Very clean, modern, safe, breakfast was great, and the hotel itself was quiet. The noise from the highway was surprisingly loud. I had to sleep with my noise canceling headphones on. Obviously the hotel can’t help that so I hesitated to even mention it, but if you are a light sleeper you should request the opposite side of the hotel or be prepared. Would definitely stay here again though!

Great clean Hotel! Smells so fresh as soon as you walk in! King Suite was clean and spacious. Staff was amazing! Only 5 minutes away from Mall, Target, restaurants and other shopping areas! Will definitely be back 10/10 Highly Recommended

The hotel is beautiful, the pool was fine, and breakfast was good. However, I would highly highly recommend you call ahead and see if there’s an event. Our entire stay was ruined because there was a line dancing (yes you read that right, line dancing) event that apparently called for loud base music from the time we checked in until well past 10 o’clock at night, that started right back up the next day at 9 AM. The staff was unhelpful in trying to fix the problem. Keep in mind, we were on the third floor and we could still hear loud music. It’s unfortunate that hotels don’t give you a heads up that your sleep, including a six-year-old’s, will be impacted because line dancers have to have loud bass music.

Very nice stay. Breakfast had a lot off food and very attentive staff. Room clean and towels plentiful. Shower very nice. Comfortable bed. Would recommend updating technology a bit. No phone or tablet charging availability unless you brought a block for your charging cords which was a bit loose in the table lamp outlets. Do not get a room on first floor. A bir noisy with breakfast and bar close by. The staff was fantastic!

Quiet and good atmosphere

The hotel host poker events which fills up the parking lot extremely fast and guest had to find other places to park, and staff could care less the risk we were taking as paying customers parking our cars in other lots.

The breakfast was just okay. I was expecting a little more. Also, breakfast ran out fast. I went down to grab some while my husband watched the kids and when it was his turn, the good stuff was gone. I expected a variety fruit, some bacon, and no water in the scrambled eggs. Other than that, everything was acceptable.

The location was good - close to many places. The breakfast was adequate. It was what you'd expect of an average hotel breakfast - nothing great. Orange juice from machine was really watery. Eggs were "institutional" like - watery.

The facility was clean. Front desk was friendly. The reason i rated it just okay was because I didn't like the fact housekeeping doesn’t at-least make up the bed when you stay and extra night. The pool was nice. The breakfast was fair just like any hotel. Our room was very small.

Clean room, clean hotel, checked in New Years Day for the weekend. Breakfast was not crowded after the holiday and was well managed by staff. Our daughter also enjoyed using the pool, which was clean with towels provided. Good location, good stay!

Our room was right by the breakfast and so starting at 6a we heard the waffle maker every 2 minutes.

The woman that checked us in was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was better than most hotels. The walls are paper thin. We didn't get much sleep. The people in the room next to us were coughing and sneezing and in and out of the bathroom all night. We heard every bit of it, unfortunately. Also, the pillows are so flat and uncomfortable.

the room was very clean and the workout facilities were first class. Pool was exceptional for a hotel. The main praise I want to give was to the front desk staff. They were all very nice and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience; especially since the price was very good!

Nice hotel overall for the price and a lovely breakfast variety. Very kid friendly if you have a family. Only thing I didn't care for was trying to enjoy the pool as an adult. Too many kids splashing around and doing cannonballs in the pool area.

The room was clean and well maintained

First room still had previous occupants hat next to the bed which means the bedding wasn’t changed, if it was they would’ve seen it. Room smelled like liquor and sewage. Changed my room. Wallpaper coming off in two different , microwave & mini fridge were unplugged and outlet was blocked off. Tub wall cracked in both rooms. For the rate and $150 hold on a credit card. Look elsewhere.

The hotel was nice but the parking was not great we had to park in the lot two hotels over and walk a bit to enter the hotel, also the front desk tried to charge my card twice for the deposit which locked my card and caused me to not have access to it I had to call the company. More of an inconvenience.

Yelene was very helpful upon check in. Hotel was very quiet. Loved how close to shopping and eateries.

I like the close proximity to the mall and the continental breakfast. I also liked how close we were to the hotel and ice machine. I didn’t like the limited parking.

The room I booked wasn’t ready@3:30 check in. Given alternative room. Disappointing, however, while the room given was small, it was cozy, on the first floor, providing access to breakfast, amenities, and entrance and exits. Turned out to be very convenient. The staff the rest of the stay, the staff and guests were very nice, friendly and extremely attentive to all our needs and requests. My son who had his two young children with him, stated, it was the best experience he’s had in a while.

Great alternative to staying in the city. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shopping, clean gas stations, etc. Felt very safe. Hotel staff were so nice. Breakfast was better than normal free hotel breakfasts.

Location. Friendly staff. Drapes don’t cover windows. Can’t block out sunlight or parking area lighting. Bed and pillow too soft. No comfortable sitting chair - only a small desktop chair. Cooling and bathroom fans way too noisy.

Everything was good except room wasn’t ready at 3pm. Was told 45 mins then went back and still wasn’t ready but then was told it was due to a party of other people who haven’t checked in yet and didn’t want to but ended up breaking that party up to give me a room since I was there but that should’ve been done in the first place instead of making me wait. I’m there, I should get it.

Breakfast was okay. Same set up both days. Room was big enough for family of 4. Pool was nice for kids to play in a couple times, tons of towels at pool. Did not use wifi personally, but TVs lagged a bit to connecting to Netflix and apps. Entire hotel is very humid. Only one small issue, we had asked for towels heading back up from the pool as there was only three in the room, was about an hour before check out and they never brought then. Other than that, staff was friendly when interacted with and stay was ok.

It was a great staycation with me and my 3 boys. The pool was a hit and we were close to a lit of attractions like the mall and legoland which they enjoyed. Breakfast was slim but ok, I couldnt complain since everything else was great and clean.

Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds, the pool was ok. For a property at this level it should have a hot tub. But my primary issue was that I was getting erroneously charged throughout my stay, and even double charged several days after. It took constant contact with the staff and managers, and was a extremely negative and unprofessional experience.

Everything was completely clean. The beds were comfortable enough. The pool was very fun and big. The breakfast was great and there was lots of sitting area which is usually a huge problem during breakfast.

Very clean property. I read all the reviews and my wife is so cleanliness conscious if it was as good as they say, she would be happy. What a great stay we had. We enjoyed the breakfast, great selection & quality. Back patio deck off a pond, with no mosquitoes! So relaxing. We will definitely return.

The hotel was nice up to date room's but they wasn’t that big . Overall nice hotel . Only thing I didn’t like was that you have to pay 150 deposit a night . I’ve been to wayyy nicer hotels and never paid that much for incidentals ! Other than that great stay .

The property and staff were quite nice. The pool was well-maintained, stocked with towels, and clean. The only issue we encountered was that only one elevator was operational on Saturday evening, which caused delays in getting to our room. We ended up taking the stairs. However, both elevators were working on Sunday during check-out.

Not much sleep. Loud cars on outside road. Bedside alarm clock went off twice in the night with loud metal static music and beeping. (No one uses those outdated alarm clocks anyway) Couldn't get it to shut off, unplugged it and informed front desk. Then at 8 am our next door family decided to get into a yelling and cussing fight for over a half an hour. Reported that too. If this all didn't happen I would have rated almost perfect

Great experience. Me and my daughter stay near woodfield every year as a tradition for her birthday. We chose Fairfield due to the larger room than our normal hotel. The room was large and very clean. The gentleman that checked us in was very polite. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Will stay there next year

This is a clean hotel- good location and I like the breakfast options and bar /workspace availability. Will continue to stay here for my work travel to the area.

Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. Breakfast was crazy due to a couple of soccer clubs that were guests but the staff kept up with all requests and nothing ran out. Eating area is very clean too. I have zero complaints only praise!

We stayed 2 nights in October, checkin was great, the two gentlemen were nice and recommended places to eat nearby. The pool is great, probably the biggest i’ve seen hotels usually have, water temp was very pleasant too. Room was clean, water pressure in the shower was excellent, toiletries were very nice. Breakfast is probably the only thing that could have some improvement, there were no fresh pastries, no fruit except for green bananas, milk had expiration date of the day after we dined. The tiny muffins looked worse than from a gas station-soggy and slimy. No cheese selection. Tea and coffee were really good though as well as waffles. Hotel has a very convenient location in what looked like a very safe area too.

The hotel is in a nice quiet area. It is very clean and the staff was very nice. The room was super quiet, the bed was comfortable and the walk in shower was nice and spacious. The breakfast choices were excellent. Everything from eggs, waffles, oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal, and yogurt. They also have a bar area that is open during the week if you want a alcoholic drink. Coffee was available 24 hours in the lobby. The room has a small fridge plus a coffee maker and microwave.

The front desk clerk was very rude. I also arrive 30 minutes before check in, traveling from Dallas, Texas, and the way she said No the rooms are not ready was a total turn off. Then i guess i missed the extra $150 hold on my account, o had prepaid for the weekend.

This is our go-to hotel when visiting family and friends in the area. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are always clean with comfortable beds. Great place to stay.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Room concept is convenient, comfortable bed. Breakfast is good, it would have been great if they would offered different choices, but even they serve the same everyday is still a decent breakfast choice. The area is quiet and very close to a mall where you can find diverse places to eat or relaxing.
