The location was perfect for where we needed to be the next day. It's right off the interstate. It also had shops across the street: Bass Pro Shop and Chocolate Monkey(ice cream) which was good with really large scoops! The only negative would probably be the A/C!!. Unfortunately, it was a bit loud when starting up to maintain the temp.

This hotel was just a last minute resting place. The room we was given was small, the bed was hard, we could hear everything all night long because they put us close to the front desk. It worked for what I needed but would not be my first choice for a long stay. The night staff was ok but the morning staff was more friendly. Breakfast was served in the am. My husband liked it, I have food sensitivity so I did not eat I brought my own and the lobby microwave smelled like old cheese. They charge you a $20 hold fee if you use a debit card. Parking was ok. This hotel is just ok.

The temperature of room would not stay consistent. The pool was lacking. Both the keys stopped working and had to be rekeyed. The breakfast was decent but not great and coffee was not very good. They charged us an incidental fee that was not disclosed to us upon booking so our stay was more then we budgeted for. The hotel itself just seemed run down and we thought being a marriot brand it would of been better.

I have stayed at dozens of hotels in the general Sevierville area and I have not returned to a single one. I will be returning back to this Fairfield because it was clean, friendly, and quiet. I’m sure it will probably be updated soon, based on other Fairfield locations I’ve stayed at, but it still maintained the reputation of the brand.

It would have been nice to have been told at check in that the ice machines on floors 2 and 3 were out of order.

Stay was good for an overnight stop. Check in was quick and clerk was very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was adequate, pretty much what I expected. Convenient location right off the highway and near Buc-ee's. One complaint was that if you are a light sleeper, the highway noise is loud. It was hard to block that out.

A surprisingly nice hotel at an affordable price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the room is well appointed.

We got in late, service was quick and easy. We just stayed the night, had to be at the convention center at 7:00 a.m. for UCA cheerleading competition. The only thing that needs addressed are the PILLOWS. They were terrible, zero support or firmness. Other than that, it was a lovely stay and we will stay again, just remember our pillows for future stays.

Nice place. We’ve stayed here several times and are consistently pleased. Not the nicest of places, but good for the price and we simply walk across parking lot to the Chop House for dinner. Very simple.

While checking in, the hostess informed us to be careful of drying fans in the lobby due to a water line issue that they were drying out. The next morning, we had no water for which to shower or to use restroom facilities. When speaking with the hostess to ask if we could use another room to shower, she said the water had been shut off to the entire hotel until a plumber could get there. My husband remarked that she was probably having a rough morning with all of the guests calling. The hostess commented that there wasn’t anything that she could do about it and it wasn’t her problem. We were not informed of the water being shut off nor were we offered any bottled water to even brush our teeth. Also, the hotel did not offer any type of credit until we asked them to make the situation right.

Had a very relaxing time in Kodak. The Fairfield was very nice and had some options within walking distance. We will stay here again when visiting our son.

We received an incredibly warm welcome from Lauren upon our arrival. The hotel was in a convenient location. Our room was very comfortable. Beds were awesome. Nice selection at breakfast. Workout room small but adequate. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property was conveniently located to interstate access and the grounds were beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the coffee was wonderful. There are not many restaurants at this exit to choose from so I suggest you stop and eat around Knoxville.

The check in girl was so very friendly and helpful. Everyone, including the cleaning and maintenance staff were friendly. Slept great, room was quiet and clean. Will plan to use this hotel as a stopping place for our trips from St. Louis

Lauren at the front desk was so friendly and so nice asking us questions and interested to talk to us always saying hello and Welcome back!!! My daughter and I would stay at that hotel in a heartbeat. It was that good. I was thoroughly thoroughly impressed.!!!

The pics for this place are a little deceiving. The pool is very tiny. The room was pretty clean but the lampshade, curtains, etc had stains. Wasn’t a bad stay overall, but was not worth what we paid. With so many choices in the area, this one is middle of the road.

Quick overnight stay perfect

We love the location right off the highway and across from The Chop House and Bass Pro Shop. The room is showing its age though-the tub spout was coming out of the tile and hard to turn on the shower. Towels were threadbare. The property needs some attention. Also more lights to make crossing to the restaurant and shopping safer is needed.

I was very pleased with The Fairfield. My only complaint, and this is why I didn't rate 5 stars. The swimming pool was absolutely freezing cold. Not just chilly, ICE cold to the point you just could not get used to it. It is very clean, the staff is extremely helpful. The young lady who checked us in went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were close to each other and close to the elevator (one parent uses a walker) The breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, and cereal etc. although nothing special it was a very nice breakfast.

Hotel was clean and comfortable - very much in line with other Fairfield Inns. Location was fantastic, directly off the interstate, same exit as Dollywood, right across the street from the minor league baseball stadium with a Bass Pro, Harley store, and several other cool shopping spots in the same complex. There is a giant Bucc-ees across the street along with several restaurants nearby

Very dirty. Hallways were filthy. Room was not cleaned very well. Bathroom had hair everywhere. The location is great, front desk staff was also very friendly.

The rooms were spacious but my only complaint was our bed was super uncomfortable and we ended up cutting our stay short because of that. We were unable to get any decent sleep on the bed.

I love this place

Property and staff was excellent. Our only dissatisfaction was the bed. Mattress was very lumpy and could certainly be replaced. After a long day on the road we were looking forward to a good night sleep and got the opposite. I would certainly stay there again but would check out the bed before accepting the room.

Under the current circumstances (COVID) the hotel was clean and in nice condition. I'm very picky about hotels and I would use this Fairfield Inn and Suites again.

Room was smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. Should be labeled as micro-room. Little TV did not work and we were not compensated for inconvenience of broken TV. We were told to fix it ourselves. We tried and were unsuccessful. We will never return to this hotel. Poorest customer service team. Just excuses. No action.

The curtain bathroom smelled like pee. It lingered the whole stay. Must wash bathroom curtains always. I should have ask for a different room when they gave us the one with disabled access. Lesson learned.

They had a room, but it was a little pricey compared to last year.

EV charging station is walkable from hotel

The bed was ok, walls are pretty thin and you could see daylight around our door so we had a lot of noise from the hallway. The most disappointing thing is noticing that they hotel put a hold on the cost of the room +another $20 on my bank account even though I paid in full through hotels.com. After speaking guy at the desk he assured me they always do that and it would be released back to my account after check out. Well it wasn’t! The hotel took out almost $600 out of my account even though the room was completely already paid for. It’s been two days since I called the hotel about it and I’m still waiting on money to be put back in my account. The other stuff I was ok with it’s kinda part of staying in a hotel. But the money should have never been put on hold. Super aggravating

This was the first time we have stayed at a Fairfield but it will not be the last. Everyone was so nice the room was excellent and the bed was comfy.

Always a good place to stay. Beds are comfortable and price is reasonable. It has been our go to when traveling to Sevierville/Pigeon Forge.

Arrived for check in only to be told they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for us; even though I had already paid a few days before. We were told they had a room for us at a different hotel and they would be paying for it. So I figured they would refund my money since we was not staying there and they was paying for us to stay somewhere else but that didn’t happen.

The hotel is old and outdated. The walls were extremely thin...we could hear every word of the phone conservation the man next door had. The good thing is the close proximity to The Chop House and Bass Pro. It’s not a place I’d want to spent much time, but we slept fine.
