Clean room no amenities really to speak of coffee only available from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the lobby breakfast available for a fee of 15 to $20 pool was unusable unfortunately did not look clean was full constantly with children very very small workout room a bit noisy for the area there was a lot of noises in the evening lot of pounding on the ceilings and walls. There's a $25 amenity fee per night.. they did have free parking.

Super clean, and in a nice area. The thermostat was set to 66 degrees, and I turned the fan on high. I woke up 5 times throughout the night in sweat and the thermostat was 3 degrees hotter then what I had it set to, yet the A/C wasn’t running

The room is equipped with door between 207 and 209, on the 2nd day maybe other customer checked in at 209 trying to open the door around 11 PM mulitpl times and destpo our sleep and make us little uncomfortable. Next time I will not get the room with door in between. Suggestion maybe do not open sign on the door separate the two rooms will completely prevent this cetvitation for us and other customers in future.

The property was very clean and close to several restaurants, stores and Woodfield Mall.

Beds are like rocks. Asked for help nothing from staff or manager. Ran outa hot water. Kids playing soccer in halls extra charge for service animal without telling you.

Good space in the room and nice having a fridge. Our room on 5th flood and one of the elevators was not working, issue since Wednesday according to guests there for a soccer tournament. Also, no hot water in the morning 8am, both sink and shower, the water was cold didn't even warm up.

and got a knock on my door from management saying i had to turn the volume down due to noise complains. once we turned it down at all it was so low we could barely hear it. i recently has a hearing test, it is not my ears. this was ludicrous

My stay was very nice. Room was very clean and everything in the room was working well, Beds very comfortable. Staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place to my friends

The hotel was clean and the atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant. The pool was very basic and small and they did not have a hot tub, yet the sign reads : Pool and Spa! The breakfast was $13 per person and its the same a the usual complimentary breakfast.

Great area The beds gave my wife a back ache and I have a crook in my neck ( Very Uncomfortable) also the breakfast was horrible and the muffins were half done and they charge for the good products other hotels cook tor free…

Breakfast was good, but on one day no one came to my table, so I left and had breakfast somewhere else. The coffee maker in my room did not work.

The staff was very friendly and helped with anything we needed. The main entrance and shared areas were clean and well taken care of. Didn't like the amoutnt of spider webs hanging from the ceiling in the bedroom, but with the high ceilings I was not able to get them myself. Would have been helpful as well if there was a guide for the TV, knowing what channels were available would have been helpful.

Rooms were very clean. The beds were nice, we all slept great! Location was nice and it was really quiet. Staff was friendly. We received a complimentary food tray when we checked in. I was able to request a later check out time because we were running late the mirning of check out

I have stayed there multiple times. The front staff is very nice. I got a free breakfast because a pipe burst with the cold weather and the elevator wasn’t working. I’m glad I didn’t pay for the free breakfast because they only had cubed potatoes scrambled eggs, and round sausage patties for hot meal, other than oatmeal like every day of Christmas week. Housekeeping seems to work hard at keeping the rooms clean. Also, surrounding area has excellent restaurants.

Size of room, cleanliness, friendly staff Security- several questionable people sneaking in the side entrance with no card. Noise- could hear other rooms at night. Check in took 25 minutes because of confused old people and the one staff not putting them to the side.

Room was fine , hotel lobby was clean and check in was quick and staff was nice. Only issue was the hotel lost power in middle of night and we had to get up early to catch flight and had to get ready in dark room. Hopefully they comp us a free night or discount for the inconvenience.

Location was central to many things in Schaumburg. You could walk to several places if you wanted to so you wouldn't have to spend all your time in your room. Can't think of anything that would make things better.

Refrigerator broke. Had to put ice in overnight as maintenance could not come till next day our food was ruined and they did not offer any discount for our inconvenience Staff was nice about it I would stay here again due to this lack of service and understanding of our loss.

Property very nice and staff friendly and accommodating however our refridgerator was faulty. In cabinet with no ventilation and when we opened the wood door several hours later a whoosh of vey hot air came out at us, top of fridge was HOT to the touch. Front desk told me to unplug it was hard to get to but did it. Said maintenance could not come until morning. Did offer for usto come downstairs to put all our food in their fridge but it was 10-11 at night and we were already in Our pajamas and din not want to unpack it and even if we wanted to move all our food how would we have carried it all down 3 floors. So we just filled bags with ice and put in there. I d leaked all over and Food was ruined in morning would not eat meat and eggs that felt warm. I know this can happen but at check out all she said was sorry…we did offer for you to bring your food down….REALLY!!!! Did not offer even a penny discount which I feel we should have gotten something. I specifically picked this hotel for the fridge Very disappointed with this Would not stay there again dispute to their lack of concern. We had to throw away our food I will be placing a phone complaint direct to manager at hotel and hope to get some kind of refund, at least for the cost of our ruined food

Everything was GREAT except for the pool. The pool water looked unhealthy...as if there were spores floating on the top of the water throughout the entire pool. Did not feel comfortable letting my daughter swim so we were unable to enjoy that amenity.

Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet and room was very clean. Staff at main desk was very professional and helpful.

We checked in after attending a funeral. We were exhausted. When we got into our room we realized there was a motorcycle (?) swap meet being held across the street. They played music so loud it shook our windows on the 5'th floor. Thinking we would depart around 4 -5 a.m. to return to Ohio, the music never stopped. It went on up until at least 12:00 midnight. The hotel was booked full so we couldn't move rooms to the back of the building. The hotel was wonderful but we should have been advised of this upon check in. We would have never stayed. We are putting in a complaint to the hotel and would like to be reimbursed for this room. This was very poor. All we wanted was a little sleep before we could head home.

We arrived to the hotel around noon and we were able to check into our room early. The staff were very helpful when we asked for directions.

Very kind and friendly staff. Super clean and well maintained property, overall and especially room and bathroom. Quiet atmosphere even tho i noticed a lot of guests in main areas and encountered some in elevator and pool area. I invited a couple of my young grandchildren to visit and enjoy time in the pool. They loved it, just the right size and they especially loved the warm towels kept poolside.

The hotel room was very clean and very suitable for what I was there for. The staff was nice even the housekeepers that didn’t speak English. They pulled out their translator to help me which was nice. I felt very safe as a single mother with two children with me.

Staff was super friendly. Pool area was clean and water temperature perfect. My son enjoyed the fitness center options. Will definitely come back of we are in the area.

Great hotel and staff, Becca was a stand out along with the full team on reception.

Originally booked for two days then had to extend for another two and then aother one. Becca and her team were superb every step of the way with me making changes on the fly. Perfectly located for what I needed and will certainly book here again when I'm next in the area.

bit cheaper. Sergio at the dining area did an awesome job of attending to everyone's needs. if i have to be picky the ring underneath the toilet seat should be scrubbed. On Saturday night a guest vomited on the floor close by to the elevators and inside one of the elevators. I saw the mess around 10 pm and as we were checking out Sunday at 7 am, the mess was still there. It was disgusting. This should have bee cleaned overnight.

This is our favorite hotel in the Schamburg area. We stay here frequently! Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms! The indoor pool and fully equipped gym are a plus too.

I was disappointed I was unable to change reservation prior to trip. Hotels.com contacted hotel to see if they coudl adjust and unable to change. Somewhere in that communication the hotel canceled reservation after request to not make any changes. There was 1 room available when we arrived and wasn't at the value that was billed. Will not stay at this facility again. Overpriced.

I booked a 2-bed room at this hotel three weeks in advance before my trip, but my reservation was not honored despite this. On the day of my reservation, I drove 7 hours through 2 states, and I arrived at the hotel around 11pm. We were all rather exhausted at this late hour and anticipating to rest in our room. But upon my arrival, the desk staff told me that the room I had reserved was given to another guest and that there were no other vacancies. They claimed that because Expedia had not provided my contact information, they went ahead and gave up my room without notice. They then suggested we stay at another hotel that should have a 1-bed room open. Whatever the case, at this point it was approaching midnight. I was displeased with this whole experience. We expected to be able to rest in 2 beds right after finishing our long drive, but was instead subjected to a hotel hunt that went until 1AM, just to all squeeze into 1 bed. I've been booking hotels through Expedia for over 10 years, but this is the first time I've encountered such an absurd situation. What disappointed me most was the lack of empathy from the front desk. There may have been apologetic in words, but they were not apologetic in attitude and instead seemed to be annoyed when I was understandably upset by the situation.

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the suite was clean and comfortable and quiet. Highly recommended!

1. The iron and board in my room had some sort of residue on them that ruined my shirt. 2. I had to pay to use the coin op laundry to try and fix my clothing that the hotel's equipment ruined. It left detergent residue all over my clothing. 3. The room keys barely work and require 10-15 tries each time. 4. The gym was 80° (not kidding). 5. We received notice that water would arbitrarily shut off at 9:30 AM the next morning - with less than 12 hours of notice.
