Only inconvenience was the plug on the Jacuzzi tub leaked because it was damaged. Other than that it was a great stay
- 4/5
Beds were clean and comfortable. Places like around bathroom door and shower area/walls could use paint touches ups. Has mini fridge microwave coffee maker and safe. Did not see any bugs. Awesome breakfast! Many options more then most places you visit and taste like real food. Indoor pool was chilly out so didn't use. They do have inside pool many took advantage of. Elevator to access higher floors. Free parking. Staff was nice didn't have any issues. Right along road not far from shopping and several restaurants close enough could take a nice walk to. Couch (extra bed) could use upgrade(cleaner) but usable if make sure sheets and all are used. Nice ac/heat. Would recommend to others.
- 2/5
It was clean and quiet. We paid extra for a Jaccuzi tub which did not work. The TV also did not work. We were told we would get 20% off our stay but that never happened.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Outdoor pool looked clean. Indoor pool looked kind of murky and was very cold! Breakfast was good. A good place to stay for a few days.
- 4/5
Very good for the price and very convenient location. Breakfast could have more hot items.
- 4/5
It was very peaceful The beds hurt my back couldn't sleep most nights
- 2/5
The pools I understand you get what you pay for when booking a pet friendly room, but the bedding was stained, it smelled horrible of other animals. Was not cleaned properly. Overall price for what we paid for was not worth it and will not be returning to that location.
- 3/5
They said they have an indoor and outdoor hot tub but they only have one indoor hot tub. The bathroom vent did not work. Other than those two things had a great stay.
- 3/5
This place could really use some updating. The slider in our room wouldn't lock and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. The paint was pealing throughout and the ceiling was really dirty. The positive note was the beds were comfortable and the sheets looked and smelled clean.

Inside pool was clean and enjoyable, breakfast was good! Room and sheets were dirty! They gave us a sheet for the pull out couch but would not give us pillows for it! They did not offer housekeeping between the days we stayed!
- 5/5
Allow kids to be kids.
- 4/5
They waited until 4:44am for us to get there and was so nice. The tub was jetted and so nice and it was super quiet that was the best part 14 + hr drive you need that peace and comfort
- 5/5
Friendly, professional, efficient.

Location was great for where we needed to be. We couldn't get the door open because it was broken. It was very dark inside. A piece of the bathtub was missing. It felt dirty. There was hair all over the shower walls. It was all around a disappointing experience. We stay in a lot of hotels and this was by far the worst one. Honestly a waste of money.
- 3.5/5
EASY ACCESS AND GREAT POOL!!. FRONT DESK WAS NICE AND COURTEOUS. EASY CHECK IN. BATHROOM NEEDS A MAKEOVER, NOT DIRTY BUT DEF. NEEDS A UPGRADE.

It's being changed but it's pretty old set up but the staff were all awesome

Room 258 is disgusting. Broken door under bathroom sink cupboard. No knob on the tub to switch off shower. Water just squints straight out at you the whole time. Don't walk barefoot on carpet, your feet turn black. Door to balcony doesn't close tight. Water poured in during rain storm. Hotel phone didn't work or light switch on wall. The place is filled with the homeless put up there by organizations. Broken liquor bottles out back. Very bad conditions. They must of used a picture from 20 years ago. I never would of stayed in a place like that but being a holiday weekend I was unable to find other accommodations. I suggest you inspect these places in person before you put them on your site.
- 2.5/5
We left early Really outdated, had trouble with lamps and lighting. Bed was comfortable
- 0.5/5
If I had to pick one thing it would be the breakfast which was only ok, but compared to everything else it’s their best quality. Dirty area and rooms, shower ceiling was caving in from water damage, bathroom sink drain did not work and water would pile up. Beds were uncomfortable. We had to call the police to get a stalker away from our door at midnight, front desk was notified and they did nothing. Also had someone screaming that they would physically harm someone, we submitted a noise complaint which they did nothing about.

The lady at the front desk said she was going to change our room for a better one. It was right above the office the bathroom sinks faucet was just wobbling the bed looked like it was 20 years old. Actually slept alright went to eat breakfast the biscuits weren't done the eggs were awful. Made a waffle it was the best thing there. The same lady was there looked like she lived in one of the rooms wasn't a bit presentable. Never again at that place. We love Quality inns and this was by far the worst we've ever stayed in.
- 1.5/5
It is very outdated and dirty.

The price was great The beds were not that comfy, and lack of windows.

Very old and outdated. Elevator did not work.
- 2/5
The pool was nice , room was adequate, breakfast was not very good.
- 5/5
Had a great stay here. The 3 beds really help for large families. Saw several rooms around indoor pool that looked unoccupied. Hope to see the owners and staff get the hotel to 100%. Beds were comfy and the free breakfast in the mornings was very good and was very surprising with it. Waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and your other typical things like bagels and cereal. The coffee and juices were very good also. It may look rough on the outside compared to the newer hotels but they are great and a lot cheaper.
- 5/5
Loved everything.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at the quality in Sevierville, Tennessee what we really enjoyed with the outstanding great hot breakfast buffet in the morning that included hot food such as waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage biscuits, as well as fresh juice, fruits, pastries, just a 10 out of 10 for breakfast buffet at hotels hotel also has indoor swimming pool with hot tub that’s available even during the winter season in cold weather
- 5/5
This hotel is well situated in an attractive area. The rooms generally are subdivided where you have a sleeping area bathroom in the middle and then you have seating area TVs in both rooms. What’s most impressive is they have a great breakfast buffet that includes hot food such as waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage biscuits, juices, pastries, and all the amenities absolutely great breakfast 10 out of 10 for hotel buffet breakfast hotel also has indoor swimming pool and hot tub and an outdoor pool open seasoning
- 2/5
It wasn’t what we expected or what it pictured! Gave it 2 stars because we had a bed and roof over our heads! Loud noises all night and the room smell was terrible! We left day early!
- 2/5
The room felt dirty from the beginning and the faucet nearly pulled out of the wall. The property needs some serious upkeep. Would not stay again.
- 5/5
Hotel was older but maintained well. Great location and breakfast was good. Will be staying here again.
- 5/5
Very clean. Check in easy

Great breakfast and ample parking. Nice indoor heated pool that’s well maintained. Stayed in a spacious suite with porch, nice kitchenette and living area. Had an event at the
- 5/5
Not a high end motel, but reasonably priced and clean. Some traffic noise, but still ablate sleep well.
- 3/5
The breakfast was good and hot and there was plenty of parking.
- 4/5
Surprisingly nice for the price
- 3/5
so I rented a king bed with jetted tub and separate seating area so my son would have his own TV for his games...etc. the internet / wifi just wouldn't stay connected and the TV in the sitting room didn't work!? the tub was broken . I expect to have to clean it myself just to be sanitary for my liking. but they tub didn't work😢. it had chips in the bottom and the jets were orange stained from not being taken care of properly ( even if they could turn on I doubt they worked) the buttons to the tib weren't even in tact. they knew it didn't work! the door needed fixing, had to slam it to shut it. I know that hotels don't wash the comforter so i never use them but always look to see how clean they might be . this one had definitely been dirty from rubbing the side of the bed. or something.. the edges were very dirty. it could have been worse but it could been much nicer with very little work, but for the price ..I guess it is what it is. needs updates for sure kinda had that old hotel smell.
- 5/5
Was surprised how spacious the rooms were the indoor pool was clean. The area was clean at the time. We stayed the outdoor pools locked. Maybe to do for maintenance, not sure
- 3/5
It was ok for the price. The rooms seemed clean but there were some broken cabinets and water damage under all of the sinks in our room. Staff was ok, but kind of rude when we asked for pool towels. Pool seemed clean and maintained well. We would stay again for an overnight trip
- 2/5
The toilet was broke.the jaccuzi in room wasnt working&the buttons were missing.the plug was peeling&barely holding on.the water in the shower was awful it was scolding hot or ice cold.the paint on the bottom of rhe shower was peeling&the drain was broke.wifi didnt work.the plug in outlets didnt work.the hot tub outside was gross&so was the pool.very disappointed in the stay.the rooms &place is NOTHING like what they advertise on there website.
- 3/5
No hot water
- 2/5
Room was dirty, hole in drapes let light in at night, bathroom was so small you could barely turn around, shower was made for a 4 foot tall person..never stay there again!!!
- 2/5
This building needs to better maintained. There are stains on the ceiling, the shower didn’t work properly, the sofa bed pull out mattress had stains on it, I looked under the sink for something and there was a baby pacifier—not sure how long it has been there. Also, I am not sure if they provided new sheets or not for the pull out sofa-because they were just wadded up and thrown on the top shelf of the closet. The photos used in advertising are definitely stock. I am not a high maintenance hotel person, but it was apparent this place is not the cleanest and in need of maintenance and updating.
- 5/5
We loved it here! Pool was great, breakfast was great, the room was very spacious and we really enjoyed that it came with a “living room” so the kids had their own tv.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly, and the room we had was
- 3/5
If you’re here for a quick stop and on a budget this is a good place. Staff were sweet and kind. Not used to an older hotel… the lighting was the not so great part (inside the room) out dated interior but it was cool to have a hot tube in the room.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
Breakfast was good, they kept it well stocked. The room was clean.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing
- 5/5
Was an amazing stay
- 1/5
Staff was rude
- 5/5
Good break meah rooms
- 5/5
Our kids loved the pool but they loved the hot tub more
- 1/5
Do not stay here- they have bed bugs the rooms are disgustingly unkept and if you bring any problems to management they will threaten you .
- 5/5
We typically stay in cabins when we visit Sevierville/ Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge. We decided to stay in a hotel this time. It wasn't the fanciest hotel but it was relatively clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The people we traveled with left something behind and the cleaning crew was very helpful in locating the lost item. Breakfast was pretty good! Eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels, and other things were included. There was a waffle maker but I didn't care for the waffles. My personal preference though. The pool was cold but not unbearable. Overall, we had a great experience! We would stay here again.
- 3/5
We enjoyed the pool area, but our room was not clean. The couch had stains and tears. Dust was visible on lights and trim. There was also visible dirty walls near light switches and plugs that appeared to need wiped down. Our bathtub drained very slowly so it filled with water as you showered.
- 5/5
Check in was easy! Rooms were put together nicely. Pool area was well kept. Breakfast included a variety each and every day. Staff was super helpful if anything needed done!
- 3/5
Ok , food for breakfast items . Lot of pets and pet dropping for not being allowing pets.
- 2/5
They were out of breakfast just about nothing was left except a apple it just plane sucked
- 4/5
The breakfast was ok not much to choose from but at least there was some hot food .
- 1/5
Yes
- 3/5
The indoor pool area needs a good cleaning and the hot tub was barely even warm. The room/suite was spacious, but all items in our room were very worn. The bed was comfortable, tho! Breakfast was good- typical items including waffles, eggs, bacon etc.
- 1/5
The room was filthy and after we woke up and looked behind the bed because one of our phones fell we found someone’s hair bonnet
- 4/5
Toilet ran the whole time. One light bulb was flickering couldn’t use it. You could see outside from the door. Room 142 besides those issues it was great.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The hot stuff was hot. The cold stuff was fresh.
- 2/5
The room was dirty. Still had wet clothes on the balcony from the last guests. We did not feel clean during our stay there. But hey, it was $100. So I guess that’s good.
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff very helpful. Pool and hot tub was amazing. Only thing that would have been better. Rooms need better lighting, only had three lamps in the two rooms. Will will stay again.
- 5/5
Nice
- 1/5
Phone didn’t work, tv didn’t work. Was told I’d get a fee if a dog was snuck in. Before booking I made sure this place was pet friendly. Stayed 1 night out of our 4 day stay
- 5/5
Room was clean and pretty large! Pool area was clean as well.
- 5/5
It was a good quiet stay
- 3/5
Things in disrepair. Staff was courteous.
- 3/5
The rooms are spacious, the breakfast had a great selection but the room as far as cosmetic could use some work.
- 1/5
I specifically paid for a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi did not work - not power to it - room was nasty - I had to pick up trash from the bathroom - we ended up not even staying- we left before 10:00pm that night! Total waste!
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful ❤️
- 3/5
Room was good for the price. The Hot tub was freezing cold. Breakfast was ok. Not great.
- 1/5
The patio balcony door wouldn't lock you can put your fingers under the door came under the rooms that run a lot of cold air in the other towels by the door to keep the cold air out. When you open the little drawer put clothes away and there was King dong box in there open if they doesn't throw away and the cigar raffle on the ground on the carpet. The carpet was frayed going into the bathroom of roach crawled out of the bathroom into the bedroom the light stand if you would touch it the light would flicker on and off. The mirror in the bathroom needed to be replaced. The staff when you trying to talk to them cared about anything. The food was cold for breakfast in the morning. This is the second time I've stated a quality inn in Tennessee once in Sevierville once it's Columbia I will never stay in another one again. I could have stayed down the street at the mountain Vista and it was older but I would look at it the rooms are cleaner and it was half the price of quality inn and it had a jacuzzi in the room.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 4/5
Super comfy bed
- 3/5
Pool closes early, food is same thing every day. Bathroom dirty, rusty metal. Beds had medal posts sticking out. Maid walked in after seen we were there. Clean sheets/towels. Lots of space. Liked 2 sinks at Bathroom.
- 2/5
Room, grounds, staff and area of location wasn't good. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. Other than that I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone going to Pigeon Forge.
- 1/5
The room smelled heavily of weed. The dead bolt did not work and the lock that swings over the door didn’t have screws in it like someone tried to break in. None of the workers spoke English and they were very rude about getting a refund.
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff friendly. The beds need to be updated.
- 3/5
Room needs to be updated but was clean. Shower knob was loose but staff came right away and fixed it. Breakfast was moderate as well.
- 2/5
Room was dark to the most part maybe needs another lamp next to the tv
- 4/5
Oh, there is a Target right next door that came in handy.
- 4/5
Room was very big so it was a surprise had a hard time getting the door to ooen after 10 min we finally got it and it was cold outside but for a one night quick stay it was fune
- 4/5
The rooms were clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Bathtub needs some work cause couldnt get water to run in tub without shower running too .
- 5/5
The staff was nice. The hotel was a surprise. It has like a living area with a TV and like a bedroom area also with the TV so I was genuinely shocked when I went in there.
- 2/5
Room felt super dirty. The couch was stained and what look to be a few cigarette holes in it. The walls and carpet just seemed dirty and neglected. We even had a Roach on the table.
- 1/5
Arrived at 4:16 am after a long road trip , was told I was a no show , they close at 4am .
- 3/5
Ceiling tiles had signs of water damage and seemed like it won't be long before they fall. But it was a place to lay our heads for 2 nights, and the staff was very friendly. I would probably stay again, and just wear my shoes in the room.
- 3/5
Room was decent and clean. Front desk staff were rude and miserable. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am, we came down at 9:45 and as we were looking at the food, the guy literally came and took all the food away.
- 4/5
It was good
- 4/5
The bathroom had some hair, staff curtesy was good. Breakfast was good. We do wish the pool hours were open later to at least midnight.
- 3/5
Definitely showing its age.. a remodel would go a long ways.
- 5/5
Room was great and spacious we will return next year.
- 4/5
Nice pool and hot tub!
- 1/5
The room.
- 4/5
Only issue had to pay extra for my dog. Dog friendly with additional charge
- 3/5
We paid for a balcony view and did NOT get it !!! I was told that it was because we had a service dog.
- 3/5
The next morning, I was checking to make sure I got everything and looked under the bed...I sure wish I'd done that first, I'm not sure if it had ever been swept under. Upon checking out there was a different lady than the night before, but she had her head in her phone and never even looked up at me. For a pinch, it worked but there are many, many more options in the area that I would definitely go to next time
- 3/5
Breakfast was good. Heat was on because it was cold outside Staff was nice and helpful
- 5/5
Good breakfast selection
- 3/5
The breakfast was waffles or cold cereal and yogurt. The heater kept the sleeping area and tv area warm enough for us.
- 5/5
Excellent location and the cost was great.
- 1/5
The hotel was fine for the price and proximity.
- 1/5
The sheets were stained. The bed was super uncomfortable. The noise from the road kept me up all night long.
- 4/5
Bathtub enamel was chipped in places and tub was greasy when I stood in it. Sitting area in room was a sofa that was worn and need of replacing. The grounds has not been trimmed and or cut. Shrubs overgrown and weeds shooting out of shrubs and rock ground covering. They don’t have a pet walk and dog poop on medians around parking area. People smoking anywhere! Like at the entrance to Lobby and outside guest rooms. I didn’t go in indoor pool area.
- 1/5
Stafff really bad
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in! The TV didn’t work in the main room, you had to hold the bathroom door shut with your hand because the door couldn’t shut. The carpet felt sticky when I walked barefoot on it and the room smelled musty. Only positive that I can say is at least the bed was decent. Thank God I only had to stay 1 night
- 3/5
Again, the bathroom is dirty and unkempt. The tub is chipped and looks dirty. This seems to be a common theme with Quality Inns. The cleaning cart was extremely noisy rambling back and forth on the concrete walkway. The pool are was extremely noisy and loaded with many people. The outdoor pool is empty or either in a state of disrepair. When you see a property like this you really worry about the pillows and sheets if they are even clean. Overall I would give it a two out of 10.
- 3/5
Tiny bathroom, dirty carpet (after showering and walking around, my feet were dirty), dirty sliding door glass, curtain for glass doors falling on one end, slow Wi-Fi, just makes you feel unclean. Oh and instead of the shower gel being near the sink- I suggest putting it in the shower, that will make it so much more convenient.
- 3/5
Bathroom was not cleaned well. Carpet was dirty. Tub faucet would only work on shower setting and would not move from there. Lav would barely drain. Ran out of some food before time was up. Door would not latch and open properly. Place is not well maintained. Nice indoor pool and area outside of it. Good heat and A-C. VERY comfortable bed.
- 3/5
The room could use a much needed update, the door in the main bathroom was hanging off its hinge and the shower was missing an entire grab bar. The beds were comfy, but the entire place could use a good clean in the corners and the curtains were ripped going out on our balcony from being caught on the bed frame. We were not there to spend a lot of time in the room, so it worked well for 2 nights. Not luxurious, but we made it work.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the beds were some of the softest beds I’ve ever slept it! The breakfast was delicious and the coffee! Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
great breakfast
- 1/5
Upon check-in, I inquired about local attractions suitable for families. The front desk attendant pointed to a stack of brochures without offering any guidance or enthusiasm. When I followed up politely for a personal recommendation, the response was curt and dismissive. This lack of basic customer care was jarring. The property itself has a dated, motel-like feel, with visible signs of wear and tear. In a competitive market, subpar accommodations could be offset by exceptional service—but here, the staff's indifference ensures we will not return, and I cannot recommend it to others. If you're seeking a hospitable stay, look elsewhere.
- 1/5
Property is old and shabby
- 2/5
Would not stay there again. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was food in the sofa bed and bugs in the room. The sheets were balled up and I was informed by the staff that was the way they fold there clean linens. If you just need somewhere to lay your head for a day or two then I guess it’s fine.
- 4/5
We decided last minute to take a trip for fall break. It was clean and breakfast was good. We did have to
- 5/5
Good over all stay and good breakfast.
- 3/5
Hotel door wouldnt open. You have to push it to open. We cut the trip short and left a day early. Our floor was soaked with water.
- 1/5
Our room was very nasty, smelly, the room eurek with cigarette smoke as well as marijuana smelling.furniture and linen were stained. There was a language barrier between front desk and my self. I would not even recommend this hotel at all to stay. Definitely needs a 100% renovations.
- 2/5
Not so good stay room sheets was dirty and the room was small and there was no where to park on the lot for us. I don’t recommend!
- 4/5
I would stay there again
- 5/5
Conveniently located
- 4/5
I liked slip bedrooms.
- 3/5
The beds were nice and convenience to the convention center was great. The jacuzzi tub was very disappointing. I was really looking forward to using the tub. When I turned the jets on a lot of filth shot out in the water. I don't believe they've been cleaned in quite a while. The handle from the inside of the room to outside of balcony was also broken. Safety is very important to me. I have pictures! I think it would be a great idea to update your photos on the website because it's very misleading.
- 1/5
Dog poop under the bed. Roaches crawling up the walls. Stained sheets on the beds. DO NOT STAY HERE!
- 2/5
Place was pretty nasty. Children's greasy hand prints all over the sliding door, black hairs in the tub. Lamps and cables were pilled out from TVs. Breakfast buffet was between cold and warm at best. Just expected more for $180 a night. Needs updating bad.
- 5/5
Friendly staff Yummy breakfast In-room Hot Tub!!! We loved our stay 👍
- 4/5
Have stayed at this hotel before, this time the room smelled so I opened the front and back door then sprayed everything with Lysol good after a little while. Would stay here again.
- 3/5
This property could be nice with cleaning and updates. DIRTY. remove carpet, clean under your beds and dust behind night stands. DIRTY,DIRTY,DIRTY. Add lights. I have never stayed in such a dark hotel. No lighting in the room and pool area is very dark. Any hotel that offers a NO REFUND policy does so for a reason because If I could of received a refund I would of left 10 minutes after checking in.
- 1/5
Checked in to our Room walked through the door it smelled like rotten feet the jacuzzi tub was filthy had to buy bleach and disinfectant for the tub and room and buttons on the tub were broke have to get out to to flip a light switch all the way across the room to turn it on and off bathroom was dirty also had 2 TVs in the room and Neither of them worked and never offered to move us to another room and what was advertised as a 24hr pool they closed it at 9pm didn’t get to enjoy it. Not worth your money.
- 4/5
We were closest room to the highway, a bit noisy, but had a wonderful view of the jeeps leaving “50 Shades of Gray Jeeps 2025” which was held down the road. Minor issues were addressed promptly by staff. Free hot breakfast is always a nice perk.
- 4/5
Everything was good
- 1/5
We had roaches.
- 3/5
1st room smelled like human pee, they did give us a second room after we complained, jacuzzi could have been hotter!
- 2/5
I don’t recommend breakfast. The front staff is rude and unhelpful and the pet fee is ridiculous. There’s other hotels in better locations with no pet fees. I ended up paying almost $500 for two nights with the pet fees.
- 2/5
Stayed 3 nights for a jeep invasion. Had our small chihuahua with us so paid the pet fee on top of that. Room was never cleaned or given flesh towels, etc....both tonights...
- 5/5
Had a good stay, no problems.
- 1/5
This hotel refused to cancel a reservation I had made in error, through hotels.com. I needed a place to stay with my kids, so I paid for the night I arrived there, thinking I had a reservation. When I figured out that the website had switched the date to a week from the actual date, I tried to cancel the reservation with the hotel and the hotels.com website. They both said that the other had the power to cancel, but nobody would actually cancel it. I’m still fighting the charge with my credit card. I don’t recommend using hotels.com or staying at this hotel, which is filthy dirty.
- 3/5
Old run down facility. I couldn't get the door to room open, I had to go back to office to get someone to get it open for me. The bed was comfortable but the couch was worn out. All the furniture was in poor condition, curtains were in bad shape and coming loose from rod.was probably a nice place at one time but is in need of renovation. Breakfast wasn't much either.

Property was not the newest but it was clean and close to the convention center. Price was good especially compared to the hotel attached to the convention center was nearly double the price. There is free breakfast which was better than McDonald's. It's not a 4 star restaurant but great if you're trying to save money and have a family to feed. Room was clean with fresh towels, trash taken out and beds made daily. Mattress was comfortable. Nice size fridge and a microwave. No vending machines but a larger Target was a stones throw away. 2 pools but we didn't use them. My biggest complaint was trying to make a left turn out of the parking lot on to the main road. We usually had to turn right, go to the Target parking lot, do a U turn and go left at the traffic light.

The room was nice and clean. The building is on the older side. The pool areas was nice. My only complaint was the shower head. I'm 6foot 1 and the shower head was below eye level.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and affordable. Great breakfast.
- 2/5
Room had a bug in tub and spot in carpet other room under sink was even cleaned dirty tissues thrown down couldn't walk on carpet floors feet would get black had to keep shoes on killed 3 roaches in one of the rooms.

The only 2 things good about this property was the very comfortable king bed and location. The motel is prior to getting into the main traffic of Pigeon Forge and near good shopping and restaurants. So location is a plus. But it needs updated. The shower curtain and drapes smelled of mildew. Carpet was very dirty. Only one person could fit in the bathroom at a time in our King suite bedroom. The TV did not work and the smoke alarm battery was out so it was beeping. We had to take it apart. It was after 2 AM so we couldn’t get an answer at the front desk. You could not hang anything in the closet hanging area because the rod was too close to the top.
- 5/5
The area was great since we were mainly interested in the flea market, buckees and area stores. The mattress was a bit hard for us. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

I travel once a month for work so I stay in hotels often this is by far the worst I’ve stayed in. It’s dirty and run down. There were stains on the linens, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work, all 3 faucets and the shower dripped, there were pee stains around and on the toilet, the shower water pressure and temperature fluctuates, the first two days only the garbage was removed and towels swapped, third day we had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones and take the garbage out. We had to request to have the room cleaned including the beds be done. When we got back from being out all day the room was cleaned but the door to the room was left open!! Thankfully we didn’t notice anything missing. The indoor pool smells like a dirty fish tank. The breakfast area is smell and dirty. There was no point in complaining to the front desk.
- 5/5
Awesome! 3 beds in one room worked out perfectly for us. Loved the option for an indoor or outdoor pool.
- 4/5
Needs some bath room repairs / upgrades ,hot elevator, noisy a/c unit
- 2/5
Place was really ran down…. Went to take a shower and the knob feel off. Half of the lights in the rooms didn’t work. Breakfast was limited and had to keep asking for more. Will not book this hotel again it was a comfortable stay.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly! Breakfast was good!! And it was quiet!!! And I loved how it had a baby pool for my 1 year old and the pools were always clean!!
- 4/5
The location and convenience to restaurants and shops was great! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was worn but pretty clean and spacious. Front room got a little warm, as the air conditioning unit is in the back but overall good for a stopover.
- 4/5
It was a nice stay. The toilet was VERY small, like for kindergarten size. And I asked to cleaning staff for 2 extra towels, and she said no. I can only have one. Other than that, I liked the room and balcony. Swimming pools were nice
- 1/5
The desk clerk was incredibly rude, the room we were first issued reeked of urine, and the 2nd room has horribly stained bedding, filthy spots all over the walls and mirrors that look like they've not been cleaned in months.
- 4/5
Good for families and a good breakfast.
- 3/5
The bathroom extractor doesn’t work, the carpet is extremely dirty, dusty smells
- 3/5
We were able to relocate our room to the 1st floor (from the 3rd) thankfully. No sheets were provided for couch sofa in the room. The web site and hotels.com notes there is a fitness center at this Quality Inn but there was NO fitness center (see attached screenshot of amenities listed that says 'break a sweat in the fitness center.'
- 5/5
room was nice and clean plenty of towels breakfast bar was excellent plenty of parking and great price we will stay again if in that area
- 4/5
Cleanness, close to stores, and very very convenient to alot of surroundings. I would love to come back when visiting again..
- 5/5
Great place even better prices
- 2/5
There were a ton of gnats in the bathroom area and sink. My room was old and rusty. Definitely a motel vibe which I wasn’t expecting.
- 3/5
The stay was welcoming, the room was clean, no issues with anything but the pool was heavily in chlorine, even after showering still smelled like chlorine
- 3/5
Okay if you are a weary traveler and need a room for the night.
- 1/5
The lady at the front desk when I called to tell her there was no AC and refrigerator didn’t work was very rude about it. I just had surgery on both my feet. She knew that when I checked in and she still made me walk all the way to the office to get keys for the next room we were going to and got mad about having to put us in another room I rented the room because of the Jacuzzi, but by time we sweat for hours we didn’t have any interest in using it so it was a waste of money
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the staff (except rhe check in person) were extremely friendly and nice.
- 2/5
Checking in the night worker was very unfriendly. Had trouble with the door as the lights notification didn't work and the room was in the indoor pool area (noisy) to hear the click. The room smelled like urine. Opened the pull out bed which had sheet on it but with a huge urine stain. No pillows for that bed. Actually they refused saying the hotel didn't have extra pillows. So 3 beds with 4 pillows. We asked for another room which was a little better besides the layer of urine on the toilet. Breakfast was good. Pools were awesome. Water gets cold and hot. It never stayed the same. 2nd day in and they only left us 3 towels. Stood for 10 minutes in the lobby to get more. Not a staff member around. Most of the staff didn't speak English. I probably won't stay there again but it was last minute and so worked out. The only thing going for the place is the option of pools/hot tubs as they have both in door and out door.
- 4/5
bed comfortable , breadfast continental
- 5/5
Good service nice place for a few days good breakfast in the morning a few minutes walk to target store and Publix nice area will stay again
- 2/5
They did not have any drinkable water available for purchase or otherwise, not even at the breakfast, and the bathroom at the front desk/welcome area was out of service. The elevator is not air conditioned.
- 5/5
Very good price and good location
- 4/5
It was a good stay for our family of 5. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Our only problem was the people who were staying in our room after we checked out, showed up early and their children kept trying to open the door. They kept walking around near our room. This started before 9 am and check out wasn't until 11. Not sure how they knew what room they were getting.
- 3/5
Fine for the price.
- 3/5
I like the room was separated from bedroom
- 4/5
Only gave a 3 for amenities because hot tub was a lower temperature than expected
- 4/5
Everything was just fine.
- 3/5
Probably the most egregious of all the problems was overhearing the staff discuss and mock a customer who had called to complain about her acommodations after her visit. I found their behavior to be rude and unprofessional as they stood at the front desk having their conversation while the custmer was on hold. I easily heard them while seated in the breakfast area. I think this property would benefit from some remodeling, a deep cleaning, and some new staff members.
- 5/5
Everything great . only issue was my reserved room given to someone else. longer check-in time. they accomodated me. very apologetic.
- 3/5
It's just a cheap hotel. It's really a motel instead of a hotel. Room doors all exit to the parking lot. The indoor pool was right outside our door. They built a lean-to structure on the end of the building to create the indoor pool. A/C in our room sounded awful, like it was dying and about to burst into flames. It never did, thankfully, and it was still cooling, but we decided to go to another hotel for our last 2 nights. I guess I should have known for only $100 a night. It would have been fine for 2 more nights, most likely, but we wanted to stay somewhere nicer for our last 2 nights.
- 5/5
The room was amazing very nice and wonderful people to check in and check out
- 4/5
You get what you pay for.
- 4/5
The stay was good, however the reservation I made was supposed to have a sofa, but it didn't.
- 4/5
Our stay was nice and comfortable. Wish I had of knon there was a $35 charge for pets each night, non refundable. Nice hot tub and two swimming pools one inside and one outside
- 5/5
Clean and nice pool. Great included breakfast
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
The rooms were plenty spacious with exception of bathroom being kinda cramped. 2 tvs 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. My daughter slept on couch and son slept in another since they had 2 tvs. My only real issue was the sofa bed was NASTY, and brought this up to hotel staff and they kinda brushed it off as "well we dont rent the rooms out for the sofa bed option so thats why they arent cleaned regularly" the pool area was nice breakfast was ok but limited seating for the amount of guests. it was good for a family of 4 and was ok for our 2 day get away
- 4/5
Everything was good, faucets ran constantly, back sliding door held together with zip ties. Elevator sounded like it was going to crash something banging on outside. Just not in good repair.
- 3/5
The air conditioner did not run properly....always on and off on and off. Needs updating. Couch, very old. It was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Great for the price, stayed for volleyball and it was cool
- 3/5
Service was great, things like sheets were clean but overall I wouldn’t stay again.
- 2/5
Bed linen and bathroom were dirty. Pool had unattended children that were using squirt guns to spray non pool guests. When something was said to the front desk they said we were the 4th guest to complain yet the children remained. Provided breakfast was less than desirable with undercooked meat and cold eggs.
- 2/5
Carpet is sticky. Never dared to take my shoes off
- 5/5
We loved the hot tub in our room. We will stay here next time.
- 5/5
Great Place to stay! Love the indoor pool and hot tub! Along with the amazing continental breakfast!
- 3/5
You get what you pay for.
- 1/5
Rude front desk, dirty rooms, few to none amenities, exhaust fans not working in the bathrooms
- 4/5
This room was comfortable and clean. Pretty good for the price. I was surprised that they had so much to choose from for breakfast. The staff all were friendly. I commented to my traveling companions that this would be a good place to stay on a longer vacation as the price was not so bad
- 3/5
It was okay.
- 4/5
It's was easy checking in
- 4/5
Needs much upgrades. Sofa in family room, I would not sit on it or sit anything on it. Tv in bed area would not turn on. Carpet had lots of spills on it.
- 5/5
Good value for the money. Temperature control in the room was very responsive to changes. Good selection of TV channels. We would stay here again.
- 4/5
They have a good breakfast here. The pool and hot tub are nice also, but it was always full of kids so we didn't get in it. We had a room with a hot tub in it, and it was very nice.
- 5/5
Location was great! We enjoyed the very large spacious room, had separate living area from the bedroom, both with tvs!
- 2/5
Huge stain on the lamp, fridge had standing water, and multiple outlets weren’t working. Also the sheets had stains, i wouldn’t recommend.
- 5/5
Great place, needs updating, but overall great place
- 4/5
Nice and accommodating staff, room wasn't bad. Had a funny odor to it, but not unbearable. The room itself could have used a couple of repairs (the bathroom vent fan, then drop ceiling) but overall comfortable and affordable for the night.
- 4/5
It was a good room but very outdated
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn. Our only complaint would be the living area with sleeper sofa stayed warm due to the air conditioner not circulating in that area. It needs some kind of air system (maybe a ceiling fan).
- 4/5
Very clean. Spacious room. Reno for accessible bathroom was excellent.
- 5/5
Would use again
- 1/5
The room was DIRTY!! Front desk would do nothing about it, dead bugs everywhere stains on everything
- 4/5
Wonderful!
- 2/5
They didn't clean our room the whole time of stay and didn't get trash out and had to ask for towels and wash clothes
- 4/5
Perfect location nice rooms a little dated but perfect for what we needed
- 4/5
No major complaints.
- 2/5
If you are driving, it is very hard to pull in and out of this location because of the traffic.
- 3/5
Stayed in the suite, spacious room but carpets made your feet black. Hair was all inside the fridge when we opened it & hot tub had no jets etc in the pool room. After swimming no one could shower cuz the hot water wouldn’t work. Their excuse was “lots of people here it will get warm” never got warm. Kids ding ding ditching & knocking on our door all thru the night up till 4 am.
