    Very rude gentleman at check-in. The customer service was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, this experience ruined our stay. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property to others. Management should address how guests are treated at check-in.

    Had a very nice two night stay.! Very clean, staff was helpful My son used the workout room. Breakfast was just ok. Coffee was terrible. Coffee in room was better than breakfast. That was the only thing that was not great!

    The location of this property was great. Our stay was a different story. At check in no one was at the desk, I waited for close to 10 minutes before anyone helped me. I later ask for wash clothes and was told I could get them in the morning when additional staff was there. I have stayed at many hotels and have never been told to wait till tomorrow! Unfortunately no one was in the hallway with the cart in the morning nor was there anyone at the desk so we never got the wash clothes………. Listening noted a buffet breakfast and this was anything but that. They had a waffle maker with a couple pieces of sausage and egg patties that dried out hours before. The bread/muffin box and cereal dispensers were dirty this was not a buffet breakfast! Not to mention the door in the room did not extend to the floor, I could put my whole arm under the door to the hallway. It’s safe to safe to say that we won’t be staying there again.

    Owner was very rude and very unprofessional. Everything we did or asked for was a problem. Simple things like towels and wash cloths, using the pool, even requesting to get keys reset because they stopped working. He did not want to provide linen for the sofa bed because I forgot to list one extra guest, implying he missed out on money. He was very aggressive and talked to me as if I wasn’t his guest. I wouldn’t advise anyone to spend their money here. They don’t change the coffee and they do not show hospitality to their guests. DO NOT COME HERE!!

It says 7-9 on the board they are 9-8:30 they close the pool down at 8:30 but tell you 9 so when you go to swim at 8:30 they yell at you to tell you it’s closes early for chemicals every night.     The room was ok. It needed a deep clean and you could tell the property was dated. The first time I've ever stayed at a hotel that was nearly empty. Less that 8 cars on the property. But i will say outside of the room everywhere was clean and smelled nice that i could see. Our room was a bit musty maybe because it a been closed off due to non use. Overall i would give it a 7/10.

    Efficient check in. Great spacious room with comfortable king bed. Breakfast was sufficient although toaster would not toast evenly and only waffle maker had a malfunctioning timer. Same exact menu options every day. Indoor pool is not heated but the pool room is heated. No bathroom off pool room, but down hall. Quiet stay until last night when large group of teens visited in groups in lobby, breakfast room and hallways on several floors, making it difficult to get to and from own room.

    The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Our room was nice and big, but the floors weren't as clean as I would have thought. They need to pay more attention to detail on the vacuuming the carpet. I saw some debits along the edge of beds and a long the edge of the floor near the window. The air was nice and cool. The bed was comfy. The breakfast quality is a bit lacking, but par for a continental style breakfast. The indoor pool appears nice, although we didn't use it. The water was too cool for me. They have a laundry area and a exercise room. I would stay again if in that area. It's a bit of a drive to midtown and downtown Nashville, about 30 minutes.

    The first room I was in the tub was dirty they did switch me. The second room the air conditioner wasn’t really working and was loud so much so I had to turn the tv all the way up when it was on. Breakfast was decent hotel breakfast food. The only issue I would say is the check in person wasn’t very friendly and when they came to clean the room I said no thank you and they still insisted on taking my towels but didn’t replace them.

    Upon checking in to the hotel, no one was at the counter. After waiting a young man came out to assist me. He was not rude, but was not friendly-almost non social, He had AirPods in and then mumbled a few sentences. After asking several times to repeat himself, and filling out unnecessary paperwork(everything should be digital since I reserved the room online), I was able to get my keys. The room itself was alright, a little dated but mostly clean. The next morning we went down to breakfast to find very little food out. It was 8:30am. The same young man had apparently started cleaning up at 8:00am as he was not aware of the time change. After showing him my watch and he did manage to get a few items back out. We were not the only ones to inform him of the time change. He seemed to be the only employee there. I just have never had an experience like this at a hotel. No service, just blank stares and incompetence.

    ENTER AT YOYR OWN RISK!!! DON’T DO IT!!! IT’S A DEMON AT THE FRONT DESK!!! It was awful! The manager (owner), Sam, cussed my elderly sister out and screamed at her and told her to get the (blank-cuss word) out of his hotel. We paid for two nights but only could stay one. He would not honor the paid reservation the next day because it was in my name. They don’t honor paid reservations and will cuss you out if you try to explain. He told us he wasn’t interested in an explanation by his worker who tried to explain the arrangement he made with me that I made for my family. He told his employee to SHUT UP YOU WORK FOR ME! I’m a gospel singer and I travel weekly. People and churches make arrangements for me weekly in their name. I have NEVER been treated like this before and we lost $140 because of his rudeness and lack of business sense. He was pure evil. Corporate and Better Business Bureau will know about this. Unacceptable. Unacceptable.

    The desk clerk was something back this side of friendly, there was litter in the parking lot from someone’s trip to get fast food, the trash had not been emptied in our room (I noticed that when i threw something away, I wasn’t the first to have done so in that particular basket) and there were toothpaste spatters on the faucet in the bathroom. Otherwise it’s very nice.

    The hotel looks great from the outside, like brand new, the lobby is nice, but once I entered my room it was very disappointing. The carpet is ripped up from the entrance door to the bathroom, the carpet was filthy, so bad that I would not take off my socks to walk on the floor. The furniture looked like it had been purchased from a garage sale, the desk chair arm rest were all chewed up. I actually moved out the next day to another hotel in the area this room was so bad. I would not recommend this hotel unless you just want to cheap place to stay and don't care about cleanliness.If you are looking for a good continental breakfast this is also not the place to stay. I go to Smyrna for business and this was my first time and I will not stay there again. I don't know how this hotel got the 4+ rating, I also had 3 colleagues with me and they said the same about their rooms, we all moved to another hotel.

    The hotel lobby, hallways and room was nice and clean. The bed was a little uncomfortable the mattress was to hard so I didn't sleep very well. There was something wrong with the heating unit. The room would either be really cold or really hot, so that also interfered with my sleep. I found myself really ready to go back home to Birmingham.

    There was a bad smell in the room the whole time we were there. Smelled like urine and seemed to be coming from the air conditioner. Would not stay there again.

    Prefer sink and mirror to be seperate from shower and toilet. That way two people can "get ready" at the same time. We were in symrna for a family wedding and had 5 rooms with 4 in some rooms. Parents and adult kids. It was a lot of waiting on shower and sink both when you only needed one. 2- no towel bars to hang hand towel etc except shower bar.

    Fairly new hotel, but showing signs of wear and not being maintained. TV too small. Cheap furniture. Sleeper sofa is disfunctional, sits at an angle. Bed very comfortable. Poor shower head and water pressure. Funky toilet seat attachments. Kept coming lose. Business center had 1 computer and no printer. This is a $70/night hotel compared to other hotels.

    The room was very clean as we had a queen suite. only thing was the pull out couch didn't have any sheets or blankets and we had to call down to get them but they got they right to us! The staff was friendly and very pleasant! The breakfast was nice but if you wanted something other than the basics, waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, biscuits and gravy, sausage and eggs, there as a cracker barrel right next door. My Friends and I enjoyed our room and our stay!

    It was a comfortable stay overall. But did have an issue with the key cards the second night . The key cards would not work and had to return to front desk to have them activated again. Never had this happen at any hotel in any city or state. Very unnerving.

    The hotel was Great for the price. Nice large rooms and breakfast was good too. Only thing that was an issue for my kids was the pool was very small. We ended up staying an extra night because we enjoyed the hotel. Good proximity to everything. Lots of restaurants near by.

    Even on a gluten free diet, their breakfast was very good for me - a huge & welcome surprise. The staff was very attentive with questions and met our needs wonderfully. The room had two queen beds that were more comfortable than many 5 star hotels I've stayed with in the past.

    The manager was a total JERK!!! I had a family of 4 staying in a suite and ask for more than 3 towels and he acted as if I was asking for a million bucks. The sofa bed in the room did not have sheets nor pillows. When I asked about sheets and pillows another eye roll and and was told "You have 6 pillows in the room deal with it".

    Key cards had to be re- set on a daily basis we eventually wound up carrying 4 keys just to keep one working. Large spider webs in ceiling, and two very large spiders during stay. Two desk employees were arguing loudly one morning. Several of the desk clerks were rude and had an uncaring attitude. Found moldy bread at continental breakfast. In fact, breakfast quality was poor, sausage cold, etc. On the other hand, the room was extremely comfortable and quiet, and in a great location. I spend a week or two per year in Smyrna. I won't be returning to this motel as the bad unfortunately outweighed the good.

    Great hotel only problem was shower drain was broke and shower head was loose and broke and you couldn't adjust it. besides the bathroom the stay was great and breakfast in the morning was really good. staff was very nice to work with.

    We really enjoyed our stay the hotel was what we were hoping for. The only problem is my daughter left her $85.00 sonic toothbrush on the bathroom counter. I've been trying to call the hotel can not get through, also tried faxing and it wouldn't go through either. So I've written them a letter I hope they respond, as maybe it will be in lost & found.

    My husband and I stayed in Smyrna for an interview and our anniversary weekend. It was full of good restaurants and shops plus only a 20+ min drive to downtown Nashville! Much cheaper than staying in the city! Good breakfast, clean room and friendly service! We'll definitely stay there again!!

    Beds were made terribly. Blankets had holes in them. Hardly no Channels on TV. Rooms had a bad echo. Bathrooms were nice though. For a new hotel, just a little disappointed
