was weed), coming from another room nearby. If possible to find a room at about the same price somewhere else, I would probably go with another place.
- 1/5
This Place doesn't even deserve a 1 star
- 3/5
Cable box didn’t work and the room seemed to have an electrical issue. I plugged in a lamp that was unplugged and the outlet sparked and continued it until it was unplugged again. Cable box power cable was malfunctioning as well.
- 1/5
We waited at counter for almost 15 minutes before anyone showed up while a lady, behind me, was discussing spending the night with a man. On arrival scantly ladies were at the entrance. I asked about it and I was told the Hotel was under new management and it is what it is. I have been coming here over 20 years for myself, my family and for my VA visits. At 6:15am ladies were in front door waiting for their rides. When I called and spoke to the manager, Keith, he called me a liar about not having any hot water and when I informed him of Ladies prosecuting on the property I got a cussing, and he suggested that I must have been the one requesting the service. My daughter would have loved that one. Being a pastor and my son in law and daughter with me, to drive me home after my surgery, could not believe that I would stay in this place. It was humiliating.
- 1/5
The room had stains on the sheets and the curtains are torn up and stained one of the towels had pubic hair and lock was broken to door . The room along with the building is not what is advertised it is old and worn down. . I have pictures to all of this .
- 3/5
This was very reminiscent of an old salesmen hotel.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good and hot. Hotel is old and common areas not maintained well. Room was clean and bes was comfortable. No clock in room, sraoes were did the hook, the tub was old and chipped up badly. Would not stay here again.
- 4/5
Very nice front desk staff
- 2/5
Something nice, the hotel is located 5 minutes from a large mall that had plenty of restaurants around it to choose from.
- 3/5
Photos of property are very out of date. It’s not as nice as the pictures show.
- 1/5
The room was dirty, bed sheet stained, bath tub stained, toilet was dirty. The shower head had rust and mold. I couldn’t even shower. The room smelled like cigarettes and I have asthma. Spent $550 just to check in for 30 minutes and had to check out immediately for the sake of my health. Spent another $700 to book another hotel last minute at 2am. This is a dump. Breakfast is not delicious, its minimal. My key stopped working. The finish on tub is gone, Holes in curtains and half off the window, furniture very chipped. Sink is fine, carpet and bed okay. Loud AC. Room over mine very noisy 4x in the middle of the night. Finally stopped at 4am.

Hotel very old and run down.

Bed not comfortable and we could hear people walking above us

It was weekend and trash in hallways overflowing and several bags. We were locked out of room every morning and I met several people that were also locked out. Front Desk woman was the best help. It makes st be embarrassing to work there though

didn't clean room on daily basis.

The rooms were super old. The bathtubs were peeling paint.

Great location. Facility a bit run down. It was clean and the staff are friendly and customer service oriented.

The pictures dont reflect how run down the place is

Old caution tape blocking the entry to the hotel. A high vehicle hit the covered roof and it looks old and not recent. Bullet hole in lobby window and the whole window cracked. Our room smelled like urine and not clean. Painted tub had the paint peeled off. The phone was broken and not even plugged in. TV in Spanish, no instructions to change. Front desk clerk incompetent. Complained about the room and given second room, 1 bed for 4 people! Given a third room and it was occupied. Given fourth room and finally a nice and clean room. (It seems that the crappy rooms are given to those with Expedia's discount and the nicer rooms on the 4th floor are ones without discounts.) Except the freezer was full of ice and needed to be defrosted, did not keep items frozen. The mirrored closet door needs repair, off the track. The breakfast was free and just okay. The parking lot needs to be resurfaced. It has deep holes in places. The photos of this hotel on Expedia's website do not come close to depicting the actual hotel. There's a motorcycle shop across the street with lots of engine revving. If Expedia does not evaluate the hotels that subscribe to Expedia's services, then I will not be using Expedia again. We paid $361 for 2 nights at this hotel. Definitely not worth it!

It was okay for a one night stay on the fly. The place is outdated. A box truck had hit the front entrance covering and part of the structure was hanging. Caution tape everywhere. The free breakfast was subpar.

Old and noisy

The staff was polite but the area is sketchy- parking lot has broken down cars and hotel is very old and outdated.

Mold on ceiling, in the room and the bathroom. Non-smoking property, however our room reeked of cigarette smoke. The faucet in the tub wouldn’t regulate the water temp.
- 2/5
Didn't feel entirely comfortable sitting in the bathtub, sitting on the chair in our room or eating breakfast due to cleanliness concerns. The carpet in our room felt as if it has a film on it and is longing to be deep cleaned. Lastly, I was able to hear doors slamming, arguing, and sexual activity all from our room. There was also a very dank smell throughout the entire hotel.

The housekeeper was very sweet and the eggs and sausage were plentiful.

Not cleaniness

Lobby was nice the room looke like crackheads had been living in it the Tv didn't work the power outlets didn't work the bathroom was super small and dirty drawers were broken and there was different color paint on everything that didn't match any colors in the room so definitely got ripped off cause i paid 169$ when it was more like a 39$ room

BATHTUB NEEDS SPOUT WORK, AS IT'S LIFTING OUT OF THE WALL. NO HANDLEBARS INSIDE THE SHOWER TO GRAB FOR STABILITY. LOTS OF ROOM. GREAT TOILET!!! Always flushed! plenty of light. The bed was one of the best ever slept in!

The water in the shower didn’t get hot unless the water in the sink was running too. The room smelled like pot

This site is under a renovation, which is the main reason for my overall rating. After its complete, please consider this. With that being said, the staff were doing anything they could to make it a comfortable stay in the meantime. There wasn’t a single staff member I experienced that wasn’t trying everything they could to make the current situation the best for their guests.

Great place. Helpful staff. Requested cleaning and there was a guy named Rajesh was so helpful. Breakfast is amazing.

My first room had peeling bathrub enamel and stained chairs. The bathroom vent did not have a cover so the caked on dust was present. The enamel in the bathtub was so bad, that there was rust neae the drain and discoloring present. I don't see how it could be properly cleaned. It smelled of cigarette smoke inside my room. The staff was kind enough to prepare another room for me that was cleaner, with less bathtub peeling. There was no cigarette odor in the room, however a faint animal or wet dog odor.

I’m getting more and more disappointed with hotels. The customer service was poor, you sign a document that you won’t smoke and yet the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, including our room. The place looks run down. Parking was difficult.

Homeless people in the parking lot.

The tub looked super dirty because the paint was chipping. For what I paid, I should’ve paid more for a way better hotel where I don’t have to worry about cleanliness

Didn’t look anything like the pictures

The website pictures do NOT show the deterioration of this hotel. The tub had horrible stains, the outlets didn’t have covers, the windowsill was marked horribly by a children's markings, the coffe maker was missing the basket to put the grounds, and the desk chair should be put by a curb for trash it was so bad!

Furniture was thrashed. Tv didnt work. Walls half painted. Holes and patches everywhere. Wont stay again

I’ve stayed in multiple places in Renton. I will not be coming back here. The room strangely smelled like an ashtray. I then realized somebody covered the smoke alarm with plastic wrap(see picture) Also one of the table lamps was missing on/off switch(see picture). You have to unscrew the light bulb to turn it off. Garbage cans in hallways were overflowing and smelled like puke. Yes there is breakfast, but are you willing to stay in a dump for eggs and a few shriveled sausages?

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The building is tired. Exterior door handles are falling off. The carpet in the room was horribly dirty. I didn't take socks off while there. The room had a horrible smell to it. It smells like a previous water issue was present, very musty. The bed was very clean, comfortable, and smelled good. Again, staff was excellent but I won't be staying there again due to cleanliness issues and condition of the property.

We checked in and bathroom door hinge was off. Had to call to get it fixed. Suppose to be non smoking, but pot could be smelt through out the building. Laundry room was out of service, and ice machine did not work.

It had an odor to it and you could tell that the room had not been cleaned properly. I would never suggest anyone staying there.

Nice people at the front desk when I went into my room the cabinet was broken the ceiling was missing the fire alarm and the room smelled like pee and the sheets had a pee stain had to ask for another room. The 2nd room was a lot better.

The property was horrible. They had part of the entry taped off so it was hard to know where to go to check. Staff seemed nice enough but when we got to the room it was horrendous. It smelled of urine in the main room and had flies. The room was hot ans the AC was not working at all. I went to use the bathroom and the condition of it was so bad I couldn't go. We didn't even stay 5 minutes before we decided to leave. Would not recommend at all.

The entire place smelled like cat urine! What a dump! Stained carpets, broken everything. Rude staff. $110 a night is a huge rip-off.

Carpet was so old that became so sticky when you walk on. Broken sink. Bathtub was peeled off
