Easy in and out, loved the location. We went to the waterpark and it was only 2 miles away. Had a washer and dryer for the bathing suits and towels which was a plus. Only minor complaint was washing your face in the sink is hard if you’re shorter.
- 5/5
We were so pleasantly surprised. It was exactly like the photos. The entire property was beautiful and clean! We enjoyed our stay and felt like we were at home.
- 5/5
Clean and nice place enjoyed it would definitely book again Nothing I can think of

Having the large suite with the washer and dryer was amazing. It’s walkable to a ton of restaurants and right across from the Dolly statue. For the price especially, it was amazing, but the overall feel of the place with a great bed and good sized kitchen was a treat to stay in.

It’s always an amazing stay! Absolutely nothing

Kitchen was great

What a great place to stay I could have stayed longer. Only thing is I wish rooftop bar was open every day or a least the weekend
- 5/5
Suite was massive

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and inviting. Having laundry was a bonus. Parking was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to be contacted ahead of arrival to check on our needs and to confirm arrival times. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and wanted something unique and special. This fit the bill! I highly recommend and will book again.

We only had one encounter with the staff at the front desk on the first day when we checked in other than that we did not see any other staff besides one cleaning person. Other than the showers, the kitchen area is great, the bed was OK but the bedroom and bathrooms are small. Very nice, modern and clean, however.
- 5/5
This was beautiful. The historic charm was amazing. This will definitely be where we stay during our next visit. The only thing we missed was the Sky Lounge. Loved it!!!
- 5/5
Clean hotel. Efficient, friendly staff. Awesome stay! Would love to stay here again next time in Sevierville.
- 5/5
Large Rooms. Great location. Some reviews mentioned the noise. It is in the heart of town so that's expected and is no different than most any other hotel we have stayed at. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was spotless, Carla at the check in desk was friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, very comfortable
- 4/5
Parking was a little bit of a struggle and a slight smell when we’d walk into the room that was maybe a hint of sewage but overall the place is beautiful
- 4/5
Room was huge and clean. Only downsides were the noisy traffic and noisy hvac. It was also a little drafty so a tad cold no matter what at times. The coffee shop had the best lattes I’ve had. Overall it was comfortable, but if you’re sensitive to noise at night or drafty windows/doors I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

It's in a great location but unfortunately also makes for a noisy night stay.
- 5/5
I liked everything
- 5/5
Our suite was cozy as well as spacious! Beautifully restored. Perfect location for attending the Blooming BBQ and music fest. Loved it. Already planning to return in the fall. Thank you! The bathroom sink was a bit challenging for me since I'm not very tall, but really, that's so minor.
- 5/5
Nice size rooms and a nice restaurant on the property. Walking distance to other restaurants.

We had a fabulous dinner at the restaurant, Season's. On site, but not affiliated. A little more seating in living room. Four of us in 60's & 70's. Only comfortable for three, realistically.

Very clean, nice and spacious rooms. The kitchen has a large countertop and a big fridge with a water filter. The beds and pillows were super comfortable.
- 5/5
The resort is excellent. The rooms are a little dated, but the service and premises were excellent. My family and I really enjoyed are time there.
- 4/5
The room was amazing... only issue was that the room floors were not clean they left dust under my socks
- 5/5
Very comfortable, spacious accommodations.
- 4/5
Cons: Heavy rain leaked through one of the windows, which made our luggage wet overnight. Good thing there is a dryer at the condo. The AC is noisy in the living room. One of the toilets didn’t flush when we first arrived, and we didn’t even put any toilet paper in it, just urine. We unclogged it ourselves as it would be faster than calling service desk. They had the plunger in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Nice spot. Full kitchen was a plus
- 3/5
However, the floor was dirty. My son ran around barefoot and his feet were black after a short time. This doesn't happen in our own home. Secondly, took a shower and someone's hair was still on the walls. Definetely not as clean as it should be considering the nice updates in the building. 7/10.

This place is a keeper. Close to everything. Beautiful inside and out. Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. Close secure parking. Already planning a future trip to the Smokies and not looking anywhere else. Washer and dryer in the room. Ours was a 2 queen bed in one private room and a king in another private room. Bedrooms have full closets. 2 full bathroom with large low entry showers. Full kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, full refrigerator, granite countertops, cooking utensils and place setting for 6. I fear my review will make this place hard to book for me in the future. It’s that nice.
- 3/5
It was ok. I stayed there a couple of years ago & was very pleased so I decided to stay when I returned. One of the showers didn’t appear fully cleaned in one of the bathrooms as well as the wall in the bathroom had what looked like to be something spilled and ran down the wall. There was a dirty towel on top of the washer & dryer but we didn’t use the washer/dryer while we were there. You have to pull all the trash as you leave which is fine but it makes me wonder how much cleaning is actually done at check out. Unsure if I will return with my next stay. We never saw any house keeping staff.
- 5/5
Room was amazing. Staff was very patience and accommodating. The room looked exactly like the pictures.
- 5/5
The place was clean and very roomy. Easy to get in and out.
- 5/5
The hotel exceeded our expectations. The price was great for what you get during your stay. Unfortunately we only got to experience the rooftop bar for a little bit on Saturday (closed for private event on Friday) but it was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was very spacious. We hope to be back soon.
- 5/5
The hotel and staff were great! The sizing and space of the suite was wonderful. We had a party of 7 and it was enough space for everyone. There was a lot of things to do around the hotel that wasn’t too far and the staff was wonderful even helping with a late check-in.
- 3/5
If I booked with them again, I wouldn't book through Expedia. There was ANOTHER fee added on to each room that Expedia doesn't include in the pricing so make sure you add about another $203 to your booking. I was aware about the $30/day fee for using the parking lot, coffee pot, paper towels, etc. The staff was really nice. The hotel appeared really clean, but one of my friends found a wad of hair piled up in the sheets so you know the sheets weren't changed from the last guest. The hotel changed the sheets and compensated us the $30/night fee. I also didn't like how they want us to take the trash out at the end of our stay. The hotel is set up for a longer stay so I can understand that guest may leave a larger amount of trash than at short term stay hotels, but I feel like that's not being hospitable. They should change their policy to place all trash in the trash bags and leave them by the door, instead of having their guests take the trash out. They should mention that at check-in or at least tell us to read all instructions on the refrigerator. If I didn't see 3 families take out their trash, I probably would have been charge for not taking it out. The ice cream shop at the property was nice, so of us had mix feelings about the coffee shop, and there's a really good restaurant called the Appalachian that is walking distance from the hotel.
- 5/5
This historic hotel was spot on! We really liked the throw back feel that first greets you upon pulling up to the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and boast a complete kitchen! The location was very close to everything you may need or want to do. I wish we could’ve tried the restaurant but there wasn’t enough time for us. Also, the hotel has a super cute coffee shop that we missed out on as well. The staff was friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend this hotel for absolutely any type of traveler.
- 5/5
There is a restaurant on site as well as a coffee shop.
- 5/5
We absolutely loved our stay. I just wished we had a couple larger frying pans. Overall great place and would definitely stay again. Staff was amazing!
- 5/5
Property was absolutely amazing and we will stay here each time we visit. Front desk staff were not very kind and attentive. Whenever we had requests, they made it a point to tell my wife “we will get to it when we can.” Also there was no active housekeeper that we were aware of to tend to the rooms. We had to make requests to get towels etc.
- 5/5
I really loved this historic hotel with a modern remodel. The staff was great. The rooms were huge and very clean. We will return every time we are in town.
- 5/5
Loved the atmosphere and surroundings. I will stay again
- 5/5
Totally blew my mind when I walked through the door. There are no pics that do the property justice. The suite was huge, clean and comfortable. Safe location and close to everything. Only downside was the beautiful tower clock that starts ringing at 6 am and they are building a juvenile detention center next to the hotel which kills the vibe of a wholesome town. Also it says pay at hotel but the hotel charges 1 night 48 hours in advance. Late check in is nice but card is fully charged before your stay so be prepared. Also no front desk after 7. A 10/10 stay and would recommend overall.
- 3/5
We arrived went to check in and had to pay another 110 dollars for absolutely nothing. If u are looking to have a gym while your there dont. The so called gym is in the size of a broom closet and only one of the 2 peices were working. The security at night wasnt good . I thought the whole point of an access key was to have some security. This door stayed unlockes. Their was construction going on downstairs and the banging began at 7 and 8 am. I was realy upset at being woke up that early to construction. No mention of building being worked on when booking. Front desk clerk not very helpful at all. I doubt we would consider another stay with this establishment.
- 5/5
This place is completely renovated. It has everything you need for your stay. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, and plenty room. Located in downtown Sevierville, but very convenient to drive into Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The location is easy to get out of. There is a restaurant attached and many other places to get food right nearby. Also giving five stars to Kathy who works there!
- 5/5
This was the nicest place we have ever stayed at! Very clean, staff was very friendly, and an absolutely beautiful area.
- 5/5
We stayed 7 nights the week of Christmas. Super affordable during the holidays! When we arrived for our stay check-in was so easy and stress free . The staff member was very welcoming. She was very busy but still managed to greet me with a smile and positive attitude. That’s rare these days . Our room was well stocked with linens. And everything we would need to cook (pots ,pans, bowls, plates, silverware) definitely recommend staying here . I know I will be booking here again when we take our next trip to the area.
- 5/5
Just a beautiful place and incredible staff
- 5/5
We thought it was a really nice hotel. The master bedroom tv did not have a hdmi cord to watch the satellite. We just watched it in the living room. But I have no complaints, I really liked staying there and I will definitely come back and stay again and again.
- 5/5
Bigger than my apartment I live in now and much nicer. If I could buy one of those rooms I sure would.
- 5/5
This is a great place. Not just your cookie-cutter hotel. We had the original safe from the bank as one of our walls…too cool!
- 4/5
Beds were great, rooms were spacious, but could’ve use more hooks in bathroom for towels or towel bars. Wished restaurant was open daily especially for breakfast. Coffee shop was fine however. Location was great and employees were very, very friendly.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful except the sofa bed
- 5/5
The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom was perfect for our family of six. 2 adults, 4 kids and we loved it. Clean, spacious and beautiful. We will definitely return.
- 5/5
Hotel was very classy and relaxed. Loved the restaurant and rooftop
- 2/5
Clean home like felling however couldn’t get fireplace to work and room windows allowed noise from street in front
- 5/5
Nothing not to love about this adorable little boutique hotel in the heart of town. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were huge and the fireplace and kitchen were so nice to have. We will be back.

They went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. Snooki’s the maintenance man was so much help.

This is an excellent choice for families. Our unit had three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a full size kitchen. It was well equipped and perfect for families looking to be close to Dollywood and the surrounding area.
- 5/5
The stay at Central Hotel was terrific. The only thing was that we were next to a bustling road, and the quiet wasn't so peaceful with all that traffic noise, but overall the cleaning was excellent, the place was just beautiful, the staff was terrific, and the restaurant downstairs was Devine!
- 1/5
I booked my stay from Hotel.com. I paid my booking in full. When i arrived i was charged more fees total i believe $68. They stated it was because i booked through expedia which i didnt. I will NEVER again stay here. Of course i paid the fee as anyone would in a pre paid booked full town. Also the fitness room on our floor was closed you had to visit a separate floor. Also the biggest thing other than the EXTRA FEES was there was a roof top bar that played music until 12am. I was on the 4th floor so we heard it until it quit playing. NEVER again.
- 3/5
Everything was OK until check out. Before we where even out the room i was being told we smoked in the room, but I've been walking outside for 2 days all in camera. I was
- 5/5
Loved the building very cool, You do have to request clean towels and not convenient for early checkout front desk opens @ 9am. But would definitely stay at this hotel on next trip to the smokies, all the piegon forge attractions are 10 minutes away, & alot of great restaurants
- 2/5
I like the layout of the room and the space, however the bed slacks were broken in the master bedroom & to avoid causing further damage we pulled the mattress off the frame and slept on the floor. Didn’t wanna be charge for something I did not do. Next, we were practically demanded to attend this sales meeting the next morning & we were promised $200 in cash and 7 day complimentary stay at one of their resorts anywhere they were located. Needless to say, the deals where too expensive and with the cost of fuel my travels will be limited. So they gave us the $200 with an attitude and we were never offered the 7 day stay. And before you agree to the meeting, please know they will threaten to take $75 from the card you reserve the room with if you do not attend. I will never stay on their properties ever again!!
- 5/5
Fitness center too small.
- 4/5
Our floors were not mopped so they were really dirty. Also when I open cabinets to use cookie sheet. Someone had baked on it and it wasn’t washed. Other then that it was good. Staff at counter was so friendly and helpful! She was the best 😊
- 5/5
The price was the best!! The room was beautiful
- 4/5
It was a great experience. The only issue we had was the floors were not clean. The floors had not been mop due to the dust under the bottom of our socks. One of the rooms had candy paper and dust under the bed. But overall the stay was nice and comfortable.
