I did not like how all the Waterpark facilities were under construction. There were only a few slides and the lazy river open. Also didnt care for staff not knowing how to answer simple questions. There is a sign that says you need a wristband to ride the shuttle right outside of the hotel. When I inquired about it hotel staff stated he knew nothing about the signage and proceeded to tell me that maybe it was posted by an event going on at the convention center. It frustrated me so bad that I just walked away.

I found a dead mouse on a sticky in my room. My brother stayed a door down, which had bed bugs in his room. The waterparks wasn't completely operational. I spent over $1000, to be placed in the bottom floor. If I had known, I would've booked governor's crossing or country Cascades. I messaged the property 3 times prior with no response.

Enjoyed the indoor water park. Charged a $250 deposit. Bear in mind nothing can be charged to your room so this amount is more than I have paid at a property for a deposit. Did not receive an invoice at checkout and have to wait to get the deposit back.

The disrespectful laundry loading and unloading by my room6115. Whoever delivers and picks up laundry or trash is loud and you hear ever movement in the room next door to this room. Don’t expect to sleep in.

Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less nice and does not have a water park. Horrible business practice. I showed up to the hotel regardless and they advised they overbooked the hotel all the while letting other guest check in beside me. I was just “selected” to have my booking cancelled.

Waterpark and arcade for all of the family. Convenience for shopping and forgrocery stores The beds were not comfortable in both rooms, plus we had a 4 bedroom and beds were not comfortable there either. That is the only complaint we have.

The staff were very nice. The amenities meet expectations though i would have preferred a little more spot cleaning on the surface areas.

Room was absolutely squeaky clean! The smell when walking in was like walking in my own home! It was very welcoming! Had plenty of cookware to use for the kitchen! Everything was GREAT!

Everything was excellent! The rooms were clean and we had no issues at all. Check-in was easy and check out was very convenient because we only had to leave our keys in the dropbox. We enjoyed the waterpark so much that we are booking our next trip this weekend.

Everything was amazing, clean and comfortable. I really recommend this beautiful place because they have some near attractions to do with your family and specially if you have kids.

We love everything about this resort. Having the water park close was an added bonus.

This is our second year staying here. Rooms are nice, clean, comfortable and it has a washer and dryer. Check in was easy.

Unfortunately, we booked the stay for a special birthday getaway for our daughter, but they were overbooked and moved us to another hotel several miles away. Based on our conversations with both front desks, it sounded like this was a regular occurrence.

The room and property was beautiful! I was very comfortable, too. There was plenty of great activity for the family to do.

The room was excellent, and bed very comfortable. The constant from the staff trying to get us to buy into the Wyndham was very annoying. We just wanted a few days away and they kept trying to get us to hear their sales pitch.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Ruined our entire weekend.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not even bother booking with them as they will move you to a different “sister hotel” at the most inconvenient location with zero warning in advance. They know they overbook but don’t bother to inform anyone until check in, as to keep your business and leave you stranded in a parking lot calling around attempting to find elsewhere to stay other than one of their less desirable locations. There was also no apology and they were extremely condescending at both locations as well as the representative from the second location on the phone. Will never use again.

The room was amazing. It looked brand new. It was absolutely top notch, plus you have access to the waterpark and Wilderness facilities.

I loved the accommodations and the location. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location room was nice.

Indoor waterpark was lacking a hot tub/spa. A lazy river would have been appreciated. But the hot tub was the big miss. After a day of hiking in the mountains, I wanted to relax in a hot tub - tub in room is too small when you're 6' 3" tall and 240 lbs.

Everything was perfect, the only complaint our group had was the beds! They were so hard, we woke up with achey backs each morning. But everything other than that was amazing!

It was absolutely amazing. I could not ask for a better room for my family was very clean and well-maintained. They even left a little treat for my son for his birthday on our door which was very sweet. We will definitely be back 100% beautiful location amazing room.

I was very disappointed at the way I was treated as a renter. As compared to an owner. I’ve stayed with Wyndham before with family and loved it that’s why I chose to rent with them myself … our toilets didn’t work the whole time we missed appointments w no offer of compensation for our time… but it WAS NOTED … Money spent wasn’t worth it

Spent most of the time in indoor and outdoor water parks. Location very close to attractions including shuttles running to close by Soaky mountain, Drivable distance to many more attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Staff were nice and courteous. We all enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Clean, easy check in, great stay. The water park at wilderness is a bit too busy for my liking but we didn’t stay here for the park so it was no big deal. Room was clean, parking was easy, overall a solid stay.

The room is spacious, pretty, and has amenities such as a washer/dryer. The staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, my children were in the bedroom with double beds and all three of them went to bed and woke up with vey large reddened, swollen bites all over them! It was very concerning. We changed all of the bed linens and prayed the swelling would resolve. The next night it happened again. All 3 of the children ended up sleeping on the couch for the duration of our stay.

Amazing Waterpark! Combine the arcade, bar and grill with the waterpark, you never want to leave the property!

Upon arrival with a reservation made over one month in advance, I was notified that the selected property was overbooked, and was relocated to another property over 6 miles further from the one we selected. We purposely selected one with a water park for our family vacation with children. No advance notification of the change was received, and I was informed that a refund for one night would be provided, and has not yet been credited back to my credit card on file.

We enjoyed Club Wyndham Great Smokies Lodge so much! We definitely plan to come back and stay! Our 2 bedroom deluxe condo was almost perfect. The only complaint I have is that the water pressure in the showers was too low and adjusting the shower head did not help. Other than that it was very clean, updated and spacious. My 9 and 12 year old loved the indoor water park so much they didn't use the one outside. We will next time!

Everything was amazing from the customer service, amenities and room. We booked the 2 bedroom family suite and it was extremely spacious. The indoor waterpark was fun and the restaurants were great. I definitely give it a 10 out of 10!

We arrived Friday at 5:00pm ready to check in when I was told they moved us to another property that was 15-20 away from our volleyball tournament which we booked this specific one for location so out daughter could ride the shuttle alone with no worries. With being displaced we had to pay for parking at the event and leave earlier than we needed to each day. The guest manager on duty Alexa was very rude saying we could’ve been sleeping in the lobby. We paid too much and booked 2 months in advance to be told that an email was sent the day before which it was not. Very very disappointed.

The time we spent in our room was very enjoyable. It was spacious, clean, private and comfortable. I wish that we had a little more time during our visit to enjoy the other amenities the resort had to offer. Such a cute little gift shop on site.

Parking was tricky at times but overall was a great experience

The staff was great and the hotel visually looked impeccable until the roaches started showing up and the bed bugs almost eat me alive( my left eye swole up). I had to leave sooner than expected. They did try to accommodate me and change my room and once again I found another bed bug. That's when I decided it was time to pack up my family and leave. Most of the staff in the front desk tried to hush me up so the other waiting customers/victims didn't hear about their bug infestation. Patrick the manager was the only person that gave me an apology for my suffering and tried to be helpful. The other manager could care less. If they fix their bug problem this hotel and amenities would be great.

This was our first stay here and the teip did not disappoint. The room was very big, very clean, and very nice. The Waterpark was so fun, the amenities were amazing and there was so much to do we didn't have enough time to do it all. Our room 6411was right across the Helicopter Tours so we would sit on our balcony and watch them. My son was in heaven. We had the best time and will definitely come back again!!!

It was a great property and our room was just a short walk to the arcade and indoor waterpark. We were very please with our stay and will be coming back to this resort in the future.

I've stayed here many times in the past, but this time may be the last. It was dirty. There was a roach in the shower. The outdoor pool was closed over a month earlier than other hotels with pools. You'd think they would keep outdoor open longer to keep less people crammed into the indoor pool due to covid. Just disappointed in this trip.

The experience was great. The condo itself had 2 broken locks, a broken shower head, wads of Kleenex thrown on a picture frame, and the AC went out. The amenities at the Wilderness were awesome. Next time, I will stay at Wilderness and not through Wyndham.

The room was great, the waterpark was clean and fun, the check in was easy until they sent me to the time share sales person. This gentleman was pleasant until I told him that I wasn't interested and then he became seemingly disgusted that I didn't want to sit for an hour and a half and listen to this presentation. Because of his responses and attitude I will likely not return.

I was so happy with our stay the suite was huge beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again. The waterpark thats included is awesome and overall we had an amazing time, the room was so nice we almost didnt want to go do activities and 1 day we didnt lol.

Our stay was great. We did not get to utilize all the amenities because our kids got sick while there. We made the best we could though. Enjoyed the hot tub very much. Kids got one night at the arcade and had a blast. The room was fantastic. Stayed in the Wyndham condo. Super clean and beautiful. Very comfortable for our family. We will be back.

Checkin was quick and easy. The front desk was very informative about what was available on property which included activities with Santa, Ice skating and an indoor waterpark. Our room was a two bedroom and I was extremely impressed with the condition of the room and it had lots of space for us and our three kids. I will definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean, it is a time share property so they wont come and clean . Will only change towels if you requested. We checked out 30 mins late, and the staff kept calling and kept coming to see if we checked out.

Our stay was excellent, with one major exception. The snack bar at the game room messed up an order, which was no big deal. When my wife and son-in-law tried to explain the mistake (hair in the food), the lady that made the mistake (not wearing a hairnet or hat) was very rude, and my wife had to talk to the manager to have the sandwich remade. My wife didn't ask for anything free, just that the food be sanitary (Seems like a simple request).

The indoor water park is fantastic for kids the age of mine (8,6,1). The 2-bedroom room was an incredible size for what we paid. The shuttle ran constantly so it wasn’t a problem that our room wasn’t in the same building as the water park. The Thirsty Miner food was borderline inedible, would/will never go back. Hidden Trails was good but menu too small. Firefly menu was a joke - literally 3-5 items on it for lunch and dinner each. The worst part is the shady timeshare stuff. They tell you to get your parking pass at a different desk. Then at the “parking pass desk” you get told that you get a free breakfast and $175 in resort gift cards if you attend a 90-minute timeshare presentation. I had read the other reviews so I knew what I was in for and decided to go for it so that the rest of our meals could be paid for. The second you walk in you are inundated with sales people all around you and you are assigned one of them who doesn’t leave your side. Then you are told almost immediately to expect to be there about 2 hours. Long story short, they try to get you to sign up for a 10-year deal which requires a huge deposit ($5k in our case). When you say no, they send someone in for a survey who then tries to sell you on a trial period which is still a lot but cheap compared to what they just pitched (only $500 today and $120/mo for 2 years, insert eye roll). In short, if you want a Shoney’s breakfast for free and free money, and you are good at saying no, go for it!

The property was very nice with lots of things for the kids to do . The problem with this place is the whydame employees that manage the place . When booking we were told check in was at 4:00 . While driving there from Louisiana we decided to call and see that if we came early if it would be possible to check in at 2:00. We were told that they were cleaning the room when we called and it should be ready , this was at noon . We arrived at 2:00 and was told that the room was not ready that they would call us when it was , that they were in the room cleaning it now should be any minute. So we drove around for 2 hours waiting on a call 4:15 still no call so I drove back to the hotel to see if the room was ready . When I arrived I was told that it was not ready and you guessed it ( they were in there cleaning it now ) . I asked to talk to a manager when I explained to her my problem I was told that they were very busy with check outs that day . Wich I can’t see how they didn’t anticipate that problem . I told her that I would like an estimated time when the room would be ready and she said they can not give me an estimate. That they would call when it’s done . So I drove around for another hour and a half still no call . I drove back to the office and told them that I need my room and I can not drive around anymore with 5 kids in the car , that my phone died so could not wait for there call . I told them that we would all wait by the reception desk till it was ready .

We loved everything except they didn't service our room - they wouldn't clean your room unless you were staying 7 days or more. Four days is a long time to stay without cleaning. They brought us extra towels and another pan upon asking, but no trash or other services.

This was a great stay - 2br 2ba with a separate living space - plenty of room for our family of 6. Easy access to all the amenities - the indoor and outdoor waterpark were a great bonus for the kids. I'd highly recommend this place

Amenities should be open later and restaurants should be full menu year round. Slides were closed during our visit and we were not notified in advance its one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Also decorations around hotel of American flags were innaprorpiate and offensive. Too many flags, and flags touching the ground. Goes against flag ettiquete.

Our family decided to plan a get away and water parks are a huge hit with us all. However we were very disappointed to find that many of the slides were closed upon arrival on Thursday but were told by several staff members that it was supposed to be reopening on Friday, the next day. We were at the hotel until Sunday and it still had not reopened. The facility was not as crowded as it had been on previous stays so that was a plus. All in all it is still a very nice family friendly facility. But it's even better when you are able to enjoy all its ammenities!

Wyndham staff was excellent, Barry who checked us in was top notch. Common areas for the most part were clean and the new Firefly restaurant gives adults additional options for relaxing. A couple of negatives, our room stunk. Apparently someone had not run the garbage disposal and left debris in the drains, it took a solid day to clear out. Overall the room was nice and well appointed but from the looks and smell had sat for awhile untouched. Also the indoor water park slides were under repair and nobody gave us a heads up that it was going to be in this condition. Actually at one point the whole indoor section was completely shut down due to air quality problems cause by the slide maintenance. Just would have been nice to have known since the tarps went up a day or two before we got there.

Our room was missing sheets for the pullout bed, but one phone call and someone brought them right up. Friendly staff! One qualm... When I checked in at the front desk I was provided with all the information and paperwork I could need except for my parking pass. For that I was told to go to a different desk. Strange. At that desk a very nice gentleman asked me if I could be counted on the take a "survey" with breakfast provided. I declined, knowing this to be a timeshare presentation and I had payed money for a vacation, not a sales pitch. I didn't appreciate the sly attempt on my time and money. Despite that, the staff and facility are first rate!

The unit itself was lovely. The perfect place for our family to stay! The only downfall was the water pressure in the main shower was nonexistent, and the shower floor was filthy. Nothing that would hinder us from another stay though!

The room was amazing and had everything we needed. Two huge rooms with three beds. A pull out couch bed. For a family of five it was more then enough room for us. The game room was really nice. The kids had a blast running all over the place. They went from game to game all day. They have a wave pool, Kiddie pool, regular pool and a massive hot tub. The kids and I ran to every pool through out the two days. very nice facility. Lifeguards all over the place.

Great room but they will pitch you the old timeshare gig at check in, hotel is catered to young families with the incentive of hooking them into a timeshare..they even called me in my room to slickly try and lure me into a so called free breakfast and voucher so i could sit for an hour and a half to spend thousands on a timeshare that i will grow tired of and will be near impossible to resell..ask your bank why they dont finance timeshares and youll get the truth..I sound a little harsh but ive been down this road several times...my advice for those without toddlers, pay cash for a nice room here and avoid the main resort activities to enjoy pigeon forge. Ill have to say the room itself was very nice! Updated and spacious..good luck!

We love staying at Wyndham Vacation Resorts. The condo was spacious and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable and having two bathrooms and laundry in the condo is a big plus. We like having the equipped kitchen. The amenities at this location are great and the location is great. Grocery close by and shopping is a short drive. Highly recommend!

We booked our stay with you because of the location to the Sevierville Conference center for my granddaughters cheer competition. We were scheduled to stay for two nights. What was disappointing is the second day of competition was counseled and I also had a personal family problem come up and I was unable to get reimbursed for our second night stay.

When I dialed zero I would have liked answers to my questions. I was told they didn't know to a few things I asked because it was part of the hotel. I was not impressed with the front desk staff after I said I wasn't sure I wanted the free breakfast so they could try to sell me this timeshare. I had 3 small children with me and would have never made them sit through a selling feature.

Stayed there for the water park, it was small and pool was dirty. The room was nice and somewhat clean- although there were about half of a dozen roaches in the room. Don't waste your money here you will be disappointed

Convenient location and great 2 bedroom apt with kitchen. We wish we could have taken this apt with us to our other destinations

We took the family there for a vacation and enjoyed every minute of it. We really did not have to leave the resort! Great place to stay.

Good place for a fun family weekend.

Make no mistake about it, this is a timeshare property aka "vacation resort" and they sign you up to attend a timeshare sales pitch when you check in. Customers should be warned. They will tell you they provide you a meal and it's only 60-90 minutes, but when you show up they direct you to a cubicle with a salesperson, tell you it will be 90 minutes and give you a very limited food offering to choose from. Not worth it!

Hotel staff was more worried about personal conversations than customer service. Don't buy show tickets thru them, they claim they are discounted but we quickly learned they were cheaper thru the individual places. Sheets didn't fit the bed, burnt out lights in every room, found the housekeeping tip from the last visitor in the uncleaned microwave. The facility was fine, but not for $200+ per night.

Our stay was very nice. We didn't have any problems during our stay. I would definitely stay with them again. The staff was very friendly, and the water park was great.

Loved the suite. It was everything that I'd hoped it to be.
