    1st asked for a 2 bedroom suite; that is what I booked when I arrived they had to split us; glad my party was old enough; 2nd billed for a pet fee; my animal is a service dog; still waiting for that credit to adjust. 3rd the pool needs a deep cleaning and the hot tub would not work. Gym floor was wet; the free breakfast needs a new chef or pre-cooked vendor needs to be changed. I hope they go under renovation soon for the price and the property is not worth it. Sorry to the staff ; I know yall are doing the best you can .

    Hotel is aging, has seen a lot of use, housekeeping not so good, breakfast good, even numbered rooms are quieter as they don't face the noisy Costco loading dock with its early morning truck deliveries.

    As a Marriott loyalist, this property fell short of the brand’s standards I’ve come to expect. The rooms and common areas are in need of a thorough deep clean and significant updates. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I’d hesitate to recommend this location to fellow travelers.

    This has been a great hotel to stay at. My doctor's office is around the corner. You have at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. You also have Walmart and Costco nearby. Just didn't like that whomever was staying at the 4th floor above us kept on stepping hard since 5am. Also the water pressure was low this time around.

    There was mold in the bathroom on the walls. The tub had stains, and a rubber mat covering up all the other stains and discoloration. There were also stains on the couch and carpets. I made another review, and someone called me regarding it. Stating they were doing renovations. I asked more than one employee if they were working on upgrades for the hotel. Their response was not that I'm aware of. So that also told me they are not truthful.

    The room looked outdated. The beds were not comfortable. the skirt around bed was torn. The sofa bed was not appealing. Tattered carpet. Wallpaper looked to be peeling and not sure but May looked like mold. Staff was friendly. I personally would not return.

    I normally do not say nothing negative but this hotel smelled like pee and wet dog through out the hallways and when we enter the room it also smell dirty, it was dusty and the carpet near the fire place was missing a piece. I had driven 12 hours and I did not expect to walk into this hotel. I had picked this hotel because I have stay in previous ones like this one but I never had this experience. I had to check out the next day and still got charge for their fees for canceling but I was not going to stay there with my family.

    After checking in and showering, I sat to eat at the dining table and found a roach on the table. I turned around and there were several roaches scurrying around the counters. I immediately called the front desk; they gave me another room. the other room was better but still had tiny dead bugs on one of the beds. It was so late that I didn't have any other options, so I stayed in the cleaner of the beds. I got up early and checked out, since my booking was with a 3rd party they could not comp my room. I just hope they take my advice and fumigate that entire hotel.

    I liked every room had a kitchen, living rm and separate bed rm. Nice firm bed, the bat tub could have used a matt and it appeared dingy. Overall i was satisfied with the rm for what it cost. Ah and the breakfast was good and filling. Cerals, eggs, sausage, bread and bagels

    It was a short two night stay. Did not have a chance to use the pool or hot tub because of constant threat of thunderstorms. Front desk staff super friendly and accommodating.     Nice property and easy access to highway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were not comfortable and the bedding was lacking. Our fitted sheet kept popping off and they don’t have any mattress protection. The property was kept fairly clean but the bathrooms seemed like they were just quickly wiped down and not actually cleaned. The pool and hot tub were nice and my kids enjoyed them. Breakfast was okay. It was a holiday weekend and I don’t think they were prepared to serve so many guests. We got tired of waiting for things to be refilled and ended up going to the donut shop right next door. Overall it was a good stay for the price and we would stay again.

    However, the hotel itself is quite dated and needs maintenance. The hallway carpet had a noticeable smell, which was off-putting. In the room, the sofa bed was uncomfortable — springs were sticking out, and we had to use the sofa cushions just to make it usable. The shower knob was broken and required extra force to operate, and the toilet wobbled when we sat on it. Overall, while the staff and location were positives, the condition of the facilities really impacted the comfort of our stay.

    The first room I was given had a broken air conditioning unit, and I discovered blood stains on the bedsheets — an unacceptable hygiene issue. I requested to be moved to another room, only to find that the bathroom in the new room had mold on the walls and brown rings in the tub. Unfortunately, the overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance throughout both rooms made it impossible to continue my stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

    location was good because you were around food within the walking distance and things to do. we had issues with a roach in one of our rooms. we also checked out of a room that due to level of membership would automatically refund the following day we had booked but the front desk guy didn’t check us out. he also didn’t even acknowledge when we stated there was roaches in one of the rooms. the location is fine but customer service was definitely lacking in the simplest way. we don’t need to be catered to but if someone says they have roaches in a room, you should at least acknowledge, apologize and seem like you care about the cleanliness of your establishment.

    They had a bunch of sales guys from Brooks Pest Solutions there and each night they got drunk a rode Setways all over the hotel while being obnoxiously loud and then the second night they beat on my door for 10-15 minutes until I opened it up and they were clearly drunk and said they were on the wrong floor.

    This experience was awful. Cheap tattered carpet, non-functional shower curtain, MOLD-SMELLY towels, burned and dry breakfast, TERRIBLE AC AND INTERNET, broken remote. We had the 1 bedroom suite. Evidence of someone trying to break into my jeep. Had to pay for parking. My goal is to stay at each Residence Inn and this was the worse.

    My car was broken into while I was parked in front of the building. Several items were stolen. I was informed that management would contact me, but an hour later, no one had the courtesy of speaking to me. Since there are no cameras outside, there was nothing that could be done.

    I tried a Holiday inn express last lime and this was way better. Room was huge, full refrigerator, stove top and microwave. They would’ve gotten an EXCELLENT but the hot tub was broken and not available and I picked this Marriot because of the hot tub for my injured shoulder! All the employees were great and did everything to assist me!

    Unfortunately I have not had the best experience with my last 2-3 stays with Marriott. This last stay at Residence Inn stone oak was by far my worst stay. Very outdated, closets broken and mirrors damaged. Room was not properly cleaned as you could see the food and grease stains from someone cooking and touching the outlets in the kitchen. Mattress old and torn fabric hanging underneath clearly visible. Bathroom not clean tub and toilet had hair. I’m just disgusted as a longtime customer. Hopefully this location can fix these issues.

    Our room had a patch of exposed carpet with wires sticking out near the bathroom. The patch of exposed flooring was not properly covered. Our room placement was across the fence from a large reception area for a large retailers who had shipments throughout the night. It was hard to stay asleep during deliveries.

    The room was spacious and overall pretty clean. The assistant GM was helpful and offered free cookies and hot chocolate downstairs which was pretty nice for the family. The only reason I will give it 3 stars is because I saw a small roach in the kitchen sink in the suite I rented.

    Staff was incredibly friendly and warm. Breakfast offered plant based and gluten free options. Room was a bit dirty (spots of something on the back of the bathroom door, but i just wiped it down) but overall was very well kept and nice. Loved that it had a living room with sofa bed and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Amazing room and i would definitely go back.

    Unfortunately our review of this property is going to have to be poor. We were utilizing the property because of an unexpected home project and chose the property because of its suites and I will say the rooms were lovely. Unfortunately, there was incredibly loud construction directly outside of our walls a majority of our stay, preventing our child from sleeping as well as tools and dangerous items left unattended on the sidewalk directly near the cars a majority of the day with no taping off of the risky area. When I brought this concern to the front desk, they provided no recourse to this inconvenience via moving rooms, a partial refund, and stated they had absolutely no way of knowing to warn guests or provide signage of said happenings. We chose the area based on what we needed to access around the city, so the location and rooms were nice, but unfortunately will not be staying here again or recommending it to anyone further and hope they take these things into account so the property can be enjoyable and safe for families.

    The property was recommended to us as it is close to my sister's house. However, there are other properties that are just as close. Our room smelled. Bathtub was full of water when we checked in. Bathroom floor had muddy footprints when we checked in. On the day of cleaning, room still smelled after cleaning and it didn't look like the floor was vacuumed. I am sorry to say that this hotel ruined Marriott for us and do not plan on staying at another Marriott again.

    Everyone I came in contact with whether it be front desk or housekeeping or guest at the hotel were absolutely fantastic! Tracy and Samantha were beyond my expectations with their hospitality! Will definitely be staying here again

    This is not your typical Marriott Residence Inn. I stayed in a two bedroom suite to accommodate 5 people and the sofa bed was horrendous. It was caved in when in sofa mode and had missing springs and a stained, dirty mattress when extended. Maintenance replaced the mattress the first night, but did so with another stained mattress. The tubs were dirty, tub drains plugged with hair, carpet was frayed, furniture was chewed on by previous furry tenants, dust was everywhere, including on non-operational phones and the outside smelled like dog feces no matter where you parked. Breakfast is not your typical Residence Inn breakfast either. There were way less options like waffles only on the weekends and quality is just less than other RIs. Only plus sides were that the air condition worked great, the staff was amazing, and the room was dirt cheap through Expedia. That gave them an extra star for me, bringing it from a one star experience to a two star experience.

    Staff was not very helpful. We had a large wet spot in the floor that was cased from the a/c unit. There was confusion on whether they had a room for us to switch to or not. They fixed the leak and we ended up not switching rooms but no compensation of any kind was offered for the inconvenience

    Property needs to be updated. The room had a mildew smell and the A/C was working, but it had everything in the room very humid, it was the strangest thing. It was just for one night, so we didn't complain, but we will be looking for another place to stay when we come visit our daughter. It was disappointing considering it's a Marriot property. The staff was great though, very friendly!

    My daughter went at night to buy chips from the hotels market and the front desk employee was very rude to them, my daughter couldnt remeber the room number the they guy making sarcastic rude coments "how can you not remeber your room number " "this people" will never stay again in this hotel becuase of persons like this guy working there,

    My families stay was terrible, the air went out no one would help us. The front desk didn’t know how to charge snacks to the room, I have bits all over my body and all I was offered was 10,000 points. Not a different room our anything.
