    Didn't have breakfast. Couldn't wait around. Towel shelf was hanging at a 45 degree angle, a bolt was missing. The towel hooks were coming off the wall, when I hung my towel on it the hook pulled mostly out. I pushed it back in. The toilet wax ring was bad. When I sat down, water leaked all over the floor. No place to put my suitcase, so I put it on the nightstand.

    Location was great Front desk staff. He like didn't trust me. Kept telling my my card was declining . But it wasn't. He wasn't even trying. My bank's automatically tells me when it's declined my banks never did. . He told me he needed my ID and card and had to swipe it it was suspicious... felt like he was stealing my card information.... I had already done the e check in so I don't understand why he had to do all that. Bathroom was fully of black mold

    My room was broken into twice while I was in it once they given another guest my key and he came in and just started walking around my room while I was sleeping then another day while I was sleeping someone from the staff kicked in my door but I had the extra lock on, so they kicked right through that and broke the door. This is just bizarre behavior for hotel management. It’s terrible there’s no other way to put it.

    The carpet was filthy. The desk chair "pleather" was coming off. It was humid and musty. I had to go buy an air freshener because it smelled bad. AND, there was a fridge and microwave but no coffee maker! AND, the TV remote didn't work! Had them change batteries, but it was stuck on one channel and one sound level! Good thing there was something decent on to watch.

The heat did not work. There was no breakfast when we left at 9am.. worst stay ever. Staff was never at the desk. Worst stay ever. At a minimum someone ows me a breakfast. Worst stay ever.     Didn't mind the stay until I was greeted by roaches in the bathroom in the middle of the night. I had to keep the light on to make them hide all night. At least it FELT like they DIDN'T come into the room. Nothing crawling in my bag so I'm good. I probably would have taken another star.

    What breakfast?\nNothing was ready.Nothing was done, and I'm a windham member.This hotel does not meet the standards that's for sure!!!! There was cockroaches in the room.No breakfast prepared in the morning!!! doors that are supposed to be locked at night. Had coffee cups or objects holding them open strange people lingering around. My dogs were with me and had to drag them them through the door. I have never had to do that. Normally, they're so excited about going on a trip.

    Room was clean and smelled very good, unlike the Super 8 in Aurora/Naperville both rooms reeked!! Clerk never set up dining area, chairs were left on tables and guests needed to remove and place all chairs if you sat at a table…..he looked like he was asleep and had attitude on a request about pancakes…..otherwise other personnel were gracious, helpful and polite!!

    Check in was easy..no fuss.. but My first room was supposed to be a king bed but the heater didn't work so I was switched to the one next door...which had double beds sized down from my original room.Where ever I go I use bed bug spray. I was bite once and showed the attendant in the morning and nothing was done. Place is so outdated.

    Closeness to front lobby and ice machine. Was on 1st floor. No water pressure in the shower, no chair, had to ask at front desk for wash clothes and face/hand towels, parking was a little bit of an issue, super 8 Sign was never lit which made it very difficult to find, during our 3 night stay housekeeping came in our room and make the beds and cleaned our room they replenished the towels but not the wash clothes or hand towels so again we had to go and ask the front desk, they only made the beds once during our stay, they emptied the trash, the breakfast was non existent coffee no juice, when we got in our room the smoke detector would chirp/beep loudly so someone came in and unhooked it and said he would replace it the next day,it never got replaced, vending machines didn't work and had no choice of diet or no sugar option, everything in the vending machine if they were working was 2$ for a small bag of chips or a 12oz of soda

    We arrived, check in was quick but did not check my D.L. Only my name was asked, I was given the room keys, our room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order. There was not other rooms available on the 1st or 2nd floor. The room was updated with double beds. The bathroom was old, dirty, the toliet wobbled and the tub was old/chipped. The floors were not vacummed - saw a bracelet on the floor. The sheets appeared to be clean, pillows and bed was some what comfortable.

    This property is near downtown St. Charles. Our stay was fine, but the elevator was iffy at best. Another guest got stuck on the elevator which left us using the stairs.

    This hotel was dirty and ill maintained. My room had a persistent musty smell. The hallways, elevators, and crawl spaces in the stairwells were full of garbage. Look, I’m used to staying in seedy cheap hotels, but this was really something. Not to mention, the other tenants, most of which were living between their cars and an assortment of rooms were far from quiet or respectful. This one gets a big YIKES from me.

    We booked a room with a queen bed and got a double bed. There were pills o.n the floor, the curtains hung on 3 hooks, the towel bar was broke, the soap dispenser was torn off the shower wall, and the mirror had been removed from the wall and rehung, but not in the same place, so a different color of paint shown.     If you’re in town for a concert and want a cheap place to sleep, this will do. One positive: it was quiet during sleeping hours. The room and bathroom were dirty, no hot water, “blankets” are paper thin and our room was missing the smoke detector. Outside there’s a bus that appears to be where someone is living. It’s Super 8 and was $88 so we got what we paid for.

    This hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. I stayed on the second floor. I could hear the people on the third floor above me walk all night. It was like they were marching. The floors also had weak spots so at times when the people were walking the frame of the room would squeak like someone was going to fall through. I stayed during the week and weekend and on the weekend there was not staff available. A number to reach someone was posted at the front desk if you needed help. Overall, for the price it was not bad. But upgrades and renovations are a MUST!!!

    2nd was our room, as soon as I opened the door the smell was overwhelming, the room.was trashed, trash all over, sheets were piled high on both beds with wjat appeared to be blood and fecal matter on one sheet, bathroom was wrecked with trash and towels all over it as well, looked like a tweeker had been living in the room, front desk said it had just not been cleaned, it needed more than a cleaning. 3rd incident, our new room was a little better with only a hole in the bathroom ceiling and a small amount of trash on the floor 4th incident, we left at 530am ,upon opening our door a young couple walking by heard me joking about our experience and they remarked "did your bed have cockroaches all over it also?" Uh, no that was a new one, they apparently had to be moved from one room to another also. Bottom line, stay at your own risk

    Continental breakfast was very poor they had nothing as they didn’t keep it stocked with what they had. Only one day was it stocked had to ask for things always out of stuff within a half hour when they started serving at 6am when they were serving to 9am. Stayed here for 6 days. Only one day did come in to clean room and that was the day before we left. Very disappointed for a hotel that is by Wyndham as Hotel.com does not credit customer with WYNDHAM POINTS even though when I booked it I gave the person my reward number. Was told because I booked it through a third party Hotels . Com Will never use hotels .com again.

    Not a pleasant experience. When we checked in and went to our room, the shower had terrible stains that looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The ice maker was out or service and they did not have any other means of getting ice. We were there for a wedding that we were attending the next day and when my wife went to take a shower that night, the plunger that activates the shower came right out so the shower was unusable. The front desk offered us another room that we were going to move into the next morning since my son was already asleep. The next morning we went down to the new room. The top sheet on one of the beds was stained so I took the sheet off and brought to one of the employees to get another sheet. When I went to put that sheet on the bed, I noticed that the fitted sheet looks like someone's butt crack had stained the sheet. I went back out to the employee and had them remove that sheet and bring me a new one. The next morning, went to have their breakfast and they were out of both apple and orange juice completely and had no more in stock. This is a holiday weekend and you think that they would have been prepared. So I went back to the room to find out that my key would not work anymore. Went to the front desk and they said that none of the keys were working and they let me into the room with their manual key. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again and will make sure that if my friends or family travel there that will avoid this hotel

    It opened into the most run down room I've seen. Full size beds with cheap matresses. That constant smoke smell(even though this was a "no-smoking" room. Then, into the bathroom for dirty towels still in the room, and mold in the shower. Luckily for me, Expedia worked to get my stay refunded and I went elsewhere by 1am. Do not stay here. Period.

    First. There was no ice. They could have gone to the BP Station down the road a bought a few bags of ice. Second, the bed sheets were stained. Third, there was no side chair as shone in the picture when I made the reservation. Fourth, breakfast was the worst of any of the hotels in the area.     There was a coat rack/ shelf right at the edge where the hall ends going into the bedroom portion that are at head height. I got caught in the neck by a hanger and hit my head on the corner of the shelf coming out of the bathroom and left a big bruise. The “continental” breakfast was a joke. Only had a pancake machine and some stale cereal. The pancake machine would make two silver dollar sized that would take 5 minutes a time. The coffee tasted like used motor oil.

    Room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed- microwave, good sized mini fridge, nice bathroom. We had a basic room with one queen bed. I love that the fleece blanket was on the bed. AC worked great. Hotel was easy to navigate, no big deal to run to the car and back.

    First what I didn't like is that there is no ice machine it was broke down and there was no light in our room and the back door was broke could not use it other than that the people were okay got a whiff of ganja once in awhile haha pretty strong I had no problem with anything else did you have a pet squirrel that you can feed I guess all in all I felt safe I guess and it was close to everything I had to do but if they just would take care of the little maintenance things I could score them higher.

    The first room had a leak under the sink when I checked in. The second room looked like it had been sloppily (and badly) "refreshed" with paint and plaster droplets in the tub, on the floor. The bed sagged horribly.

    There wasn’t a phone in the room to call down to the front desk. I understand almost everyone has cell phones but that’s not the point. The room was very sparse on electrical outlets. I had to plug in my cell phone and cpap machine on the opposite side of the room where my side of the bed was which was very inconvienent. A easy remedy would be to swap sides of the bed but my fiancé also has a cpap machine. We brought our firestick to watch a movie when we got to the room and had to unplug stuff to get it plugged in and then the tv wouldn’t allow the firestick to work. No continental breakfast like the advertising said there would be. We checked out at 9:30am so it wasn’t like we were late getting to the dining area. Very disappointed. We normally stay at Super 8 motels when we travel but this has been the 2nd time since Sept 2022 that we’ve had a bad experience. We may have to change our preference of where we stay.

    Breakfast was non existant. There was a broken pancake machine and stake bulk cereal with an open gallon of milk. Many "full time residents" on the property with their associated drama fighting at all hours of the night and early morning. Cheap place, but never again. I travel a lot for business and I will never go there again. People were cooking in their rooms and stinking up the entire floor.

    Paper thin walls, ice machine didn't work and there was only one, hair dryer didn't work, no breakfast in the morning as advertised, no real security in the room, no chain on door, no one there to check us out, loud noises coming from (?), stuffy room because the air/heat system didn't work. No ventilation, except the windows. Received a call from property owner/manager because dog was barking. The place was so noisy that I'm not surprised. Dog woke us up at 3 am because someone was standing at the room door, trying to open it. I doubt that there's any security at the front door and it's probably left opened 24/7. The person that checked me in was nice. Things were somewhat clean until I found urine on the shower curtain. The difference between this and sleeping in your car is this did have a workable toilet. One of the most uncomfortable stays I've ever had in a hotel. Got very little sleep after someone tried to open the door when we were in the room.

    The property is your basic Super 8. Conveninet location, dirty, smelly and badly maintained. All for $200 per night. It'l be a cold day in hell before I give this or any Super * another chance.

    I have never stayed in a hotel with no phone in the room, no phone so no wakeup call. There was empty kleenex box, no coffee for coffee maker and could not call for some with no phone.

    Experience was what I would expect from a Super 8. Room and bathroom were clean enough. Could have used a bit of maintenance but I wasn't worried about bugs or safety. Check in was fast and the man behind the counter was pleasant.

    My first room was dirty, sticky substance on desk and toilet was in unkept condition with stains in the bowel and dirty seat. The hair dryer also did not work. The representative was attentive but after he took me to three other rooms finding them dirty and one of them also had a hair dryer that didn't work. The room he left me in had the lavitory faucet looking like it hadn't been cleaned in months and a damaged electrical receptical that was half there with no cover. The next day I went to the counter and expressed my concernes and he said "I would have just left". I told him I was tired from the drive from Ohio and last minute accomadations can get more expensive than I was prepared for. He offered to move me to a suite which was also not very clean but cleaner than the four rooms I had previously seen, I did have to clean the toilet seat myself. I think it would be better for the representative to have found a clean room before taking me on a very dissapointing parade through the place. Quality control on room keeping will greatly improve guest experience.

    They are short staffed, which I get, but the fire alarm in our room was not connected, 1 garbage had a bag in it, there were crumbs on the floor like it had not been vacuumed, the water ran dark brown with rust for the first two minutes it was on. It gave a feeling of doubt that anything was sanitized between people.

    When we arrived at the hotel we were given a room that smelled horribly. The fridge didn’t work and the smell was so strong we had to request another room. Second room was unclean. The sheets were dirty with stains. We left well before checkout. Never again.

    The price was right and I was able to bring my small dog for a low additional price. The desk staff was pleasant. The housekeeping staff neither spoke or understood English and even with the request for housekeeping card on door knob, my bed was never made or floor vacuumed-dog was out with me whenever the sign was on door.

    There were homeless people stating in the parking lot. We got home late and when my husband went to smoke outside he said he ran into 2 strange men talking about them just getting out of prison. The place is run down, i didn't even know where the front door was. There was a tip envelope on the night stand and the room was very outdated. I actually took a pic because i thought it was weird! Bathroom was dirty.
