    Nice location, easy access. The items in the lobby for purchase were super overpriced, so bring your own snacks/drinks. LOVE that it's dog friendly. Had a great time loving on strangers dogs! The coffee pods in the room had great coffee.

    Fire or smoke alarm was going off randomly all night. Front desk didn't care. They said "someone is vaping". Complained about in the morning and they still didn't care. They also charged us $75.00 for bringing a dog.

    We chose this hotel because is was close to my sons house. Also, we read some of the reviews. It was rated good or excellent must of the time. We give a poor review. Since we arrived, we were confronted with one situation to another. Such as: we noticed the entrance and hallway floors were not clean and mop. We got to our bedroom and the iron board was broken. The following day I tried to connect the hair blower in the bathroom to dry my hair. The electricity shot down in the bathroom. When we came back that evening we noticed there were not additional toilet paper. Then we were going to take a shower and the shower gel dispenser was empty. We had to called to bring us some. It took them more an hour to bring them and it was because I called them back to remind them. We did not how to put the shower gel on the dispenser. Waited for next day to someone to install it. The only day the room was clean not clean correctly. The crew forgot to wipe coffee spots from tables, stands and crumbs. They did not leave extra cups to make coffee in daily bases. We spent 4 nights at this hotel. We were very disappointed and we are not planning to come back again.

    The bathroom in #211 has a sewage smell both days. Other than the disgusting smell coming from the bathroom the property was clean. The front desk clerk (Naadirah) was AWESOME with a capital A baby! She was knowledgeable about the property. She let me know where to find the amenities and she was always smiling and pleasant! The only reason I didn't overly complain on the bathroom is because of her.

    The hotel was decent. The best part was our server for breakfast. She was very accommodating and met our needs. Our rooms weren’t ready upon check in and we had to wait 20 minutes upon arrival (check in was 3pm and we arrived at 5pm). The room was clean; however, the shower head needs to be replaced. The water was shooting outside the curtain on to the floor. Overall, the stay was okay as I expected more from Hilton.

    This has to be the worst hilton I ever stayed at. I booked for the hot tub and pool. But the hot tub was freezing cold and the pool was clogged and also freezing cold. The room smelled terrible and the outlets didn’t work so I could not charge any personal belongings. I expect some sort of refund.

    I was in room 518. the bathroom was in rough shape. The sink was leaking and the shower valve caulk has eroded so there is bound to be water damage. Also, i was surprised on how expensive everything was. The room was a little more expensive than other Hiltons in the area but the quality was the same. Plus, there was no free water or breakfast like the other Hiltons have.

    The hallways and elevator were hot. The room smelled musty. The linens were dirty and smelly. The floor was dirty. I immediately left 15 minutes after checking in. I will find away to get my money back for sure. They need to shut this place down, remodel it, clean it then open back up. Charging $210 for a dirty room is crazy. The front desk staff was amazing despite the position their employer put them forcing them to have to hear customer complaints.

    The morning of the check-out, the staff lady claimed that we did not pay. My husband told me that I had an injury and had to go back in only for her to state that we did pay in advance, as we always do.     Not a lot The noise in the room from the aircondition generator outside the room window, no sleep first night, had to get ear plugs for next night, i did get moved but that too had a generator outside the window! Bar staff ignored us for five minitues when getting drinks. Went off to get a cake for themselves and then cleared a table while we waited...! Asked twice if we wanted coffee at breakfast...never got it! Was the worst stay i have ever had!

    The facility was clean The web site we booked on stated free breakfast. When we got there they stated there was no free breakfast. Also in the room it said we get 2 free bottles of water. Then we booked a second night, and we were charged for bottled waters for both days. If you are going to charge for water then you shouldn’t have signs in the room stating the first 2 bottles are free.

    Unfortunately afterb10 hours of driving I had to wait almost 10 minutes at the front desk to check in as no one was there. The front desk person was alone and so had to leave the desk to help a guest elsewhere, (as told to me by the bartender who could not check us in) no note saying when she would be back; she was very pleasant once she returned but we really just wanted to get to our room as soon as we got there. The keyless app was not working so that was not an option either. I gave 5 stars to the staff and service as I hold Hilton responsible for low staffing

    On arriving, I did wish for a bit more warm and welcome from the girl at the desk. The next morning at breakfast, the hostess was wonderfully hospitable. The bathroom layout caught our attention as being very nice - though the finish of the vanity supports and the floor edges could use a bit ot attention. The bed was nice. We wished there had been an alternative to the duvet which looked fine but like seemed too much cover.

    The staff was super friendly from the moment I arrived. Kinsly was so helpful and kind. The lobby, room, pool area, and dining area were very clean and inviting. The hot tub was hot and had great pressure on the jets. There is a shower in the pool area that has hot water so you could rinse off before and after using the hot tub or pool. The room was very nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff at breakfast were so kind, helpful and accommodating. The chef even came out and talked with us. If I’m ever in this area again I will absolutely stay here. Thank you to the management of this place because you have maintained the property and trained your staff exceptionally.

    There are a few things that happened that really made me question my choice in hotels. I thought because of the name, i was going to stay in a really nice place. Someone should make sure there are hypoallergenic pillows available for the guests. There were only feather pillows in my room, and when i called and asked for a replacement, the only thing i was offered was one of the throw pillows from the lobby. I ended up having to go out and buy one the next day because the throw were very hard. Please install a clock in the pool. I did not realize the time, and got overheated in the tub, and spent the rest of the day ill. Half of the lights in the room did not work. I guess i just expected more.

    The hotel is very nice, just like the staff. The room was clean and comfy. I always have to find a hotel with an indoor pool when I have my 8 year old with me and they had one here. They also had a hot tub, which was very loud for some reason. The water in the pool was cold, I'd recommend getting a heater for it. Great location as well! Lot's of food and shopping nearby and it's a short drive to Nashville.

    Booked through Expedia and when we arrived, the front desk had no record. Took 15-20 minutes to check us in, with front desk person saying he had to "rebook" us in Hilton system. To add insult to injury, got billed by Expedia and hotel, which means I now have to spend more time untangling the mess.

    The front desk didnt give us the room we paid for. There was a large party with lots of kids so loud we had to be moved. (Banging on walls and screaming) we were moved to another floor the party wasnt on but still didnt get the room we paid for. Breakfast was amazing and hotel staff excellent. We could have insisted but were too tired to complain. Honestly overall was a good stay just large party taking up the hotel. Very good hotel...

    A very quick overnight sleep but the property and room were quiet and clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly. My 50 lb dog was welcomed and given lots of pets, too!

    The sheets in the hotel were very uncomfortable. They were not properly rinsed and felt like bleach was on them. I had a heavy skin reaction. Aside from that, the room was clean.

    Lovely hotel, nice entrance and set up. Staff was extremely friendly. This may be my new go to hotel when I am in Nashville area. Quick drive to Airport, lots of shopping and do I g options.

    We walked in and my kid said oh this is fancy! We loved everything about the property! The pool was freezi g which was okay and the hot tub was hooooooot! Didnt like the proce of the breakfast but we just went down the street to eat! Would defiently stay again
