DO NOT STAY HERE. THEYRE SCAMMERS. I stayed 1 night and was charged for 3 when I asked the desk they said a refund would go to my card and emailed me a receipt- two weeks later haven’t got it. I have called the hotel 25+ times NOBODY ANSWERS. I’ve emailed nobody answers. I have called booking.com customer service and was on hold 15 minutes as soon as I got to a person the call was ended by them. I booked a tub because I have a child, no drain stopper. I asked for one they don’t have it. My son’s feet were BLACK from how disgusting the floor was. The bathtub was gross. The floorboards in the bathroom peeling and moldy. The air unit sounds like a lawn mower. This is not a 2 star hotel. Maybe a point five if that! There was ants coming in through the window. We waited at the front desk for 20+ minutes. Absolutely terrible.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and fresh looking. One of the best hotels we stayed in this week. I also loved the shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. The room also had body cream and hand wash soap pump.

Beds were clean. Room was decent. Nothing overly fancy or spectacular but perfectly suitable. The bathroom unfortunately had a constant mildew smell and needed a solid detail clean. Ice machine was so-so. No vending machines so ended up driving to a nearby 24/hr store. Breakfast bar was minimal but good. Didnt have the opportunity to check out the outdoor pool. Parking lot is a little awkward. Good value for the money.

We stayed here for a trip to Soaky Mountain and it was perfect for the quick overnight stay we needed. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good, 24-hr coffee available. Small items available that you may forget (like I did). We also had a room right next to the elevator and didn't even notice. Price was great, we'd definitely stay here again.

Room was really dusty, they hadn't cleaned over the head of the bed with the light fixture. Bathroom functional but had seen better days. Rusty light fixture and mold under the tub/shower handle that was cracked. No extra blankets in the room.

Very friendly staff, close to Sivereville, next to Kroger across from Ross and Hobby Lobby. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s an updated older hotel. The price was awesome for what you got. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

There was mold and peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. Paint was also pulling away from the areas around the shower.

The rooms has been renovated but still needs a little more tlc. The beds sits high. The blankets on the bed are really thin. Also the bath towel is thin. The breakfast was not its best. It could definitely use some more option with fresh fruit. The eggs was not fully cooked. Front desk was really friendly. The hotel was not bad for the price. If needed to again I’ll stay again.

We have stayed here a number of times. The facilities are fine. We were extremely disappointed this past time. We stayed there three nights and never did they pick up used towels and washcloths, or empty trash. We were told they did it every other day. Even when we requested service to our room the after the second night, nothing was done. Don't know if front desk or cleaning staff dropped the ball. With just myself and wife, we ran out of kleenex adter one night, out of body wash and shampoo after second night.. It is a fine hotel for the price but service stunk.

The hotel room was generally dirty coming from someone who has cleaned them before. There was a dirt ring around the toilet and the shower curtain was falling off the wall and the floor was sticky. Otherwise, we had nice clean sheets, comfortable bed and pillows, and a staff was extremely nice upon check-in and checkout. Would return for staff, would not return for room.

The front desk staff was great very kind. She checked us in quickly and let us know the pertinent details. The lobby was clean and simple. The door to our room would stick and I was concerned it would not close all the way, but it did. The bathroom floor was dirty. The bathroom for had debris in the corners, a dead bug and stains. The sink and toilet were very loud when in use. The beds were fine. The room widow looked too possibly have dirt or mold around caulking. The air unit was really loud when turned on. The noise from the hallway was minimal. It is a convenient location to the convention center.

It was an older hotel but the lady in the front was nice and it was relatively clean. I think the floors in the room needed to be mopped but the linens and bathroom were clean. The bed was not comfortable (we sank into the middle) but for the price and just a single night stop over it wasnt terrible.

The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, the noise level was low, breakfast was adequate. Just stayed one night as a stopping point on a road trip.

Property and room were a little below average, lots of failing components, light bulbs that were out and noticable repairs through out.

Parking was easy and clean. The man checking us in was really friendly. However the woman we saw the rest of the trip was quite rude. The beds were comfortable. But the room itself wasn't clean. There were crumbs and dirty spots on the floor. It needed a good sweep and mop. There was hair on the wall of the shower. We had to wipe off the table before sitting anything down it was sticky. And the elevator smelled like weed. Probably wouldn't choose this hotel again when I'm in the area.

The staff was very friendly, and the amenities were nice. The hotel overall looked clean and smelled fresh. Our room was also clean, but it definitely needed some TLC. There was rust on the door frames and light fixtures, and the hair dryer had broken plastic, although it still worked. The mattress protector and pillowcase had holes from being so worn, and the bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. That said, for the price, it wasn’t a terrible stay.

Location is the best. But if you wanted peace and quiet, do not stay here. There is little to no sound proof between rooms. But breakfast is free and is good enough for the price of our stay. Its clean but i can smell perfume and a bit of chlorine

Booked a two night stay for a tournament. The heat unit had dust pouring out, the headboard wall was dusty and there was caked on dust all in the long light fixture above your head as you lay down. I was stuffy and sneezing all night. I did buy a cleaning spray and cleaned as much myself and the staff did replace the heat filter the next day as I requested. The doors are very loud and there was door slamming all through them night and also dumpsters being emptied at 4am outside the window which again woke us. Breakfast was 6-9am went down at 8am and the only thing there was a little bit of eggs stuck to the pan, strange sausage and waffle maker.and two end pieces of white bread. NO butter, NO yogurt, NO fruit, NO pastry No bread items. The second morning I asked the "breakfast worker" is this normal? He said if you don't come early you don't get anything. I understand you get what you pay for and in this case even the low price was too much.

Great location and easy access to convention center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Downfall, walls are very thin. The noise level in the room next to us was loud, you could hear them very clearly. Also lots of door slamming. It would rattle our door so bad to the point we got locked out of our room due to the safety bar inside moving, preventing us from opening our door when we got back from our event. Thank you to the kind front desk lady that helped get our door open.

Beds were comfortable. We did not eat breakfast so I can’t comment. What I can comment on is I killed 4 roaches in the room. We were on first floor.

In a good location however so would a box and a good blanket and arguably cleaner. The staff was helpful in trying to get a cleaner room than the one we started with but still wasn't the greatest. The first night we checked in we called up front saying that we needed new sheets and things for the bed because they had blood stains that had went through the whole bedding. The guy said he cant do anything about it but we can go back to the front desk and get some new sheets. My husband went down to get the bag and the guy threw it at him. I find this type of cleanliness and attitude very u professional.

The staff was great!!! The room was clean. Everything was great except the breakfast. Granted it was free but there was very little to choose from and the quality of the food was not good. We wound up having to go out and pay for breakfast everyday because it was so bad. If you don't ake that into account. We had a great stay for the money here.

Our room could certainly use some TLC. The shower curtain rod was falling down, so the curtain wouldn’t stay where you put it. The tub drain needed to be unclogged. The safety lock on the door was missing the half attached to the actual door, so it was useless.

It took 45 minutes for a person to come to the front desk I wasn’t the only one just standing there waiting then I man that worked there but could check no one in called me and the other customers liers for say we had been there that long and I even called the front desk phone in an attempt to get someone up front but nothing

Horrible!!! Woke up at 3am with 25 degree temp outside and no heat. The bathroom sink would not drain properly. You had to wait 10 minutes then turn the water on and wait again. The lights did not work. The tub dripped water the entire time. The floor was flithy. dirty. Told them when we left their response was to say they wrote it down . Will not ever be back.

They are lacking on staff as it was difficult to find someone at the front desk nor did they answer the front desk phone. Their staff is used for cleaning and whatever else, also. They have some maintenance issues and the place had a lot of families so it was not a quiet place day or night. Overall, the location is convenient, the staff is friendly, the parking is well lit, the breakfast, juices and coffee are good according to my husband. I only grabbed breakfast 1day although it came with our booking. The breakfast area was kept very clean by the staff in charge.

Room was clean; not impressed with “high” beds! Made it difficult for “old” women to get into! Light bulb out in bathroom, another covered in paint; made for poor lighting! The exhaust fan sounded like it was going to blow up! A few rusty spots in bathroom. But the staff are wonderful; so friendly & caring! Will definitely come back!!!

Only complaints I had was the bed was not very comfortable and the walls were thin. I could hear adjoining guests too easy. But for the price I was very satisfied. Room was clean and just big enough.

The bed slept really good, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn’t as good as other hotel that have continental breakfast, no oatmeal or grits, no fruit, no bagels, no muffins. They had eggs, sausage links, bread, waffles, and cereal.

There was seldom anyone at the desk including when I wanted to check out. The halls were dirty; they needed vacuuming. The entire property was "run down." We'll never stay there. I'm shocked that the Best Western chain allows their name to be associated with this sorry excuse for a hotel.

Great hotel for our trip to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The breakfast was pretty decent compared to other hotels. My fiancé enjoyed the 24hr hot coffee. We had a great time. Would stay here again.

While recently remodeled, some areas needed repairs like hall way floor by elevator, door security locks. Took a while to get staff to check us in but understand the staff is doing double duties. Recommend a buzzard or radio to connect to staff while they are away.

The staff was friendly and that is the onky plus to our stay. Bed was horrible and breakfast options were limited and the eggs/sausage were cold. Tables in breakfast area were sticky and dirty. Our room appeared to not have been cleaned well. A dirty used towel was left on the sink and hairs were all over the counter/tub. You could hear everything in the room whether it was in the hallway, other rooms or outside. Someone's car alarm kept going off all night. So needless to say, we didnt get much sleep.

We like the proximity to our favorite places to this hotel and the ease of access to the highway. Staff is always warm and welcoming. Parking lot pretty tight as lots of construction workers are parking their work trailers and equipment in the parking lot.

Stay away!! I made the mistake of a quick star rating which showed 8 of 10 and hopped on this booking. We arrived late to our room. The lady at the front desk was watching movies on her phone. There was no welcoming feel, thank you, kiss my grits, nothing. We got to our room on the second floor. Elevators opened to the floor of mustiness, mildew, and dampness. Entered our room with our 2 children that immediately hopped on the bed. The sheets appeared clean, we were tired so no showers or anything that evening. I did notice the walls in the room had something splattered down them. Dust was two inches thick on all surfaces, bathroom light was rusted pretty bad, the tv had a dried substance that had dripped down the screen. We made it through the night. Get up to take showers and I wouldn’t let my family step foot in that area. We went and purchased bleach and I cleaned the shower before any of us used it. When I wiped the shower to clean it the rag was black, to no surprise. There was hair everywhere in the shower, thick soap scum residue, the drain had visible mold, there was fuzzy, yes fuzzy gray and black mold at the shower entrance. We brought a fan to use during our stay. The outlet we located wasn’t quite accessible so my husband pulled out the tv stand and it has NEVER been cleaned behind. The wall there was full of dirt, grime, and spatter of who knows what. Review is longer than allotted characters

First night room had a shower curtain rod that had been fixed several times and needed to be fixed again. Water went all over the wall and floor when taking shower. Second room beds were absolutely terrible. Lumpy and springs made so much noise. Last room was better but had lots of water damage on walls. Food was ok but not much variety. Very boring. No orange juice till friday morning. I guess you could say you get what you pay for. If you need a place to stay that is cheap. Rooms were full all week. They were clean. Better maintenance of rooms could get the hotel more money nightly.

Easy to get to. Clean room. Lots of soap, lotion, etc. available. Great parking. Plenty of dining spots a very short walk away, including a grocery store! Staff friendly and very helpful.

Staff was kind, prompt and courteous. Elevator and hallway had an oder to them and hallway on 2nd floor to room had garbage/food waste scattered throughout. Could hear the guest above walking around their room, the child below screaming and the garbage truck outside emptying the dumpster at 430am. Secondary lock was broken off the door and you had to hold the drain plug up in order for the shower to drain. One small ice machine for the entire hotel, many cracked/broken tiles in front of the elevator and the bed frame to one bed squeaked upon every movement.

My stay at the hotel was below expectations in terms of cleanliness. The bathrooms and rooms were not as clean as expected, and there was an issue with water not draining properly from the bathtub. However, the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. With better maintenance and cleanliness, the overall experience could be much improved.

The staff was super friendly but our AC unit smelled musty and thus so did our room, also a constant leak in the bathroom was quite annoying.

The room was small. The hair dryer didn’t work. The ironing board was broken and the iron had black gunk all over the bottom.

When we first arrived at the room door was standing open room had not been cleaned at all front desk clerk said they had no other rooms available we would have to wait after driving 5 hours to get here until they clean the room up only offered a bag with a few treats . Hotel.com did give $55 should have been $155 dollars rewards back to me on my next adventure but as far as sure stay it's just a glorified Days inn and we'll probably never stay again at one of their resorts or hotels. Very dissatisfied!!

They did not vacuum the hallways all week we were there. The carpet needed vacuumed as there was paper and lint on our 3rd floor. The breakfast was the same everyday. It was fresh but no fresh fruit like banana, apples or oranges. Only apple juice or lemonade for breakfast. The other Best Western hotels we've stayed in had better selections.

Clean room , location

Pretty average best western hotel stay. We booked the hotel at 60 a night. The rooms need some updating and the lobby smells like a nursing home. Fight broke out at the gas station parking lot outside our window with police cars surrounding. Breakfast was just okay. Overall I'd say the price definitely reflects the quality of your stay here but for a cheap vacation it was doable

Clean and dark room when shades close. Perfect for sleeping when on the rd.

Nothing fancy, but comfortable and clean and just what we needed to shower and get a good night's rest. The young man at check-in was so nice, and offered pool towels if we wanted to swim, which I did. It was cool but so refreshing after a day in the hot sun. We would stay here again.

Very, very clean and in a good area. The rates were good. However there are some needed repairs. The air conditioner looked to be pushed into the wall on one side, the hair dryer plug was broken and the shower curtain was pulled down and just barely hanging off the wall, so the curtain would not stay in place. Breakfast very simple in what was offered. And didn't like on check in that I had to get our parking pass from a gentleman in the lobby that was signing people up for a vacation savings program, he was extremely nice but we usually avoid talking ot these sales people.

Breakfast was terrible. Eggs, sausage toast tasted horrible,no oarnge juice or fruit, or muffins. Room was dirty tubs didnt drain at all staff tried to correct but within 1 day it clogged again.

Breakfast was Hot and Fresh! Very Nice!! Staff was super friendly. Raymond was a dream for a couple of weary travelers! Price was fantastic!! Pool was really clean. Our room was fresh and clean. Stayed 3 nights, we WILL be back!

Filthy room! Stunk of old onion food. Smell was so bad I could not sleep. Floor was filthy full of debris and literal clumps of hair! Bathroom sink, toilet and shower were full of hair and toothpast splater. Sheets had stains! Horrible experience! The front desk staff were very kind and professional! Too bad housekeeping is so horrendous!

The location was great, service was awesome! The only complaint I had was the mattress pad. We came back to the hotel way after 2am from being with friends at their cabin. They immediately brought me clean and new mattress pad, sheets and comforter. I appreciate the smiles and exceptional customers service at almost 3am

We extended our stay by 1 night and out of 5 total nights, our room was cleaned only 1 time….no trash emptied, towels changed, beds made etc. our toilet in the bathroom had so much built up per on the side of it, I couldn’t stand it anymore and cleaned it myself.

The set up of the room was not ideal. Water pressure in the shower and sink were way too high. My wife has a disability and had to walk pretty far to get to the toilet in the bathroom. The breakfast wasn’t very good either. Sausage wasn’t very good coffee was okay.

Floor was dirty in the room. Beds were not comfortable. Breakfast ends at 9 am, but by 8:30 most food was not available and not being replenished. Not fun to have cereal with not milk. Additionally, housekeeping staff grabbed food when it was very busy with customers trying to get the last bit of food. The just proved how below standard this location is. Other than the special price we got online, it would not be worth the stay.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was well kept the only issue was that the walls themselves were dirty from foot prints below the bed line.

The check in staff was very friendly and the room was nice. My only issue was that every night shortly after 10pm the night staff would come on duty I assume and the lobby tv would be turned up or a radio turned on and then early morning they would begin openly talking and it was very disruptive.

The walls between rooms are so thin that we could hear the people in the room next to us like they were inside of our room. They made noise until 2am and the hotel was fully booked so couldnt ask to change rooms. Horrible experience. Shower drain was clogged. Sheets smelled a bit musty and got bites on my ankles while sleeping im not sure if was bed bugs or any other type of big.

The hotel staff was kind and efficient, however the condition of our room was poor. There were holes in the wall above the shower, the walls were banged up and had holes, the sheets were washed, but stained and the towels did not smell clean. We also found the tile floors were very dirty and had not been mopped. The breakfast was small with few options and it was very crowded for the space, leaving no room to sit. We were also given a room with an adjoining door to the room next door and our next door guests child opened and slammed the door repeatedly. The walls were thin and we heard our neighbors consistently.

Clock, table and phone was dusty needed cleaned. Tub doesnt drain, shower curtain had been broken 3 times and the patch job was horrible. Looks like the last time it was broken all they did was screw it in a different spot and didnt even try to patch it. Poor maintenance on rooms. We have stayed at this hotel alot in the past. And it is going down in the last few years.

Elder hotel, renovated it's in much better condition than a lot of the ones I have had to stay in. Very comfortable. The gentleman from jamaica that checked us in was incredible, incredibly polite and helpful.

Avoid SureStay Plus by Best Western Sevierville — Worst Hotel Experience

We checked in, got up to our room, and our bedding was dirty; it looked like food and lipstick on the bedding. I went down to let them know, and I was informed that it was wash day, so they had no other bedding to offer us and to come back around lunchtime the next day. I also showed them a picture of the damaged area in the bathroom. She made a note of that. Housekeeping was making rounds when I left that morning, so I assumed they would do it. I got back around 6:30-7:00 PM. Housekeeping did not stop by. I went downstairs, where I was given towels and bedding to do it myself. The floors was sticky and left my kids feet black. This is just a few of issiues this room had. I would not recommend this hotel at all

The staff was amazing to us. Our room was at the end of the hallway, so it seemed like closing doors from other guests echoed. Not bad, other than if it was late and we were asleep. The bed was firm, yet kinda sagged to the middle, so we didn’t rest well. The breakfast was basic and had the same all the days we were there. Scrambled eggs and sausage links.

I booked this hotel because it had great reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. I had a king bed room, which was surprisingly small. The sheets had blood stains, and the bed creaked loudly every time I moved. The soundproofing was terrible—I could clearly hear conversations and the TV from the neighboring room. The only positive was that the front desk staff were very nice. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Daughter said she saw bugs on the walls in the bathroom. Air conditioner barely stayed cool… bed was like sleeping on a hard rock slab. Barely slept both nights.

The location is great; the rooms could have been cleaner especially around baseboards; the staff was friendly; breakfast was the same thing every day for a week (sausage links and scrambled eggs) and you could make a waffle. A little variety would have been nice.

Love that it was affordable. Not a bad place. Other than the gentleman who was there twice during our stay seemed irritated because we mentioned that a person spilled his coffee in the elevator then the last day he was at the desk and we mentioned that the elevator wasn’t working. Other than that the other workers were very polite especially the gentleman who worked the breakfast. We enjoyed the food not to bad especially for the price.

You get what you pay for. It was somewhere to rest our heads. The beds are hard and uncomfortable if you like any kind of blankets bring your own. It looks like they ungraded awhile back but have failed to maintain it.

Can't beat this hotel for the price. Free breakfast and pool - I'm in. Desk staff and breakfast attendant both very friendly and on top of things. The blind in the room was broken and our the faucet in the shower leaked but those were not show-stoppers. We just reported them and assume they'll get taken care of before the next guest. Breakfast could use some fresh fruit.

It is a really nice room. Comfy beds and clean room. The only downside is the walls are a little thin. You can hear when people flush, or shower.

The room smelled of smoke in a smoke free room. The bathroom was out of hand soap over the sink. The tissues was out over the sink as well. I tried to over look it because the guy that checked me in was nice and I hate to complain but I laid down to take a nap and couldn’t do it. I had to meet my daughter around 5:00pm that evening I brought her back to hotel to see if she had the same problem because we both have allergies to smoke. She said yes so I Checked out.

The check in was super easy, and the clerk was a sweetheart! The room was abut what you'd expect - very clean, everything worked appropriately, and since we weren't expecting 5 star, it was just what we needed for one night. The bed was super firm, just wish hotels would stop with four tiny pillows on a king sized bed! we need kins sized pillows that don't collapse down to nothing! Was kind of a pain to not have TV listing guide so we didn't have to search for the channels we wanted. and while I personally loved the toiletries in the shower and bathroom, we would suggest investing in some non slip shower strips - got a little slippery in there!

We had three different rooms. All smelled awful like mildew, wet dogs, and chemicals. The linens in all the rooms were stained, and some had junk on them we had to pick off. In one room, the soap dispenser was empty upon arrival. The beds were brutally uncomfortable, which we described as a sheet of plywood with springs on top to stab into your back.
