Staff were super helpful, room was alright but too small for 3 people. There is no kitchen sink so we had to use the bathroom sink which was in the bedroom. Property is near to the NJ 320 bus stop.

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel staff were all friendly. The room and property itself were nice and clean. It is within walking distance to the shopping plaza and food. I would stay here every time I am in need of a room and in this area.

For the price of this hotel I was expecting it to be more cleaner, and bigger rooms. I was looking at many hotels when deciding where to stay and from the pictures this hotel looked very nice. The breakfast was okay, all frozen food reheated. If parking spaces ran out in the front of building you have to park in the garage and walk through an extremely hot tunnel that connects to the hotel. The staff were great overall and very helpful!

The property was easy to spot and the surrounding were clean and pretty safe. The breakfast was excellent, hot and pretty tasty. Lastly, the staff was very humble and friendly when we ask for something or were answering something.

The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Thank you for the breakfast. The hotel does not have a swimming pool or a small exercise room. If you stay in the room, do not turn on the TV under any circumstances. We were not warned or given any explanation that we would have to pay for watching a movie. This is unfair, and we were not warned about this.

Easy access to the bus route to New York. Just right across from the hotel. Breakfast has several choices. I recommend!

The room was great, ample, clean. I was able to connect to streaming services without nuances or cables using the chrome extension, so we could watch some of our favorites. Breakfast was below average, compared to previuos visits, we were a bit dissapointed of the limited choices available, maybe the only below average issue we found. Otherwise we enjoiyed our stay for the event in Convention Center, for which this location is ideal, just gobpass the parking lot. Parking was good, under a roof on second level, at no additional cost.

We can hear everything through the walls… I could hear the bip of the elevator even if I had white noise. And the AC was so loud! I had to close it because everytime it’s going on, it woke up my kids…

There are several positives worth mentioning. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety. The location is also convenient, especially with a public bus stop nearby, making it easy to get around. Free parking is available, which is a plus, although the parking area itself is quite old and a bit worn. However, we booked a room clearly advertised for 6 people (5 adults and 1 child), and the sleeping arrangement did not match that capacity. The room had two queen beds and one sofa bed, and the sofa bed could barely accommodate one person comfortably, let alone two. This felt like poor communication and misrepresentation—on the hotel’s part. When I raised the issue with the staff, they were unwilling to acknowledge it as a problem. I requested an extra mattress so we could manage, but I was told none were available. Eventually, they provided just one extra blanket and a cushion, which was not a practical solution. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability. Instead of recognizing the mismatch between the room description and setup, the staff seemed intent on avoiding responsibility rather than resolving the issue. With better transparency about room capacity and a more responsive approach to guest concerns, this could have been a much better stay.

The toilet papers were dirty (soaked in brown stuff) - not changed. We had to ask for new ones. No TV remote. They provided make up removers but they were dirty in the packaging as well.

Breakfast was delicious and came free with our stay. Fitness center was small but clean and had working machines. Didn’t find fault with anything. We enjoyed our short time there. We arrived 15 minutes before check-in time, after driving 7 hours from NC, and there were no rooms available! The staff weren't very helpful. We needed to change to get to Briadway show.

We stayed from Dec 18 - 22 no decent table anough to put our food and drinks while we eat terrible very inconvenient for 4 people no center table just tiny side table eating and place we can rest our phones or even purse is a struggle. It maybe simple but it has a big impact i terms of convenience.

The room was clean and well-maintained, though it shows some signs of age. The water in the bathroom felt a bit slippery, even after washing, which made me wonder if it was groundwater or had a high mineral content.

Disappointed in this Hyatt. I arrived at the property at 3:00 and my room was not ready. After being on the road since 4AM, we had to wait 30 minutes to check in. There was another guest waiting and he was given a full run down of the services, I was not. The room did not look or feel fully clean. It appeared as if it was rushed. The pull out couch was super uncomfortable. The breakfast was not worth, even if it was “free”. There was a terrible odor when I walked in on night. Overall, I would never stay here again.

The room was very clean, but the shower curtain smelled a little sour (like when you leave clothes in the easher too long, and forget to dry them). I did not like how the bathroom was set up. The towel rack was inside the shower, and tjeres just 1 hook in the back of the bathrrom door to hang your clothes. The bathroom is small, so while getting dressed, its a little cramped, and theres no space to have some privacy if youbopen the bathroom door to have more room. The bathroom sink is putside of the bathroom. Thats there i feel they cpuld havepuut a curtain or another door for extra privacy. Especially considerimg theres a big wasted space

The breakfast staff did an amazing job keeping up the food options. Each day there were slight variations of the food. The room was well laid out. The bus stop is right outside and bus 320 takes you right into Manhattan.

I was here on business. The room was very clean and spacious. Check in was really easy. The front desk host was very nice. He recommended a really good restaurant that delivered to the hotel. I did not venture out other than to go to work, but there seemed to be a lot of restaurants and shopping walking distance from the hotel. You can also chromecast to the tv which is really nice. Will definitely stay again!

The staff were pleasant. The room was clean and enough space for us ( myself, daughter and 2 nieces). Check in/out was quick & easy! Catching a Lyft to& from Times Square was convenient instead of fighting the traffic and parking. I would definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean. Staff were very nice and very helpful. The electrician came in early because we were flying and I was locked out of my safe. He was very pleasant. We came for a concert at the Met Life Stadium and we wanted to walk around New York. The bus station was right across the street and would take you to NY Port Authority. The ticketing machine is at the bus stop and the front desk staff told us how to use it. I also liked the free breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

On the downside, the exterior of the property (as well as the entire area) is quite dark, which can feel a bit eerie. There were numerous small maintenance issues that seem overlooked during daily turnovers that could’ve been easily addressed, no liquid or bar soap at the bathroom vanity, and the bathrooms felt outdated compared to the rest of the room and hotel. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for its location, convenience, and friendly staff.

Transportation like bus stop outside the hotel was very good if you’re planning to go to Manhattan NY. Very good breakfast and help desk staff was very helpful. I will definitely come back to this place.

Refrigerator was not cold, outlets made my phone and charger extremely hot, no secured WiFi networks, not enough outlets, you can hear every noise coming from the hallway and elevators, cleaning staff super loud- yelling towards one another in the hallways, I could hear them all the time. AC kept going on by itself, my floors were sticky. Cancelled my trip one day early. Won’t be back.

Breakfast was nice & hot, beds comfortable, shower pressure was great, & staff were very nice…we will be staying again with my family of 5.

The shower had very low water pressure, and the bathroom door automatically locked when closed, which became a problem at 1am when our 9-year-old couldn’t get in. On the plus side, the air conditioning was strong (though quite loud), and there were plenty of outlets throughout the room—a definite convenience. The lighting was decent, and the room itself was spacious enough that we didn’t feel cramped.

I asked for a solution or upgrade they said they can’t , a manager to speak to they said it’s only us to talk to ! It was not a professional to take a reservation for people then don’t hold it and offer them something else or less than what we paid for! We were really tired and exhausted then we waited for like an hour in the hallway kids falling asleep on the couches til I spoke to the Expedia agent who offered me to take the 1 kings bed room the hotel offered instead of my original room then reserve another room and pay for it but Expedia will cover it for me! Other than that the stay was nice , breakfast was not that good smaller hotels will offer better quality breakfast , plus they dont have laundry machines !

Great location, close drive to MetLife Stadium. Room had disgusting hairs on the floor in the main part of the room, and long strands in the shower, my 12 year old noticed it first and was disgusted, as was the rest of my family. Made me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned.

Check in was good. The front desk associate was great and very friendly. We had to park in the parking garage next door that conveniently has a tunnel to the hotel. The room was clean and newly renovated but the door had a large gap under it allowing all the hallway noise to come through. The bathroom was awful. It was old, walls were cracked and looking like they would cave in soon, and the shower was gross and needed regrouped. They missed the bathroom when they redid the room. There was even rust on the fixtures like the towel hanger on the back of the door. We made it through the night being awakened frequently by loud voices. The air conditioner sounded like a plane about to take off. It was clean so the staff does their job. It’s the chain needing to shell out money to fix things.

The room was dirty and it was ants in the room. The staff was friendly great location for American dream Mall.

This is our second stay at Hyatt Place Secaucus. Good value and easy transportation into Manhatten. Staff are great we reported that TV was not working and was fixed quickly. Our room was not as clean this time, floors by the walls need more attention, a few hairs in shower and soaps not full. The vent above the toilet was full of dust. Coffee mugs not clean. Room 302. Overall the hotel was okay this time just think cleaning has slipped a bit.

It is quite noisy , the sound insulation of the room is not that good.

Overall the mattresses and bedding are very old and dated. The beds are very small cannot fit two people. Bathroom is very small and water pressure is really really low. We could not take a good shower.

Excellent service

Everything thing was good and clean. The only down fall was the juice and coffee during breakfast was water down. Also The room should at least have water in the refrigerator for the amount they charged.

Love the quietness afterwards spending day in the NYC, the easy of transportation to/from NYC

The hotel was wonderful, bed was do comfortable. So much so, it was the best night sleep I had in a long time! Staff was friendly, and very accommodating. It was close to NYC and travel to the city took less than 40 minutes. I definitely will stay here again in the near future!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt the room was so roomi and very clean beds where so comfortable the staff was very attentive. The location was very safe and very nice neighborhood the bus stop is right outside which we took advantage and use it to go to back and forth to New York bus 320 will take you and bring you back

If you’re looking for a place to stay in New Jersey, this place is definitely the place to stay! Stephen, Jeremy, Shane, and the two ladies in the morning are the reasons I plan to be coming back. They were all extremely helpful in any recommendations or advice I asked for. Very professional, very friendly, and made this place a safe place for someone like me who was traveling solo. Thank you guys for making me feel safe and comfortable while staying here at Hyatt.

It could have been better if simple disposable indoor slippers or toothbrushes, razors are for free. I mean with the price, those little things could have been included at least.

I had a quick stay at Hyatt Place Secaucus/Meadowlands, but the staff were by far the best part. They were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I am looking forward to returning when I am back in the area. In addition, the room was beautiful - very spacious and clean.

The entrance to the property is odd. After you figure out where to park, you have to be on a certain floor to get to a tunnel that connects you to a door at the hotel (on 2nd level, not near main entrance). The issue is that not only is it inconvenient while carrying bags, you can only enter with a key card (which you wouldn’t have until you’ve checked in). They is an ancient intercom that I couldn’t speak into and when I hit the call button, it wasn’t clear if it went through and no one answered. Thankfully someone was leaving and let us in.

Booked a room for a concert during a holiday weekend. Despite getting confirmation that my room was ready, I arrived soon after check-in time to be told my room wasn’t going to be ready for at least 1.5 hrs. People were literally doing hair and makeup for the concert in the lobby. We ended up booking another place
