    The shower was full of mold. Our second night, another party was given keys to our room and walked in while I was undressed. Not a single staff apologized , instead giving excuses that staff isn’t trained or the system is new. I’ve tried to contact the manager, but have been unsuccessful. The hot tub is closed and the indoor pool is colder than the ice machine.

    Room was rundown. Bed mattress needed replacing as it had large visible sagging in it and the bed squeaked anytime you rolled/moved. Very uncomfortable. The hideaway mattress was down to the springs and incredibly uncomfortable. The bathroom wallpaper had saucer sized bleach marks all over it. Rust stains around the door frames. It just needs updating. Sheets and towels were clean. Carpets were stained and aged. Was much rougher than the picture showed. Would not have stayed here had we realized the shape it was in

    ​I have the timestamped emails and photos to prove otherwise. It is a sad state of affairs when a brand like Marriott allows a local GM to gaslight guests regarding structural failures. Currently considering escalating this to the Tennessee Department of Health and Daly Hotel Management. They have $547 of my money for a room that was in awful condition for that price.

    Hot tub down. Staff said they didnt want to spend the money to fix it so its "been down for awhile" but no mention of that when we booked. The pool was indoors but freezing cold the hester was broken. Advertised good breakfast but it was very poor. The breakfast staff eas fantastic and sweet. That was the only positive from our stay

    Found cigarette butts in room when we pulled out the couch for grandkids-the pool was closed which was why I booked it in the 1st place! Next morning it was open & no one seem to know why it was closed. Staff was nice & room was quiet but I won’t stay there again.

    I only booked this room bc it said there was a hot tub.. went down to get in and there definitely wasn’t a working hot tub and hadn’t been in some time by the looks of it. Roman said it had 2 double beds and a sofa it didn’t so we had to sleep 3 ppl in a bed. Breakfast ladies were friendly!

    We stay at this same establishment every year around the same time for a local event that is hosted. We continue to come back due to it being one of the only hotels that offers a room with a jacuzzi tub. Some of the staff has a lack of knowledge and is not helpful, the kitchen staff didn’t have the breakfast out until after an hour it was supposed to one of the mornings. And the man didn’t seem like it was an issue. So we left and went to eat somewhere else.

    The property was clean and well taken care of. Well I sadly was really late for work , as I contacted the front desk about some people up stairs CONSTANTLY SLAMMING STUFF.. as I had to work at 5am it was nice and quite up until 11 when I got ready for bed.. nice building and nice staff just probably wouldn’t stay there again , I was going to stay there again this week but not after that.

    Staff was friendly and accommodating in trying to fix anything we brought to their attention. The floor and room we stayed in had a bad mildee smell throughout. It was a bit overwhelming.. the property definitely needs some renovations (water damage on ceiling, badly stained carpets, furniture has nicks and scratches, areas with wallpaper need fixing) but for a night it definitely works.

    The hotel room cleanliness was awefull. The smell of mold was so high i changed rooms. That room then had ripped curtains and the same mold smell. Visible mold in the shower. A family member had a different room and was just as awful. We checked out. It was so bad we could stay. Being a finally considered cancer free for the first time in a year. I can not stay nor should anyone stay in a hotel where the air quality in the rooms is tolerable. You good feel yourself getting sick im just the few minutes of being there. I am now out 675.00 as the room was non refundable. I fimd it ridiculous that they can not refund the rooms.

    I didn’t like that there was only one entrance point, the elevator was sketchy but other than some stained or broke tile the property wasn’t bad. When I first arrived I had to call the property in order to get someone to come to the front desk just so I could check in, mind you it was only 4 in the afternoon. There was no luggage carts out. We got to the room and it seemed ok but I’m glad we brought our own blankets and pillows because we found several stray hairs on the bed. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom, even though we had 5 guests there was only 3 clean towels. When we went to get more they gave us pool towels. We used the pool the night of our stay but it was clear the next morning it hadn’t been cleaned because another guest(s) left eaten sunflower seeds and towels on the floor, and trash on the tables. When we were finally laying down to go to sleep for the evening, we pulled out the couch bed and there was a dirty sheet and pee pad on the bed! When I went to the front desk to inform them I needed turn down service, the same gentleman who checked me in was who I spoke with. He came in collected dirty towels, dirty sheet and pee pad, and left clean linens WITHOUT MAKING THE BED. Isle was the name on the card for cleaning our room, I think more training is needed. The morning staff was much more attentive.

    The oatmeal bar was great, but the scrambled eggs were not cooked all the way. Very mushy l. I booked a walk-in shower but didn’t receive upon check-in, the bedside table lamps did not work would not charge phones The only outlet that worked was on the wall far away from the tables. The television was broken over half of the screen was blue tinted by the time front desk come to check it out, stated that she would have to put in a request to maintenance and we would have to wait around. I did not want to do that. It was very late afternoon, so we just bullet dealt with it.

    No hot tub, apparently it’s been broken for years and there no plan to fix it, the indoor pool is ice cold and you can’t even consider using it, and the whole hotel smells like the strongest nastiest carpet fresh you’ve ever smelled in your life. It’s nauseating and a migraine waiting to happen. It’s awful. Also, the beds are full size, not queen size.

    Breakfast was good and the room was nice. One of the outlets didn't work, but it wasn't a problem. Hot tub was out of order which was a disappointment and would have liked to know upon check in as that was a big plus in booking. Hopefully it will be in operation upon future stays.     The Hotel is run down, the room was very dusty, lamp shade cracked, chargers not functional, and had mold on the bathroom ceiling. We had to wait at least 10 mins for someone to check us in. I would not recommend this hotel. Disappointing for a Fairfield which are usually great when traveling.

    First hot tub was broken the only reason I stayed there . Then the upstairs room started in Friday night banging called the front desk it went on from 9pm till midnight front desk did nothing. Saturday banging again started front desk said they would move me . I’m checked in Monday to Monday why should I have to move . Horrible place I’m in town 1 a month for work will never stay there again .

    Very disappointing. Lobby clean and lovely. Room…no top sheet on bed. Just a bottom bedsheet and a duvet cover and lightweight spread. Bathroom needs a total redo especially tub. Furniture dusty, especially upholstered sofa. Breakfast was all in plastic bags. Yuk. Crabby people at checkout in morning.

    It was easy to find. There was hair that was not mine in the shower. The tub was full of standing water when I finished my shower. They didn't clean the towel racks. The batteries were dead in the remote, the pool was cold and very small. There were no towels in the pool area. They put me in a room right next to the fitness center, which was still in use after 10 pm. I was very disappointed by the facility based on the price. I could have stayed at a Hilton for $10 more.

    The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The pool was nice and they had a nice variety of items at the snack bar. The downside was our room was extremely musty. Probably the worst I’ve seen. We bought 2 air fresheners at Walmart and that did the trick, but you shouldn’t have to for what they charge per night. I would expect something like that in a $65-$85 a night room, but not at $200 a night after taxes. Disappointing and probably won’t stay there again.

    Poor response to being assigned a room with a toilet which was under repair. Friday night at 7pm no one was available to complete repair. Clerk on duty checked out the room and informed she would bring keys to another room. After 45 minutes no key was delivered. Called the front desk and no answer. Went to front desk and no one there. Finally after ringing a bell on the desk the clerk appears from the dining room where she was with a group of friends or guests?? She told me she didn’t have another room! Then she went to the computer and after a few minutes gave me a key for another room!

    Room 123 had a nice jetted tub and overall was fine but the ceiling had bad water stains from a ceiling leak and there was a fairly large hole in the ceiling next to the smoke detector. The walls are pretty thin and the guests staying in the room directly above us decided to start playing loud music at 3am so we didn’t get much sleep.

    I had book for 1 king size room - the 1st night at 10pm there was a leak in the bathroom and had to be moved to another room. I was not too happy that i had to repack my stuff and move to another room but the lady help me right away. She was very nice young lady that worked night shift and was apologetic. I think they need to upgrade on the irons they provide because both rooms i had the irons were not working well. I had to go buy a iron for my week stay. This is the 2nd time i stay at this location because my boss recommended it but this 2nd time i was not too happy.

    Hotel water system is noisy....you will hear the guests taking a shower....load and clear. Don't let them place you near the elevator...they did that when there were about 5 people booked in the hotel. I was overlooking scrap construction material from the 2nd floor that was on the roof. It's too close to the main road.....you can hear the car/motorcycle races in the a.m.

    The hotel was fine and the pool and hot tub were nice, but there was a stale or musty smell throughout most of the areas, including our room. The most disappointing was that they advertise breakfast, but there wasn't actually anything besides milk, juice, and water in a fridge, maybe an apple or banana, and coffee you could have the front desk staff pour for you if you brought them a cup. Having just stayed at a different Fairfield on Monday and Tuesday night, we expected to be able to have the full type of breakfast we we served there, but apparently this isn't a Fairfield standard...just the initiative of that particular manager to take care of their guests.

    Property staff was excellent. The decor in the lobby was very nice so I expected more in the room. Room had a strange smell and was outdated.

    I was a late arrival. The young man was quick and efficient in check me in. My room was great. The bed was nice as was the desk furniture and bathroom. Pleasant stay.

    Higher priced hotel for this area. Not worth the higher price when other hotels offer more. Small rooms. Some areas of room look a little old. Because of covid-19, not offering breakfast. Instead they put out some breakfast bars, water and coffee. The pool is open, but very cold. Many times late into the evening and early morning the hallways are noisy and people talkin loud and/slamming doors.

    There was a musty smell in the lobby, but the room was clean and lovely. No breakfast, due to pandemic, but some fruit that has it's own "wrapper" (bananas, oranges) would have been nice besides just cereal bars. Also, no housekeeping at this time. We will probably stay here again post-pandemic.

    Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was a delightful towel elephant on the bed, just like on a cruise ship. The toilet was rather short and difficult for old arthritic knees; likewise, the edge of the tub for the shower was a bit high - same problem. Some folks may like the curved-bottomed tubs but I find them disconcerting and hard to stand in. I will give them points, though, for putting the towels in a good place where you can reach them from the shower and putting the showerhead at a good height where anyone could adjust it.

    This was the worsted motel that I have every stayed in .the room was terrible and was not worth the money i paid for it I will never stay at a Fairfield inn again or use travelocite if this the kind of service you have

    Hotels in this area are priced higher than average but this place is one of the more expensive. So I figured it would be one of the better ones. I was wrong. The first time I stayed here my room was dirty and the carpet and furniture were all stained and nasty. I thought maybe I got a bad room so I tried again. The second room was even worse. The internet is fast and the bed is clean and comfortable, but for the price this place is just not worth it.

    Mainly booked this hotel for indoor pool and hot tub. Came to visit family and the hotel was ok, breakfast was a plus however the pool water was so cold I couldn’t let me 6-7 year old grandkids in too long. I stepped in once and it took my breathe away. My grandkids had to keep going back and forth to the hot tub to get warm. My adult son wouldn’t even get in. 2 other couples came while we were at the pool and couldn’t stay in either. I search for hotels with indoor pools in the fall for the kids to swim. It wasn’t the most memorable experience for us.

    I would give this hotel about an 8/10. Check in was great and first impression great, service etc. However the next morning when we called for bath towels when we relized we had none, it was obvious the gentleman was annoyed with us stating he was busy it would be a bit. I explained I had guests in the shower as we spoke so he finally got them showing how inconvienced he was. We were in town to visit Nashville but wanted a cheaper hotel, we used uber and were very happy with them and a $38 round trip to the city from this hotel. Breakfast had a lot to offer just was not very hot. Overall we would probably stay again.
