I always stay at this hotel when I’m in town. I feel like the maintenance/upkeep of the building has gone down. For example, cracks in elevator floor. All hotels need deep cleanings periodically. This one needs refreshing. I will keep staying though.

I think the price should be a little bit lower so people can afford it

Well maintained. My only issue is the noise from being close to the stair well. It kept me up all night

Convenient location. Breakfast area seating in an atrium where you can see a woods and nature trail Bed and pillow very comfortable. I like soft. Signs all over letting you know they are giving you free breakfast. Worn woodwork, flooring.

Very friendly, nice room, very clean , large tv with streaming, nice little bar with excellent bartender. Will definitely stay there again.

Very good hotel and excellent staff

the staff was very helpful and responsive. Additionally the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast menu options do not change for days together, which is a little disheartening. Additionally, experienced issues with lock to the bathroom door, and main door, and the maintenance mentioned the time it takes to fix it would be beyond my stay period. This was unfortunate.

I didn’t visit the bar area but from what I seen, looked cleaned and fully stocked. My room wasn’t what I selected; due to the time I checked in and my event, I didn’t make a fuss. The shower sliding door would just slide in the opposite direction on its own. When my key wouldn’t worked the gentleman at the front desk was exceptional at getting me new keys.

Breakfast was not the best. When we arrived, 30 minutes before it was over, no eggs, no bacon, no bread and no waffle mix. Things did get replenished when we asked but eggs were not desirable. Several people continued coming because so many flights were canceled and breakfast only went until 9

One of my favorite places to stay in Illinois!

Stayed for 4 nights and not once had my room cleaned. I asked 3 times and had to go down and get my own towels each day. Front desk said they put it in the computer for it to get cleaned but it never was. Disappointed in this facility and probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff was courteous and the room was very nice! The only downsides were the minimal amount of creamers with the coffee pot in the room, and the confusion about the heat/cool adjustment (on wall instead of on unit). We would definitely stay at a Four Points again.

Great staff, especially Jeff who booked us a reservation at another restaurant, and Sandy who served us with warmth and laughter behind the bar.

The had a bar. Practical lobby. Much more quiet than other hotels in the area. Good for business. Huge room!

We do hotel dtays 3 ot 4 times a year. This was the best hotel we've been to in 4 years. Clean. Quiet. Nice bathroom. Great pillows. Even better mattress. The staff was fantastic allnthe way through but the young lady who checked us in late afternoon on Thursday was impeccable, kind, dressed well and was the highlight of your staff. But they all were...the bartender (who was also the cook) was quick and perfect. The maid service was quiet and respectful. Our room had window shades that were button activated. It was pitch black when they were closed. Also...a big tv for a hotel room. I love that. You can also hook into your own Amazon tv and netflix account and watch it there. I can't say enough about our stay...just great. Thank you all.

I’ve been staying here for weeks. Thousands of dollars was gladly spent. I liked the place.

Has a little snack shop next to the desk, a laundry facility (evidently) and is right by the other restaurants on Higgins. No business center (as listed) being the only downside. The one pc in the lobby was broken. Fantastic black out shades. Zero clue what time it is when I wake up. Though they DO have a clock in the room. A rare treat apparently. Smart tv with streaming apps built in. And the keys are from this century and don’t de magnetize every time they come near my phones with massive magnets on the back. Yay.

The staff at check in double charged my credit card suppose to charge around 1200 he charged $3,600 ran my card thrice causing next day embarrassment when charging at a restaurant in front of a client .. complained to manger she said only at checkout would they refund ..at check out she said will take probably 15 days , was yea eking for business room they only cleaned once every two days ..

Check in was quick and efficient. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Shopping and plenty of choices for restaurants/ food choices were available too.

I like how the environment was so quiet and reserved. The staff were very welcoming and it felt like home for the days I stayed.

Everything was great. There was not a microwave but I was only staying one night so that was not a big deal. The place smelled wonderful due to the Scent Air machine they were using. The only negative was that my upstairs neighbors were loud!!

The room was perfect!! Very roomy it was quiet and the AC was amazing. The staff was very polite.

Property was clean. Very nice room. We had issue with the breakfast in the morning. When we checked in, the front desk staff told us breakfast is until 11 am. We went there at 10:30. Breakfast was already closed. A different staff member said they gave breakfast only until 10 but the staff while checking in had made a mistake and told us a wrong time. We had to catch a flight so we had to rush to the airport without eating anything. Even after asking, the front desk didn’t give juice or fruit or yogurt.

Great, clean , safe area about 10 miles from O'Hare airport. restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff was super nice and quick check in. Quiet establishment so you'll get a good night's sleep.

Overall comfy stay. Management was not able to access the computer to find out what my exact charge for incidentals was, but that may be a computer issue. Did find a hair on the night stand too. The waste container, which was a dual trash and recycle container, in the room too small, particularly in the recycle component. I do also think the room service should be every day, not every 3 days. That being said, overall a comfortable and great hotel! 4 out 5 stars i would give for sure

I got downgraded as the room I booked was not available. After that I got my credit card charged twice and the manager would argue with me that they need to charge twice. Not a good experience checking in.

Overall it was comfortable stay. The hotel is clean and updated, but for some reason, the floor is not flat and bathroom exhaust vent was so old. I hope they will fix these details at some point.

We only stayed one night. So we were in and out. But it would have been nice to experience the amenities the hotel had to offer. They seemed very up to date and clean.

Great location close to Woodfield Mall, shops and restaurants. This is our second stay here and we will be back again!

I had to add a night to my booking due to an unexpected emergency. The hotel was empty. I contacted the front desk prior to check in to let them know of the situation as I booked the same room, same tier. At check in again I brought up the 2nd night stay and asked for the same room.., and again they were empty. 2nd night we get back late to walk up to a locked room, not cleaned, no coffee, no towels, and had to re/check in. Terrible process and wish that at one of the 3 individuals would have explained that to us.

Only negative was no breakfast buffet.

Had some noise at night from the parking lot, not much the staff could do about that. Also alot of noise above from someone walking around. Place was clean and staff was friendly. Good water pressure in the shower

We read that a shuttle was provided from the airport. When we called they said itwasn’t since we booked with Expedia.

Room was full size with big screen flat t.v., fridge, and microwave.

Very clean. Rooms were updated and modern. At least one staff was always working and available. The coffee brewed for all guests was actually very good! I would definitely stay here again and would gladly recommend it to others.

I liked the convenience, close to shopping, nice grounds surrounding the hotel. There is a target right across the street within walking distance. Very close to restaurants and the Wood Field Mall is near by. There were some things I think can be made better. It was sometimes hard to sleep due to the loud sounds from the floors above, you can hear every foot step. There was no breakfast included. There were no laundry room on site. If you needed to wash the staff directed us to the hotel next door. If you have a car that needs charging, you also have to go next door for that as well.

It was a basic stay but they are very understaffed. They were not able to bring us new towels when needed or toiletries. The main desk is not staffed so we had to go to the bar area to be checked in. Not a big deal but the person who was checking us in was busy so he didn’t seem super welcoming. The room was okay I expected to be able to open the window for some air flow but the windows were nailed shut. The closet/cabinet also kept moving and bumping against the wall with every step we took. The walls are very thin and we were close to the elevator so we heard EVERYTHING. Overall, it was a clean place to rest our head but we expected more from a Marriott hotel.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Only thing that I didn't like was housekeeping coming at 8:30 am and 10:30am. Check out was not until 11:00 am, so why so early? That was the only downfall

Property does not have the amenities it lists. I search for properties that have EV charging available. After we checked in (at the bar?) I was told that the EV parking was at their sister hotel down the street, and not at this property even though it is a listed amenity. False advertising is never a good thing. Room was nice and comfortable, but the EV chargers were shared by twice as many users in multiple hotels and a LONG walk from this property.

Surprised that the room had no drawers to store clothes. I was there for 7 days and not having a dresser was uncomfortable. No one told me about breakfast being available for a charge. No one mentioned until I asked that there was no service unless requested. Overall disappointed with the stay

However, Jose was an amazing bartender and staff member. He made us feel very welcome.

Hotel staff attempted to enter our room without warning. They used their key and just opened the door without knocking. This was not housekeeping entering, we had a one night stay and no need for housekeeping.

Our room smelled so badly of cigarette smoke it gave us a terrible headache. We reported it to the front desk who said to call manager. When we called the manager, who was out of the office and sure back Monday. When we called Monday and spoke to the manager, she was not concerned one bit. Did not even ask for our name or room number. Claimed the smoke came from outdoors. She couldn't get off the phone quick enough.

Check in was moved to the bar. There were signs everywhere to make sure guests wore their masks, which of course makes perfect sense during a pandemic. When I arrived at the bar to check in, I saw a man sitting on a bar stool, drinking a beer, and talking on his cell phone. When he finally saw me he said to the person on the other end of the phone, “I have to go, there’s someone here I need to check in.” He put down his cell phone. Took a few swigs of his beer, then walked over to the makeshift check in area on top of the bar counter, maskless, and proceeded to check me in. It all went downhill from there the whole week I was at the hotel.”
