Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its friendly and helpful staff, proximity to Tropicana Field, and comfortable beds. However, there are consistent complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms and hallways, the quality of breakfast, and the size of the parking spaces.

It was a very confusing set up inside. Extremely dark, gloomy and depressing environment. They did do a great job with their happy hour and breakfast. Head of housekeeping was spectacular.

Our stay was amazing. We came in for a baseball game. The only thing that I didn’t like about the hotel is they put you on a waiting list to check in instead of just giving us our rooms.
- 4/5
Staff, cleanliness and amenities were great! The room did have tears in a chair, cracked flooring, dented furniture and only cold water for shower.
- 5/5
The Staff was so Friendly and Helpful. The pool area was really nice. Everyone out there seemed to have a great times adults spoke to each other, it was very inviting. The breakfast Buffet had all kinds of options hot and cold offerrings. The ONLY minor issue was the parking. But still found a spot and it all worked out! Was a Great Stay, and I will stay there in the future! Lisa M. Lahusky

Nice area TVs were bad. Pool was really dirty. Beds were uncomfortable
- 2/5
Close to the trop The a/c in my room wouldn't go past 75. So it was very hot trying to sleep in the room. The room needed some TLC. It had various places of ripped carpet, the nightstand had seen better days. And there was a large layer of dust on the lamp on the nightstand. The pool was small and a little dirty. The breakfast was ok. Yogurt with fresh fruit was the best park. Would I stay here again? Probably not to be honest. The room was uncomfortable sleeping. Even though the thermostat was set to 64. It would get past 75.

Proximity to baseball stadium. Clean and welcoming. Excellent facilities in clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was ok, hot food wasn't great, but we do like our English breakfasts. Not the same in the USA! Hot food in the breakfast was lukewarm and not very nice. Everything else was great.
- 4.5/5
Great location, nice room size and a very good pool. All was good Breakfast could improve but was ok.
- 5/5
Evening social with food. Great breakfast. Large room. Located walking distance to Tropicana Field. Had to pay for parking.

Staff is always professional. My room was clean and comfortable
- 5/5
The breakfast crew are friendly with everyone and makes sure things are on point.
- 5/5
Front desk staff extremely helpful. Great free breakfast and grab bar in the shower.
- 3/5
Great price for a 2 day stay but much needed improvement on cleanliness of rooms. Dirty grout in bathroom. High touch areas like light fixtures were visibly soiled. Fingerprints on all glass surfaces. Stray hairs on every surface including the kitchenette countertop. Probably won’t stay again even though I travel to the area frequently.
- 5/5
Staybridge suites is the only place we will stay. The staff is excellent and very helpful, the breakfast are truly amazing best in the industry. Location was great as we were there for a Tampa Bay rays game and we could walk to the stadium. Even had a view of Tropicana Field from our window. We had a great stay and will do it again real soon!
- 5/5
I like the The Staybridge because it's so convenient to all parts of St. Petersburg. It's not far from the downtown section; and you can get to other parts of the city from the nearby and very long Martin Luther King Jr. Street. The breakfast at The Staybridge is GREAT: lots of good food and coffee!
- 1/5
Check in was at 4 pm, but when we arrived at 4:10, one of our two rooms was still not ready. No one informed us when it became available, we had to follow up ourselves. The staff overall were rude and unhelpful. One room faced the highway, making it very noisy at night, and the smoke alarm kept beeping. Calls to the front desk went unanswered. The next day, we were told room service required 24 hours notice, which was never mentioned. Even for fresh towels, we had to go collect them ourselves. Parking was limited and inconvenient. Breakfast was very poor, with limited options and low quality. Overall, not a pleasant stay. We will not return and will stick with more reliable brands like Hilton and Marriott.
- 5/5
Great location by Tropicana Field. 10 minute walk. Room was clean and spacious.
- 5/5
Easy check in. Good breakfast. Easy walk to Rays stadium
- 4/5
The room was very spacious with a full kitchen, couch, desk and bed.
- 3/5
Breakfast is very limited, only bad complaint was the room next to me had a dog that barked all night all the way until checkout
- 5/5
Very clean room and staff is very friendly.
- 2/5
I asked for housekeeping per the policy that was quoted to me at check in, I had to ask twice to get 1 cleaning done - I know all entry level positions are difficult to fill- but they didn’t follow through.
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 3/5
Amazing staff friendly and helpful mediocre room
- 4/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Several options for breakfast. Immediate surrounding area wasn’t the best but is close to central Ave where there is lots to do. Room was clean and had everything we needed.
- 4/5
Great location for Tropicana field. Good buffet breakfasts.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Very easy and safe walk to and from Tropicana stadium. Breakfast had plenty of choices; quality was to be expected for buffet. It was a little loud during the night, but I think that was just the people staying next to us and not an overall problem at the hotel. We would stay here again.
- 2/5
In addition, when we returned to the hotel at 9:00 pm, there were no parking spots available. I asked the night clerk for help and he directed me to an area that I was not comfortable with and he was very rude. Overnight, my rental car was hit by another guest.
- 4/5
We came to town for the baseball game and were able to easily walk to Tropicana Stadium. The hotel is older but was clean and the staff was courteous and friendly. Nice perk to have an evening social hour and breakfast included. We would stay there again.
- 5/5
Rooms were well stock with amenities for a wonderful stay.
- 5/5
Clean big comfortable room with good breakfast! Near downtown St Pete. Thin walls, we could hear people speaking in the room next door. With that said we would stay here again if in the area in the near future.
- 5/5
Everybody and everything was great!!
- 4/5
Princess went out of her way to accommodate us when we arrived.
- 5/5
Everything and everyone is wonderful at this hotel. We stay here every year for Reggae Rise Up Festival, which is 4 nights. The breakfast here is awesome and the employees are great. They make us always feel welcome. The only thing we suggest is maybe a solar heating system for the pool. Don’t get me wrong the pool is great, but it would be better with a little heat.
- 5/5
Professional and friendly staff
- 5/5
Friendly, professional, courteous staff
- 5/5
Yes and yes. Clean room out door pool was nice Buffett was terrific. Parking is an issue. All spaces full most nights and many places that are no parking.
- 5/5
The breakfast menu was HUGE! Many choices, and we arrived late for breakfast and the staff was putting fresh food out. Wonderful
- 5/5
Breakfast was good, staff pleasant-room was clean.
- 5/5
Everything is clean and perfect
- 2/5
Room was not ready at 4pm. Was told to return at 4:30pm and still not available. The young lady at the desk finally decided to give us another room. No linen for the sofa bed. Asked if it could be brought and was told I could grab it and take it up myself. Very disappointing.
- 3/5
The rooms on our floor had just been painted and the wall paper in the halls had just been renewed. The bathroom still had mold around the edges of where the walls meet with tile. I had to request a set of sheets for the fold away sofa bed who had obvious stains in cushions and a mattress that was well worn. Not enough towels, silverware, or cleaning supplies for keeping eating utensils and dishes clean. The hallways were still under renovation when we were assigned a room late after allowed room check in. I was never offered any options when I had arrive 2 hrs before check in time. Meaning holding a better room should have been nice. The room was way over priced but I get it take advantage while it was Grand Prix weekend! When confronting main desk with there short falls in a respectful but straight forward manner their answer was to give me more points for my stay! Not real happy with room at all! Only saving grace I was not there 90% of time. Less I forget only one remote for two TVs, that only got 2 and 1/2 channels. TVs problem resolved next day.

needs updating
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Room and pool was clean. Good complimentary breakfast.

I reserved and paid for a king bed room but the hotel provided me with a queen room. Staff was nice. Facility is dated. Bathrooms are dated.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and super friendly….
- 4/5
The staff is courteous, the breakfast options good. The location was good for our plans,,,overall a good value.

Nice room, great staff!

I had asked for a quiet room and got the complete opposite. I don’t recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 4/5
Room was clean
- 4/5
Breakfast menu and quality were excellent. A bit of trouble finding things but we can overlook it. Hotels employees were makii in ng sure that everything was okay.
- 4/5
Helpful staff.
- 3/5
Room was nice, except for some small bugs in the kitchen. Breakfast was nice. Facilities were nice. They don't do housekeeping daily which is not what i would expect from this level of property.
- 5/5
staff are nice; good for family
- 3/5
Cubboard needs to be cleaned.
- 3/5
Staff was great! However, parking was scarce and had to park my suv in a compact car space every day because the building next door is parking in the hotels spaces. Also, maintenance needs doing. Elevators scrub and shake, wallpaper peeling & hanging off the walls, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower took forever to get warm, tile grout/caulk has mold/mildew, and toilet barely flushed.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay. Very clean and quiet. Good breakfast.
- 5/5
clean room, nice staff, and great location.
- 5/5
Room was large, well equipped. Front desk very receptive and breakfast awesome! Location was perfect.

I requested an early check in and was granted. Staff went above and beyond for our stay. The letter center for Santa is a great addition. Thank you for everything
- 5/5
Great rooms. Great breakfast. Area not as nice as downtown and be prepared to walk a bit
- 5/5
Very clean, nice pool area, great breakfast choices.
- 4/5
The staff was amazing. Friendly and courteous. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the bathtub drain was a bit clogged and tub filled up a bit as I showered. It wasn't bad enough to need to change rooms but was annoying. bit annoying. Hotel is also close to
- 5/5
Loved our stay as usual. Great atmosphere, quiet spacious clean room, excellent breakfast and staff. A special shout out to these staff members who were very knowledgeable and helpful during our stay: Chrisella (front desk) LaShawn and Donnie (both kitchen) We’ve will definitely be back when staying in the area and won’t hesitate to refer others.
- 3/5
Could use some updating, old brown rug & outdated. Room was very comfortable, great free breakfast & liked the free self parking but honestly the hotel could use updating.
- 4/5
The AC in the room was very loud. Other than that it was a great stay
- 5/5
It was fresh
- 5/5
Checkin was fast. Front desk friendly. Room spacious and clean. Quiet and dark. A/c making strange noise, but did not keep us up. Loved the extensive hit breakfast.
- 4/5
Everything was fine, but my key didn't work twice during check in and that was frustrating.
- 5/5
Friendly staff!!
- 5/5
Excellent Breakfasr
- 5/5
It was great....
- 5/5
This was our 5th time staying here. Everytime is amazing. Friendly staff, clean property. 10/10
- 5/5
Overall stay was really good. Room was nice but bathroom need eyes on it as if you were the one staying that night. The toilet in room 111 can stand a really good cleaning under the rim. No one should have to see that and I see everything due to my disability. The seal around the bottom of the toilet also needs to be bleached so it doesn’t look so bad. The shower floor gave a creepy vibe. I showed with me socks on. Not dirty but not unified. All in all I will definitely come back maybe once a month for fishing. it would be nice to know that you charge your guests $10 to park. I feel like you guys are trying to get over on your guest. Also it should be known about the $50 deposit in advance as well. NO SURPRISES please. Your staff was 100% on. Great job to them all. No photos this time. Hopefully I will see you guys again next month
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The staff was friendly. We asked for a couple of towels and washcloths and they said they were dirty and they will bring some up but never did but we got them anyway.
- 4/5
Nice property right next to Tropicana Field. In walking distance to downtown St. Pete. Would def recommend to anyone staying in the area for a weekend.
- 3/5
Very low water pressure in shower. Hot water took a solid 10 min to work. Also website says they are only dog friendly ( no cats). So I put my cat in day care for 3 nigbts. Turns out front desk said cats are ok.
- 4/5
The bathroom could have been cleaned better and the water pressure in the shower was pretty awful.
- 2/5
Breakfast was okay. Our room was okay the floor was dirty as no one vacuumed. A half qtip and a lifesaver candy was under the sofa. The floor was dirty. The toilet bowl ran non stop, the AC sounded like a jet on takeoff. Then to top it off. Our first night there a fight broke out in the pool area with hotel guests. That one of the ladies pulled out mace and a baby got ran over. I expressed this to the management and was told by the manager that she inspected the room herself and that they had cleaned the light fixture. So there was a qtip and candy in the lights?… really. We were told that they would comp us a night… well that NEVER happened. They said that they would send up maintenance about the AC UNIT… apparently that never happened. They asked us to move into another room I just stood there cause it was only a couple of nights. I’ll never stay there again.. nor recommend it to anyone.
- 5/5
Clean and nice. Good food. Nice staff
- 3/5
Our room had lots of space and bed was comfy, but the only issue was bathroom was very small, glass shower door in room 518 was half way on didn’t look cleaned. There were also bugs in the light on the ceiling.
- 5/5
A very clean, modern and nice hotel at a very convenient location, staff very friendly.
- 4/5
The overall stay was very pleasant. The bedroom was comfortable and made for a good night’s rest. Breakfast was tasty, with a nice variety of fruits and other options to choose from. The location is also good, making it convenient to get around. A solid choice for both comfort and accessibility.
- 2/5
Did not like walking outside with children and smelling drugs being used in the parking lot. Parking is terrible will not recommend or revisit the location.
- 5/5
My stay was very pleasant here, the staff were extremely friendly and the services provided were great. The complemental breakfast was full filling as well.
- 3/5
Tub was dirty, not washed and had hair in it. Candy from a previous stay perhaps was on floor in room and kitchen.
- 1/5
Dirty Mode Bug bite
- 4/5
Nice, pet friendly, kitchenette area, pool- everything you really need and not a bad price. Its right off the highway, and downtown is right there!
- 5/5
The staff were so accommodating and the property was just as pictured. Will definitely stay again!
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating, top notch in that department. Room could've been cleaned a bit mor thoroughly but was clean where it counts. Parking was a bit chaotic but was overall a none issue. The location was conveniently located near food and entertainment as well as close to the damily we came to visit. We recommend getting a cuban sandwich from Bodega while staying here.
- 5/5
We were there 2 nights. The negative: The bathtub was not very clean. We had to go to the front desk to get towels because the cleaner did not come to our room. We did not have a remote for one of the tv’s. There was no soap for the bath. Other than that our stay was very nice. We did not get to use the pool. The room was very nice. Loved having a full kitchen. Room was clean. The breakfast was amazing! The front desk lady was very nice. We stayed in June and we will stay again.
- 5/5
GOOD TREATMENT AND SERVICES .
- 3/5
Staybridge in St.Petersburg was just okay. Reported trouble with hot water not working well in fifth floor room twice. Warmed up after running water 4 or 5 minutes. Very odd to have to do this in a hotel.
- 3/5
A lot of the pool area was not tended to. $90 hotel maybe not $200
- 5/5
I liked that it had a family oriented environment. The room was very convenient, comfortable, and efficient. The pool was great especially since it only went up to 5ft. The breakfast was delicious and the Monday charcuterie styled buffet with wine tasting was my favorite. Overall great experience and would recommend and return to whenever in the area.
- 3/5
Shower did not drain, standing in inches of water while showering. A lot of random people appeared to just be loitering in the lobby, pool area, gym. Breakfast promptly closed at closing time to the point that i couldn't finish putting cream in my coffee when I was being reminded they were closed. Closing time was 9:30 and they quickly put up gates shut the lights off and pushed everyone out. Odd vibe overall and not the normal Staybridge experience we're used to.
- 2/5
There was a lot of dogs and not able to care for there needs properly at the site. My room was not vacuum. I booked this hotel on pass experiences and was very disappointed this time. The hotel has gone way down since September of 2024. Very unsatisfied customer The only good thing is location.
- 3/5
Do not walk alone at night outside
- 1/5
No air condition had to change room middle of the night with children. Crying consistently because they were hot
- 4/5
Pressure and water Barely hot. I spill something with only water in it but when I cleaned it up the cloth was very dirty from poor cleaning.
- 4/5
Front desk personnel were very helpful with everything on about our stay
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good.
- 4/5
Ok
- 4/5
The property was clean. Staff was attentive. Breakfast could be better. They aimed to put a lot of good food out. However, when it ran out it took awhile to get new food out. Bowls were gone too. They did have their hands full. The hotel is also housing people displaced by the hurricane. Good on them.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 3/5
The first room we were assigned to was on the first floor. The landscape lighting shone in the room, and it was a handicapped room where the drain for the shower was in the middle of the bathroom and not in the shower. The front desk was SO kind to relocate us to the fourth floor. This handicapped room had a lip on the shower, so it did not drain in the middle. The AC did not properly work, and we needed someone to come fix it. The bathroom shower stopped at one point, and we needed to troubleshoot and fix it ourselves since the maintenance person had gone home for the night. There was not enough parking, and we needed to park in another lot one night. The rooms need some updating. The staff was friendly and kind, but not overly helpful. It was one of the most expensive hotels around, but did not impress me nor was it worth the cost. Disappointing.
- 3/5
The young lady at the front desk was very nice. Our room was not the cleanest. The cabinets in the

Breakfast and happy hour offerings were excellent. Housekeeping mgr was helpful, professional and accommodating but Housekeeping staff was often rude, and unprofessional. Staff did not do a good job of cleaning the room even when services were not offered on daily basis. I was ok with daily services not available, my expectations was if not available daily, then when available, a good cleaning would be done when they were present. Upon arrival dirty dishes were in sink . This just tells you, that some housekeepers do not take pride in their work .
- 4/5
Wanted joining rooms
- 1/5
The staff were incredibly rude and condescending through our entire visit. Any question or inquiries were responded with an attitude, whether it was a question about the buffet or at the front desk. Would not recommend for future visits.
- 2/5
We were seriously disappointed by our experience. I am a seasoned traveler spending many weeks on the road for decades for work and what occurred has only happened twice but this was not good. When we checked in on Friday I was told the room I reserved through a third party was not available because they were overbooked, and we were "downgraded" to something available. Note the reservation was made more than 70 days in advance! We were downgraded by one of the management Team from a 2 queen bed with a sleeper bedroom suite to a 1 queen bed & sleeper studio. They had not contacted me and had no idea who would be staying in the room and simply determined 3 people can share 2 beds. They had no idea one of us could have been 6'3'' and 310 Lb. and no way be sharing a queen bed, let alone a sleeper. Plus there was a price difference but was being billed at the original price! I challenged them to provide the room reserved and there was no intent to address the situation, until we confirmed that the room style originally requested was available for Sat & Sun of our planned stay. Then management consented to change our room on Sat morning which turned into another fiasco. We got up Sat and the shower didn't work, no water! Between this and the room change totally ruined our plans for the day. It's not done yet, they have yet to credit the room charges for our first night stay. After email exchanges with the manager, I don't believe they ever intended to give us the correct room.
- 4/5
The only issue was that when I got to my room there was a very heavy bleach/cleaning smell. I ran ac and heat to try to remove. The front desk persons were very welcoming. The checkout person was especially wonderful as she went to get me a coffee cup and offered me breakfast since i missed the morning time.... unbelievable service standard! Thank you.
- 4/5
Very clean. Nice accommodations. No icemaker on any of the floors!
- 2/5
The hotel was overall in good condition. BUT the hotel really has a Parking problem. The light in the shower room was not working, no hot water in the shower in the morning, no water at all in the toilet and the fridge (full size) in the room was very loud. The person in the counter just didn’t care when I was reporting all the issues. She just said “you will get a copy of your invoice later via email!”. Wouldn’t stay here again! There are plenty of other GOOD alternatives en the same area!
- 5/5
10/10
- 5/5
The hotel and room are very good, but the parking lot could be better lit.
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly. But there was zero water pressure and water was like warm but mostly cold. Parking was very tight. They definitely need to monitor parking.
- 5/5
Better than expected. Suite was well equipped for relaxing, showering, eating and sleeping.
- 3/5
Short one night stay. Didn’t get the king size bed requested and was told by person checking us in that it was. The parking at hotel is very, very limited and a convenience even for the one night we stayed. Buffet breakfast was very nice. Nice variety of options and healthy choices.
- 1/5
Horrible service, rude staff, dirty room, nasty bathroom hair in tub and all over the floor. Not impressed at all.
- 1/5
Horrible horrible gross overpriced hotel!!!!! They over charge you and the quality is compared or worse than a motel 6! NO HOT WATER or water pressure! The elavator had feces on it. They refused to give me a refund and demanded I pay for the next night to get back in my room. RUN away from this place.
- 4/5
I found the price to be very nice. There was construction around the parking lot, but the hotel has no say so on that. Everything was ready for us on time, so no complaints. Staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Even though this was a short trip, I would greatly recommend this hotel for those who bring their dogs (there’s a big park where you comfortably can walk your dog). The dog fee is low compared to other hotels ($25 vs $75), the room was very clean, beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is a plus. The location was also very convenient and the staff very friendly.
- 4/5

- 5/5
We would stay again!
- 4/5
However this was taken care of promptly
- 4/5
Spacey accommodation for disabled ♿ persons
- 4/5
This hotel gets all the basics down pat…. It is clean, quiet, safe, convenient, the staff was friendly, the a/c was cool the water was hot, the bed was comfortable. However, it gets a couple of black marks for an overcrowded parking lot with lots of “compact” spaces. Your doors are gonna get dinged. Also get a black mark for low water pressure. The shower was not up to par.
- 5/5
Location is great and the food , staff are friendly and accommodating. Definitely going back
- 2/5
Floors were sticky, carpet dirty, dirt around the edges, no water at breakfast, lack of parking, towels small, not a great overall experience. Not going to return there.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Princess, the receptionist, was awesome! She is a natural marketing strategist. Very knowledgable and attentive to our needs. We will definitely go back to this hotel. Parking very convenient and excellent location and room facilities. Love it!
- 5/5
Second visit at the Staybridge. A great experience again!
- 2/5
Very old building that is due for renovation . Amount of money they are charging is not justified . This is essentially a motel with lot of broken stuff. Toilets not working. Broken microwaves . Stained carpets.
- 1/5
Front desk staff (Princess) was warm and inviting. But the room was filthy. It smelled. The tiles were sticky (my shoes stuck to floor) shower door was broken. Shower pressure was slow and weak. Water in shower took five minutes to get warm. The corridors were not vacuumed. You could see dirt. The toilet commode moved. Room had a dirty feeling. It was also smelly.
- 5/5
Staff are amazing!
- 5/5
Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great. Parking was limited.
- 5/5
5 to 10 minute walkable distance from Central Avenue, where you can shop and eat and enjoy. I just wish there were adequate parking at the hotel.
- 5/5
Great location just blocks from downtown St. Pete & walking distance to Tropicana Field. The room had a kitchenette & was nice sized. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay. Beautiful room. Wonderful staff. It was an over all very pleasant stay.
- 5/5
We enjoy the baseball games every year at this time and this hotel has been one of the best and most convenient for our yearly ritual. We were traveling with an infant this year and the location, the amazing breakfast and the type of room we stayed in met all of our needs!!! Will definitely return!!!
- 5/5
Great stay.
- 5/5
The woman who checked us in was so friendly! Her name is Princess. Easy check in and check out and good breakfast!
- 4/5
Close to everything
- 4/5
The parking lot is tight and busy. There wasn’t a handicap parking spot left.
- 5/5
I really had a very pleasant experience all around. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was yummy. The social hour was interesting and unexpected but enjoyable. Even in walking distance to delicious seafood, and made going to the ballgame quite easy and enjoyable. Really enjoyed my experience and if I ever went back to Florida I would go back to this hotel again.

When I arrived I was given a room that was already occupied by someone else so I had to get another room. When I got the new room I didn’t have hot water in the new room. I got up the next morning and discovered there was no hot water for me to shower.

Nice size room. Nice size kitchen. Even though it had utensils, only 1 spoon, 2 forks and a lot of knives. Cleanliness good. Didn't care for bed right next to bathroom. Parking good. Hotel itself a little hard to get to but figured it out. Wish it had a restaurant for lunch or dinner choices and not just breakfast. Would stay again.

The parking was under construction, which is understandable, but when we checked in, we were told that we could park in the adjacent lot, but had to move our car before 8am. And not to worry because this was the only night we had to. We were staying 5 days, 4 nights and had to move our car every single day because the parking was being done all week. Would have been fine, but they did not set the right expectations. Breakfast buffet was included, but man they are on the dot about removing the buffet. We watched a father and young daughter trying to decide what bread & bagel to have, and as they were standing there, the staff removed all the bread & bagel options before they could select something to eat. Our key cards all were shut off (not sure why). When we went to the lobby, no one was at the front. So, I walked into the back calling out for some help. When the staff member came out, instead of starting with how she could help us, she started looking for the sign to indicate she was not going to be at the front desk. Towel rack in our bathroom fell off the wall. Location is convenient for downtown St. Pete's. Room value is solid. Hopefully the service improves.

I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed on the 5th floor. The Building material was very nice as you could not hear a peep from your next door Neighbors. The front desk was super polite and the breakfast was delicious. It is conveniently located near a lot of fun things to do in saint Pete. However, the only downside would be the parking. If you're not there early, you will not have a parking space and then you'll end up having to park at the Doctor's office. Aside from my toilet being dirty when I got there, the hotel was well kept. There weren't any signs of bed bugs, super clean and super fun for a family stay. Besides parking, if I was to make one recommendation, it would be to upgrade the room TV to a smart T. V. Or at least something that allows you to mirror your phone. I absolutely enjoyed my stay as a hotels member would recommend.

Great breakfast, huge room, easily walked down the street to a great burger bar. Will stay here again!

The main reason we stayed here was for the access to Tropicana Field. Everything was very clean, the room, the lobby, the breakfast area, the pool. There was free parking onsite, which is a big plus, but they really need more- we came back in on a Saturday evening and had to park at the doctors office next door. Everyone was very nice. We did hear a lot of sirens though (we are not from a big city so not used to that).

The property is walking distance to The Trop. Check in was a bit confusing. We didn't have a guaranteed parking spot and had to park on the street. The room was quite dirty, especially the kitchenette. The only reason for the stay was for the convenience of walking to the stadium for a baseball game. The elevator certificate had expired and the staff didn't seem concerned when told about it.

The stay was good- but they were out of comforters for our kids on the pullout. Also, only 3 sets of towels in the room, so had to make a trip all the way back down to the front desk to request another one. Also, had to go back down for ice. The staff was very nice and helpful- A+ makes for service. They were apologetic they didn't have any more comforters.

We booked this location for its proximity to the stadium. However the room felt dirty, the soap wasn’t filled, there was little water pressure and the room never cooled off. The folks that worked there were very pleasant.
